Expert verdict
Players can expect a good selection of slots, RNG table games, and live-dealer tables at Casino Days, which is available as both a web browser and mobile app version.
The online casino has several detailed categories, which allowed me to browse by game type on a broad level, but also by slot game mechanic, max wins, and theme, to name a few examples.
Many fast and secure payment methods are available, so you can get up and running quickly. Regular Canadian players can tap into the perks of the VIP program too.
The platform is clean and easy to use, though detailed search filters would be a welcome addition.
Games: Casino Days slots and more
Casino Days has more than 1,700 available across all game types.
Most games here are the Casino Days slots, which can be whittled into different categories. You can find Megaways, Feature Buys, and Popular.
The table game section covers virtual blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker.
The live casino section covers over 150 titles from Evolution.

Games rating
- Most popular slot titles present
- Quality live-dealer tables
- 50+ RNG table games
- Few jackpot titles
- Few video poker options
First, I was happy to see hundreds of slot games on offer, and these did come in various categories, such as Epic Wins over 10,000x, Megaways and Feature Buy, which was different and helpful.
There are more than 150 live games on offer, and these are from the impressive Evolution Gaming. This puts Casino Days’s live-dealer section on par with the likes of BetMGM. Here I especially enjoyed the live poker tables and OnAir Entertainment gameshows.
I noticed that the casino has significantly upped its selection of first-person table games. With 50 to choose from, this is just over the market average for Ontario.
Still, I’d like to see Casino Days join the ranks of Betano by providing more poker options and expanding their selection beyond blackjack, roulette, and baccarat.
Increasing the range of jackpots available would also help this casino compete against the 140+ titles offered by casinos like Betsafe.
Software at Casino Days Canada
Canadian players can play games from 30 different software providers at Casino Days. Some providers are big names in the industry, while others are smaller, more niche developers.
All of them offer up strong mobile-compatible and fair games. Additionally, all the software providers found here are fully licensed and reputable within the industry.
However, Casino Days online casino offers no bespoke games or software. The site only uses game software from providers already operating within the industry.

There are a number of small providers here, such as Snowborn, Rabcat and ReelPlay, which helps to make the game selection a little more varied and unusual when compared to other sites.

Software rating
- Large number of providers
- Industry-leading names
- Live games by Evolution
- No exclusive games
I was happy to find 30 or so different providers here at Casino Days, which enabled me to give it one of the highest scores across all criteria.
For starters, while Casino Days can’t compete with the three live dealer providers that LeoVegas uses, it does provide games by Evolution, a top player in the industry. There are also some gameshows by OnAir Entertainment for variety.
This meant I could access some of the best live games out there and use a range of betting limits. Many competitors rely on Pragmatic Play live casino, so I was happy to get something different.
Finally, not only were there big-name providers like Microgaming, but a number of smaller ones too, like Red Tiger Gaming, Snowborn, and ReelPlay, which just meant there were different game options to be found.
Payment methods
Typically, we want you to be able to access a number of different payment methods so that you can choose the one that meets your needs. This means an online casino should support at least 10 payment methods.
Casino Days has seven different transaction options, and these are all geared toward their Canadian customers. Essentially, various Interac payment options feature very heavily at this online casino, as well as iDebit. No transaction fees apply.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal limit is C$20 for all payment options. The upper limit varies, with MuchBetter coming out on top for deposits and bank transfer having the highest maximum for withdrawals.
Deposits are instant across the board so that you can play right away. Withdrawals are instant if you use MuchBetter or iDebit. Interac takes one hour to one business day.
Payouts via Apple Pay, credit card, or bank transfer can take two or three business days.

Withdrawal methods
Payments rating
- Safe and secure transactions
- Quick withdrawals processing
- No fees applied
- Lacks PayPal
- Limited info on credit card transactions
This was a bit harder to score as there were some really good aspects here, rubbing shoulders with more frustrating ones simultaneously.
First, the good. Casino Days has some of the fastest withdrawal times, offering instant withdrawals for MuchBetter and 1-hour to 1-day options for most of the other payment methods, bar the usual suspects (bank transfer and credit cards).
This emphatically beats out the decent 3-day maximum turnaround time at Unibet casino, assuming you don’t opt for a bank transfer. In short, I was very impressed.
However, once again, I’d rather see the full suite of e-wallet options, with PayPal and Payz, for example.
And you’ll need to be careful with some of the payment methods due to their low max withdrawal limits. Apple Pay and credit card payouts are capped at C$2,500.
Still, it’s a good score as low minimum deposits and high maximums are in place, meaning the casino caters to a wide range of budgets.
Safety features
Staying safe when playing at an online casino is a must. Online casino gambling should never be attempted at a site that does not hold a licence. That’s the bare minimum for us.
Casino Days is fully licensed and regulated by the ACGO, the main licensing body in Ontario. By holding this licence, the casino must adhere to these regulations or lose the ability to operate.
Following this, Casino Days online casino has a number of SSL encryption and security protocols in place from DigiCert. It also uses encryption from PCI DSS to prove your data is safe when you play.

