Expert verdict
Zunado is a fresh sweepstakes site that has already ticked several important boxes. It offers more than 1,300 casino games, six modern payment methods with instant deposits, and provides multiple support options like live chat, email, and FAQ. This is more than many other new sites manage to achieve from the onset. That said, there are still a lot of gaps that they need to fill.
The table game selection, with just three titles, is very limited. Cash prize redemptions can take three to five days, which is extremely slow. Players also can’t view RTP, volatility, or maximum win details before playing a game. Now, this is where longer-running sweepstakes sites like Stake and Crown Coins do way better.
Overall, Zunado is worth checking out, mainly if you’re interested in slots, crash games, scratch cards, and an easy-to-use site. However, if you prioritise table games, fast cash redemptions, or access to game stats before clicking on the play button, you’d be better off elsewhere.
State differences
Zunado is currently available in 34 US states and restricted in these: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and West Virginia.
To sign up and participate, players must be at least 21 years old.
How does the Zunado sweepstakes casino work?
Zunado casino uses a dual currency system made up of Gold Coins (GC) and Sweep Coins (SC). GC is given to all new players after signing up and has no real money value. You can use GC to play casino-style games, but any winnings from them cannot be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards.
SCs are also awarded through bonuses, and have real-world value. One SC is equal to one US dollar. To redeem SC for cash prizes, you must collect at least 100 SC and meet a 1x playthrough requirement.
Zunado bonuses
When you sign up, you receive 500 GC and a chance to spin the Galaxy Wheel. This spin can reward you with up to 10,000 GC and 10 SC.
Galactic Clashes operate similarly to slot tournaments and are ongoing promotions offered on a weekly basis. Here, you’ll compete to get your hands on the highest win multiplier and share a prize pool of 250 SC. Galactic Clashes can be entered using GC, which means you can win free SC without spending a dime. In other words, you use GC to enter Galactic Clashes but get SC paid out as tournament rewards.
Cosmic Missions are also ongoing promotions at Zunado and tied to the VIP system called the Cosmic Fleet VIP Program. It works on progression-based rewards. When you get to the highest level, known as the Zunado Master Supreme rank, you unlock perks such as exclusive games, birthday rewards, more Galactic Clashes, and dedicated account hosting, not to mention a 10x boost on daily rewards as well as weekly coin drops.
The more you log in and play, the higher you move through the tiers. One of those benefits is getting a 10x boost on your daily free credits. The normal reward is 0.2 SC to 1 SC per day, but the boost can bring up anywhere between 2 SC to 10 SC.

Zunado offers an AMOE, or Alternative Method of Entry. To claim it, you need to send a handwritten request to Zunado’s offices. Once approved, you’re rewarded with 2 SC.
Zunado offers a refer-a-friend bonus, however, you’ll need to move up from the Galactic Greenhorn to the Star Seeker VIP level before you can invite friends and family members. You’ll receive up to 100,000 GC + 100 SC per referral, provided your referral progresses to Skybreaker, Warp Pilot, Anti-Gravity Master, and the ultimate level, which is the Zunado Master Supreme. During this review, I did not find any active social media giveaways.
Bonus rating
89/100 Solid ongoing rewards, weak welcome bonus
- Cosmic Fleet VIP Program
- Regular missions and tournaments
- SC dependent on Galaxy Wheel
- No social media giveaways
I think that Zunado does a good job in the bonuses section due to daily credits, a range of missions, a decent referral program, and VIP perks.
The matter of ongoing bonuses, like Cosmic Missions and Galactic Clashes, adds real value to players. Galactic Clashes itself offers a shared prize pool of 250 SC and allows you to enter using GC, but still gives you the opportunity to win SC as part of the promotional rewards. This is not something you see happen quite often or at many other sweepstakes casinos.
Handing out SC is definitely doable. Sportzino gives new players an outstanding 200,000 GC + nine SC sign-up offer. So overall, Zunado should think about improving the welcome bonus and not just giving new players the option to spin a Galaxy Wheel and then get their hands on SC, but rather give it as part of the welcome bonus, the same way they are handing out the 500 GC.
Zunado game selection
Zunado offers more than 1,300 casino games, which include over 900 slots, 170 jackpots, three table games, and 25 live dealer titles.
There are three table games available in the lobby, which are two roulette games as well as one single-variant 10-hand video poker option. There are also 19 crash-style games, which feature rising multipliers and require you to cash out before a crash, with Speed Crash being one of the more popular titles in this category.

