Expert verdict

My experience at Euro Palace had some highs and lows. On the positive side, the casino is reliable and trustworthy. It’s been around for well over a decade in Canada and has a licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which adds a level of reassurance that new platforms can’t compete with.

There were a few other strengths. The mobile experience is convenient for an iPhone user like me, with a well-designed native iOS app. The gaming library is admittedly on the smaller side, but it offers a wide variety of game types, from slots and table games to live dealer games and arcade and bingo options.

I was disappointed with certain things. The live chat support is slow and frustrating to use, the welcome bonus has a high 70x wagering requirement, and withdrawals are slower than I’m used to.

Euro Palace casino welcome bonus

New players will get a welcome package of 100% up to C$600 divided across the first three deposits:

  • First Deposit: 100% up to C$200
  • Second Deposit: 100% up to C$200
  • Third Deposit: 100% up to C$200

There is a minimum deposit of C$10 for each bonus, and it comes with a 70x wagering requirement that must be completed within 60 days. Slots count 100% toward clearing the requirement, while table games contribute at a reduced rate.

Bonus rating

72/100 Great lineup of promos, but stricter bonus terms
  • Multi-deposit welcome package
  • C$50 bonus for referrals
  • Daily and weekly missions
  • No free spins in welcome bonus
  • 70x wagering requirements on welcome bonus
  • Few ongoing promotions

On first impression, the welcome package seemed solid. It’s split across your first three deposits, giving me flexibility instead of having to put everything into one deposit. The overall value of C$600 is decent, even if there are larger bonuses out there for high rollers.

The issue came with fulfilling the wagering requirements. Most casino bonuses are below 50x, like the welcome bonuses at Stake or BitStarz, but here it is 70x. The higher the wagering requirements, the more difficult it is to build up withdrawal winnings, and at Euro Palace I just didn’t feel like the juice was worth the squeeze. In the end, I lost my first deposit before I made any significant headway.

Outside of that, there are missions, a bonus wheel, a referral bonus, and a simple loyalty program. They’re fine, but I would have liked to see reload bonuses and tournaments as well.

Euro Palace casino games

Euro Palace has a library of over 1,600 games. The majority of the collection is made up of slots, but there’s also a solid number of live dealer games and table games.

There’s also a bingo section with over 40 options, and an arcade lineup with crash games, keno, plinko, mines, and more.

Games rating

88/100 A smaller library compared to competitors
  • Popular, reliable slots
  • Wide variety of games
  • Bingo and arcade options
  • Small gaming collection

The first thing that struck me about the Euro Palace game menu is that it’s much smaller than the top competitors, especially compared to sites like Run4Win, which has over 10,000 games. So, when it comes to scale, it’s not up there.

When it comes to slots, the focus is on fan favourites. I found plenty of titles that I’ve played and enjoyed before, like Blazing Bison, Sugar Rush, Gates of Olympus, and more.

The positive thing is that it’s not all about slots here. You’ve got lots of other types of games to break up your gaming sessions. I particularly enjoyed the bingo and arcade section, as those were a nice change from the usual casino staples.

What Euro Palace lacks in sheer numbers, it makes up for in variety.

Euro Palace casino software providers

Well-known providers power the game collection at Euro Palace Casino. Titles come from Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, On Air, Hacksaw Gaming, Ready Play, and Blueprint.

Software rating

66/100 Fewer providers but trusted names
  • Well-known software providers
  • Exclusive titles available
  • Strong overall game quality
  • Limited number of studios
  • No indie providers

It’s not the biggest list of providers that I’ve come across, but that’s to be expected from a smaller library.

Even so, the studios featured are all widely recognized in the industry, which is always a good sign in my book. Working with established providers usually means familiar options, high quality, and gameplay that runs smoothly, all of which I experienced here.

You’ll also find some exclusive games that are unique to the platform, which adds a bit of variety even if there are no lesser-known studios.

Euro Palace fiat and crypto payment methods

Euro Palace supports a wide range of payment methods, with fiat methods like Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and Paysafecard, as well as several cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD Coin, Litecoin, Ripple, Tron, Dogecoin, Cardano, Solana, Bitcoin Cash, Binance Coin, and Tether. All of these are available for withdrawals except for Paysafecard.

The minimum deposit is C$5 for Visa and Mastercard, C$10 for Interac and Paysafecard, and C$50 for all cryptocurrencies. For withdrawals, there is a minimum requirement of C$50.

Withdrawal speed depends on which payment option is used. If you’re cashing out with fiat methods, it can take up to five days. Cryptocurrency payouts are processed more quickly, usually within two or three days.

