2025's CasinoVibes review for New Zealand

Kicking things off, I found the bonuses from CasinoVibes to be solid but not quite as impressive as I would have liked, given its competition. 

The welcome offer is a 150% match deposit bonus up to NZ$300, with a first deposit of NZ$20 required. This is a lot lower than the initial offer from King Billy, which awards a deposit bonus of up to $2,500. Yes, both offer free spins, too. 

That said, CasinoVibes does win here by having lower wagering requirements, which was nice. Though LeoVegas at 20x is even lower. 

I am not totally disappointed, though, as there is an excellent set of tournaments to join and a strong loyalty program offering double loyalty points at various times of the year. 

I could earn loyalty coins simply by playing casino games and later on, I can exchange these for real money, which was a fascinating bonus for me. 

Impressive is the word that springs to mind when I look at all the options available here. With more than 5000 games on offer, CasinoVibes is staking a claim for top dog. 

However, I will say that the pokies were the most impressive area. Most of the games can be found here, and, like JooCasino, it’s the most comprehensive. 

I have to say, I was impressed with the way all the pokies are laid out as well. With so many to choose from, it’s easy to see this becoming too overwhelming. However, the convenient game categories and themes made it simple. 

I was also very impressed with the live casino. Though not quite at the 600+ strong live casino offered by LuckyWins, this was, nevertheless, a solid entry. CasinoVibes has live roulette, French roulette, blackjack, poker and more. 

Finally, the casino also upped its game by offering a variety of crash and crypto games, adding a little bit of novelty to its gaming library. That is high praise from me. 

This is another plus from me here in my review of CasinoVibes casino. There’s a large selection of providers, both well-known and up-and-coming studios. 

With 50 providers available, this far outstrips what Rizk has to offer. That casino only uses 15 or so providers, although it does offer its own bespoke software, which CasinoVibes does not. 

However, with only two live dealer providers, CasinoVibes is definitely on to a winner, with its five live providers ensuring a more eclectic and exciting live casino, if I am honest. 

Okay, so CasinoVibes doesn’t quite match ExciteWin’s 110 providers, but I am not complaining at this juncture simply because CasinoVibes has more live providers. 

I also liked that multiple games from each provider were available. A smaller number of providers, but more from each, is preferable to hundreds of providers but only one game apiece. At least in my book, anyway! 

If you get a win, you need to know how to claim it and, for me, I found the whole payment process at CasinoVibes to be one of the more transparent, which was a nice surprise. 

I was also surprised by the overload of information regarding how to deposit. The casino provides detailed deposit and withdrawal breakdowns on all methods, from Neteller and Mastercard to crypto. 

With 12 different options, this casino easily beats out Casino Days and most other play spots in terms of available options. I was also pleasantly surprised by the transparency on all verification checks needed, and found the speed and transaction caps all very reasonable.

Similar to Playzilla, there is a minimum deposit amount of NZ$20. However, CasinoVibes does better regarding maximums, allowing a top deposit of NZ$40,000 to Playzilla’s NZ$10,000. 

Similarly, I found the withdrawal limits excellent, with no maximum withdrawal in place. The only thing to remember here is that any winnings over NZ$35,000 will be paid in monthly instalments. 

Now, I do rate this section a bit harshly in all my casino reviews, and this is because it’s one of the most important areas for a casino to get right. So yes, I am more picky. 

That being said, CasinoVibes does a solid job here. It is fully licenced, and all information provided to the casino is protected using SSL encryption protocols. 

However, I would have liked to see more transparency around security features, a CasinoVibes is relatively new to the scene and not yet tested and trialed by time (and players).

I also found that auditing or RNG information is completely lacking here. Guts, for example, clearly has an eCOGRA seal for auditing, something I’d like to see on CasinoVibes as well. 

Another gripe is my inability to set deposit limits without contacting support first, and limited information is provided to non-registered players. Every other casino I test allows players to change such settings at will, and as an advocate of responsible gambling — this is a hard must for me.

While the site does nothing inherently wrong, I do feel that a lot more can be done. I don’t take player safety lightly, so I’ll watch out here. 

I have a lot of positives to say about the support provided by CasinoVibes. First, there are numerous support options, which meant I was spoilt for choice. 

However, none of this is available 24/7. Instead, live chat support has limited operating hours from 8 am to 2 am. And this isn’t even NZ time. It’s disappointing, given the fact that VooDoo Dreams has 24/7 support in place. 

Nevertheless, there is still a lot to like here. There is an e-mail for out-of-hours queries, which is responded to promptly and in a lot of detail. 

Overall, I found that CasinoVibes beat out the likes of JackpotCity in this area as all link options worked well, unlike the hard-to-find support link options from JackpotCity. 

I was also happy to see a wealth of additional social media channels available. In particular, I am a fan of the Discord channel, where I can chat with other players and get tips on how to win. 

As I round up this CasinoVibes casino review, I am happy to say that it’s straightforward to use. Of course, it isn’t perfect, but what casino is? 

This gambling site makes it easy to find your way around. However, I prefer a dark theme as this is a white design. 

However, it is an incredibly easy-to-use site, following the same lines as Wildz. Like Wildz, I could find all the information quickly and easily, including all responsible gambling tools. 

CasinoVibes also has provider filters in place which I always appreciate. And I enjoyed some of the fun game categories provided within each section. This is similar to Winz.io in that regard. 

Overall, I’ve got nothing negative to say here. It does the job and does it well. And, it all translates well to the smaller screen with no loss of any features, which is good enough for me.
