Mrs Maple casino review
For this Mrs Maple sweeps review, I went through the games, bonuses and promotions, payment and redemption rules, software, safety features, customer support, and the way the casino works across desktop and mobile.
- Huge game library
- Huge Jackpots Lobby
- Lucrative first-purchase promo
- No live dealer games
- No gift card redemptions
- No VIP loyalty program
Expert verdict

Mrs Maple has a bit more personality than I expected, and that pushed my opinion of it up. Penny’s Pick helped with that. It’s a small promo, but it changes every week and there’s usually something extra happening around it. The three welcome purchases are also a nice setup.
The game count is obviously big, but I was excited to see the Instant Wins and jackpots. Mrs Maple feels pretty easy to get into if that’s already the kind of casino you like. There’s lots to play and the promos stay active after the welcome offers. I’d only want more choice when it comes time to cash out.

How does Mrs Maple casino work?
Mrs Maple uses two currencies. Maple Coins are the standard play-for-fun currency. They have no cash value and any winnings from MC games stay as Maple Coins, so they can’t be redeemed for prizes.
Sweeps Coins are used in the sweepstakes version of the games. Mrs Maple gives them away through sign-up and daily rewards, promotions, social contests, giveaways and the postal AMOE. They can also be included free with eligible Maple Coin purchases, but they’re not sold on their own.
SC winnings can be redeemed for cash prizes once they have been played through 1x.
Mrs Maple casino bonuses and promos
New players get 100,000 MC + 1 SC for signing up, with no purchase or promo code required. The welcome deal then applies to the first three purchases, and the same three options are available each time: $9.99 for 1,000,000 MC + 20 SC, $14.99 for 2,000,000 MC + 35 SC, or $24.99 for 3,000,000 MC + 60 SC.
The packages can be mixed across the three purchases. Taking the largest one three times costs $74.97 and gives 9,000,000 MC + 180 SC. Regular SC needs 1x playthrough before redemption.
The Daily Spin pays up to 500,000 MC or 50 SC, and the maximum prize increases with continued claims. After two weeks, it can reach 750,000 MC or 75 SC. Mrs Maple also gives free Maple Coin top-ups when an MC balance gets low. Its free-SC options include daily rewards, social contests, giveaways, and the postal AMOE, which gives 2 SC per accepted request.

Purchase offers keep rotating after the welcome deal. Weekend Boost runs Friday through Monday with 1,400,000 MC + 25 SC for $12.99, limited to one purchase per day. Daily Special Offers include discounted coin bundles and Double Coins deals.
Penny’s Pick of the Week is tied to one selected game. Playing 100,000 MC or 10 SC on it earns 10 free spins the following day. Thursdays can add a random special prize, and Sunday play can return up to 50 SC after a losing session. Mrs Maple advertises 100 prizes every week through Penny’s Pick.
The tournament schedule includes Turbo Tournaments, with 50 winners each day. First place can get 20 free spins in SC play or 50 free spins in MC play. Maple Millionaire runs Monday through Thursday on qualifying games, with 1,000,000 MC going to each of the top 10 players. Weekly challenges and leaderboard competitions are also available, and the Winner’s Circle publishes promotion winners and leaderboard champions.
Seasonal events, exclusive coin bundles, and occasional social promotions are also part of the rotation. Mrs Maple currently has no VIP program or referral bonus.

Bonus rating
90/100 I like the promo setup
- Welcome deal works three times
- Daily and weekly rewards stay active
- No VIP rewards
- No referral bonus
I’m pretty positive on the promo setup. Mrs Maple keeps things moving after the welcome offers, which is important because we all know how lots of sweeps casinos get boring very fast once those first few deals are gone.
Penny’s Pick is amazing, as I mentioned earlier. I’m less interested in the tournaments. Once the leaderboard turns into a contest over who can push through the most coins, I’m out.
The lack of a VIP program doesn’t bother me much, actually. Lucky Hands puts a lot more weight on Clover Club and its tier rewards, while Mrs Maple spreads the promos across the week. I prefer that for casual play. A referral bonus would still be worth adding, though, especially when 10 or 20 SC per qualifying friend is pretty normal elsewhere.
Games at Mrs Maple
Mrs Maple has 1,060+ games. More than 960 are slots, with nearly 100 Instant Win and arcade games making up most of the rest. The lobby has separate sections for Jackpots, Popular, New Games, Instant Wins, Bonus Buy, Megaways, Feature Frenzy, Low Spins-Big Wins, Arcade, Adventure & Story and Cascading.

There’s no blackjack, roulette, baccarat or regular poker games, and Mrs Maple has no live casino section. There are no Mrs Maple-exclusive games either.

