Expert verdict

If you’re looking for one of the best sweepstakes casinos, you’ve come to the right place with Ding Ding Ding casino.

There’s plenty to like about the casino. From the 12 ongoing, high-value promotions, to the 966 different games including slots, jackpots, and live dealers from 13 different software providers, it’s clear Ding Ding Ding is committed to providing an excellent service to its players.

It’s not flawless of course. I’d have liked the bonus terms to be more transparent, and a couple more redemption methods and Responsible Gambling (RG) tools would have been nice to have. However, these are small problems in an otherwise great casino.

State differences

Ding Ding Ding is available in 46 states. There are four states where Ding Ding Ding is unavailable: Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington.

The games and betting features offered are the same regardless of your state. However, New York and Florida residents are limited to a 5,000 SC maximum redemption request.

How does Ding Ding Ding casino work?

Ding Ding Ding is a sweepstakes casino, which means you don’t play for real money. Instead, you play using the site’s virtual currency and can redeem some free currency for cash prizes.

Ding Ding Ding has two currencies: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC). Both can be gained through promos, bought through coin packages, or won through gameplay. GC can only be used as an entry fee for the casino’s games and has no value outside of the site.

SC that has been won through gameplay, referred to as “Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins,” can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards once you have gained 100 of them, at a rate of one SC to one US dollar.

Ding Ding Ding promos and promo codes

Newcomers to Ding Ding Ding casino are immediately awarded a no-purchase bonus of 200,000 GC and 3 SC, with no Ding Ding Ding promo code required. The currency is immediately credited upon creation and verification of the account.

There are also four one-time payment promos that newcomers can enjoy, alongside several other recurring payment promos that rotate through the store page. The one-time payment promos are as follows:

Purchase amountGCSCBingo ballsGems
$9.997,5001222
$16.992,000,0002042
$29.992,500,0003354
$79.996,000,0008486

Other payment promos include a stamp card that awards free GC and SC with every five purchases, and a store bonus that gives you a random reward for checking out the store every day.

There’s also the lucky piggy bank payment promo, where GC and SC lost on unlucky spins go into the piggy bank instead. The piggy bank can store up to 1,000,000 GC and 10 SC, and no matter what it will always cost $5.99 to break the piggy bank and get them back.

Not every promo involves payments. There are other casino bonuses including daily leaderboard races, where players can climb up the leaderboards every day. The top 15 ranked players win GC, SC, bingo balls, and gems, with the amounts depending on the size of the leaderboard that day.

Ding Ding Ding also promotes progressive daily rewards, that give you GC, SC, bingo balls, and even stamps for the stamp card. The more consecutive days you log in the higher the reward, though if you miss a day then the rewards reset. The rewards are as follows:

Once you’ve acquired 10 bingo balls, you can use them to take part in the bingo game to have a chance at winning even more free GC and SC. You can also win free GC and SC through social media tournaments on their Facebook and Instagram pages.

Playing consistently will also help you with challenges that award free GC, as well as gaining levels for the VIP program. Each level awards GC and random goodies, and higher levels also unlock more games and the Pet Farm promo. The pet farm lets you care for a pet who in turn gifts you, you guessed it, more free GC and SC.

Finally, Ding Ding Ding promotes a refer-a-friend program that awards 200,000 GC and 2 SC for every referral that signs up through your link. Unlike most refer-a-friend promos, Ding Ding Ding does not require your referral to make a purchase for you to get the rewards.

Bonus rating

96/100 A neverending stream of Ding Ding Ding bonuses
  • 12 ongoing promos
  • High-value promos
  • No promo code needed
  • Unclear terms
  • Lacks a dedicated promos page

I think the size of this segment alone clues you in on just how many bonuses there are. It’s honestly staggering, and I was barely able to do two spins without being assaulted by some free GC from a challenge or level-up or what have you.

Only WOW Vegas and Luckybird.io come close to this level of promo offering, with everyone else far behind. The sheer volume of GC and SC handed out far supersedes that of any other casino on our list.

The only thing that pushes WOW Vegas and Luckybird.io over Ding Ding Ding is their clarity with their terms. Ding Ding Ding itself is even missing a dedicated promos page, which drove me slightly nuts. I lost count of the number of re-writes I had to do after I’d discover a brand new promo that was barely marketed but too lucrative to not mention.

Reviewer pains aside, Ding Ding Ding’s bonus offering is nothing short of excellent, and you’re guaranteed to have a nice stream of free GC and SC flowing into your account without ever needing to use any Ding Ding Ding promo codes.

966 Ding Ding Ding games

Ding Ding Ding has 966 casino games available, with new ones added every week. These include 914 slots, 25 jackpots, nine live games, eight scratch cards, seven blackjack tables, seven specialty games, five bingo games, three poker games, one roulette table, and one keno game.

There’s also one special game called Ding Ding Ding Switcheroo!, which lets you swap GC into SC, bingo balls, or gems.

No demos are available for any of the casino games. Some games have high GC entry fees such as Boat Bonanza with a 2,500 GC minimum spin, while others like Mr. Macau allow for lower minimums of a 100 GC spin.

Games rating

95/100 Quality and quantity with Ding Ding Ding’s games
  • Massive 960+ game library
  • Large variety of games
  • 9 live games available
  • Not all games unlocked at once

Having a huge game library is one thing. Sites like WOW Vegas have been able to crack even as high as 1,000+ games. What sets Ding Ding Ding isn’t just the size — it’s the variety.

You’ve got almost any game you can think of on this site. Even WOW Vegas with its giant library doesn’t have live games, while Ding Ding Ding has nine of them available.

