Here’s the absolute latest on the international transfer market. With less than four weeks to go, the window is officially going full throttle—no breaks, just non-stop mega deals dropping.
Arsenal is waiting on Bruno Guimarães
Arsenal is easily set to be one of the busiest clubs in the Premier League. The reigning English champs have already bagged Christos Tzolis to replace Trossard on the wing, but they’re nowhere near done. The plan is to stack another winger onto Arteta’s squad, and they might even grab a new center-back given Saliba’s lingering back issues.

As for the midfield? There’s only one guy on their radar: Bruno Guimarães. He’s practically a done deal for the Gunners, with talks between Newcastle and Arsenal heating up big time. They’re down to the final details before booking medicals and signing papers. Bruno has been a total dream target for Arteta, who’s been obsessed with getting him forever.
Tottenham: De Zerbi wants to add serious pace
Keep a close eye on Roberto De Zerbi’s Tottenham. They aren’t slowing down after locking in defense and midfield upgrades—now their attack needs a total makeover. The top target out wide is Savinho, who has already put in a transfer request at Manchester City and wants to join De Zerbi in London ASAP.

Negotiations are underway, but the clubs are still pretty far apart on price, even though Savinho already has personal terms agreed with Spurs. And Spurs aren’t stopping at one—they want two wingers. Cody Gakpo is right at the top of their wishlist. Tottenham is waiting to see if Liverpool will even entertain letting him go. Right now, it’s a tough deal to pull off, but the interest is 100% real while everyone waits on the Reds’ stance.
Liverpool: Barcola is a dream that costs a fortune
Speaking of Liverpool, they’re desperate to land a star winger of their own (and a defender isn’t out of the question either). Bradley Barcola is their absolute number one desire, but PSG is demanding an insane fee. There’s a massive gap in valuation so far, but Liverpool is pushing hard—and they have the player’s full green light, as Barcola is completely sold on the move.
Massive moves cooking in Paris
Over in Paris, the board is working overtime to replace guys who have already left or are on their way out. On top of landing Lucas Digne, PSG secured Maghnes Akliouche from Monaco for €50M, and a €45M-plus deal for Ajax’s Mika Godts is super close to the finish line. That’s two brand-new wingers for Luis Enrique.

They’ve also got their eyes on Ferran Torres to replace Gonçalo Ramos. However, Barça would much rather keep him, meaning it’ll be entirely up to Ferran whether he wants to force a move.
Busy times for Chelsea and Man City
Over in West London, Chelsea is looking to seal the deal on a new left-back, Pep Chavarria from Rayo Vallecano, following their recent spending spree. He’s next up after Henderson and Welbeck joined within days of each other. Meanwhile, outgoings are crucial: Trevoh Chalobah is off to Como for €30M plus €6M in add-ons, and Benoit Badiashile is high on Napoli’s shortlist.

Keep tabs on Manchester City, too. Their push for Moroccan wonderkid Ayyoub Bouaddi is moving along smoothly. City is making steady progress with both the player and Lille, though they’re still figuring out if he comes in right away or stays put until summer 2027.
The transfer window is in absolute overdrive right now. Full steam ahead!
