After spending some time with YAY Casino, it’s a yes from me. This sweepstakes casino is great for newbies and veterans, even without the live games. YAY Casino sets the right tone by welcoming its players with regular bonuses, games from top providers, and a 50 SC minimum redemption requirement.
Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.
YAY Casino bonuses and promotions
The bonuses were the first thing I looked at when I joined YAY Casino, and I found them to be pretty rewarding. The welcome bonus is a strong starting point, followed by the daily bonus.

Welcome bonus
YAY Casino offers a 120,000 GC and 12 SC registration bonus. This is awarded in multiple parts:
- Sign-up bonus: 5,000 GC and 1 SC
- Email verification: 10,000 GC and 1 SC
- Phone verification: 5,000 GC
- First purchase offer: 100,000 GC, 10 SC and 20 free spins for $2.99
The free spins from the first purchase offer are playable on Yay Devil Fire 2 for new players only.
Additionally, you can get another 10,000 GC and 1 SC if you opt in for SMS updates.
Daily, weekly, and monthly promotions
YAY Casino has a daily progressive bonus, which is claimed in the “Coin Store” tab. The daily bonus is claimed over a seven-day streak, which resets when you miss a day or complete the week:
- Day 1: 10,000 GC and 1 SC
- Day 2: 10,000 GC and 1 SC
- Day 3: 5,000 GC and 0.50 SC
- Day 4: 10,000 GC and 1 SC
- Day 5: 2,500 GC and 0.25 SC
- Day 6: 5,000 GC and 0.50 SC
- Day 7: 20,000 GC and 2 SC
There’s also YAY Casino’s Weekly GC Tournament. Players need to play any game in GC mode and aim for the most spins. The 10 winners earn a share of the 20,000,000 GC prize pool once the event ends.
With the Monthly Event, players need to complete daily challenges to earn individual bonuses in preparation for the Weekend Finale. Every spin helps with rankings and all gameplay earns entries into the raffle.
Players can also follow on YAY Casino’s social media for more opportunities for free coins.
Loyalty program and VIP tiers
YAY Casino’s VIP program has seven tiers, with every player starting on the Bronze tier. You earn 1 VIP point for every 50,000 GC and 1 SC you play.
Each level unlocks new perks like a bigger daily bonus, exclusive offers, upgrade bonuses, birthday bonus, weekly coinback, and mystery gifts.
Referral bonus
With YAY Rewards+, players get monthly rewards when referring friends, as long as the eligible friends continue playing at YAY Casino.
Your friends need to make a purchase of $19.99 or more to qualify after using your referral link to register. As a reward, you can earn 10% of their gameplay.
Bonus rating
83/100 YAY Casino is generous with bonuses
- Progressive daily login bonus
- Generous registration bonus
- Convoluted bonus terms
- VIP program takes long
What really struck me at YAY Casino, was how quickly my coin balances were topped up. By the second day, I had 40,000 GC and 4 SC, without paying for the first purchase offer. The daily login bonus really stood out to me, because more often than not, I got whole SCs, which really add up.
The registration bonus is rather generous and the first purchase offer is amazing value for money, giving you 100,000 GC, 10 SC and 20 free spins for just $2.99. Sportzino has a similar registration bonus breakdown, but the final amount is 170,000 GC and 7 SC, not including its first purchase offer.
The bonus terms were one of the annoying issues here. They’re not very straightforward and they’re not displayed well, so it’s a bit tricky to understand.
The VIP program also takes time to progress through since you need to play 50,000 GC and 1 SC for just one point.
Getting started at YAY Casino
The registration process took me less than five minutes to complete. Once I clicked the “Sign Up” button, I just needed to enter my email and a password to create the account.
After that, I received a verification email with a one-time password. I entered the code and could immediately access my account. Phone verification can be completed from within your account.
ID verification isn’t required to create your account, but it will be required for your first redemption.
As far as registration goes, YAY Casino has one of the easier sign-up processes I’ve tested. Once I verified my email, I could access all of the sweeps casino, except for the payments, which require phone verification. That was also really straightforward.
I appreciated being able to make an account and complete my KYC later, once I was ready to make a redemption. It gave me time to get to know the casino and its games, but I had still secured my account with my email and phone number.
Slots, jackpots, and mini games at YAY Casino
When I got into YAY Casino’s game lobby, I counted over 2,100+ games. These games are provided by 44 software providers, which include 3Oaks Gaming, Playson, Habanero, BGaming, NetEnt, and ICONIC21. The majority of the games, however, are provided by Evoplay, bringing 178 games to the casino.

