Expert verdict

SpinPals may be new to the sweepstakes game, but it already feels a lot more established than most platforms at this stage. With over 1,600 games available, it’s leaning hard into variety, and that’s really where it shines. Slots, bingo, scratch cards, and live games give players a lot to explore without feeling repetitive.

I especially like the inclusion of live dealer games. Having blackjack, roulette, and baccarat adds a layer of excitement that many sweepstakes casinos still lack. Pair that with daily missions, free spins, and social media rewards, and you can see how SpinPals is capable of keeping players engaged beyond the first session.

The welcome bonus is another strong point. The 30,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins give you enough room to properly test out the platform, try different games, and see what you like. A unique perk I liked here is SpinPals’ partnership with ParlayPlay. You can link your accounts and double your welcome bonus from the get-go.

That said, SpinPals isn’t without its weak spots. Redemption limits and payout terms aren’t as clearly communicated as I’d like, which can make the prize process feel a bit opaque compared to more transparent sweepstakes casinos. I also think the table game offering outside the live casino is thin.

Overall, SpinPals offers a well-rounded sweepstakes casino experience that already feels polished. With a few additions like expanded table games and higher redemption limits, it has the potential to compete with the top sweeps platforms in the space.

State differences

SpinPals is active across the US, but there are several restricted states. These are Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.

How does SpinPals casino work?

SpinPals operates on a sweepstakes model, where players use Gold Coins (GC) for casual play, and Sweeps Coins (SC) for redeemable prizes. You can earn coins through free promotions or purchasing packs.

GC are intended for entertainment only, while SC can be redeemed for gift cards or cash prizes, where 1 SC equals $1. However, you’ll need to accumulate a minimum of 100 SC to be able to redeem them.

You can start playing immediately upon registration, and the platform allows you to enjoy the experience of real casino mechanics without having to spend real money.

SpinPals casino bonus: 30,000 GC + 3 SC

SpinPals casino offers a generous welcome package and a variety of recurring promos to keep players engaged daily. New users can claim 30,000 GC + 3 SC upon signing up, while connecting your ParlayPlay account (if you have one) will double that welcome bonus to 60,000 GC + 6 SC.

Daily login rewards of 3,000 GC + 0.3 SC every 24 hours and free spins, where players can win up to 50,000 GC + 5 SC every 24 hours, provide a good additional way to earn currency. There are also weekly bonuses on days 7, 14, 21, and 28 of daily log-in streaks. After players claim their 7th-day bonus, they should wait up to 48 hours before the next daily bonus appears.

The platform also runs a VIP program linked to player activity, offering improved daily rewards and access to exclusive or personalized promotions at higher levels. A refer-a-friend program and social media giveaways provide additional ways to earn bonus currency.

SpinPals includes a mail-in Sweeps Coin option for free SC requests. At the time of writing, the platform does not offer tournaments, cashback, prize drops, seasonal campaigns, purchase-match bonuses, or game-specific promotional events.

Bonus rating

90/100 Strong welcome bonus, daily rewards
  • Generous welcome bonus
  • VIP program
  • Low daily bonus
  • No tournaments or cashback

Honestly, I like the way SpinPals handles bonuses. The welcome offer of 30,000 GC + 3 SC gives you a strong start without having to spend any of your own money. I felt like it was more than enough to really explore the slots and try some of the games without feeling limited.

The ParlayPlay partnership I think is a really cool addition, as they reward players for engaging across platforms. And 60,000 GC + 6 SC is quite generous! This really felt like a thoughtful addition rather than a gimmick.

I also appreciate the daily promotions. It encourages you to log in, complete missions, and spin the wheel for extra rewards, keeping the experience fresh. I found myself coming back just to see what new bonuses were available.

They also have a VIP program that’s tied to your activity on the platform, rewarding consistent play with gradually improved daily bonuses, exclusive promotions, and occasional personalized rewards.

