This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.

Expert verdict

CrazyCoins offers a run-of-the-mill sweepstakes experience, with a good games library, an enticing registration bonus, and a daily wheel login bonus. There are some areas that still need work, but all in all, it’s on the right track.

The games are one the strongest aspects here, with 1,700+ available and a strong variety within that. It’s not just slots, but live casino games from Evolution, table games, instant win games, and scratch cards. The registration bonus is impressive with 1,000,000 GC, although I had hoped for more than 1 SC. Fortunately, with the daily wheel bonus, you can get 2.1 SC in a week.

For customer support, the email support team is available 24/7 and I experienced a fast response time. However, a live chat isn’t available and there isn’t an FAQs section either. Both of these are a letdown, since they make it much simpler and faster to get the answers you need.

CrazyCoins is on its way to becoming a well-rounded sweepstakes casino and has many of the right pieces in place. Some of them need re-shaping, and other pieces are missing completely, though, which might bother more experienced players.

State differences

CrazyCoins is currently available in 27 states. This excludes Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia.

How does CrazyCoins work?

CrazyCoins has two virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). GCs are used as tokens to play the available games, but they can’t be swapped or redeemed for prizes. You can earn GCs through promotions, but they can also be purchased in coin packs.

SCs can also be used to play games during sweepstakes mode, but they can’t be purchased. They’re earned through promotions or are given as freebies in coin packs with GCs. When you have a minimum of 50 SC, you can redeem them for a cash prize.

Bonuses and loyalty at CrazyCoins

Newly registered players who have verified their email address can claim 1,000,000 GC and 1 SC as a no deposit bonus. There’s also a 200% first purchase bonus which awards another 1,000,000 GC and 30 SC for $9.99.

Daily free credits are available at CrazyCoins with the daily wheel spin, awarding players with up to 1,000,000 GC and 0.3 SC. With the AMOE you can also request an additional 2 SC. A Faucet is also available, which will give you a free GC refill when your balance is empty.

A referral program is available, but this currently doesn’t offer many details. You can invite as many friends as you want, and so long as each referral signs up with your unique link and passes KYC, you’ll be rewarded.

The VIP program has six levels, starting with Entry level and ending with Emerald. Each tier offers rewards that include coinback and GC and SC bonuses. The maximum amount of coinback that can be awarded is 6%.

CrazyCoins also offers coin package boosts on Wednesdays and Sundays. You can claim a 10% extra boost on your coin packages bought on these days. No additional details are provided.

Bonus rating

80/100 The right pieces are there, but they don’t fit
  • High-value GC registration bonus
  • Daily login bonus
  • Referral bonus is vague
  • Only 1 SC with registration bonus

The 1,000,000 GC registration bonus is a very attractive feature. It’s giving you a huge steeping stool to help you get going at the casino. The 1 SC it comes with, however, looks sad. I would have hoped for at least 2 SC. There are top sweeps casinos that award much less GC but more SC, like Bracco where you’ll get 5 B.Cash, or LoneStar with its 100,000 GC and 2.5 SC bonus.

The progressive daily login bonus is good, especially from a GC perspective. The 0.3 SC maximum is low, but if you’re consistent then it adds up to 2.1 SC at the end of the week.

I have more issues with how vague the friend referral program is. Perhaps this is because it’s still a work in progress, but ideally the facts and figures are there when you start advertising the program. Sweep Las Vegas has an incredible friend referral bonus, where you’ll get 10,000 GC and 10 SC for every friend.

Games available at CrazyCoins

CrazyCoins has 1,700+ games, which is made up of slots, instant win games, table games, and live games.

The slot section offers 1,600+ games, including 3 Hot Chillies from 3Oaks Gaming and Stormforged by Hacksaw Gaming. You’ll also find 40+ Hold and Win games along with several Megaways games.

The instant win section contains scratch cards and crash games like Pilot by Gamzix. There are also popular arcade games like Dice, Plinko, and Wheel.