On top of all that, the online casino also has strong, responsible gambling protocols to ensure you can access any help. Using the hotline, you can use various tools to stop gambling or reach out for help.

Safety rating
- Licensed and safe operator
- Digicert-certified SSL encryption
- Plenty of responsible gambling tools
- No eCOGRA certificate
As I would hope from a licensed and regulated site in Ontario, Casino Days does tick all the boxes regarding the different security options.
While it doesn’t have the eCOGRA certification brandished by Royal Vegas casino, all the games come from top providers and are audited by DigiCert, which has certified them fair.
The logo and information were found neatly at the bottom of the home page. Similarly, I could also find SSL encryption information here, which was a good surprise.
This does put Casino Days a little higher up than NorthStar Bets, which makes it quite hard to find security information, something I always see as a bit of a red flag.
While nothing is specifically special here, Casino Days does everything right. Players aren’t complaining about any major issues here, which is also a good sign for me.
Mobile features
These days, we all like to be able to access an online casino when we’re out and about. For example, betting on our favourite games is always so much fun when on the way to work.
We don’t expect an app, but we do expect a mobile platform. Casino Days does not offer a dedicated mobile app at this time.
However, the site has a mobile browser version, meaning you can access all online slots and games while out and on the go. The mobile version is also identical to the desktop.
Because it’s a browser version on mobile, all the games are available. This includes the live casino. It’s just a case of ensuring you have a good internet connection when you play.
The look and design of the mobile site is good though. It’s got the same colour scheme and layout as the desktop site, so you won’t have to relearn where everything is when playing on the smaller screen.

Mobile rating
- Top-notch mobile usability
- Mobile matches desktop
- Excellent navigation
- No mobile app
Okay, so there isn’t an app here on Casino Days. I want to find a decent mobile browser site, and I guess that is what I got.
Just like PokerStars, Casino Days is very good across the different platforms. The theme, design and layout were the same on the mobile browser site.
This is a problem for me, but this is to do with the layout and usability rather than an issue with the mobile site itself. The mobile site loads well, as I would hope.
For some positives, unlike SlotsMagic, you can find all the games on the mobile platform. Maybe part of this concerns the lack of an app, but it works for me.
I wish the games were a little more organized. The categories are broad so it’s difficult to filter your browsing and reduce the endless scrolling on mobile. Again, this is more an overall design issue than a specific fault of the mobile site.
Customer support
When you are playing online, even if the casino appears to operate very well, you must have access to a strong support team from the casino.
Ideally, there should be at least three different options for you to use. Casino Days has just two options, including an email and a live chat function.
The live chat option is available 24/7, which is very important. Real people also operate it and has a relatively fast response time of under 5 minutes.
The email option has a longer, slower turnaround time and can take a day. It’s good for submitting complaints to though, with the live chat the better option if you have any quick queries.

The FAQs are very helpful and can be accessed via the menu at the right or from the footer. There are several top categories, including payments, betting and so on.
Support rating
- 24/7 live chat
- Fast response times
- Detailed FAQs
- No phone support
Again, another moment where I was disappointed in Casino Days when it could have been so much better. Yes, there are two support options, but they’re challenging to find.
It wasn’t very pleasant to search for the live chat. The response was pretty quick when I got it, but Royal Panda responded faster.
The support was very helpful, though. And I didn’t need an account or to sign in to use the live chat, which was a bonus. It’s always annoying when that isn’t the case.
I was disappointed not to find a phone number. But then again, bet365 doesn’t have a phone line either. But, the live chat is easily accessible on Bet365, which still puts it ahead.
I also knocked off points because, while there was a detailed FAQ in places, some of the information was rather scattered. I did have to go through a few different sections before finding the payment info I wanted, for instance.
Usability
Casino Days has a very simple design. Everything is spaced out well without too much in the way of clutter. This applies to both the desktop version and the mobile app.

There is also not an overload of graphics, so you get a decent load speed when opening the website. Some of the online slots are slower, though.
Signing up is quick and easy. All you need to do is click the blue button on the top right and fill out all the personal details requested. You need to be at least 19 to open an account.

The live chat is hidden in the Help section, and some of the information in the FAQ section is outside the headers you’d expect, which means a bit of searching is required.
Usability rating
- Clean design and layout
- Useful game categories
- Mobile app available
- Basic search filters
- Hidden live chat
- Registration-gated features
The minimalist design went down a treat here. The homepage or lobby don’t bombard you with info and the layout is generally clean and tidy, making the page easy to use.
Registration, payments, and gaming all proceeded smoothly for me, on both desktop and mobile, via web browser and the app. Casino Days didn’t always have a mobile app, and I’m really happy when operators introduce these upgrades.
Navigation is pretty intuitive too, thanks to the detailed game menus.
There is some room for improvement. Despite the game categories, I’d still like an advanced set of filters to help me whittle down my search results. I’d like to be able to browse by software provider, for example. Currently, the only search filters available are for all games and live casino titles.
I also appreciate it when a casino is more forthcoming to non-registered users. Currently, you have to be registered to use the live chat. I’d rather have the sticky chat icon visible from the get-go, like at Casumo casino.
