Expert verdict
After visiting Amazon Slots Casino and taking the time to roam around their site, I can confidently recommend the platform to casino players in Ontario, particularly new players who are looking for a user-friendly platform.
I can hardly call the product “competitive” when pitted against more established casinos in Ontario, but Amazon Slots offers a balanced mix of slots and table games to suit most.
Support response times are on the slower end, and my withdrawals generally took over 72 hours to process. I would have also liked to see greater attention to the Help section and general UI, small hiccups in which made my playing experience cumbersome at times.
Still, I count Amazon Slots as a reliable option for those looking for a slot-centric product.

Game types available
Games rating
- 27 Slingo games
- New slots every month
- Most popular games on offer
- Few table games
- No bingo or poker
Amazon Slots is definitely all about slots first, everything else second.
I found player-favourites like Book of Dead, Sweet Bonanza, 9 Masks of Fire, Wild Wild Riches, and Slingo hits. Fromt he table games, stand-out mentions are Sic Bo, Quantum Roulette, and Dragon Tiger.
I’d like to see a broader variety of games available (more poker, keno, bingo, craps), and improved filter/categorization to accommodate other game types. The option to search for games based on software providers would also be a huge plus.
The biggest gripe is UX here. I address usability further in this review, but in relation to the games offer there’s room for improvement.
Specifically, all first-person and live table games categorized as ‘Table Games’. Game shows are in there too. I wasn’t able to verify each title, and would have appreciated a cleaner segmentation of live games.
In terms of sheer quantity, Amazon Slots is trailing behind market leaders like, PlayOJO and Casumo casino.
Software providers: industry-leading providers
Players will find 11 leading game developers at Amazon Slots, including IsoftBet, NetEnt, Microgaming (now Games Global), Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.

Available software
Software rating
- High production value
- Big names covered
- No bespoke software
- Smaller studios absent
For a casino of its size, Amazon Slots is doing quite well in terms of software, with big names like Red Tiger, Playson, Yggdrasil, and other all integrated.
Despite the casino not having the most expansive range of software providers, it ticks pretty much all the important boxes for players wanting to enjoy quality games at an slow pace.
The casino has done a decent job in maintaining their quality-over-quantity motto, though this may mean players miss out on other popular providers with outstanding game titles.
I would have liked to see some of the smaller studios with innovative games, like Hacksaw’s Cubes or Spribe’s Aviator, but all in all Amazon Slots delivers a solid selection guaranteed to have at least some of your favourites.
Payment methods: safe and reliable options
Amazon Slots Ontario accepts five payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Interac, and bank transfer.
Payout time takes around 72 hours to process and 1-3 days to go through, on average.
The casino doesn’t specify the maximum amount players can deposit or withdraw. However, each option has its’ limits displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

Withdrawal methods
Payments rating
- Reliable payment methods
- Instant deposits
- Withdrawals take more than 72 hours
- Bank transfer can over 5 days
- No e-wallets
Accepted casino payment methods are limited at Amazon Slots, but the five on offer are known for safety and reliability.
Overall, the payment integration at Amazon Slots is dependable. Nothing extra, but has the backbone of everything you need.
I prefer managing my bankroll through e-wallets, so for me the biggest downside is their absence and the respective trade-off: slower withdrawal times.
After requesting a few payouts, I found Interac to be the fastest option, clocking in at just over 72 hours. Bank transfer was the slowest for me, taking six days to arrive, and the C$2.50 withdrawal fee felt like the antithetical cherry on top.
The only other thing I would’ve like to see is a more comprehensive payments hub with terms, limits, and restrictions clearly outlined.

Amazon Slots’ casino adheres to AGCO’s strict regulations, but operates with a WE1 TSL certificate.

Safety rating
- All necessary RG tools
- Audit partner not disclosed
- No RTP details disclosed
It was nice to see the responsible-gaming tools readily accessible. I was able to set limits on deposits, losses, and time spent from day one, and appreciated the ease of enabling them.
That’s about where the positives end for me. Everything else is bare-bones standard, with a few aspects raising eyebrows.
For example, there’s no verifiable game auditing, no disclosure of RTPs or game-fairness certificates, and high-level terms are lacking depth.
Backing by AGCO and iGO ensures that everything is up to par on that front, so I’m not waving any red flags.
Will chalk it up to inexperience in the market rather than malintent, and am looking forward to revisiting Amazon Slots to update this section with an improved rating.
Customer support at Amazon Slots
Customer support at Amazon Slots is available only to registered users during business hours.
There’s a live chat, email, phone, and a Help section.

Support rating
- Over-the-phone support
- Sticky live chat
- Slow email response time
- Limited hours of support
- Non-registered users out of luck
The first surprise was the complete absence of any access to support as an non-registered user.
I don’t appreciate having to register “blindly”, without being able to assess whether a casino ticks all the boxes for me, and can’t confidently recommend you do the same.
Anyway, I crack on and sign up. The next surprise was the restriction on support hours.
While I don’t personally agree with running staff 24/7, that’s unfortunately the norm across all leading online casinos in Canada. Not keeping pace sets Amazon Slots quite behind the competition.
That’s not enough to discourage me on its own, though. But bunched with all of the above and waiting another two days for a response to a basic query via email — just about does it.
The redeeming factor was the quality of support; I found the staff knowledgeable and eager to help. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the predicament a player may encounter in an emergency.
The biggest concern there is losing access to my account, without which I wouldn’t be able to find Amazon Slots’ contact details, let alone reach out to support directly.
Usability: slick navigation
The Amazon Slots site is bursting with color and offers simple navigation.
There’s no dedicated mobile app, but the site is compatible with all mobile devices.

Usability rating
- Fast loading time (<1s)
- Simple design
- Limited filtering
- Mixed categorization
I was hoping for something more from The Six Gaming LTD this time, but the Jumpman Gaming cookie-cutter layout is the same ol’ bag o’ goods I got at Amazon Slots.
If you’re familiar with Fever Slots or Kong Casino, you know exactly what I mean. The differentiating factor is the Amazonian theme; everything else is off the same vine and is simple in design.
The platform is responsive, and I had no issues playing on my iOS phone, tablet, and Windows PC.
The biggest positive is exceptionally fast loading times. Granted, Amazon Slots doesn’t have the biggest product offer on the market, but I see smaller casinos with poorer performance far more often than not. Any section will load in a blink — well done there.
Navigational elements, though, were lacking. The ‘All Games’ would heavily benefit from improved categorization, sorting, and a revamp of the UI. The search is also pretty basic; additional filters and a few extra links in the footer would go a long way.
