Jet Casino review
I assess the platform’s no-deposit bonus welcome package, games library, payments, security, and support to see how it matches up against the competition.

- Mobile-optimised website and app
- User-friendly interface design
- 24/7 customer support
- Limited payment information
- Confusing bonus information
- Few payment methods
Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer in New Zealand. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change as the operator’s offer expands.
Expert verdict
There’s plenty to like at Jet Casino, especially when it comes to the game variety and ongoing bonuses.
Yes, the busy platform can be a bit much at times, and while cluttered, the interface still manages to be navigable. The detailed filters make for easy browsing.
Elsewhere, there is some confusion when it comes to the terms and conditions of some of the bonuses. I was disappointed to find that it was hard to locate all this information.
It’s also not great when you can’t find much on the payments and limitations before you contact customer support, which is happily accessible across multiple channels.
Bonus
The welcome package at Jet Casino is split across the first four deposits players make at the casino. In total, if used to the maximum, players can claim up to 500 free spins.
There’s a 100% match deposit up to NZ$600 on your first deposit, with a minimum deposit requirement of NZ$20. Not all payment methods qualify.
There are up to 500 free spins awarded for this first deposit but the total number is linked to the size of the deposit. For the minimum deposit of NZ$20, 50 free spins are given. You need to deposit NZ$300 to get the 500 free spins.

Bonus rating
- Range of bonuses
- Ongoing promotions
- Unclear bonuses
- High wagering requirements
- Winnings capped at 10x bonus
I found that the bonus for newcomers is a pretty solid one here at Jet Casino and I do like the fact that it is split across the first four deposits for players to make the most of.
However, the first deposit offer is not actually as good as it could be. Yes, it’s a 100% match but only up to NZ$600. Compared to the NZ$2,000 offered by LeoVegas, it’s simply not as good in my opinion.
There is the offer of 500 free spins alongside this, but it depends on your deposit size. A minimum qualifying deposit of NZ$20 gets you only 50 spins.
The wagering requirements are quite high at 40x (30x for free spins), but this is to be expected. However, there are sites like bet365 Games that don’t have any wagering requirements for their free spins.
Happily, there are many other offers and bonuses here, including tournaments, cashback, and lotteries to enjoy. I was impressed to see the range of options, as well as the fun JetCoins feature, which make Jet a good option for casino bonus hunters.
Games and software
There are thousands of games available at Jet Casino. In fact, there’s more than 9,000 of them, powered by over 100 different casino game providers.
The main game selection are the pokies, with thousands on offer. These can be whittled down by various features, theme, or provider, using the various filters available.
More unusual casino games are on offer as well. There are scratch cards, lottery games, and even bingo. Additionally, a good number of video poker games are available.

Games rating
- Eclectic game selection
- Video poker available
- Large number of jackpots
- Limited poker games
- No baccarat, sic bo, or slingo
Jet Casino is another site where I found a huge number of games. There are more than 9,870+ casino games here, across at least 15 different game types.
Like most NZ casinos, pokies are the main feature here. And with some 7,300+ to their name, Jet Casino ably beats out the 700+ slots found at Playzee.
It’s also stronger than Playzee when it comes to jackpots, table games, and the array of different casino game types – think everything from scratch cards and, lotteries to video poker. The selection isn’t entirely comprehensive, though. I wasn’t able to find any baccarat, sic bo, or slingo games.
The live casino is powered by seven different providers. As you might expect, this results in a 7+ strong live casino, which outstrips the 66 live tables at Casimba.
More than 100 providers are used, and many of them are top-quality ones. I found Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Playtech, Big Time Gaming, and many other big names alongside lesser-known studios like Golden Rock, Gamevy, and MaxWin.
While I do like this to an extent, it does feel a little like the overall library could have been better curated.
Payment methods
There are traditional or fiat payment methods at Jet Casino. These include bank transfers and card payments such as VISA and Mastercard. Skrill, Neosurf, and Flexepin are also supported, and it’s possible to use PaysafeCard to make secure deposits.
The casino also has some cryptocurrency options. There are about 10 available, and NZ players can make transactions using LTC, BTC, ETH, and USDT.

