I was happy to see 24/7 customer support on offer.
I was able to easily access the live chat from every page, thanks to the sticky bubble. I was also able to open a chat without logging in, although I did need to provide an email address.
Where things were a little less impressive was the FAQ section. This is minimal and has nothing compared to the BetMGM help section, which is one of the most extensive. Additionally, there is no phone support available.
