Editor's note

This review is based on the operator’s current offer in Ontario, Canada. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change as the operator’s offer expands.

Expert verdict

This Dream Vegas review has covered everything from the live casino and online slots to customer support. One of the standout features is the sheer number of casino games on offer. In particular, the 50+ progressive jackpots available.

On top of this, Dream Vegas casino takes great pains to ensure this site is easy to use and navigate. There are clear menus both on the desktop and mobile versions though there is no Dream Vegas app for iOS users.

Elsewhere on Dream Vegas casino, there is strong support, great adherence to Ontario’s gambling laws and, of course, a good choice of different payment options. If there is a niggle, it’s just that the live casino section could be bigger.

Dream Vegas Ontario casino games

One of the great things about Dream Vegas Ontario casino is that it does offer a good selection of games. More than 3,500 are on offer here, covering an array of game types.

Not only can you find live games and table games galore in the game lobby, but you also have a vast selection of slots. And, if this wasn’t enough, there are also a significant number of progressive jackpots.

Once you have got online via your Dream Vegas casino login, you will have total access to all the games found here. And you can use the various filters to check out the different options.

Better still, some of the most popular slots are out there, ensuring you’ll have a great time. New games are regularly added so that you won’t get bored.

Impressively, Dream Vegas casino has over 50 different progressives on offer. And, there are a wealth of Megways games too. It does put this ahead of the rest in many areas.

Games rating

90/100 Good selection of games but could offer more
  • Diverse game selection
  • Top software providers
  • Clear game categories
  • Limited video poker choice

To put it out there, Dream Vegas casino has done an excellent job with the games it offers. I couldn’t be happier with the number of slot games.

These far and away exceeded those from competitors such as FanDuel casino, which offers a paltry 300+ games. On top of that, Dream Vegas exceeded my expectations regarding the specific options within the slot categories. As I mentioned, there are more than the usual Megaways games and an impressive set of progressives.

Okay, so where this casino doesn’t get quite such high marks is when we get to other sections of the site. Table games popular in Las Vegas are available at this online casino. However, they lack, but not as much as other Ontario casinos.

Professional dealers man the live casino, as one would expect. Even with over 50 games, this pales compared to 888casino, where you can find over 40 live roulette games alone and a bespoke live casino lobby.

That being said, I like that there are some more unusual game offerings here — you can find soft games in their category. And the casino games are from some of the best providers out there.

Software at Dream Vegas online casino

Dream Vegas casino has partnered with more than 120 different software providers. Some of these include huge names in the industry, such as Pragmatic Play for the live dealer games, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Evolution Gaming and more, besides for the rest.

Additionally, the casino not only focuses on offering games from big names but also has a wealth of smaller or independent studios on tap. This makes the selection of games incredibly eclectic.

A provider filter lists all the providers in one extensive section for ease of use. This means you can peruse the options very quickly.

And it’s easy to continue searching through the providers, too, as you can use the search bar to see if a provider you like is available at this online casino.

The only real downside here is that there is no bespoke software on offer. But, with so many providers available, it’s not actually anything that’s really missed. Impressively, most games can be played on a mobile too.

Software rating

95/100 Top software providers for all games
  • Over 120 providers
  • Big names present
  • Good live casino
  • No bespoke software

It should be no surprise why I’ve rated the software so highly here. With 120 providers on offer, this far outstrips the likes of JackpotCity casino with just two providers at this time.

Because of this enormous selection, you’ll be hard-pressed to find any missing software developers, too, which is almost unheard of today. Better still, there are some obscure studios here too.

As I have outlined in this Dream Vegas casino review, it doesn’t matter that there is no bespoke software. This is most notable in the live casino section, as three providers are here.

This is better than most online casinos where one provider is often the norm — here’s looking back at you, 888casino. But let’s not pick on just one site, other online casinos, such as Zodiac, don’t even have live games.

Finally, you’ll never experience lag or lack of choice with so many providers. I enjoyed this, particularly in the live dealer section regarding live blackjack options — there are so many!

Payment methods: various different options

Unfortunately for Dream Vegas, while there are some good areas, the payment section is not one of them. Ideally, a good online casino should have more than ten options, but only six exist.

This isn’t the worst, but it does mean there isn’t much variety when making a deposit. However, the minimum deposit amount is fair, catering to players with low budgets.

On the other end of the scale, withdrawals have an even lower minimum requirement, which is excellent. But, the upper withdrawal limit is capped at a paltry $5,000 per week, which is just not enough.

Additionally, withdrawals can be relatively slow, with all payments pending from 1 to 2 days. And then, after that, you’ll have to go through the payment gateway’s processing time.