Slots and jackpots
I found that the slots make up the majority of the game lobby at YAY Casino, with over 1,400 available. The games cover a strong variety of themes, like animals, fruit machines, Irish, Asian, Jokers, Mythology, and Vegas.
There are some popular sweeps games, like Habanero’s Laughing Buddha and classics like NetEnt’s Starburst. I also counted 11 Megaways games and 93 Hold and Win games, like 3Oaks’ Black Wolf 2 Hold and Win.
The selection also includes 23 jackpots, which live under their own filter. These come from Edge Labs and YAY Casino’s in-house provider. There are four jackpot prizes: Mini, Grand, Super, and Fortune.
Fish table games and mini games
There aren’t any live games or table games available, but I found two fish table games. These are Sparkle Fishooter Shoot and Win, and Hook Up! Fishing Wars. Any other fish-related games are fishing-themed slots.
The mini games, or arcade games, portion of the game library has more going on. There are two scratch cards, six Plinko games, one Keno game, one Bingo game, and one crash game called Avia Masters 2.
Exclusive and in-house games
YAY Casino has 12 in-house games, developed by its own developer. I found them under the “YAY! Casino Homemade” provider filter. All of its games are slots.
There are also six exclusive games, including Jelly Joker from Formula Spin and Big Win Ballers from Spinoro.

Games rating
86/100 No live games but a healthy collection of slots
- 1,400+ slots
- 6 exclusive games and 12 in-house games
- No live games
- Smaller game library compared to other sweeps
If you enjoy slots, YAY Casino is a good choice for you. I was impressed with the number of quality providers that I found listed, including key names like NetEnt, Habanero, and Yggdrasil. It explains why YAY Casino offers such a strong variety of quality slots.
Sadly, there aren’t any live games or even RNG table games here, and admittedly, there are bigger game libraries out there. Lucky Bunny, for instance, has 6,000+ games, which include 278 RNG table games and 42 live games.
That being said, YAY Casino has earned some points for having both exclusive and bespoke software. It’s something extra and you won’t find those games elsewhere, making it a nice touch.
Making purchases and redemptions at YAY Casino
It helps to know which payment methods are available before you join a casino, so that was a priority for me with YAY Casino. To see the options, you need to complete your verification first, which includes phone verification and basic details like your address and birthday.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Number of payment methods | 15 |
| Popular payment | VISA |
| Minimum purchase | $1.99 |
| Maximum purchase | N/A |
| Average purchase time | Instant |
| Prize redemption | Available |
| Minimum prize redemption | 50 SC |
| Average prize-redemption time | 48-72hr |
YAY Casino accepts some fiat and cryptocurrencies, but I noted that in the terms it says you need to stick with either fiat or crypto once you’ve registered.
Purchase methods
To make purchases, you can use VISA and Mastercard credit and debit cards, or crypto. YAY Casino accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, DASH, XRP, USDC, Tether, MATIC, and Tron. Purchases are processed instantly.
Redemption methods
Cash redemptions are available and the minimum is 50 SC. Before requesting your first redemption, you need to complete your KYC, which requires your government ID, proof of address, and a bank statement. Additional verification could be required for redemptions over $2,000.
To make a redemption, you can use a VISA Virtual card, bank transfer, or crypto. You also need to meet the 1x playthrough requirement.
YAY Casino has a daily redemption cap of 9,550 SC, and a daily win cap of 10,000 SC in a 48-hour period. It typically takes 24-72 hours to review your redemption request, though in some cases it can take up to seven days.
Payments rating
86/100 Good choices for crypto users
- 10 cryptocurrencies
- 50 SC minimum redemption
- Limited fiat options
- Redemption can take long
I found the payments section to be quite secure, which was good, but it’s not the best choice for fiat payments. VISA and Mastercard cards are essential, but there wasn’t one e-wallet available. If you use crypto, though, there are 10 options, which I felt provided a good selection.
SweepsRoyal, for instance, has eight payment methods, which is a combination of e-wallets and a variety of cryptocurrencies.
I will say that the 50 SC minimum redemption amount is a standout feature here. Almost every casino I’ve reviewed has a 100 SC minimum, so 50 SC is much more accessible.
Safety, licensing, and responsible gaming at YAY Casino
YAY Casino is powered by Social Gaming LLC, and is part of the affiliate group Priority Play, which Zula Casino and Sportzino are also part of. The site secures player data with 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA technology and the site is DMCA protected. Two-factor authentication isn’t available.

| RNG auditing seals | Available |
| Responsible gaming seals | Responsible Gambling Foundation |

| Two-factor authentication | N/A |
| Legal age | 18 |
| Purchase, play amount, and gameplay limits | Purchase limits |
| Self-exclusion | Available |

