There was hardly a single question I could think of that I couldn’t find the answer to on the DraftKings help site. Tables, examples, lists, and pages of data on how it all works, how the process of depositing and withdrawing should look – it is all there.

When tested, the live chat answered quickly, providing links to some pages it had found that could be relevant. On its own, the bot is little more than an advanced search function for all the pages that already exist – but honestly, that is usually all you need, as most information exists on the site. However, before I’d read through its first messages, the bot offered to get me in touch with a real person in case it hadn’t helped.

In less than a minute, I had an answer to my question and they also volunteered some additional information that could be relevant, providing me with a link with further detail on the matter.

The help site is easy to find through their main page. After all, you just click the word “Help” in their footer! Easy, right? Both yes and no, because when you open up the DraftKings casino site, the footer isn’t immediately visible.

In many ways, it is such a smooth and easily navigable experience – and yet, I can’t entirely get over the lack of a proper filtering system.

Apart from that, there’s one issue I’ve already pointed out – the footer. Although it has a lot of helpful information and links like their help page and contact information, this footer is invisible until you scroll down and reach the bottom of the page.

Given the main page starts you off on “All Games”, you end up racing against ever-loading games keeping the footer away from you and out of view. This is easily worked around by clicking over to a smaller grouping if you know what you are looking for. But it still has to be worked around – and not everyone would know it was even there.