Luckily, across the board there are no fees in place. At least not from Dream Vegas’ side. You will need to check with your bank though, just to make sure they don’t add any fees.

Payments rating

83/100 Solid number of payment options
  • Canadian-specific options
  • Fee-free transactions
  • Instant deposits
  • Long processing period

I found things a bit limiting with only seven payment options available at Dream Vegas casino. It was a bit of a disappointment from the back of the games and software section.

Like top casinos like LeoVegas, Dream Vegas casino only has seven payment methods. That being said, using the Canadian-based Interac, my preferred option for those speedier transactions is possible.

As I hoped, all deposits were instant, with no exceptions, which was somewhat mollifying. But, the big disappointment continues with the withdrawals when trying to claim any of your winnings from this casino site.

Surprisingly, this online casino has a 1 to 2-day pending period after a request. Yes, you don’t even get to the withdrawal period for 48 hours. This is a major buzzkill, especially at sites like Royal Panda, where you can receive your winnings in 48 hours.

Overall, it’s not the worst, but it’s far from the best. In future, I’d like to see an increase in maximum withdrawal limits, faster turnaround times, and some additional payments added, for instance, MuchBetter.

Safety features

The best online casinos have to maintain high levels of security if they are going to get a good rating from us. And Dream Vegas casino does just that. It has top security protocols in place to keep players at Dream Vegas safe.

First, the site is audited by eCOGRA which is one of the biggest names when it comes to RNG certification. This means that the site is checked for gaming fairness on a regular basis.

Additionally, Ontario has granted Dream Vegas a casino license, so it’s legal within the province. In other countries, this site is licensed by top jurisdictions such as the UK gambling commission and MGA as well.

Safety rating

88/100 All standard features in place
  • Regularly audited
  • Licensed in Ontario
  • No extra safety features

The first thing I looked at here was the SSL encryption. This prevents your data from being accessed and is one of the essential features all reputable casinos must have. Luckily, this online casino does have that URL-locked padlock symbol.

Despite having only 128-bit SSL encryption, compared to the 256-bit one at BetRivers, all your personal information shared with the site will be safe and secure.

Dream Vegas has a stellar responsible gambling section, in line with what competitors like BetVictor and BetMGM offer. This can be found in the footer and promotes safe gambling with a number of helpful controls for players to use.

These included self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, deposit limits and more. Nothing was missing. It effectively ticked all the boxes and added nothing unique to the mix.

In line with what I would expect here, the online casino also had KYC protocols. To play here, you must be over 21. If you can’t produce the required ID to prove your age, you won’t be able to make an account. Or, you may find that you can keep your account, but no withdrawals can be made.

Mobile features

These days, we like to access everything when out and about, not just at home. This casino does make that possible via a mobile betting platform available to Ontarians.

Impressively, you can access the site via your mobile browser site getting access to almost the entire game library when you do so. Essentially, if you’re looking to play games on the fly, there’s nothing easier.

For those who don’t mind downloading extra software to their phone, an Android app is available from the Google Play Store. Currently, there is no iOS version of the app on offer.,

As you might expect, the app is well-designed and offers a great way to play on the go. There’s no learning curve in place as the site matches precisely the layout and setup of the desktop site.

Everything is more condensed on the mobile site, both browser and app. You can find quick links at the bottom of the page, and smaller menus to avoid cluttering the interface.

Mobile rating

69/100 Good mobile browser version, but no iOS app
  • App available for Android
  • Gentle learning curve
  • Mobile browser compatible
  • No iOS app
  • Some games missing

Generally, the mobile platform is no different from the desktop site, and that’s for both the app and the browser sites. I could find my way around much in the same way as the main platform.

Most casino games were also available in line with what operators like PartyCasino have. Similarly, some table games were missing, but like PartyCasino, most live games were very much present. I enjoyed sitting down to a game of Casino Hold’em while heading to work!

Overall, the app and mobile browser versions were virtually identical to the desktop site. And by that, I mean that the design and layout were identical, which I enjoyed.

Not only that, but the design is modern and pleasing to the eye. This is in direct contrast to sites like Casino Classic which has a supremely dated interface that’s just not enjoyable to use. Big points to Dream Vegas here!

Finally, and maybe this should have gone first, the installation process for the Android app is super easy. You don’t need to search for it in the app store, Dream Vegas casino has the direct link for you on their site. Talk about good service!

Customer support: speedy help

While we always like to see an online casino work well, it’s always to be expected that you will need to get in touch at some point in time. Because of this good customer support is a must.

As we mentioned earlier, the customer service team for Dream Vegas casino was excellent. There are two methods of contact — a live chat, and email. However, we do prefer to see more options such as a phone line or social media contacts.

