WinPanda review
It also has a good RG suite with four tools, and 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA technology. If you’re interested in taking a bite out of this panda’s bamboo sticks, read my WinPanda sweeps review below.

Expert verdict
I was expecting more overall when it came to WinPanda. What’s good is good, but there’s a lot that I felt needed more attention and refinement.
The game library is the strongest feature of this sweeps casino. 2,200+ games, coming from 27 providers, and that includes four key providers. These are all big wins for WinPanda, as it means not only is there a great quantity of games, but there’s also quality. The live games selection is worth noting, too, since there are 61 live games.
The free SC promotions aren’t bad either. The welcome offer is of good value, but it was the friend referral promo and AMOE that stood out to me. 1,000 GC and 10 SC for every friend you refer is impressive, and the AMOE can give out up to 5 SC, which is cool.
The areas that need work, however, are critical ones. Customer support is really lacking. I received no answer from email support after two weeks, and there isn’t an FAQ to fill in the blanks. Fortunately, there’s a live chat service that’s available 24/7, but I did experience a long wait time, and the agents weren’t the most forthcoming.
The biggest area that needs work is transparency when it comes to payments. The minimum redemption amount isn’t specified anywhere, and this is essential information that even non-members should be able to access. Plus, there aren’t many payment options for both purchases and redemptions, making it a limited offering overall.
WinPanda isn’t offering something that you can’t find at other top sweepstakes casinos. The games, providers, and promotions are great, it’s true, but you can find them elsewhere, and ideally at sweeps casinos that offer decent payment options, transparency, and a higher level of customer support. If you’re just in it for the games, though, WinPanda is good enough.
State differences
WinPanda is available in 37 states, but it’s restricted in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, and Washington.
How does WinPanda work?
WinPanda works with a traditional sweepstakes format, meaning there’s no purchase necessary. You’ll have two virtual coins to work with: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). WinPanda’s terms mention XC and Gems as two other forms of virtual currency; these weren’t available when I signed up at the sweeps casino.
GCs are used to play games and are acquired through promotions and giveaways. If you need some extra coins, you can choose to purchase additional GCs in purchase packs. You can’t redeem GCs for prizes, and they hold no monetary value outside the sweeps casino.
SCs, however, can be redeemed for a cash prize. 1 SC is worth $1; however, the minimum redemption requirement isn’t listed. SCs can’t be bought, but they’re often included as a freebie in purchase packs and also come in promotions.
Bonuses and loyalty at WinPanda
When you sign up at WinPanda, you get 10,000 GC and 1 SC. After you’ve completed your profile and verified your phone number, you’ll get another 50,000 GC and 1 SC, bringing the total registration bonus to 60,000 GC and 2 SC. There’s also a welcome purchase offer that will credit you with 200,000 GC and 20 SC for $10.
You can claim GC and SC with the daily login promo. It’s a progressive promotion, where you’ll get a streak bonus for logging in on consecutive days.

There’s also the refer-a-friend promo. By sharing your referral link with a friend, you could claim 1,000 GC and 10 SC. The referral link can be used by more than one friend.
The AMOE is another way to claim SC, and this can award between 1 SC and 5 SC. The amount of SC awarded is random, and to claim, you need to follow the mail-in instructions.
The VIP program has 10 levels, with every new player starting at level zero. To advance to the next level, you need to earn points by playing games, and each new level will award you with GCs and SCs.
Bonuses aren’t visible to non-members.
Bonus rating
76/100 All the classics, and a favorable welcome offer
- 2 SC with welcome offer
- Up to 5 SC with AMOE
- Bonuses can’t be seen without logging in
- Limited VIP awards
WinPanda’s total welcome offer is pretty sweet. 60,000 GC and then 2 SC is on par with some of the bigger welcome offers I’ve seen. Lunar Luck, for instance, awards new players 60,000 GC, but it also gives players 3 SC. I don’t mind that it’s claimable in two parts either, especially since you need to complete your profile to play games anyway.
The rest of the promotions are fine, and it’s great to see all the classics are available. The AMOE can award up to 5 SC, which is definitely a unique take. You can get as little as 1 SC, which is pretty normal for an AMOE, but it’s not limited to just that. The friend referral promotion is also pretty high value, awarding 10 SC per friend.
What’s frustrating is that you can’t see any of the promotions without logging in. While most sweeps casinos keep their wider promotions under wraps until you register, at least you’ll get their welcome offers. Here, WinPanda doesn’t even show you that, which is mysterious in the wrong way. The welcome offer is meant to be the encouraging piece to sign up, you need to know what you’re getting into this for.
Games available at WinPanda
There are 2,200+ games at WinPanda, which consist of slots, table games, live games, game shows, and mini games like Plinko and Keno. There are over 100 mini games available.
If you’re a slots fan, then the collection should cover all your needs, as there are over 2,000 slot games. You’ll find classic-style slots, like Red Tiger’s 777 Strike, and more dynamic games, like Black Wolf 2 Hold and Win. There are Megaways games, too.