Where SpinPals falls behind, in my view, is the lack of variety of its promos. There’s no cashback, no tournaments, no prize drops, and no seasonal campaigns that you often see at more established sweepstakes platforms. Compared to sites like WOW Vegas or Pulsz, which rotate a wider range of promo formats, SpinPals’ system feels narrower and more repetitive.

It works, but I think expanding into those missing promo types would go a long way toward making the bonus structure feel more competitive.

Over 1,600 games at SpinPals casino

SpinPals has a massive library of 1,600 games, most of which are slots. There are also 16 table games, 24 live games, and 36 Megaways slots. The slots selection includes over 1,450 popular titles from top providers like Playson, Betsoft, and Hacksaw, and live games include blackjack, baccarat, and roulette tables.

Outside of the live games, table games are pretty limited, and there are no poker games. SpinPals does include a few slots with in‑game jackpot features, but there are no progressive jackpot slots. There are also bingo games and scratch cards for variety.

Games rating

95/100 Huge game library, no poker or jackpots
  • Over 1,600 games
  • 24 live games
  • No poker games
  • No progressive jackpots

With over 1,600 titles, from slots to bingo to scratch cards, there’s something here for everyone. I spent some time playing Big Bass Splash and Zombie School Megaways, and I have to say the gameplay felt very smooth and the animations were solid.

I’m very impressed with the sheer number of games SpinPals is offering, especially considering they’re a somewhat new sweepstakes casino. Of course, sweepstakes like Stake.us and WOW Vegas feature more than 2,000 titles, but the library is still impressive for a newer site.

The live casino games are a very nice touch, too. You can choose between blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, which give you just enough variety to not feel repetitive. There are also 35 bingo and keno games available, in case it does get repetitive for you, but I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed.

Where I start to feel the gaps is outside the live section. Standard table games are thin, and the complete absence of poker feels noticeable. I also missed seeing progressive jackpot slots. Even though some games have built-in jackpot mechanics, it’s not the same as chasing a shared, climbing prize pool.

Still, for sheer volume and variety, SpinPals delivers. It may not check every niche box yet, but for players who care most about slots and live games, this is a strong offering.

28 software providers at SpinPals

The SpinPals platform offers a wide selection of games from 28 software providers. Well-known developers available on the platform include Evolution, Betsoft, Playson, Novomatic, Hacksaw Gaming, RubyPlay, Booming Games, Habanero, AvatarUX, and Net Gaming.

They offer live games from three live games providers, Iconic 21, Evolution, and 155.io. There’s no bespoke software, and there’s no need for downloads in order to play the games, everything happens in-browser.

Software rating

92/100 Good selection of providers, some are lesser known
  • 28 software providers
  • Three live casino providers
  • No bespoke software
  • Some providers are lesser known

Overall, I’m very impressed with the software behind the SpinPals game selection. The fact that they partnered with 28 providers means the variety and quality are on point, and names like Betsoft and Evolution do lend credibility to the platform. This is especially impressive due to how new the platform is.

When it comes to live games, I’m happy there are multiple software providers, as it can sometimes be hard to find variety in live games with new sweepstakes casinos. With 3 providers, it’s not amazing, but it’s very solid at this point, and just enough to keep you entertained.

The downside is that there’s no bespoke software here. While performance is smooth and reliable, there’s nothing truly unique to SpinPals in terms of exclusive game design. Some of the smaller providers are less well-known, and I didn’t always know what to expect from their games.

Still, the software quality is there, and it’s clear that SpinPals put a lot of thought into the platform. If they keep adding bigger names or introduce exclusive content down the line, they could move into top-tier territory.

SpinPals casino payment methods

Purchases at SpinPals are fast and easy, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfers, 6 payment methods in total. GC and SC are credited instantly after purchase, allowing players to start gaming.

The platform lists six Gold Coin purchase packages in its store, which may vary by player account. Currently, players can get packages for as low as $1 (10,000 GC) up to $100 (1,250,000 GC + 125 SC).