Payments rating

76/100 Flexible banking but slow payouts
  • Wide range of 16 payment methods
  • Low C$5 minimum deposit for credit cards
  • Fiat and crypto banking
  • Slow withdrawal processing
  • High minimum withdrawal of C$50

I was impressed with banking at Euro Palace. Having 16 payment methods gives you plenty of flexibility, especially with a mix of fiat and crypto options. I also like that deposits with Visa and Mastercard start at just C$5, making it accessible to all players. On the flip side, the C$50 minimum withdrawal is on the higher side.

Where Euro Palace let me down was the processing time for payouts.

Even though cryptocurrencies are supported, withdrawals can still take a couple of days to be processed internally by Euro Palace, which somewhat defeats the purpose of fast crypto transfers. Looking at other sites in comparison, like Stake, crypto payouts arrive in just a few hours.

Is Euro Palace casino safe?

Euro Palace is owned by Baytree Interactive, which is the same operator behind well-known brands like Jackpot City, Spin Casino, and Lucky Nugget. It is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, a Canadian regulator.

The platform uses 256-bit encryption, and you enable two-factor authentication for account security. The privacy policy clearly outlines the casino’s security measures, and the footer also shows auditing and responsible gaming certifications.

The games themselves come from established providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs), which means the results are independently tested to ensure they’re fair and not manipulated.

There is a dedicated responsible gaming page that covers the basics of safe play and includes a self-assessment quiz. For control tools, you can set deposit limits, a cooling-off period, or self-exclusion.

Safety rating

70/100 Performs well when it comes to trust, regulation, and safety standards
  • Clear privacy policy
  • Local Canadian licence
  • Reputable parent company
  • No options for wager, time, or loss limits
  • Responsible gaming section could be more detailed

I felt comfortable playing at Euro Palace. It’s been around since 2010, and has reputable sister-sites from Baytree Interactive. That kind of established background gives me more confidence compared to a brand-new site.

Another thing that reassured me is the KGC licence. As a regulator actually located in Canada, which has been in operation since 1999, it brings a level of familiarity and trust. This is one area where it outperforms competitors with international licences, such as Run4Win or Spinrise.

Most of the key security features I’d expect are in place, and the platform is open about how it protects its users and keeps games fair. However, I was disappointed at the lack of advanced responsible gaming tools. I wasn’t able to set up limits for deposits or losses, which is possible at Richard Casino.

Euro Palace customer support

If you need help while using Euro Palace, customer support is available through live chat or the contact form. The chat option isn’t immediately visible on the homepage, so you’ll need to open the Help Centre, where you’ll find the floating chat icon.

You’ll initially be connected to a chatbot, and after a few prompts, you’ll be given the option to talk with an agent.

Support rating

65/100 A disappointing experience with the live chat
  • In-depth help centre
  • 24/7 customer support
  • Email replies in a few hours
  • Frustrating live chat
  • No phone number

I didn’t have the smoothest experience with Euro Palace’s live chat. The conversation started with a chatbot that directed me through several prompts before offering me the option to speak with a real person.

It took another 15 minutes before I was connected to someone, but as I took too long to reply, they’d closed the chat, meaning I had to repeat the process.

The whole process was much harder than it should have been, especially when compared to the near-instant live chats of other casinos like BitStarz or Run4Win.

Euro Palace desktop and mobile usability

Euro Palace has a straightforward, familiar interface. The main menu is fixed at the top of the page, so you can quickly access promotions, banking, and the help centre.

Games are grouped by category, and when you open each section, more subcategories show up to explore the collection. If you already have a specific title in mind, you can use the search bar.

The website is accessible in any browser, and there is also a dedicated iOS app you can download directly to your device for on-the-go gaming.

Usability rating

71/100 Room for improvement in usability
  • Highly rated iOS app
  • Easy-to-follow layout
  • Clearly organized game categories
  • Identical to sister-sites
  • Old-fashioned design
  • No Android app

Using Euro Palace felt very familiar, as all Baytree Interactive’s casinos have the same design and layout. So, if you’ve played at Jackpot City or Lucky Nugget before, the platform will feel identical.

Personally, I prefer sites with at least something unique, but here the only real difference I could find was the welcome bonus.

The platform has been around for a while, and I could see that while using the site. It lacks the sleek design and polished experience that you find at newer sites, like Stake. Still, the layout is clear and easy to navigate.

The redeeming factor for me here was the app. I’m a big fan of mobile gaming, and having an app just feels like a more premium experience to me, with easy access right from my homescreen. The only issue is that there isn’t an app for Android players, so they have to rely on browser play.
