I found things a bit limiting with only seven payment options available at Dream Vegas casino. It was a bit of a disappointment from the back of the games and software section.
Like top casinos like LeoVegas, Dream Vegas casino only has seven payment methods. That being said, using the Canadian-based Interac, my preferred option for those speedier transactions is possible.
As I hoped, all deposits were instant, with no exceptions, which was somewhat mollifying. But, the big disappointment continues with the withdrawals when trying to claim any of your winnings from this casino site.

Generally, the mobile platform is no different from the desktop site, and that’s for both the app and the browser sites. I could find my way around much in the same way as the main platform.

Why, I hear you ask? In fairness, this online casino works exceptionally well for the most part. And the lack of any help section is alleviated by the speed and quality of the support.
Much like at ComeOn, Dream Vegas has excellent response times. This means that you can almost get the answer to quick queries faster if you get in touch than if you scroll through a help section.
As such, I scored high in this Dream Vegas casino review. On top of that, there is a good email address too, which is great for more detailed queries.
Impressively, the email doesn’t have a long turnaround time either. There is no telephone number, but I felt this didn’t affect this Dream Vegas review as only a few sites, such as the Canadian-based NorthStar Bets, offer this.
Usability: simple interface
For any casino, the layout and design of the online casino must be simple and easy to get to grips with. Dream Vegas does manage to do just that across all its platforms.
The online casino is nicely designed, with an attractive colour scheme. And the general interface isn’t too cluttered, so you’re not going to get lost when navigating around. As such, it’s easy for both new and returning players.
That being said, some areas are lacking somewhat. For instance, while all the games are carefully categorized, there are no specific game filters for things like in-game features such as free spins, Megaways, etc.

With so many games on offer, one of the main areas of concern for me was how to get through all these games to find what I wanted. Like Unibet casino, there’s a disappointing lack of filters here.