WinPanda has RNG table games, with options for blackjack, roulette, poker, and Video Poker, but if you prefer live gaming, there’s a live casino section, too. These are high-quality live dealer tables, and you’ll find roulette, craps, blackjack, baccarat, and Sic Bo.
In the game show department, there are some of the classic games from Evolution, like Crazy Time, Mega Ball, and Monopoly Big Baller.
If you can’t choose a game to play from the 2,200+ available, you can spin the wheel of randomness, which will pick a game for you.
Games rating
94/100 A library that’s got both quality and quantity
- 2,200+ games
- 61 live casino games
- No progressive jackpots
- No fish tables
The game library is probably the strongest aspect of this sweeps casino. A choice of 2,200+ games is great, and WinPanda is always adding more games. Plus, I was really happy to see there are 61 live games, since this area is often lacking. It’s a good selection, too, including the game shows.
I didn’t find any fish tables, which is a shame as they’re a popular game type, but the lack of progressive jackpots was also noticed. Fish tables aren’t always available, but honestly, I come across them more often than not, and they add something cool to what’s otherwise a very run-of-the-mill game library.
The lack of jackpots is a shame too, and many players look out for jackpots since they add an engaging challenge.
Software providers for WinPanda
WinPanda works with 27 software providers. This includes names like Hacksaw Gaming, 3Oaks Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, and NetEnt. There’s also Evolution and ICONIC21, which handle the live games.
3Oaks and Hacksaw Gaming are well-loved providers that are frequently found at sweepstakes casinos. Having top providers like NetEnt means you’ll find popular games like Jack Hammer 3 Diamond Affair, and the Finn and the Swirly Spin series.

Plus, there are some smaller software providers, like Eurasian Gaming, but there isn’t any bespoke software.
All of the content is immediately available on WinPanda, with no need to download.
Software rating
97/100 The proof is in the providers
- 2 live games providers
- 27 software providers
- Works with 6 key providers
- No bespoke software
WinPanda is getting a lot right when it comes to providers. The sweeps casino works with lots of key providers, which is fantastic. These are BetSoft, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, NetGaming, Booming Games and NetEnt.
Names like this are always a good sign because not only do they guarantee good-quality games, but it’s also good to see that these brands will work with the sweeps casino. It also means you’re more likely to find popular fan favorites, like Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest from NetEnt.
Plus, there are two of the industry’s leading live game providers, ICONIC21 and Evolution, which means the live games section offers high-quality streams and popular games.
Payment methods accepted at WinPanda
Purchases at WinPanda can be made using VISA and Mastercard debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Redemptions are done via bank cards and bank transfers.
WinPanda is vague about the payment terms and doesn’t list the minimum or maximum redemption requirements. I reached out to customer support via email to try to learn more about this, but after 12 days, I still didn’t have an answer. What’s specified is the maximum win per spin or per play for Floridians, which is $5,000, and is the case for every sweeps casino.
You can only request one redemption at a time every 48 hours, and all redemption requests are processed for a minimum of 72 hours. This can extend up to 10 days. Redemptions are processed from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm EST.

There are nine purchase packs available. The cheapest option is worth $4.99 and awards 5,000 GC and 5 free SC. For high-rollers, there’s the $399.99 pack, which will give you 400,000 GC and 400 free SC.
Payments rating
68/100 Lack of transparency needs to be corrected
- Nine purchase packs
- Limited e-wallets and no cryptocurrencies
- Only card and bank transfer redemptions
- Limited upfront payments information
This section doesn’t sit right with me. The payment information should be available, irrespective of whether you’re a registered player or not. When I signed into my account, I couldn’t find anything on the minimum redemption value, the payment options I could use, or anything useful. I got the payment options from customer support.
Besides that, the payment options that are available are limited. There are just two e-wallets, which pale in comparison when you see that RichSweeps accepts 16 payment options. WinPanda doesn’t even accept PayPal.
This also means that redemptions will be on the slow side, since bank cards and bank transfers aren’t the fastest options. WinPanda also says it takes a minimum of 72 hours to process a redemption, and they’re only carried out from Monday to Friday. This means if you make a request on a Friday, you likely won’t get a payout till Wednesday of the next week.
Is WinPanda safe?
WinPanda LLC launched the WinPanda sweeps casino at the end of 2025. It has 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA, and 2FA is available. While there’s no obvious reference to RNGs, all the games come from reputable software providers that independent third parties audit.

