Cases.gg stands out in the fast-growing market of mystery boxes. What really caught my eye was the adjustable deposit bonus that allows you to choose your bonus percentage for 24 hours. Another area that I enjoyed was the game-like options available, which change things up when it comes to winning prizes. Features like Coinflip bring a fresh take, and I liked having options for PvP.
The available prizes in the mystery boxes are good. The luxury watches and cars impressed me, but these items fall into the high-extreme risk category, meaning you’re less likely to get them and more likely to get a sock with a hole in it. Not the best trade-off for me. I felt I really needed to choose the boxes I wanted to open carefully.
Still, there’s a lot more to it than say Card Crush, where you can only get cards and coins. Overall, Cases.gg is covering huge ground when it comes to its mystery box offering and is worth checking out, especially if you’re a more seasoned player.

How does Cases.gg work?
Cases.gg has copied the sweepstakes model by having two virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GCs) and Cases Cash (CC). Instead of using the coins on slots and table games, however, players open mystery boxes to reveal luxury prizes like cars, designer clothes, watches, and electronics.
The mystery boxes can be opened using both GC and CC. GCs are bought when making deposits and CC is included as a freebie. They can also be earned through bonuses. When opening a mystery box with GC, the prize you win can’t be redeemed, shipped, or withdrawn. If you play with CC however, your prize can be shipped, withdrawn, or swapped for an item of similar value.
Before opening any mystery box, the cost to open and the chances of winning potential prizes are displayed, informing you of the risk. The item inside the box could be worth more or much less than the cost to open it.
Promotions at Cases.gg
On registration at Cases.gg, new players get three free mystery boxes to open. After verifying your account, you can join Free Play, which is the daily prize pool. Every 30 minutes there’s a chance to win a portion of the funds.
There are two bonuses in the deposit section. One is a limited-time offer on card deposits. Players can receive a free case every day, once per day when they spend over $20 when using their card.
The other bonus is a permanent 1% bonus that’s attached to every deposit you make, awarding you with extra CC. If you use the Claim Deposit Bonus feature, you can change your bonus from 5% up to 200% for every deposit in a 24-hour period. Adjusting the bonus also adjusts the wagering requirement.
Cases.gg has 36 daily missions that players can complete to earn free GC and CC. Missions include depositing $5 or more with a card, winning $10 or more from a single case, or ranking in the top 10 of a weekly race. Future missions are locked until the day’s mission is completed.
The daily cases can be opened as long as you have reached the required level to open them, starting at level 10, along with a required deposit amount that’s been met within the last 30 days. Your on-site wagering determines the levels. Once you have met both criteria, you can open a daily case from that level every 24 hours for 30 days.

The $3k Weekly Race allows participating players to compete for huge rewards for playing and ranking on Cases.gg. As an AMOE, players who have completed KYC can write in a request for five free Cash tokens. GC Faucet is available too, so that when you run out of GCs, you can claim 1,000 GCs.

I’m actually blown away by how much is available here, and it took me a while to wrap my head around all these bonuses. It doesn’t help that there isn’t a lot of detail readily available on how each thing works, but that doesn’t detract from how good the choice is, especially for a mystery box site.
The highlight for me was the adjustable deposit bonus, where you can determine the size of the bonus you receive for 24 hours with your deposits. I think it’s an innovative take on awarding players bonuses. The daily cases, missions, and weekly race are all great additions, too.
The three free mystery boxes from registration were cool too, although I need to tell you I only got three pennies, worth $0.01 each. Not a great start, and the rest of the bonuses aren’t super either. I was also expecting to get a little cash bonus once I registered, like you’d get at a sweepstakes casino. Otherwise, you’re locked into a position where you have to make a deposit to play, which I didn’t like.

There over 400 boxes, also known as cases, available at Cases.gg, with the cheapest costing $0.10 to open and the most expensive costing $14,867.84. Every case shows its price and the risk level involved when opening it. After selecting a case, you’ll then see the range of potential prizes within that box and what they’re worth. You can click on a prize to learn more about it.
The cheapest case, which is called the Reduce Reuse Recycle mystery box, contains items like a paper clip worth $0.01, a sock with a hole worth $0.02, and a glass jar with a lid worth $2.15.
The Yaris to Urus mystery box, which is the most expensive, contains cars that range from a Toyota Yaris 2002 worth $900, to a 2021 Porsche Taycan 45 worth $91,200, to a 2022 Lamborghini Urus worth $305,800.
Once you’ve chosen the case you want to open and have paid the required opening fee, the prizes will spin and you’ll win the prize that it lands on. You can choose to claim the prize and it will be shipped to you, or sell it to Cases.gg and collect the cash.
It’s possible for players to create their own custom cases. The process involves naming the case, choosing a visual for the box, and then selecting the items to go into it. The value of the case and the commission earned are calculated by the system. Players earn back up to 3% on each case that’s opened. In Battles, you can compete against other players to get the highest value prizes from the mystery boxes. The prizes spin and when they stop, each player can see what they and the others have won.
With Upgrade, you select an item from the list and spin the wheel for a chance to win that item. The prizes here range from a United States Penny, worth $0.01, to a rock, stickers, Pokemon cards, keychains, to more luxury items like shoes, designer bags, cars, and watches.
The Coinflip game lets you choose an item and you decide if you want to stick with heads or tails (in the case of Cases.gg it’s a choice between red or blue). If your side lands, then you win the item you chose. With the Crash game, you can set your stake and watch the multiplier increase until it crashes.

