QuickMilly is a sweepstakes casino operated by InspireCore, with a lobby of around 1,150 games from 17 studios plus a 19-title in-house Originals line. Every game runs free demo play, and the VIP program spans seven tiers with a rewards catalogue that includes Super Bowl trips and a Hermès Birkin.
Read my full QuickMilly review to see what the bonus terms will cost you before any of that pays out.

Expert verdict

QuickMilly casino homepage screenshot
Time2play Expert Analysis The bonus terms are what I keep coming back to. QuickMilly’s published Bonus Terms only commit to a range, 1x to 1,000x, set at its discretion. I had to ask support to learn that the 125% offer actually carried 35x. KingPrize publishes a flat 10x and I called that steep, so 35x is a genuinely heavy requirement, and it is not a number you can find anywhere on the site.

What makes this worse is the contribution table. Standard slots count 100% toward clearing a bonus, but QuickMilly Originals count 10%, so the games the homepage pushes hardest are the slowest way out of the requirement.

My call on QuickMilly is a no for anyone chasing a bonus, and a yes only if you plan to ignore free SC promotions entirely and play the demos.

Editor's note

This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.

State differences

QuickMilly is unavailable in 18 states according to its Sweepstakes Rules: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.

The FAQ tells a different story. It lists 15 states and leaves out Indiana, Maine and Tennessee entirely, so a player in any of those three would read the FAQ and conclude they are eligible.

I asked support about this, and they confirmed the Sweepstakes Rules are the governing document and that any difference between the two should be resolved in their favor. So the 18-state list is the one that counts, and players in Indiana, Maine and Tennessee are excluded despite what the FAQ says.

QuickMilly casino welcome bonus

QuickMilly’s signup bonus is 1 SC and 1,000 GC, but it’s only released once you complete identity verification, which sits on the Challenges page as a task rather than arriving automatically.

Purchases start at $10 and run up to $1,000. The current headline is a 125% first-hour boost, which on a $10 purchase returns 22,500 GC and 22.5 SC against a base of 10,000 GC and 10 SC, with a 15% top-up offer.

Beyond the purchase boosts there are 13 active Challenges paying Loyalty Points plus occasional SC, GC and free SC spins, an Originals Gauntlet tournament with a 1,000 SC top prize, a Summer Surge raffle paying 500 SC to a single winner, a Refer a Friend program and redeemable Bonus Codes. There is no daily login bonus, which most other casinos offer.

The VIP program has seven bands of five levels each, tracked in Loyalty Points. Weekly reload tokens scale from 5% to 20%, weekly GC grants from 1,000 to 30,000 and weekly raffle tickets from 3 to 30, topped by a luxury Vault catalogue. The entry-level weekly GC grant carries its own 1x wager.

Usage requirements on bonus SC are published only as a range, 1 to 1,000x. Support confirmed the 125% offer carried 35x. Bonus coins expire anywhere from 24 hours to 12 months, and anything not cleared in time is forfeited.

Contribution varies by game, with standard slots counting 100%, scratch cards 25%, crash 20%, and Originals, arcade and table games 10%. The table also lists live games at 0%, a category QuickMilly does not actually offer. Contribution rates can change at any time.

QuickMilly rewards page

Bonus rating

75/100 Serious VIP program, brutal terms
  • 7-tier VIP with published perks
  • Tournaments run continuously
  • Signup bonus locked behind verification
  • Originals contribute just 10%

The VIP program here is impressive. Seven bands of five levels each, weekly reloads scaling from 5% to 20%, GC grants from 1,000 up to 30,000, and a Vault catalogue with a Birkin and a Monaco Grand Prix weekend in it. Nobody else in this category publishes that much detail.

Then you look at what a free player gets. Pulsz hands new players 5,000 GC and 2.3 SC for signing up, with no ID needed to claim it. QuickMilly wants your identity verified before it releases a single SC, and there is no daily login bonus to fall back on afterwards.

Pair that with a 35x requirement you have to email support to discover, and the rewards here all point in one direction, toward people who spend.

Games at QuickMilly

QuickMilly has over 1,150 titles, and roughly 1,000+ of those are slots, spread across Hold & Win, bonus buy, cascading and cluster formats. Le Bandit, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Snoop Dogg Dollars and Elvis Frog Trueways head the list, with 18 titles under the Megaways tab.

There are also 56 scratch cards, 38 arcade and instant games and 16 table titles. The Originals line accounts for 19 games built in house, covering the formats this category usually licenses: Mines, Plinko, Crash, Tower, Limbo, Dice, Hi-Lo, Keno, Safecracker and Glass Bridge, alongside Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Solitaire.

A Jackpot tab lists 157 games, but these are Hold and Win titles carrying fixed in-game prize tiers rather than pooled progressives, so there is no growing prize to chase. There are no live dealer tables either, despite the Table & Live Games label.

Every game runs a free demo without an account, and each game page publishes provider, volatility, and RTP.

QuickMilly slots library

Games rating

85/100 Strong slots, weak everywhere else
  • Free demo play on every title
  • 19 exclusive Originals games
  • No live dealer games
  • No progressive jackpots

If you’re new to QuickMilly, I would point you towards demo play. QuickMilly puts a free demo on every title without asking you to register, while competitors like Cashoomo restrict their games to signed-in players. For a casino that hands you nothing at signup, being able to try the library before spending matters even more. Publishing RTP and volatility on every game page is the other thing worth crediting, as it’s rarer than it should be.

Where QuickMilly overpromises is the labelling. A tab called Table & Live Games with no live games behind it, and a 157-title Jackpot tab with no progressive prize behind it, both set an expectation the games do not meet. Strip those away and this is a slots library with a good Originals line attached, which is a smaller offer than the library suggests.

