Comprehensive TonyBet casino review for 2024

After exploring the game lobby at Tonybet, I found it up to standard with a variety of game categories, including a live-casino section. Compared to the market average of 900 games, Tonybet is a notch lower and lacks a variety of game types, but the diversity of genres is there. 

This lack of variety is most apparent in the live casino. I was able to find run-of-the-mill staples, but blackjack occupies most of the real estate here (44/85 tables). My gripes stem from two factors: the frequency of email sendouts and the lack of transparency in terms.

I was impressed with the response times for emails, and you won’t see me say that often! My first question was replied to within 10 minutes, and subsequent responses were all handled within an hour or two. 

Although I don’t enjoy communicating over email, Tonybet’s Support team sets the pace and made me feel that I could rely on their customer care. Responses I received were also comprehensive and informative; I required no further clarification.

On desktop, the images are strikingly blurry and enlarged. I frequently had to hover over slot thumbnails to figure out which game it was, as parts of the title or logo were cropped out of view.

Usability of menus is glitchy or nonexistent; in the FAQs, for example, the left-hand menu gets stuck with the scroll, obstructing text and other links on the page. Lengthy, informative pages have no categorization or tabs, making the documents difficult to read and digest. 

On mobile, some of these issues are resolved. My experience playing and navigating the site was smooth and seamless, with fewer hiccups. Graphics were crisp and readable, menus loaded and scrolled properly, but my observations on page navigation and categorization stand.
