McLuck casino review
New players get 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC, followed by a 150% extra first-purchase deal. The highlights are the live lobby, real progressive jackpots, and gift cards from 10 SC. The low points are no two-factor login and a chatbot that never got me to a person. Among sweepstakes casinos, it’s still one of the stronger all-rounders.
- Exclusive Time2play bonus code
- Live social casino
- 150% bonus on $9.99 package
- Only 4 payment methods
- Live chat available only after the first deposit
- No game demos

Yes. McLuck verifies every player through Veriff before paying out, earns an A- SSL Labs grade, and publishes clear redemption rules. I’d recommend it to slot fans and live-table regulars who want low minimums and a loyalty program with weekly value.
McLuck bonuses and promotions
McLuck pairs a small no-deposit gift with strong first-purchase deals, a seven-day login ladder, and tiered weekly boosts. I claimed the welcome reward and bought one of the first-purchase packages.

Welcome bonus
After signing up, I got 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC as soon as I accepted the Sweepstakes Rules. A “Pick your offer” screen followed with three first-purchase deals:
- $9.99: 50,000 GC + 25 free SC, plus a wheel spin worth up to 25 SC
- $15.99: 70,000 GC + 35 free SC, plus 10 SC spins
- $29.99: 120,000 GC + 60 free SC, plus a wheel spin worth up to 500 SC
Any purchase also unlocks chat and three GC-only slots. New accounts get a 24-hour Starter Quest too, worth 10 free spins plus 2,000 GC, 1 SC, and a wheel spin.
Wagering requirements and terms
Free SC must be played through once before it can be redeemed. Coins of both types expire after 60 days without play.
Daily and weekly promotions
The login ladder resets 24 hours after each claim, with milestone gifts at days 7, 14, 21, and 28. A full week pays 16,000 GC and 8 SC, generous for a no-purchase reward. See how it compares in our daily login bonus guide.
- Days 1 to 6: 200 GC + 0.10 SC up to 2,000 GC + 1 SC per day
- Day 7: 10,000 GC + 5 SC
- Slot tournaments: themed events and a daily series with SC prize pools
- Weekly Coin Boost Deal: extra coins on one purchase a week, rising with your tier
- Free SC giveaways: Instagram and X contests twice a week, plus a weekly draw with 100+ winners
Loyalty program and VIP tiers
Everyone starts at Iron and climbs by playing GC. A tier lasts the month you earn it plus two more, and Ruby and above hold for the full year. Platinum adds level-up rewards, and Ruby brings a VIP host and regular loyalty drops. Compare it with other sweepstakes VIP programs.
| Tier | GC played to qualify | Weekly Coin Boost | Level-up reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Iron | Start | 0% | None |
| Bronze | 500,000/month | 25% | None |
| Silver | 3 million/month | 30% | None |
| Gold | 15 million/month | 35% | None |
| Platinum | 60 million/month | 40% | Up to 100,000 GC |
| Ruby | 500 million/year | 50% | Up to 500,000 GC + VIP host |
| Diamond | 2.5 billion/year | 75% | Up to 2 million GC |
| Black Diamond | 12.5 billion/year | 100% | Up to 5 million GC |
Referral and birthday bonuses
Refer a Friend pays 90,000 GC and 45 SC once a verified friend buys $100 in coins, and 220,000 GC and 105 SC more when their purchases reach $1,500. Mystery rewards unlock at 3, 5, 7, and 10 qualifying friends. There’s no birthday bonus.
Bonus rating
83/100 A loyalty club that pays weekly
- 16,000 GC + 8 SC per login week
- Eight tiers with weekly boosts
- Small no-deposit SC amount
- Referral rewards need big friend spending
The 2.5 SC welcome gift won’t impress anyone, but the login ladder beats it within a week. The Loyalty Club is where McLuck pulls ahead. Chumba has no loyalty program at all, so its regulars get the same treatment on day 500 as on day one. Here, even Bronze unlocks a 25% weekly boost.
The only issue I have is with the referral program, because asking a friend to spend $1,500 before you see the full reward turns a perk into a sales target.
Registration and getting started at McLuck
Signing up took me about two minutes. I entered my email, password, name, birth date, and state, then confirmed I’m 21+ and outside the restricted states. Google, Facebook, and Apple logins also work. An activation email followed, and my account opened once I clicked the link.
Buying coins needs no ID, and I reached checkout without any phone or document step. Redemptions require Veriff verification with a live photo of your government ID and proof of address from the last 90 days, reviewed within 48 hours. Location services must stay on while you play.
Registration was quick, and I like that McLuck saves ID checks for when you actually redeem. The email activation adds a short detour, but it’s a sensible guard against fake accounts. The issues came after: four or five pop-ups greeted me every time I opened the lobby, so the first thing I clicked on each visit was an X, not a game.
Slots, table games, and live dealers at McLuck
The lobby splits into Slots, Live Casino, Jackpot, Table and Card, and Arcade tabs, with sidebar shelves for themes, features, and volatility. There’s no demo mode, so you need an account to try any game.