Games rating
87/100 Interesting in terms of variety
- 960+ slots with 100 Instant Wins
- 238 jackpot games
- No tables or poker
- No live casino
I like the game library here. The 238 jackpots are a big reason why. Mines, scratch cards, fish games and the other Instant Wins also give you enough to mess around with, especially when you only have a few minutes. There’s a lot of variety in those smaller categories.
MetaWin.us has 1,415 games, 10+ table games and 16 originals. I like having blackjack and originals in the same casino, so MetaWin.us gets the edge from me on games. Mrs Maple, you could really use a few table games too!
The jackpot section is probably where Mrs Maple does its best work. There’s enough there to spend a long time trying different games, and the Instant Wins add some easy variety around it.
Software at Mrs Maple casino
Mrs Maple uses 29 game providers. Mrs Maple doesn’t have its own games or software. There’s also no live casino provider. Everything runs through the browser, so there’s no software download required on desktop or mobile.

Software rating
88/100 Just live games and in-house missing
- Hacksaw, Playson and 3 Oaks
- Good mix of smaller studios
- No live-game provider
- Nothing made by Mrs Maple
I’m happy with the names here. Hacksaw, Playson, 3 Oaks and BGaming already cover a lot of what I’d normally look for, then you get some less common stuff from Shady Lady, Bitpunch, Backseat Gaming and a few others. I’d probably end up trying more of those smaller studios because I already know what a Hacksaw slot is going to look like after five minutes.
Double Spin makes the difference pretty obvious. It has six providers, and 505 of its 988 games come from KA Gaming alone. Mrs Maple doesn’t have that problem. I can move around between completely different studios without seeing the same developer take over half the lobby.
I’d still like one live provider eventually. Evolution would be the obvious addition, even with a small first batch of games. And some originals would be nice too, even just a couple. Give me just like two and I’m happy.

Payments rating
78/100 I want more cashout options
- $1.99 minimum purchase
- Cards, Apple Pay, and IBT
- No crypto
- Few redemption options
Payments are the one area where I’d take it slow with Mrs Maple. I’d start with one of the cheaper packs, get verified, and see one redemption come through before spending much more. $199.99 or $399.99 is a lot to put into a sweeps casino when you haven’t cashed out from it yet, especially with processing times that can stretch.
The two cashout methods bother me more than the purchase side. Bank transfer and Push-to-Card cover the basics. I like having a backup or two when money is involved. If one method gives you problems, there isn’t much else to try. I also wouldn’t leave a big SC balance in the account there for ages.
WOW Vegas is nicer here. Cash still starts at 100 SC, but Prizeout vouchers start at 25 SC, and you also get Skrill and Trustly for cash. If I had 40 or 60 SC in my account, I’d be very happy to have that voucher option!

Safety rating
86/100 Good overall, 2FA is missing
- Two independent testing labs
- SSL and VPC protection
- No 2FA
- Limits go through support
Mrs Maple does enough on the boring (but important) stuff that I wouldn’t hesitate to use it. The company details are public, the game testing is properly named, and the KYC rules are clear enough.
The way limits and breaks are handled would annoy me, though. If I want to lower my spending or lock myself out for a while, I want to click it myself and be done. Going through support for that is clunky, especially for something that should be quick and private.
NoLimitCoins has 2FA, and I’d happily steal that one feature for Mrs Maple. It’s strange they don’t have it, actually. I’d use a unique password here and wouldn’t leave a big SC balance around longer than I needed to.

Support & community rating
77/100 Lots of ways to reach them
- Email and Messenger 24/7
- Phone support available
- Live chat has short hours
- Support hours lack timezone
I’m glad there’s a phone line. I almost never care about calling support until there’s an account or payment problem, when I want to solve it quickly and just talk to a person. Messenger being available around the clock is handy too. Or perhaps I just don’t like emails all that much.
The live chat schedule is weird. Two hours in the morning, four later on, and no timezone given? I’m already trying to get something fixed, why do I need all this?
SweepKing has 24/7 live chat and WhatsApp, and I’d rather have that setup when I need a quick reply. Mrs Maple gives you more ways to contact someone than a lot of sweeps casinos, yeah. I just wish the live options were available for longer than (checks the availability for the tenth time today) 4 hours.

Usability rating
88/100 Easy to find your way around
- Full game library on mobile
- Plenty of game categories
- No provider sorting
- No app or web app
I moved around Mrs Maple without really thinking about it, which is basically the best thing I can say about a casino interface. I wasn’t stopping to figure out where promos are or how to get back into the games. I love it.
I did start getting a bit impatient when I was just browsing with no game in mind. That’s usually when I want the casino to do a little more for me. Show me something I forgot about, help me wander into a provider I haven’t tried, give me a better excuse to click around. Mrs Maple gets a bit plain there.
Stake.us gives me more to poke around with when I’m in that mood, so I can waste ten minutes in the lobby and still stumble onto something new. Mrs Maple is easy to use, I just wish it had a little more going on once I’m past the obvious stuff.