Games rating
94/100 Huge variety, limited table games
- Over 1,300 games
- 25+ live dealer titles
- Scratch and crash games
- Only 3 table games
This high-end, entertainment-based casino consists of slots, crash-style games, scratch titles, and a live dealer suite. However, the table game offering is still very limited, with just two roulette variants and one video poker title, which is a noticeable gap compared to other sweepstakes sites. Expanding the table game section beyond these three titles would make a big difference. Adding blackjack variants, baccarat, and even craps would help balance the overall games lobby.
I also noticed there are no plinko, fish games, or bingo-style options, which many sweepstakes players enjoy and which could help attract a wider audience. When you compare Zunado to more established sweepstakes sites like Casino.click, which offer more than 10 table games alongside additional arcade-style titles, it’s clear there’s room to improve.
Overall, Zunado does well with its slot and live dealer segments, but expanding the table game selection and adding arcade-style games would strengthen the offering.
Software at Zunado
Zunado has 22 software developers powering its gaming lobby. Well-known studios include BGaming, Microgaming, and Playson, all recognized for their fun slots with decent RTPs between 95% – 97%. Some of the newer or lesser-known developers are Popiplay, G Gaming, Avatar UX, and Edgelabs.

| Most popular live software | Vivo Gaming |

Zunado’s live gaming lobby is powered by Vivo Gaming and Live88. Players can enjoy smooth gameplay with fast loading times and a variety of slot themes. On the downside, some of the newer studios occasionally have games with glitches or inconsistent performance. There isn’t any bespoke or in-house software here as well.
Software rating
97/100 Nice mix of providers, no bespoke software
- Reputable studios
- Decent RTP
- Live studios present
- No in-house software
Zunado’s software lineup for a new site is quite good. Not only do the older studios bring quality and reliability, but the newer names bring some fresh themes and mechanics to the lobby. This includes crash-style games with rising multipliers, instant-win scratch formats, and modern slot features like bonus buys, multipliers, and fast-paced gameplay that goes beyond traditional reel spins.
Overall, Zunado does well at combining old and new software studios to power its gaming lobby, including two studios powering its live games.
Zunado payment options
Zunado is free to play, but you can purchase a GC package at any time using six different payment options, which are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Instant Bank Transfer, and Google Pay. Deposits are instant.
When it comes to redeeming SC for cash prizes, you can do so using one option, which is Instant Bank Transfer. You’ll need to wait anywhere between three and five days to redeem your SC for a cash prize.
Payment facts

| Maximum purchase | $499.99 |
| Average purchase time | Instant |
| Prize redemption | Available |
| Minimum prize redemption | 100 SC |
| Average prize-redemption time | 3-5 days |
When redeeming your SC, you’ll need to play it through one time, and it’s capped at 5,000 SC per win. You will need to accumulate 100 SC and play it through 1x before being eligible for a redemption. 100 SC is the minimum you need to obtain for both gift cards and cash prizes. Prior to redeeming, you need to ensure that your account is verified through a system called Idenfy.
Once your account is verified, you can process gift card and cash prize redemptions. If you’d like to redeem your SC for gift cards, you’ll need to wait between 24 and 48 hours.
Payments rating
88/100 Fast deposits, slow withdrawals
- Deposits reflect immediately
- Gift card redemptions are quick
- Cash prize redemptions are slow
- Only bank transfer for cash prizes
I like the fact that Zunado offers multiple, reliable, and modern payment options. However, there are quite a few areas that they do need to improve on.
Firstly, a minimum redemption of 100 SC is quite high, considering that you can’t even redeem gift cards with anything less than this. What’s more, waiting three to five days for a cash prize redemption is also quite lengthy, even though gift cards are released way quicker than cash prize redemptions.
As mentioned, you can purchase GC packages at Zunado; however, the cheapest GC bundle does not include any free SC. It would be nice if they could include some e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, just like what WOW Vegas does. If they look into adding some cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Doge, it would place Zunado on par with Stake.us, which is on the list of top US sweepstakes casinos.
Is Zunado safe?
Zunado Sweepstakes Casino went live in October 2025. The site is owned by CT Tech North America LLC, which is an iGaming company registered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Zunado has partnerships with reputable and well-known software providers like Playson and Microgaming. The software developers on this platform make use of random number generators, ensuring that all outcomes are fair.
The site also has a comprehensive set of terms and conditions, which gives clarity on everything to do with participating on the platform and redeeming SC. You also need to be at least 21 years of age before you’re allowed to sign up.
Zunado makes use of geolocation technology, so you cannot sign up to the platform from any restricted region, even while connected to a VPN. They also ensure that you conduct a KYC, or Know Your Customer, verification check before allowing you to redeem cash prizes.