Redemptions of SC take a bit longer, between 48 and 72 hours, and they can be redeemed for cash prizes paid only through bank transfer (no gift cards). To qualify, players must hold at least 100 SC, play through once (1x wagering), and complete full KYC verification before submitting a request.

Players can redeem 500 SC per transaction (one transaction per day).

Payments rating

88/100 Fast purchases, but redemptions are limited
  • 6 payment options
  • Instant purchases
  • Poor redemption limits
  • No gift cards

I’m generally happy with how SpinPals handles purchases. The platform supports major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay, which are the essentials for most players. It would be nice to see options like PayPal and Skrill added in the future (or even cryptocurrency like Stake.us), but the current offer is convenient enough.

I also like the structure of the purchase packages. Having six options, from $1 to $100, makes the platform accessible for both casual players and those who are after bigger bundles.

Now, redemptions are a different story. While I’m used to not getting the same payment methods for redemptions, and only being able to redeem through bank transfer doesn’t get me that annoyed, SpinPals kind of boxed in its players here with requirements and limits.

You need to get 100 SC to qualify, play through them, and then they hit you with the limit of 500 SC per day. And the fact that you can only do one transaction a day means that high cash prize redemptions can be very tedious. That’s a lot of hoops to jump through just to get your cash prize. The system works, but it’s clearly designed to slow down cash prize redemptions rather than streamline them.

I think that SpinPals should at least lower the 100 SC minimum requirement for redemption. Since they don’t offer gift cards and you can only redeem SC for cash prizes, it would really benefit the players to lower that threshold. On the bright side, we should be getting credit/debit card redemptions soon, according to SpinPals support.

How safe is SpinPals casino?

SpinPals implements standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA technology to safeguard your personal and payment information, and two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication is only applied when logging in from a new device or if SpinPals detects suspicious activity. In these cases, you’ll get a six-digit code sent to your phone or email.

There’s no official information available about RNG testing certifications for games at SpinPals, but it works with trusted game providers, so their games will have been audited. Players can find all the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, in the footer.

SpinPals casino provides a set of responsible gaming tools. Players can access these directly through the account dashboard, where they can review their purchase history and gameplay activity for the previous six months.

RG tools are managed through the “Responsible Play” menu, where players can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on both GC purchases and SC played. Any reductions to these limits are instant, while increases or removals require a 72-hour cooling-off period.

SpinPals also offers self-exclusion for periods of six months, one year, three years, 5 years, or indefinite. This can also be activated from the “Responsible Play” menu. During exclusion, accounts are fully locked, and marketing is stopped.

Players who want to permanently close their account must submit a request via [email protected] and confirm that they understand the closure is irreversible. The platform also highlights that SC expire after 60 days, so it’s recommended that players redeem balances before activating long-term exclusions.

Safety rating

80/100 Secure platform, transparency could improve
  • 2FA support
  • Easily accessible RG tools
  • No RNG auditing seals
  • Self-exclusion not an on-site tool

From my experience, SpinPals feels safe to use on a day-to-day basis. The 2FA system kicking in when you log in from a new device or when suspicious activity is detected is a feature I genuinely appreciate.

What really stands out is how detailed the responsible gaming tools are. Being able to set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on both purchases and play directly from the dashboard is a big plus in my book. And I like the cooling-off system because it adds a layer of protection against impulsive decisions.

The self-exclusion system is also good, offering fixed-term and indefinite exclusions with (and this is a big one) automatic marketing opt-out. I’m very big on responsible play, so being able to set limits or take a break that easily shows that SpinPals cares about their players’ well-being.

That said, I would have liked to see a bit more transparency around third-party audits or licensing. While these don’t raise any red flags, as it’s not really common among sweepstakes casinos, it would further strengthen my confidence in the platform (not to mention it would distinguish SpinPals casino).