For fans of RNG table games, there are around 40+ games available. This includes options for RNG baccarat, blackjack, poker, Craps, roulette, Sic Bo, and even card games like Three Card Rummy.

The live games section is pretty good, with over 30 games provided by Evolution. There are live dealer options for blackjack, baccarat roulette, and poker. If you enjoy game shows, there are a handful of these, too, which includes top games like Monopoly Big Baller and Dream Catcher.

Games rating

90/100 A game library worth checking out
  • 1,700+ games
  • Strong game variety
  • Good choice of instant/arcade games
  • No original/exclusive games

The biggest problem at CrazyCoins is the lack of branded games or some exclusive games, which can’t be found at every sweeps casino anyway. In terms of numbers and the quality of the games available, CrazyCoins is doing pretty well.

There are sweeps casinos on the market that have a much higher number of games, such as SweepsRoyal with 4,000 games. However, CrazyCoins makes the most of its providers and gives its player a super variety of games. 1,600+ slots is plenty, and then there are even scratch cards, arcade games, and the live casino section is good too.

Software providers for CrazyCoins

CrazyCoins currently works with 25 software providers. You’ll find games from names like 3Oaks Gaming, BTG, NoLimit City, and Playson. Plus, CrazyCoins works with four key providers: BetSoft, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, and NetGaming.

Software rating

96/100 4 key providers and more good names
  • Works with 4 key providers
  • Evolution provides live games
  • Works with NetEnt and Hacksaw
  • No bespoke software

25 providers is great, and it shows in the quantity of games available. What also works in CrazyCoins favor is that these providers also produce quality games. That’s why it’s such a plus when you find key providers are on the list. NetEnt and Hacksaw Gaming produce some of the most popular games that players look out for.

Evolution is another big win for CrazyCoins when it comes to the live games section. Its live dealer tables are available 24/7 with high-quality streams, and the live games are always a key part of a good casino library offering.

Not much is missing except for some bespoke software. Including some other software providers can only improve what’s already available.

Payment methods accepted at CrazyCoins

To make purchases at CrazyCoins you can use credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App are also available. For crypto purchases you can use Bitcoin and Ethereum.

For redemptions there are two options available: push to card and ACH bank transfers. Push to card redemptions are faster, taking up to 24 hours. For bank transfers, you’ll likely have to wait up to four days. Your first withdrawal may take longer to arrive since verification will be required. Withdrawal requests of over $1,500 can also take longer.

There’s a 1x playthrough requirement on SC before requesting a cash prize withdrawal and the minimum withdrawal amount is 50 SC. There’s a redemption limit of $500 per day and you can make one request every 48 hours.

Payments rating

84/100 Cards, crypto, and e-wallets but just for purchases
  • 50 SC redemption minimum
  • Crypto accepted for purchases
  • Limited redemption options
  • Redemptions could take longer

CrazyCoins is pretty on par with a lot of sweeps casinos on the market when it comes to payments. Crypto sweeps casinos are becoming increasingly more in demand, so I was happy to find options here. Admittedly, two cryptocurrencies isn’t enough, but I’m hopeful more will be added later down the line.

A huge advantage at CrazyCoins is its lower redemption minimum. 50 SC is a much more accessible minimum redemption requirement. Many sweeps casinos on the market have a minimum of 100 SC for cash prize redemptions, which takes much longer to accumulate and to playthrough.

The redemptions aren’t as strong. Push to card and bank transfers are classic, but they’re also slower methods. While e-wallets are available for purchases, they’re not an option for redemptions, which is a shame since they’re much faster.

Is CrazyCoins safe?

CrazyCoins is owned by CrazyCoins Holdings LLC, a company based in Texas. The site has 256-bit SSL encryption with RSA technology, and while there isn’t a specific reference to RNGs, its games come from reputable providers that are audited by third parties. 2FA isn’t available.

