Expert verdict

Luck Party, released in 2025, is still a fairly new sweepstakes casino but already shows strong potential. It has solid security features and generally positive feedback on platforms like Trustpilot and Reddit, with players confirming successful redemptions. 

The game library includes around 600 titles from 36 software providers, but it does not yet offer live dealer or table games. A large welcome bonus is available, though it comes with conditions to unlock the full 200,000 GC and 20 SC. Overall, it is a beginner-friendly platform, but it still needs improvements to match top-tier sweepstakes casinos.

How does the Luck Party sweepstakes casino work?

Luck Party operates using two different virtual currencies. The first is referred to as Gold Coins (GC), and is used to play for fun on the site. GC may be purchased, but they do not hold monetary value, which means you can never redeem them for cash prizes or gift cards. 

Luck Party also makes use of Sweeps Coins (SC), which are used to play games; however, if you win Sweeps Coins, you can redeem them for cash prizes. On the other hand, SC can never be purchased, but received via bonuses, or complimentary with GC packages. To request redemption, you’ll need to accumulate at least 50 SC and play them through 1x.

Luck Party bonuses

Luck Party offers multiple bonuses, all starting with their welcome offer, which goes up to 200,000 GC plus 20 SC free. It’s important to note that the welcome offer is broken up into multiple steps.

When you sign up, you’ll receive 10,000 GC and 1 SC. You’ll then receive 30,000 GC and 3 SC for consenting to emails from Luck Party, and then another 10,000 GC and 1 SC for consenting to SMS messages from the casino.

Additional rewards aside from the welcome offer include 10,000 GC and 1 SC when logging into Luck Party for the very first time. Then, if you refer at least six friends to Luck Party, you’ll receive another 10,000 GC per friend, as well as 1 SC per friend. 

Next, if you make 150 SC spins on any slot in the “Hot” category, Luck Party will reward you with 80,000 GC and 8 SC. That said, you’ve only got seven days to meet the spins requirement.

Bonus facts

Luck Party also offers an AMOE or mail-in bonus. In order to receive 5 free SC, you’ll need to send a handwritten mail-in request to Luck Party. The instructions you need to follow are all located under the Luck Party Sweepstakes Rules under clause 3.2.4.

Luck Party has a VIP program consisting of five tiers. Tier number one is referred to as Charm, while tier five is referred to as Jackpot Elite. You’ll receive one VIP point when using 50,000 GC or 1 SC. Once you’re a VIP member, you’ll have access to additional perks such as weekly and monthly bonus offers, weekly competitions, anniversary gifts, and cashback.

Luck Party also offers slot tournaments. One specific tournament, dubbed Max Multiplier: Fishing Category, was available when I signed up. When engaging in this specific tournament, prizes were spread out amongst several highly active players. At the time I tried out the tournament, the total bonus was 8 million GC plus 800 SC.

After signing up to Luck Party, I headed straight over to the gaming lobby and found approximately 600+ casino-style games. Aside from slots and the shooter games, I didn’t find anything else in the lobby. However, I did come across 11 jackpot games like 777 Hotline.

The best part about heading over to the lobby is that I also came across 11 exclusive games brought to you by Luck Party Casino. The shooter games here include titles like Ocean King Jackpot and Mega Fishing, and I counted 12 shooter titles. Sadly you won’t find table games here like dealer titles, niche games, or crash games either.

Software at Luck Party

Luck Party’s gaming lobby is powered by 36 software developers, with popular names like 3 Oaks Gaming, Relax Gaming, Playson, BGaming, Atomic Slot Lab, Booming Games, Evoplay, Kalamba Games, and Popiplay. 

They also rely on a single in-house studio, known as Luck Party Homemade; however, the majority of their games are powered by third-party software developers. Almost every provider here is a reputable and world-renowned software studio.