WinPanda’s RG page explains the importance of safe gambling habits and provides links for Smart Social Gamers, GAA, the Addiction Center, Game Quitters, NCP Gambling, OLGA, and RGC. These are listed as independent help organizations.
There are eight questions you can use to assess if your gaming habits are becoming problematic, and some basic tips to guide you. Beyond these, there are also four RG tools that WinPanda offers. You’ll find them in the Player Limits section of the menu.
You can set up purchase limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to keep your spending within comfortable parameters. To keep an eye on the time you spend gaming, you can use reality checks. These are alerts that appear every one, two, or three hours, giving you the time to pause and either keep gaming or quit.
To take time away from the casino, you can use a time-out period. This will temporarily suspend your account for one, seven, or 30 days. Self-exclusion is also available, although this is set up by contacting support via email. In the email, you need to include your full name and user ID or the email you have that’s connected with your WinPanda account.
You can choose to self-exclude yourself temporarily, which is for three months, or you can choose to self-exclude yourself for a definite amount of time that you’ll specify in your email.
Safety rating
75/100 Decent approach to RG
- 4 RG tools available
- 2FA available
- Self-exclusion timelines are short
- Room for more limit settings
2FA and 256-bit SSL with ECDSA are great to see, as they guarantee a good level of security at WinPanda. Unfortunately, RNGs aren’t mentioned at all, but at least there are trustworthy providers available.
As for RG, there are four tools available, which is great. Many sweeps casinos just offer self-exclusion, which is not enough. While WinPanda does have self-exclusion, I thought there needed to be more structure to it.
The choice is between a definite and an indefinite break, where a definite break is just three months. While most self-exclusion periods start at a minimum of six months, they also have the option to run up to a year or even five years. WinPanda’s three-month self-exclusion period is really short. You can ask for an indefinite period, which is as long as you need, but I feel this gives the player too much freedom and not enough structure.
I would have also liked to see more limit settings, apart from the purchase limits, too. Wager and loss limits, for instance, are good tools.
WinPanda also loses big points here for its lack of transparency. It was difficult to find information on payments, even after registering an account. There’s also a lack of transparency around bonuses before registering too, which, as I discussed in the bonuses section, isn’t ideal.
Reaching out to support at WinPanda
You can contact customer support at WinPanda by using the live chat widget or via email. The live chat widget is available to registered players, and when I tested the service, there was a wait time of around 20 minutes. The quality of support was decent, but not the most informative. Unfortunately, I received no response from email support, even after two weeks.

Support rating
68/100 Support needs a lot of work
- 24/7 live chat
- No response from email support
- Slow response from live chat
- No FAQs
This is another area that I was less than impressed with. There’s not much more to say on this section, because there isn’t much going on.
WinPanda is lacking a lot of the critical support pillars for players. There isn’t an FAQs page, and email support just doesn’t answer. Which means you can only rely on the live chat, which was decent, but I did experience a long wait time.
If there was an FAQs page, at least that would handle many of the basic questions players have, and would free up time for the live chat agents. Plus, there’s a general lack of information on the website anyway, which could be cleared up quickly in an FAQ.
The usability of WinPanda’s platform
Getting around WinPanda was relatively smooth, and within minutes, I was able to find where I needed to go. There are key shortcuts to things like different games, promotions, and the purchases page. You can also browse games by provider, or else you can use the search bar to search for games by name.

Its design is simple, but sweet and welcoming, with panda motifs and a navy blue background with neon green accents.

Usability rating
89/100 Sweet and simple design, easy navigation
- Mobile friendly
- User-friendly navigation
- No casino app
Where design and UX are concerned, WinPanda is doing fine. It’s not the most refined of looks, but it’s got some playful pandas around, and it doesn’t distract you from gameplay either. Plus, what’s important is that the sweeps casino works, and this does the job just fine.
Navigation is simple thanks to the sidebar menu with its shortcuts, and a search bar is always needed. I also love that I can browse games according to the provider. This isn’t always available at sweeps casinos, and sometimes, you just want to see if your favorite games are available.
There isn’t a casino app, which isn’t common for sweeps casinos anyway, but I was expecting a web app. Even so, the site is optimized for mobile browsers, so it does fine.