Overall, SpinPals is secure and responsible, but there’s definitely some room for improvement on the transparency side.

SpinPals casino customer support

Customer support at SpinPals is available 24/7 through live chat. You’ll go through a bot first, but you can ask for human support right away. It takes about a minute or two to connect to an agent, and the agents are helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer any question you have.

There’s also a comprehensive help center on the platform that covers key topics like transactions, verification, responsible play and RG tools, purchase policies, redemption policies, and limits. The help center has a search function, so you don’t have to manually sift through the pages.

Social media channels are also active, which is a convenient alternative support route. SpinPals does offer email support at [email protected], but it’s not prominently displayed. That being said, I got a response in under 30 minutes, with a clear answer to my inquiry.

Support rating

85/100 24/7 chat available, but no phone support
  • 24/7 support availability
  • Comprehensive help center
  • No phone support
  • Email not prominent

Support at SpinPals is solid, but it’s not flawless. I like it when a sweepstakes casino offers 24/7 support, even if it’s through live chat, as it shows a level of care I’ve come to expect in the industry.

The live chat starts out with a bot, which can slow things down if you have a more specific or complex issue. For most inquiries, however, I found it quite useful, which you don’t see often with these chatbots. It’s pretty easy and fast to get to a real agent if you need to. Most of my questions were answered within a couple of minutes, which is already a big plus in my book.

The help center is better than average. I liked the addition of search in there, because I found answers to my questions much faster than by sifting through the pages manually. There’s a great deal of info as well, so unless you have a specific issue, you should be able to find an answer there.

You can also use email support at [email protected], but I would have liked it if it were more prominently displayed on the website. I had to get it through the bot instead, which complicates things. Jackpota and Pulsz, for example, pair chat with visible email and phone support contact details, making it easier for players to reach agents.

Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the customer support at SpinPals, but I like my support transparent, so I would make it a bit easier for players to reach them.

Usability of the SpinPals platform

SpinPals is fully accessible through desktop browsers, as well as dedicated iOS and Android apps. However, the mobile website adjusts to fit screen size and device type, meaning you don’t have to install an app to play.

SpinPals casino screenshots

For players who prefer apps though, SpinPals offers strong performance with no restrictions on accessing games or bonuses. The apps support features like push notifications and biometric login options, which help with staying informed and having quick access.

Navigation across both desktop and mobile is structured around clearly labeled categories, like games, promotions, and settings, allowing players to easily jump between sections.

Players can find games by exploring the lobby or by using the search bar. The search bar is simple and looks up games by title, however, you can also sort games A–Z and filter them by provider. But this is not a full-featured filtering tool where you can search by theme or game mechanics.

The lobby also prominently features Hot and Cold games. Hot games are slots that are described as “heating up” with big wins and lots of action, while Cold games are described as waiting for their next big moment.

Usability rating

90/100 Clean modern design, mobile-friendly
  • iOS and Android apps
  • Full mobile game suite
  • No advanced filters
  • Limited discovery tools

Navigating SpinPals is extremely intuitive and smooth. I tried both the iOS app and accessed the site through the browser, and switching between games, live tables, and promotions felt seamless. Load times are quick, and I didn’t run into any crashes or issues.

The color scheme feels very current while being easy on the eyes, so there’s no risk of fatigue. I found the interface very intuitive and all the features easily accessible. Even on smaller screens (my iPhone 13 mini), I didn’t feel like anything was crammed or confusing.

The mobile experience is really where SpinPals shines. With the biometric login, everything feels very safe while also convenient.

The search bar and filter system are both functional, but basic. Being able to sort games A–Z and filter by provider is useful, but I missed having deeper discovery tools like theme filters and volatility tags.

A small improvement would be clearer labeling for new or featured games, especially within the larger categories. With so many titles available, a bit more visual guidance would make discovering new games even easier. Still, in terms of stability and ease of use, SpinPals gets a lot right.