Surprisingly, there isn’t an FAQ or help section. This means that some of the main queries you might have are not easily available to find out for yourself, forcing you to get in touch with the casino directly.

At least though, the support is available around the clock throughout the year. And, the live chat button is sticky, popping up on every page for easy access and minimal time wasted on searching for it.

All support options are at least available via both mobile and desktop versions of Dream Vegas casino. And, you can use the email option if you have more detailed or less urgent queries to make.

Support rating

85/100 Good support, but lacks a help section
  • Prompt responses
  • 24/7 availability
  • No help section
  • No telephone support

Despite not missing some rather essential support features (yes, I am talking about a help section), I still gave this a relatively high score in my Dream Vegas review.

Why, I hear you ask? In fairness, this online casino works exceptionally well for the most part. And the lack of any help section is alleviated by the speed and quality of the support.

Much like at ComeOn, Dream Vegas has excellent response times. This means that you can almost get the answer to quick queries faster if you get in touch than if you scroll through a help section.

As such, I scored high in this Dream Vegas casino review. On top of that, there is a good email address too, which is great for more detailed queries.

Impressively, the email doesn’t have a long turnaround time either. There is no telephone number, but I felt this didn’t affect this Dream Vegas review as only a few sites, such as the Canadian-based NorthStar Bets, offer this.

Usability: simple interface

For any casino, the layout and design of the online casino must be simple and easy to get to grips with. Dream Vegas does manage to do just that across all its platforms.

The online casino is nicely designed, with an attractive colour scheme. And the general interface isn’t too cluttered, so you’re not going to get lost when navigating around. As such, it’s easy for both new and returning players.

DreamVegas casino mobile screenshot

That being said, some areas are lacking somewhat. For instance, while all the games are carefully categorized, there are no specific game filters for things like in-game features such as free spins, Megaways, etc.

However, the menus are minimal, and when you click on a tab, you are directed precisely where you want to go. With all the mobile and desktop platforms designed in the same way, this Dream Vegas review doesn’t have too much to complain about.

The general look of the site was good, but there was a more average loading speed for the desktop. This did seem to speed up when using Chrome over options like Firefox.

Usability rating

84/100 Simple to use, but it could be better
  • Good game categories
  • Simple design
  • Clear menus
  • Not the fastest site

Similar to issues with some other casino sites, the lack of any help section does make it hard to find information on Dream Vegas. As I mentioned early in this Dream Vegas review, this is nonexistent.

While this is a downer, other areas of the site work well. The general look and feel of the online casino is a good one. It has a modern design, putting it head and shoulders above the likes of Captain Cooks casino.

With so many games on offer, one of the main areas of concern for me was how to get through all these games to find what I wanted. Like Unibet casino, there’s a disappointing lack of filters here.

Okay, so it does beat out Unibet in one aspect, and that’s the fact that you can at least filter by provider. But, given the number of games, I’d like to see more filters for the theme, game features and more.

Strangely too, given the number of progressives on offer, the online casino didn’t have a specific game category for this. For a better score in this Dream Vegas review, I’d like filters added on the desktop and mobile sites.

Is Dream Vegas casino legit?

Dream Vegas casino has made every effort to offer a secure gaming platform. First, the casino has acquired the required gaming license from Ontario. This means it must adhere to the province’s specific regulations to operate. If it doesn’t, it loses the license. Furthermore, Dream Vegas also has responsible gambling protocols in place and protects all your data via SSL encryption protocols.

How can I sign up to Dream Vegas online casino?

As long as you are in Ontario, getting started at this online casino is straightforward. Dream Vegas Ontario requires you to accurately fill out all the requested information when you click that signup button. This means you will need to provide your name, address, email, DOB, etc. Once you have verified your account, you’ll be able to get up and running in no time. You can do this both via desktop and mobile browsers.

What games does Dream Vegas casino offer?

Excitingly, Dream Vegas casino has a wealth of different casino games available. These cover most of the usual game types, including slot games, live games, table games, etc. Within each section, there are several different options, and all of this is laid out neatly so that you can efficiently find the perfect game to play. All games are provided by top online operators too.

What payment options are available at Dream Vegas Ontario?

Dream Vegas offers Canadian players several preferred payment method options. Whether placing a first deposit or returning to play, there is a great option available. Some of the top options include cards and online banking such as Interac. You will need to make sure you meet the deposit requirements. Otherwise, your payments might not be processed.

Can I access Dream Vegas by phone?

Yes, accessing Dream Vegas casino is easy to get online via your phone. However, while the site is fully mobile optimized, there is no iOS Dream Vegas app. Instead, you will have to access the site via the mobile browser version when using an iPhone. That being said, the mobile site works excellently, offering the same gaming experience as the desktop, and there is an Android app.
