I found it easy to see why Bet365’s online sportsbook is so well regarded by sports betting fans. Everything about the operator’s betting provision is delivered to a very high standard. 

Being able to pick from nearly 40 different sports, niche and otherwise, gives players an excellent range of options. And it is not just major events that are covered.

Impressively, this is the case, not just for the major sports covered by Bet365, but also for many of the minor ones. Very few operators provide such extensive markets for sports that are not popular in North America. 

When it comes to American football, the range of markets is especially impressive. You can place spreads and over/under bets for almost every conceivable game metric. And if you fancy trying to land a long odds bet, you can try out a parlay wager covering multiple NFL or CFL fixtures. 

It is a similar story for ice hockey fans. Bet365 has extensive markets for all NHL games, plus for many minor hockey leagues and competitions in other countries. Within each fixture, you will find at least 30 sports markets to choose from. 

As you might expect from such a reputable sports betting operator, Bet365 has a solid collection of features on both its website and mobile betting app. This also includes a vast choice of pre match markets. 

The cash out feature is a fairly common one to find on sites, but the one at Bet365 is especially easy to use and makes cashing out bets a very simple procedure. 

I loved the vast range of live streaming services at Bet365. Unlike many other online sportsbooks, Bet365 legislates for fans of minor sports and events. This means you will find live streams for a number of fixtures that are not available at other sites. 

The live betting features Bet365 are broadly in line with are what you will find at other sports gambling sites. In most cases, the selection of markets covers the same areas as the pre match markets, but the odds are liable to move extremely quickly as the events progress. 

Overall, I enjoyed the features at Bet365 but were not blown away by the offering. The features available were largely the same as you would find at other sports gambling sites in Ontario. 

One other additional feature provided by Bet365 is their bet builder function. This allows you to create your own bets by combining markets attached to the same event. For example, a soccer bet builder could include the first goalscorer, the total number of goals and the winning team. Bet365 calculates the combined likelihood of these outcomes, which can lead to some very high odds.

I found that the odds at Bet365 compared very well with the many other operators in Ontario. The average payout of 94.57% is above the industry average, meaning that you will regularly find very competitive odds at Bet365. 

This is especially true of the payouts for basketball markets, which are a fantastic 95.25%. This means that NBA fans can often find the very best betting odds at Bet365. 

Of course, there are inevitably sports that have lower average payouts. Tennis comes in at a disappointing 92.73%. However, remember that this is an average, and you may still find competitive odds in a number of tennis markets. 

The only real negative for Bet365 in this area was their lack of boosted odds. This is a popular tool with many operators, and skews the odds on popular markets in your favour. 

The bottom line is that Bet365 are an excellent bookmaker when it comes to sports betting odds. Of course, there will be some markets that carry lower payouts than others, but overall this is another strong area for Bet365. 

The maximum deposit amount at Bet365 is $200,000 if you are using a bank wire. All other methods have a maximum deposit of $50,000. Withdrawals start at $10 and are limited to $50,000. Please note that Bet365 do not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals, but please check with your bank/provider in case they apply any charges at their end. 

As you might expect, Bet365 is very solid when it comes to payment methods. This makes for a completely stress-free experience when making deposits or withdrawals at Bet365. 

The deposit and withdrawal limits at Bet365 are the same as what you will find at most other operators in Ontario. This means the vast majority of players will be able to make their required payments. 

I appreciated the fact that there were no fees attached to any of the payment methods. This is not always the case at the best sports betting sites in Ontario, so counts as another positive for Bet365. 

The range of payment methods is about average for a sports online website in Ontario. There are a couple of omissions, but overall most players will be able to find their preferred method. 

In conclusion, this is another rock-solid area for Bet365. The payment options are fast, reliable and help to create a hassle-free payment experience for all players.

More importantly, the quality of the customer support is very high. All of the operators at Bet365 are professionally trained, have high knowledge levels and can perform their job to an excellent standard. 

I was also impressed with the FAQ section of the Bet365 sports website and app. The search bar made finding the question you required a very straightforward task. 

Overall, I found the customer support at Bet365 complimented the rest of the operator’s offerings very well. The key thing you need from sports wagering customer support is efficiency and speed, Bet365 really hits the spot in this regard.

It was clear to me that a lot of expertise has gone into creating the Bet365 website and app. The designers have put themselves into the customer’s shoes and created an extremely user-friendly experience. 

Navigation could not be any simpler, thanks to the clearly laid out menus and distinctive branding. Therefore, within a few seconds, I could find the betting options I was most interested in. 

Similarly, the supporting information is also very easy to locate. Account information is clearly displayed, making deposits available at the touch of a button. Also, I noted that customer support options are accessible from the home page. 

The Bet365 app closely mirrors the desktop site. Given how well the desktop is designed, this is a very welcome feature. Couple with the excellent loading speeds of the mobile app it makes for an excellent sports betting tool. 

Once again, I can say that Bet365 really delivers in this area. Whether you are a mobile app user or prefer to bet from your desktop, you will really enjoy using Bet365’s sports wagering provision.