During my Zunado sweepstakes casino review, I found that they make use of Secure Socket Layer, or SSL encryption, to ensure that all players’ personal and financial information is safe from third parties.
While Zunado does not have any responsible gaming (RG) seals on their website, they do offer a number of RG tools. Firstly, you can set payment purchase limits, take-a-break limits, and playtime limits, as well as make use of self-exclusion options. All of these RG resources and tools are accessed directly from your Zunado account profile.
If you need more help than the resources they offer on their site, they link to other RG resources such as Gamblers Anonymous. Zunado has 2.5 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot from quite a few players who’ve had their accounts closed.
Safety rating
95/100 Strong safety measures
- Uses RNG and SSL technology
- Lots of RG tools and resources
- Clear T&Cs
- Negative ratings on Trustpilot
When it comes to safety and security, I’m pleased to say that Zunado ticked most boxes. However, it also has some negative user reviews on an authority site, Trustpilot. Most of the negative ratings pertain to account closures or claims that players have duplicate accounts, and also withholding winnings or redemptions.
So not having winnings paid out is quite negative feedback. If you’d prefer to play on a site that has a more established Trust rating and positive experiences from existing players, then sign up to Crown Coins Casino. They’ve got 4.7 out of 5 stars from 20,000 reviews on Trustpilot, and this is mostly due to their smooth redemptions and robust customer support.
Support channels at Zunado
Zunado offers contact with their support team via three support channels. Firstly, you can reach out to them using their live chat function. Secondly, if you’ve got a longer question or query, then you’re free to email it to [email protected]. If you don’t want to make direct contact with support, then browse through Zunado’s FAQ page first, as it usually answers the most frequently and commonly asked questions.
Another option is their chatbot, which you’ll need to connect with first, prior to being transferred to an agent. In most cases, chatbots are programmed to answer simple questions or frequently asked questions as well.

If you’re not satisfied with the answers that the chatbot is giving you, then you can request to be transferred to a human agent. You’ll need to wait one to two minutes for a response. After sending an email, you can wait anywhere between six and twelve hours for a reply.
Even though Zunado is active on social media sites like Facebook and Instagram, you cannot use this as a support option. There’s also no direct phone line in case you’ve got a quick question or query that you’d like to resolve telephonically.
Support rating
90/100 Quick responses, slight room for improvement
- Live chat with quick responses
- Email responses swift
- FAQs and chatbot available
- No direct phone line
Zunado has multiple support channels. While the FAQ page is not comprehensive, it does answer lots of questions that new players have regarding registration, verification, and redemptions.
The chatbot also comes in handy if you have simple or basic questions regarding the site. When the chatbot does not give you the answers you’re looking for, human support agents respond within one to two minutes, which is quite quick.
Even though you have to wait between 6 and 12 hours for responses via email, it’s still better than waiting several days for one from SweepLasVegas. What they could improve on is maybe adding a direct phone line as another support option, or answering questions via social media.
Zunado user-interface
Zunado’s site revolves around a vibrant galactic theme and has a clean and modern layout.

Zunado’s lobby has a “Games” menu for categories and a “Trending Searches” section, so you can find your desired titles quickly and easily.

Games also load quite quickly, and while there isn’t a downloadable app, Zunado translates well on mobile browsers, whether you’re using an Android or iOS device.
Usability rating
95/100 Handy filtering options, no mobile app
- Search bars available
- Games load fast
- Exciting galactic theme
- No downloadable app
Zunado’s site is not just exciting but easy to navigate, making it suitable for beginners and seasoned players.
I did notice that you cannot get information or RTPs on games before playing them.
So they do need to improve on adding game information like RTP, volatility, max win, and bonus features, just like Stake.us does.
McLuck also allows you to check game stats out before clicking “Play.” Ultimately, access to game stats helps you make informed decisions on which games to play.
