There are only three options to purchase WoW coins, which I wasn’t really happy about. Yes, there are card payments, but only one eWallet.

I was very pleased with the mobile browser version of WoW Vegas casino and didn’t mind that there was no app.
The mobile browser site does not require you to download any software. So I liked that aspect of it as well.

Again, this is another very low-scoring area for me. I take customer support seriously, but it appears that WoW Vegas does not.
One support option in the form of an email is not enough for me. In this day and age, that doesn’t cut it at all.
Although it is 24/7, I was outraged that when I sent the message, I had to click a box saying I was okay with the fact that they would take a day to respond!
I essentially give them free rein to take their time to respond, and there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. Not a fan.
