Expert verdict
Some joint platform sportsbook casinos are really unbalanced, with one or the other feeling like an afterthought. With the name Sports Interaction, I was expecting that the casino wouldn’t be able to hold its own. I’m happy to admit I was wrong.
I had a positive experience with Sports Interaction and would recommend it for players who like a classic online casino experience. Their games library is packed and varied, though some game categories, like poker, fall slightly behind.
Signing up was a straightforward process. The site is intuitive to use and navigating is easy. There aren’t any particularly unique features and experienced players won’t find anything new or surprising.
Sports Interaction games
There are over 3,600+ games at Sports Interaction, including 3,400+ slots. This includes 190+ jackpot slots and 160+ Megaways slots.
Under the first-person table games category, I found 35 options, including 8 poker games. There are also 100 exclusive games that are only available on Sports Interaction.
Sports Interaction also has a large live casino with 140+ live-dealer tables. The live dealer games are divided into roulette, blackjack, game shows, baccarat, poker, and international games.

Game types available
Games rating
- 3,400+ slots
- Unique international games
- Great selection of jackpots and Megaways
- Fewer options for niche categories
- Not enough table games
- Too few providers for game volume
When I first visited Sports Interaction’s game library, I was thrilled with the selection I found. For comparison, the overall total and the number of slots beat PlayOJO’s already extensive library.
But volume isn’t everything, and when you get this many titles from around 12 game studios, it all begins to feel a bit repetitive. I’d like to see better game curation rather than a wholesale approach.
Besides slots, I was happy to see niche areas like bingo, Slingo, keno, and scratchcards, though the selection here is more limited. This casino also has a sub-par collection of first-person games, falling short of the market average of 45.
There is a hefty live casino selection on the site. I like the international game selection, with Roulette Italiana being my favourite twist on that classic game.
Software providers at Sports Interaction
Sports Interaction has designed a site that is compatible across mobile and desktop browsers. There is no need to download any software and there is no app. The site is OS compatible with Android, iOS, Linux, MacOS, and Windows. It is also compatible with all major browsers. These are Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari.

Available software
Software rating
- Quality software providers
- Range of gameplay features
- Only 12 game studios
- No bespoke software
I was not greatly impressed with the software selection on Sports Interaction. Some sites have more providers — think Casumo or FireVegas, which have around 70 software studios on board. I’d like to see the addition of the likes of Relax Gaming or Red Tiger.
That being said, Sports Interaction does go for quality. There’s just enough variety to cover plenty of different special features and in-game bonuses.
Sports Interactions doesn’t have any bespoke software, though this is a minor issue that most players won’t notice since it’s still able to offer exclusive titles.

Payments rating
- Eight trusted deposit methods
- Withdrawals are processed quickly
- No transaction fees
- Limited withdrawal methods
- Just one e-wallet option
- Dormancy fees
I didn’t have any issues making a deposit or withdrawing my funds at Sports Interaction. It was a simple process and my withdrawal was processed in just under 48 hours. The C$10 minimum for deposits and withdrawals is very fair, and this is the kind of standard I’m used to in Ontario.
There are enough options for making deposits. The options for withdrawals, on the other hand, are really limited. PokerStars, for example, offers three e-wallets, Instadebit, and eCheck too.
I’m not surprised that Apple Pay and Amex aren’t available for payouts (they rarely are), which is why another e-wallet option like Payz or PayPal would have improved things. From my experience, it’s always better to have the ability to use the same method for all transactions to keep track of your spending.
Other than that, and although there are no transaction fees, I rarely come across dormancy fees. Keep this in mind if you add this casino to your rotation.
Sports Interaction safety features and responsible gaming tools

Safety rating
- Two-factor authentication for added security
- Committed to responsible gambling
- Fully encrypted site
- Mixed reviews on gambling forums
Sports Interaction is one of the safest online casinos that I’ve ever played at. I felt completely comfortable using the site and using my Visa card to make deposits. Two-factor authentication should be standard at all casinos, so it was reassuring to see it as an option here.
The responsible gambling tools are easy to find and even easier to enable. I always set session limits when it’s an option, since it helps me stay in control of my gambling. The link to the responsible gambling tools is at the bottom of every page, so it’s convenient to toggle tools on or off.
The only real weak spot is the mixed reviews the site has on some gambling forums. These hurt player trust when the casino doesn’t openly respond and address the issues. Doing so could help the Sports Interaction brand.
Customer support: live chat and email
Customer support at Sports Interaction can be reached through the live chat feature or by email. The live chat feature is available 24/7. You don’t need a registered account to use the live chat feature. Customer support is only available in English.
There is a Help Desk as well. This is used to answer basic questions. It is divided into categories that include Account Details, Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Access.

Support rating
- Live chat available 24/7
- Detailed Help Desk
- Efficient responses
- Contact email hard to find
- Support only in English
- No ticket system
The live chat feature is the preferred way to reach customer support. It is efficient and always available. I don’t mind using live chat but sometimes prefer to send an email where I can fully explain an issue.
It makes sense for a brand to push customers to use their preferred support channel. But not everyone wants to use a live chat feature and the option to use another channel should be obvious.
I was eventually able to find the contact email address but it was an annoying search. When it’s that hard to find a contact email, it makes me think the casino doesn’t actually want to answer any questions.
There is no ticket system, so you can’t track your concern through the system. Support is only available in English, and adding French would make it more inclusive.
Overall, though, I was happy with the support I received from Sports Interaction. My queries were answered promptly and the staff is knowledgable.
Usability of Sports Interaction platform
The Sports Interaction site is designed for ease of use. Contrasting colours are used for visibility. Menus are large and include icons for clarity. The live chat can be found on the top of every page under the label Help & Contact, with a headset icon.

There is a mobile app for Sports Interaction, available for both iOS and Android devices. All games and feature are also accessible through a mobile or desktop browser site.

Usability rating
- Easy to navigate
- Plenty of search categories
- Smooth registration process
- Visually boring
- Slow loading on occasion
- Limited pre-registration functionality
The contrasting white and dark blue theme used on the site is easy to read. It makes navigating the site very easy. It isn’t the most unique aesthetic but that is a minor issue. Creating an account is easy, with no surprises.
The home page of the library is broken down into a lot of helpful sections, including Studio Spotlight, Featured, Recently Released, and Ones to Watch.
Finding the games you want is simple, thanks to the search feature. Players can narrow down their search by software provider, type of game, featured, and more. The only improvement would be adding a thematic search.
There are no compatibility issues across platforms. The full suite of games is available on both mobile and desktop, so I’d easily recommend this operator to players looking for mobile casinos.
The site has recently had an update. This always causes some confusion for players who are used to the old layout. The update is an improvement, though, and I found the new site easier to navigate.
The site occasionally lags or loads slowly. Hopefully, once the new site has all the bugs worked out, this will improve.
Finally, non-registered users should note that site accessibility is limited until you sign up.