Something I liked about Cases.gg is that although it’s a mystery box site, the site has found a way to produce multiple games from this concept, like Coinflip and Upgrade.
Take BigBux for instance. Another mystery box platform but it only offers the boxes and Battles which can get repetitive. Here at least you’ve also got three other game types. I like this because it puts a fresh spin on winning a prize and introduces a social element where you can compete with other players.
At the same time, there are also a lot of low-value prizes that I found disappointing. Things like water bottle labels and items that you’d most likely throw in the trash if you found them at home. I find this part kind of weird and a little frustrating to be honest because you know there’s a higher chance you’ll get one of these low-value prizes. The majority of the boxes sit on the high to extreme risk side, too, which means the odds aren’t in your favor.

The minimum deposit you can make to receive both GC and CC is $3.01. Anything under that only awards GCs. If you deposit $3.01, you’ll get 30,099.99 GC and 3.01 CC. At $5, you’ll get 50,000 GC and 5.01 CC. For $10, you’ll get 100,000 GC and 10.02 CC.
For withdrawals, cryptocurrency is the only option available unless you choose to ship your prizes to your home. Before requesting a withdrawal, you need to meet the x1 wagering requirement of your last deposited amount. There is very little that I disliked when it came to payments at Cases.gg. What really stood out to me was how many payment options were available. 14 payment options, with a choice of cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers, is great as I felt it really left my options open. The range of cryptocurrencies was impressive too.
It was a shame then, that you can’t use all these payment methods for withdrawals. You can use crypto, which is good only if you’re a crypto user. If not, you’re stuck and the only option left is to ship your prize to your home, which can take weeks. I felt this was really limiting, especially once the deposits were so accepting.
Cases.gg also has a low minimum deposit of $1, which I thought was great, although you’ll only get CC with a minimum of $3.01, which I still felt was pretty low. At ZumbaCards, for instance, the smallest box costs $9.99, which means you won’t get anything with less than that.

I was pleased with the technical safety of Cases.gg. A high-level of encryption is always very encouraging and I’m always glad to see 2FA is available. What stood out to me here though, is the page dedicated to fairness and another page dedicated to the Code of Ethics. Considering there are real-money casinos that don’t even have pages dedicated to fairness, or an RNG certification logo anywhere, I thought this was an impressive extra step from Cases.gg.
It’s why I was also confused to find there isn’t a page dedicated to RG, or even more extensive RG tools besides a very temporary self-exclusion option. Even if gambling isn’t occurring in the “traditional” sense with slots and table games, Cases.gg still requires you to deposit money to access its content, meaning there’s a risk of addiction and overspending to try and get the prize you want.
And when some of the prizes are worth so much, you could very quickly end up out of your depth. For that reason, I wanted to see deposit and loss limits, which I consider essential guardrails.

Fortunately the live chat support is a reliable resource, even if the agents can take up to five minutes between questions. The responses were good and the agents I spoke with were friendly, which I always appreciate. Considering it’s all that’s available, it’s a good support system.
I also really appreciated speaking with a human agent instead of having to get around the AI bot. It’s much more efficient and more personal to get assistance from a human agent.
The FAQs could definitely be better. I’m glad they exist, but when you’ve got a mystery box site, where there aren’t any official rules or formats, a more informative FAQs page would have given me the additional guidance I was looking for when I was getting used to the site.
Despite having three channels listed, Cases.gg isn’t getting a higher score for support from me because two out of those three channels don’t work. I was pretty surprised when they both redirected me. If the services aren’t going to be available, don’t have them visibly listed in the footer, I found it pretty frustrating.
The usability of Cases.gg’s platform
Cases.gg has a smooth design, with a focus on creating a clean user journey. Getting around is facilitated by clear labelling. The navbar at the top of the page has three shortcuts: Games, Claim Deposit Bonus, and 3K Weekly Race. The Games button leads you to the cases, Battles, Upgrades, Coinflip, and Crash games.
At the other end of the navbar, there’s your current balance, the plus button which opens the deposit window, the cart button which opens the withdrawals window, and the drop-down menu with shortcuts to your profile, support, self-exclusion, fairness, missions, and more.

Getting around at Cases.gg was really easy and the design is a big part of it. It’s clean, it’s cool, it’s nicely crafted. It made sense, which I appreciated. Mystery boxes are still a new-ish concept, so if you’re trying to attract players, you need to make it comfortable to get around.
The site also works well on mobile, so even though there isn’t an app available at this time, I found it easy to access the site from a smaller screen.
This wasn’t what I struggled with. What I would have liked to have is more information on how the games work. Instead I can click on Coinflip and it takes me directly to two live Coinflip games but I have no idea what’s happening. Customer support was useful here and explained every single area to me when I asked about it. Although that helped, I don’t think this is the most efficient way to do it. A simple “How To” page would be amazing here.