From an RG perspective, there are two tools available: break-in-play and self-exclusion. Taking a break-in-play is ideal when you need a short break from the sweeps casino. You can do so for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of three months.

Self-exclusion, however, is available for longer breaks, especially when players believe using the casino is affecting their personal wellbeing. Self-exclusion is available for a minimum of six months up to one year, or ever indefinitely. This prevents you from accessing your account.

CrazyCoins doesn’t reference any professional resources for game addiction.

Safety rating

70/100 RG page needs more detail and more tools
  • Dedicated RG page
  • Good encryption level
  • Limited RG tools
  • No professional resources listed

CrazyCoins has good SSL encryption and works with reputable providers that let you know its games are audited and fair, even if there’s no explicit reference to RNGs, which is where the casino loses a few points here.

When it comes to RG, finding a dedicated page is always super. Unfortunately I was hoping to find a little more on there. Starting with the tools, the break-in-play and self-exclusion tools are good, but they’re also the standard.

I was expecting to find limit settings tools for purchases, wagers, and losses, to help players control their spending. I was also expecting to see references to professional resources like GAA. I come across these at almost every sweeps casino, so to not find them listed at all is an obvious lacking, and a surprising one.

What’s available from an RG perspective is fine, but it’s also just the required basics. Lucky Bunny, for example, has an amazing RG section. Not only does it list several professional RG sources, but it also has five RG tools. That includes easily accessible limit settings for purchases, losses, and wagers.

Reaching out to support at CrazyCoins

Customer support is available 24/7 at CrazyCoins. You can reach out to the team via email on [email protected]. It can take up to 12 hours to get a response, but during my time testing the casino, I had an answer within an hour. For payment queries, you can call +1 (726) 842-1010, which is also available 24/7.

Support & community rating

80/100 Strong email response time, limited support in general
  • Fast email support
  • Phone support for payments
  • No FAQs
  • No live chat support

Having email support that is responsive is always good – especially when you have no other options. I was surprised to find there isn’t even an FAQs page available. Typically when there isn’t a live chat feature, an FAQs page is made available alongside an email address so that the basic questions are covered.

The lack of a live chat is noticeable, and it’s a shame. Many sweeps casinos now have live chats, and a lot of them are hyper responsive. Those that don’t have agents readily available at least offer a chatbot that works on scripted answers. SpeedSweeps remains one of the best live chat experiences I’ve had at a sweeps casino. The agents were fast, friendly, and consistent. There was a good FAQs page, too.

Having phone support for payment queries is good, though, since it puts you through to a direct line to chat about the important stuff. If you’re looking for a sweeps casino that offers phone support for everything, Stake.us is known for its great phone support.

The usability of CrazyCoins’ platform

CrazyCoins is straightforward to navigate since it’s been designed with a clean look that makes it easier for the player. The sidebar menu is your reference point, while at the top of the site you can see your GCs and SCs, depending on which mode you’re in. On the right of the page, there’s the get coins button, which takes you to the coin store, and the redeem button.

CrazyCoins screenshots

There aren’t many game filters, but a few key ones like Top 10, Providers, Social Live Casino, Fruity Slots, Hold and Win, and Table Games, stand out. You can use the search bar to search for games by name.

CrazyCoins doesn’t have any specific branding details apart from its logo. The remaining imagery is classic casino imagery, used for showcasing promotions.

Usability rating

80/100 Classic sweeps casino layout
  • Mobile friendly
  • Easy to use and get started
  • No casino app
  • Limited game filters

From a usability perspective, CrazyCoins is fine. There isn’t a lot of flair or color, but some players prefer it that way. What’s important to me is that navigation is simple, and in this case it is. Registration is easy, too. There isn’t a casino app, but that’s pretty common among sweeps casinos. Fortunately, the mobile browser version works fine.

As always, I’d love to see more game filters available. There aren’t as many games here as at some other sweeps casinos, but breaking down the games into smaller groups as much as possible is never a bad thing.