When it comes to RNGs, there aren’t any logos or certifications in the footer, but one of the FAQs covers game fairness. The casino says that the games come from reputable providers, which are known for testing their products for fairness.
Part of my review process involved looking into the RG tools available at YAY Casino, which I didn’t find much of.
State availability
YAY Casino is available in 35 states, but it’s currently restricted in: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington.
Responsible gambling features
The dedicated RG page explains the importance of maintaining a safe social gaming experience and provides tips to do so, along with questions to identify any issues.
I found four RG tools available.
| RG tool | How to set it up | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Take a break | Submit a ticket via contact form | 2 to 30 days |
| Self-exclusion | Submit a ticket via contact form | 6 months to 5 years/indefinitely |
| Purchase limit | Contact customer summer via email | Custom limit |
| Reality checks | Configure in your account settings | 30 mins to 180 minute reminders |
Time-outs and self-exclusion can be requested by submitting a ticket to customer support. In the ticket submission form, first select “Player Safety Policy Tool” and then choose between “Taking a Break” or “Self-Exclusion”.
After that, you can choose how long you want to have your casino access restricted. Time-outs start with a minimum of two days up to a maximum of 30 days, while self-exclusion starts with six months, lasting up to five years or indefinitely.
If you want to set a purchase limit, you can reach out to customer support via email. Activity reminders can be set from within your account. These start at 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 180 minutes.
YAY Casino lists GAA, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration National Helpline, and Financial Counselling Association of America as reliable professional organizations, and displays a trust seal from the Responsible Gaming Foundation in its footer.
Safety rating
85/100 Good foundations for RG but more is needed
- RGF seal is visible
- Easy to request self-exclusion
- Lack of limit-setting tool
- Support required for purchase limits
The 256-bit encryption is great, and I’d have liked the RNG mention to be more upfront than in the FAQs, but I’m glad it’s there. It was also reassuring for me that YAY Casino is linked to some other top sweepstakes casinos.
As for the RG approach, YAY Casino has laid down some strong foundations but needs to build it up more for me. The RGF for instance, is great to see. I also appreciated how easy it is to request self-exclusion or a time-out. Activity reminders are also easy to set up.
Purchase limits, however, are not. You need to go through support, which doesn’t make sense once you can request the others so easily.
I also thought it was odd that all the tools are split up like this rather than having them available in one location. Plus, I really think there’s room for more.
YAY Casino’s customer support and help center
I tested YAY Casino’s 24/7 customer support options, starting with their email support. I got a response back within 10 minutes and the answer was professional and helpful. A live chat system is available, and it’s operated by a bot.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Customer support availability | 24/7 |
| Live chat | 24/7 |
| [email protected] | |
| Contact number | N/A |
| On-page support | FAQ, Help center |
The bot pulls information from the site and is generally helpful. If you request a human agent, it opens a ticket for you, and then you’ll receive help via email. When I tried this, I got an email back from support after five hours.
The ticketing system can be found in YAY Casino’s help center. This is also where I found the FAQs. I found information on accounts, verification, redemption, promotions, technical issues, player safety, legal and general queries.
Support & community rating
75/100 Good email support but live chat is bot operated
- Robust FAQs
- 24/7 support options
- Live chat bot operated
- Email response times vary
The email support is really good, and I appreciated how fast the team was at getting back to most of my questions, though the response times vary. If you’re not offering a human agent on live chat, then you need a responsive email support team, and YAY Casino ticked the box there.
The live chat was a disappointment for me. The bot doesn’t even handle the questions that well, so you might as well just go straight to email support.
The FAQs section, however, is great. Multiple categories and each one loaded with important questions, which I always like to see.
If you need a live chat option, I always recommend SpeedSweeps for its instant, friendly, and helpful live agent responses.
YAY Casino’s mobile app and site usability
I found YAY Casino had a welcoming and clean design. It works with a navy blue background and some playful illustrations. It also uses some pop art touches, which makes it all feel like a comic book.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Mobile app | Mobile browser |
| Mobile games availability | Full suite |
| Ease of navigation | Good |
| Game filters | Great |
| Search function | Great |
| Loading speed | 1 second |
| UX and UI rating | Good |
| Other products | N/A |
In terms of navigation, things were smooth. The sidebar menu contains all the shortcuts I needed, like promotions, game history, and redemptions.
Special mention to the neat full-screen mode that removes all the unnecessary noise on my playscreen.
The game filtering system is good and works with a smaller game library. The filters listed are: favorites, slots, events, hot, featured, new, classic, jackpots, hold and win, Megaways, and all.
The search bar works well and is where I found the providers. You can also choose to search by provider from here.
YAY Casino currently has a mobile app for Android devices on the Google Play Store, but there isn’t an iOS version yet, meaning Apple users need to play in mobile browser.
The mobile version of the site is lag-free, adjusting seamlessly to different screen sizes. All features available on the desktop version, such as accessing games, claiming bonuses, and contacting customer support, are fully functional on mobile devices as well.
How YAY Casino works
YAY Casino runs on a sweepstakes model, letting players dive into games without wagering real money, but still keeping the thrill of winning real prizes. Players engage with two types of virtual currency: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
GC is used for fun, non-monetary play. These coins can be earned through various promotions or purchased in bundles. However, they do not have any real-world value and are used strictly to play games for entertainment.
SC can be acquired through gameplay, daily login bonuses, or as part of a purchase bundle that includes GC. They can also be redeemed for cash prizes.
Usability rating
82/100 A cosy design that runs smoothly
- Welcoming design
- Mobile-friendly
- App is only for Android
- Game filtering could be better
I felt there’s definitely an appealing look to YAY Casino, which I liked. I always prefer a little design to something a bit rough and ready.
The game filtering could be improved, though. Some additional filters, like one for fish tables and one for mini games, would help. Otherwise, you won’t really know the scope of what’s available. I also would have preferred having a more obvious providers tab.
Luckily, I could click on a provider and see all its games, but finding the list by accident and scrolling through it in the search bar felt clunky.