The only reason Ding Ding Ding isn’t getting a perfect score here is that, despite the library’s impressive size and variety, very few of the games are immediately available. You’ll need to progress as far as level 40 just to unlock a few more games, and even then you won’t have everything unlocked till you’ve reached level 320.

Still, the games available are excellent, and you level up quickly enough that the level requirements shouldn’t be too much of an issue.

Software rating

98/100 High-quality Ding Ding Ding software
  • No download required
  • Popular providers like Pragmatic Play
  • Live provider available
  • Some competitors have more

The software options at Ding Ding Ding are excellent, with some of the biggest names in town available here. This doesn’t just guarantee that the games will run smoothly, but also means all your favorite games will be available such as Big Bass Bonanza and the Slingo games.

The site also has excellent bespoke software for all its exclusive games. Ding Ding Ding’s software is so fast and smooth that they should consider changing their name to Ping Ping Ping.

Honestly, the only reason they don’t have a perfect score is simply because there’s better. Jackpota and Hello Millions all offer the same goodies but with 17 and 18 providers respectively. If Ding Ding Ding offered in that range then they’d be grand, but at 13 they fall just short of the mark.

Payments rating

89/100 Easy and secure Ding payments
  • Seven cryptocurrencies
  • 24 hour redemption times
  • No Skrill or PayPal
  • No unified transaction method

I’m quite happy with the purchase options available at Ding Ding Ding, though slightly less so at the redemption options. It’s like the site has gone all out on purchases and neglected redemptions a little bit.

Let’s start with the good. Having six purchase options is pretty great, especially since Ding Ding Ding made sure you had varied options with cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies. It’s rare to see a sweeps casino with crypto options, and even rarer to see one that isn’t a crypto-only casino.

On the other hand, 100 SC for redemptions seems harsh, and it’s a shame there’s no e-wallet available. I understand not having crypto redemptions since they usually come with hefty fees, but having Google Pay as a redemption option would have given them an e-wallet and a unified transaction method for purchases and redemptions.

Is Ding Ding Ding casino safe?

Ding Ding Ding makes use of 256-bit SSL encryption with RSA technology to keep your private information safe and has two-factor authentication (TFA) available. Ding Ding Ding casino also has tools to block VPNs and proxies, making sure only players in eligible states can enter the site.

You’ll need to verify your email and phone number before you can start playing and will have to do an extra round of verification before you can redeem any SC.

Ding Ding Ding sweeps casino allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly spend limits directly from your account profile, and you can also self-exclude for a minimum of 12 months.

It is important to note that Ding Ding Ding has an RG page with links to helpful sites, however, the RG page is not accessible from their lobby. You will need to leave the lobby and go to the site’s homepage, and then you can access the RG page from the homepage’s footer.

Safety rating

85/100 Ding’s safety rings slightly hollow
  • Easy to set spend limits
  • TFA available
  • No cooling-off period
  • RG page only accessible from homepage

Ding Ding Ding’s site is certainly safe, at least from any malicious hackers. The various tools and SSL encryption keep all your private data locked up nice and safe.

What annoys me more is having the RG page out of the lobby, where you spend all of your time. You’ll need to manually leave to find the RG page, which is an unnecessary extra step especially when it comes to RG.

Still, the spend limit tool is quite intuitive, and it’s nice to have a self-exclusion option. I do think Ding Ding Ding needs to have a cooling-off tool for a few months to complete the package, but otherwise, what’s here works.

Three support methods at Ding Ding Ding

Ding Ding Ding does not offer 24/7 support and is instead available Monday through Friday, from 9am–6pm ET. Ding Ding Ding does not offer customer support on the weekends, though you can check the FAQ for any problems you might have.

Support rating

83/100 A great team that’s not always available
  • Phone support available
  • Clear and detailed answers
  • No support on weekends
  • Disorganised FAQ

Ding Ding Ding should have gotten a higher score here. They have a great support team on their hands and a nifty FAQ to boot. Unfortunately, they stumbled at the finish line.

Nearly every sweeps casino out there offers 24/7 support, and even the ones that don’t will have a weekend option of some kind. If someone encounters a problem Friday at 7pm, they’re going to have to wait a long time before they can get help.

Thankfully the team is excellent, with some lovely answers to my emails. I also liked how clearly things were laid out in the FAQ, even if the FAQ itself needs some kind of organization to help find questions easier.

They also have phone support, so you can ring ring ring Ding Ding Ding if that’s the method of communication you prefer. Most sweeps casinos don’t offer phone support, and the ones that do, like Pulsz, offer it for payment inquiries only so it’s nice to see it properly implemented here.

The usability of Ding Ding Ding’s platform

Ding Ding Ding uses a purple-on-black background with large buttons to make things clear and easy to use. The site automatically has the lobby music turned off, though you can turn it on from a toggle switch at the top.

There is no Ding Ding Ding app, however, the site is optimized for mobile devices. All the casino features and games are available, regardless of if you are playing on a mobile, desktop, or tablet.

Usability rating

92/100 Excellent platform that needs minor improvements
  • 2s loading times
  • Advanced filters
  • Glitch-free site
  • Some terms hard to find

I have very few complaints regarding Ding Ding Ding’s platform. It loads fast, works great on my mobile and desktop, and is kind enough to have the music turned off so I don’t have to listen to Ding’s ding every time I enter the site.

The filters are excellent, letting me get right to where I want to go. You’d be surprised how many sweeps casinos only have basic filters for the game type (looking at you Tao Fortune).

My only complaint is how hard some terms are to find. I’ve already complained about there being no bonus terms page, and the RG page being off-site. All Ding Ding Ding needs to do is clean up their footer to not have three links to the same ‘Sweeps Rules’ page, and add these pages in their footer instead, and they’ll be golden.
