Ontario became Canada’s first and only (so far) province to regulate and legalise online gambling on 4 April, 2022, opening its virtual doors to online betting in every form.
Players must be 19+ and reside in the province. Operators and suppliers must abide by the requirements imposed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario (iGO).