Software at QuickMilly

QuickMilly works with 17 studios plus its own Originals label. Hacksaw Gaming leads with 328 titles, then BGaming on 233, Booming Games on 132, 3Oaks on 92, Rogue on 59, OneTouch on 51, Popiplay on 49, SlotMill on 48 and Playson on 43. Smaller contributions come from Edge Labs, AvatarUX, 7Rings, 155, Kalamba Games, Playzia, Delulu, and G Games.

90/100 Good studios, and a real in-house line
  • 19 bespoke Originals titles
  • Per-studio counts published
  • No live dealer studio
  • 18 providers is below category average

Building your own Originals line rather than licensing one is the right call, and 19 titles is enough to matter. Publishing an exact game count for every studio is another small thing most operators avoid.

What I cannot get past is the providers page claiming the catalogue is powered by “category leaders like Pragmatic Play and Evolution,” because neither studio is on QuickMilly. Pragmatic Play actually exited the US sweeps market in September 2025, so they’re most certainly not available here.

Payments at QuickMilly

Purchases start at $10, with preset tiers and a custom amount in between, and the coins arrive instantly. Which methods you see depends on your location, since QuickMilly’s payment partners are licensed regionally, and the options span cards, bank transfer and wallets including PayPal and Venmo.

Redemption runs through ACH or push to card. The minimum is 100 SC, and first-time redemptions require ID verification. QuickMilly aims to process within 24 hours, with funds typically landing 1 to 3 business days later depending on your bank. Prizes of $500 or more may take longer for fraud checks and can be paid in more than one instalment.

Payments rating

79/100 Clear timelines, steep entry price
  • Push to card alongside ACH
  • Maximum purchase up to $1,000
  • $10 minimum purchase is high
  • Methods not listed until checkout

Opening the wallet, what struck me was how little I could see before I committed. You pick your amount first, and only then does it show you what you can actually pay with, which is backwards when you are still deciding whether to bother at all.

Redemption surprised me the other way. I braced for the usual runaround and found real numbers instead: a 24 hour processing target, funds landing in one to three days, ACH or push to card. McLuck publishes a 48 hour approval window and I rated that well, so this is a step better.

What I cannot get past is the $10 minimum purchase. My balance started at zero, so there was no way to put in a couple of dollars and find out whether I even liked the platform. You commit ten or you do not touch SC at all.

How safe is QuickMilly?

QuickMilly runs over HTTPS and has 256-bit encryption. Redemption requires both email and identity verification, and the platform determines your location from your connection rather than your account address.

Responsible gaming is the strongest part of the site. Purchase limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly from your account, with reductions applying immediately and increases held behind a cooling-off period. Time-outs of 1, 7 or 30 days are self-service and cannot be reversed early. Self-exclusion is available by emailing support, and there’s a problem gambling helpline as well.

No RNG or game fairness certification appears anywhere on the site, including the Legal Center. The minimum age is 18.

Safety rating

79/100 Excellent player tools, shaky paperwork
  • Self-service purchase limits in account
  • Time-outs of 1, 7 or 30 days
  • No fairness certification anywhere
  • Two pages disagree on restricted states

The responsible gaming tools are some of the best I have reviewed in this category. Setting a monthly purchase cap yourself, having increases held behind a waiting period, and being able to lock yourself out for 30 days without emailing anyone is really how this should work everywhere.

Everything else is a bit weaker. Fortune Wins states plainly that its games are RNG tested and I found no equivalent claim here, on any page. Two of QuickMilly’s own documents also disagree about which states are blocked, which is a straightforward accuracy problem that really shouldn’t happen.

Support at QuickMilly

QuickMilly offers live chat, email at [email protected] and an FAQ. There is no phone line.

The chat widget is not live in the usual sense. It tells you upfront that you are being connected to a human agent and that replies usually come within 24 hours, and the AI assistant does nothing except confirm your message was received.

The answer, however, is worth the wait. I asked two questions: which of two conflicting restricted-state lists was correct, and what the actual playthrough multiplier was on the live 125% offer. Both were answered directly. Support confirmed the Sweepstakes Rules are the governing document, and put the playthrough at 35x on bonus SC, noting that purchased GC and already-redeemable SC are unaffected.

QuickMilly support options

Support & community rating

82/100 Nothing is fast, but the answers are good
  • Answered both hard questions precisely
  • Named the governing legal document
  • No real-time chat despite the widget
  • No phone support

Casinos like Stake.us put real agents on live chat and answer in under two minutes. QuickMilly makes you wait a day for anything, which on paper is one of the worst response times in the category.

The quality is what rescues it. I asked two questions most support teams deflect, which of two contradictory documents governs and what a bonus actually costs to clear, and got a straight answer to both, including a multiplier that appears nowhere in the published terms.

A slow reply that resolves the question beats a fast one that does not, but the widget should definitely stop calling itself live chat.

Usability of the QuickMilly platform

QuickMilly runs in the browser with an installable web app rather than a native iOS or Android build. Registration is quick, and the account page keeps your SC and GC balances and VIP progress in one view.

Usability rating

91/100 Quick and well organized
  • Pages load in under half a second
  • Full library and filters on mobile
  • No native iOS or Android app
  • Bonus terms sit on a separate page

This is one of the fastest sweepstakes casinos I have tested. Under half a second to load and under a second to see games is quicker than anything else I have measured, and the mobile build holds up really well against desktop. WOW Vegas skips native apps too and gets credit for its browser experience, and QuickMilly is even ahead of it on speed.

The provider directory deserves a mention as well, since publishing an exact title count per studio makes a 1,150 game lobby genuinely navigable. What holds the score back is the wallet, which asks you to commit to an amount before it will show you what you can actually pay with.