Shooter games are powered by Jili Games, which launched in 2015 and is a fast-growing Asian-rooted software provider of great quality, considering they are closely linked to TaDa Gaming and run by the same people.

Due to Luck Party’s impressive software developers, real users on sites like Trustpilot have praised the quality of graphics on all of the slots. So essentially, good quality of games without lag.

Luck Party payment options

Luck Party offers three different payment methods to make GC package purchases. This includes Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfer. When depositing to make a GC purchase, the process is instant. 

Here’s the GC packages available when I signed up: 120,000 GC + 12 SC for $4.99, 250,000 GC + 25 SC for $9.99, and 370,000 GC + 37 SC for $14.99.

When you’re ready to make a redemption of your real money winnings, you can do so via bank transfer. In order to request a redemption, you will need to verify your account. Part of the verification process requires that you upload your national ID, proof of address, and a copy of your bank statement.

Payment facts

Additionally, you will need to accumulate at least 50 SC and play it through at least 1x before your redemption is approved. However, when it comes to redeeming your money, you need to wait between three and five days. There’s also a maximum redemption limit, which is 10,000 SC per 48 hours.

Is Luck Party safe?

Luck Party is owned by SPSE LLC. The company is headquartered at Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware. I also noticed the Priority Play logo located on Luck Party’s website footer. It belongs to BlazeSoft and is part of their marketing program. 

Overall, the purpose it serves is to consolidate marketing efforts, so sweepstakes casino players can spot brands that are reliable among the many new sweepstakes casinos out there. Many well-known and reputable sweepstakes sites are part of this program, including Fortune Wins and Zula Casino.

What’s more, Luck Party makes use of strong security protocols such as 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and has a list of verification requirements for all players who sign up. They also have a DMCA-protected badge, which helps prevent scammers from copying the site or impersonating the brand.

Safety facts

While I did not come across any responsible gaming (RG) seals on the footer of the site, I did find RG tools under their player safety policy. The policy states that you can contact customer support to activate a time-out period, as well as self-exclusion options. They also provide a number of tips to help you play responsibly and include links to various support services and helplines. You can also complete a self-assessment test to check your habits.

During my time on the Luck Party site, I came across an activity reminder, which is an in-game RG tool. The activity reminder is activated by default; however, you can customize it or disable it as needed. It pops up after you’ve been logged in for 30 minutes. 

I also tested the safety and legitimacy of Luck Party by requesting a redemption after accumulating 100 SC. I also completed their strict KYC checks. My redemption was approved within a few days, and I received my cash prize within three days.

Support channels at Luck Party

Luck Party casino offers two support options and a knowledge base. The two options are email support and a ticket option. For any question or query that you may have, you should first make way to the help center, which contains frequently asked questions (FAQs) complete with answers.

If you don’t find the answers that you’re looking for, simply click on tickets and submit your query, which goes through to the email channel. You can only reach out to an agent by using the site’s email address or the help ticket.

I did not come across any live chat or direct phone support channels. I did decide to send an email through to the Luck Party email support, and I waited approximately 12 hours for the first response from a support agent.

Luck Party user-interface

Luck Party does have a simple and beginner-friendly user interface. By this, I mean you won’t come across any unnecessary content, making it easy to navigate. Overall, it carries a fun party theme in pink, purple, and blue. It’s complete with a neon DJ mascot called Lucky. Lucky adds personality to the overall experience on this platform by offering promotions and social media integration.

Search bars are available to narrow down games by title and provider. There’s also a horizontal bar that gives you access to quick links to the various game categories, and you can also toggle between GC and SC by simply clicking on the toggle switch, which is located at the top of the screen. While there isn’t a sidebar to get access to promotions or different game categories, you can click on the settings button for these options.

Usability facts

The settings button also includes redemptions, referrals, promos, game history, as well as activity reminders. Luck Party does not have a downloadable or native app for either Android or iOS devices. That said, the desktop site is highly responsive on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets, which allows you to still conveniently game on the go.