Payments rating
- Some cryptos offered
- E-wallets available
- Credit cards main option
- Slow withdrawals
- Missing payments information
I always like to see a range of different payment types at a casino, and this is exactly what Jet Casino does. There’s cards, eWallets, prepaid, and crypto here, and no transaction fees apply.
With 9 payment methods, Jet is already doing better than the seven on Spinyoo, which is a good start. Having crypto options also makes things a lot easier.
However, the minimum deposit is set at NZ$20. I am not complaining about this as I feel this is totally fair, but sites like 888Casino do have a minimum of NZ$10, which is even more budget-friendly.
I will say that it was annoying trying to find any payment information. There is no dedicated page and the payment FAQs are all vague, so to reach out to customer support to get anywhere.
Basic payment information should be transparent and clearly provided on the site.
Safety, transparency, and reputation
Jet Casino is fully licensed by the CGCB inCuracao. This means that the casino has to implement player safety and responsible gambling features in order to maintain the licence.
The site is protected with SSL encryption protocols, which prevent player data from falling into the wrong hands. It also offers two-factor authentication for improved security during sign-up.

However, there is no RNG auditor seal on the site, which means the casino isn’t transparent about how its games are checked for fairness. There is also a lack of responsible gambling tools, with only self-exclusion offered.

- Fully licensed

- Curacao licence
Arguably, this is the most important section of my casino review. If there is no licence, I am not going to recommend players join the site, but luckily Jet does have one.
However, Jet has a Curacao licence, which has me torn. On the one hand, many NZ casinos share the same licence ( just look at the highly-rated casino King Billy), but on the other hand, this licence is more lax on security.
And I noticed this issue instantly. For instance, there is no auditing seal on Jet Casino. This isn’t the case with all Curacao-licensed casinos; Woo is audited by iTechLab, for example, which gives some peace of mind to players.
In contrast with both King Billy and Woo, Jet barely has any responsible gambling tools. In fact, the only one I could find was self-exclusion. I wasn’t able to set limits on my deposits, bets, or losses.
In my book, this is really not good enough. I would expect more, even on a Curacao licence.
Customer support
Jet Casino has several customer support options available.
Live chat is found in the contact us section, and is available 24/7. It’s answered by helpful staff, who typically sort the problem out in very good time.
Jet Casino can also be contacted through its social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and X. Additionally, both Whatsapp and Discord are available for support.

The more ways to get in touch with a casino, the better. And that’s exactly what you get here at Jet.
I was delighted to find a plethora of options for support. Not only is there live chat, email, and FAQs, but Discord and Whatsapp as well, which beats Winz.io by a country mile.
The support was very quick to respond too, and I really enjoyed the fact that I had so many options to pick from.
Jet casino even has a feature I’ve never seen before: the online call feature.
Open up the live chat and there’s the option. It’s a far cry better than Nitro, which has no phone option at all.
The FAQ section is rather minimal though. So in the future it would be nice to see more in-depth questions in this section as it’s all rather surface-level for now.
Usability
Being able to navigate a casino is a must for anyone who is looking to play online. Jet Casino manages to pack a lot into it’s interface without being too overwhelming.
It uses a dark theme, and has a clear menu across the top detailing all the different game categories. Clicking on each takes you to the corresponding game section.

Besides the search function, there are many different filters available. These help you browse or find the title you want after filtering by provider, game features, and theme.

Usability rating
- Mobile apps available
- Many game and provider filters
- Dark theme
- Very busy
- Slow loading speed
Okay, so there’s a lot to like about the interface of Jet, but there are also some things I do have an issue with. Let’s get the good out of the way first.
Yes, it’s my favourite dark theme. I always appreciate this as it’s far easier on the eyes. And, just like BetandPlay, Jet has a mobile app available to download with a full game suite, making it a great option for mobile casino players.
I am also a huge fan of the filter system here. It’s one of the clearest I’ve come across and easily located off to the right. I could easily browse by game theme, mechanics, and game studio.
But, while intuitive, the interface is very busy. The page also displays current progressive jackpot pools, ongoing events with time counters, and a community leaderboard.
Unlike Lucky Days which keeps things a little more spaced out, Jet has tiny thumbnails and many different headers and categories to sift through.
It’s also rather slow, taking more than three seconds to load, while sites like Lucky Days load in less than half a second. Perhaps this is the price the page pays for being so busy.