Slots and jackpots
Beyond the 1,500+ slots, McLuck has 46 exclusive titles and 16 Megaways games. The jackpots are true progressives with live counters and a running winners feed. McLuck’s own Jackpot runs separate GC and SC pots across Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand tiers. The GC pot is automatic, but the SC pot is opt-in and adds 0.10 SC to every SC spin until you switch it off.
Playson’s Power Chance links 21 slots to a shared pot of about 122,250 SC, and Penguin King’s Jackpot Hunt adds a smaller pot of about 1,330 SC across that studio’s games.
Table and live games
Blackjack leads the live lobby with 18 tables, seven of them McLuck-branded ICONIC21 rooms, and roulette follows with 14, including Playtech’s Quantum titles and EverySpin multiplier wheels. Game shows add six, among them Crash Live and Adventures Beyond Wonderland. Craps has two tables, and just one baccarat.
Table games are scarce, with seven blackjack games, one American Triple Zero Roulette, and no baccarat.
Other available game types
- Plinko: 6 games, including Gravity Plinko
- Match-three: 5 games, such as Alchemy Blast
- Video poker: 3 Powerpoker titles
- McLuck Originals: Chicken Run, Crash, Cross the Road, and Knock Knock
- Other arcade: a fishing game, Balloon Mania, and a pick-and-win game
There’s no keno, scratch cards, mines, or bingo.

Games rating
91/100 Live tables steal the show
- 41 live dealer tables
- Three progressive jackpot networks
- Only 8 table games
- One live baccarat table
The live lobby is why I’d send a table player here. Eighteen blackjack tables is a great number for a sweepstakes site, and the branded rooms give McLuck its own identity. The jackpots are the other draw, with an SC Grand that passes 150,000 SC.
Stake.us runs a larger live floor with 53 games, but McLuck is close, and its blackjack and roulette range is pretty broad. Baccarat fans and table players will find slim pickings, but everyone else has plenty to dig into.
Purchase and redemption methods
You buy coins by card or online banking and redeem for gift cards or bank transfers. Minimums are low, but cash takes days.

| Average purchase time | Instant |

| Minimum prize redemption | Gift Card SC 10 / Cash Prize SC 75 |
| Average prize-redemption time | 24-48hr |
Purchase methods
Ten GC packages run from $1.99 to $199.99. At checkout, I could pay by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, or through Trustly online banking. Apple Pay and Google Pay never appeared on desktop or my phone’s browser, although McLuck’s chat insisted Apple Pay is accepted in some cases.
I bought the $15.99 package with my Mastercard and got 70,000 GC, 35 free SC, and 10 SC spins, and the coins landed instantly.
Redemption methods
One SC equals $1. Gift cards start at 10 SC, arrive by email, and take up to 48 hours. Cash starts at 75 SC, goes to a bank account in your name, and takes 3 to 5 business days, though the rules allow up to 10.
You can file one redemption every 48 hours, with a possible $10,000 daily cap. A processing fee may apply, and there are no e-wallet or crypto payouts.
Payments rating
81/100 Low minimums, slow cash redemptions
- Gift cards from 10 SC
- Packages from $1.99
- Cash takes 3 to 5 business days
- One redemption per 48 hours
Checkout was quick, and Trustly gives you a card-free option if you prefer it. The redeem screen spells out minimums, times, and unplayed SC. WOW Vegas asks for 100 SC before a cash payout and 25 SC for a gift voucher. McLuck beats both at 75 SC and 10 SC, which matters if you play small.
The trade-off is speed, so a 48-hour gap between requests and a multi-day bank wait keep this short of top marks
McLuck casino safety, licensing, and responsible gaming
McLuck runs under US sweepstakes law rather than a gambling license. All four of its servers scored A- on SSL Labs, with TLS 1.3 and 1.2 only and a 2048-bit RSA key from Google Trust Services, capped by a missing HSTS policy.

Players must be 21+, VPNs are banned, and payout checks can include a face scan and SSN validation. My profile offers no two-factor authentication, and the site claims certified RNGs without naming a testing lab or showing any audit seals.
State availability
McLuck is closed in 16 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.
California players can sign up but only play with GC. Florida redemptions are capped at $5,000 per spin, and some studios block extra states, such as Playtech in 7 more.
Responsible gambling features
Every tool sits under Player Trust and Safety Controls, and you set them yourself. Spend limits cap purchases per day, week, or month. Lowering one is instant, while raising or removing it takes 24 hours.
Session limits log you out when your daily time is up. A Time-Out blocks play for 1 to 30 days and can’t be cancelled. Self-exclusion runs from one month to one year and can only be lifted through support. There are no reality-check reminders.
Safety rating
92/100 Safety tools you control yourself
- All limits fully self-serve
- A- SSL on every server
- No two-factor authentication
- No reality-check reminders
I like that every limit lives in the account menu rather than behind a support email, which matters most when you need a break quickly. LoneStar still handles breaks and self-exclusion by email, adding a delay at exactly the wrong moment. McLuck gets this right.
The missing two-factor login is the big gap for me. For a site holding your ID, address, and bank details, a password alone really isn’t enough.
Customer support and McLuck’s help center
The Help Center has 66 articles, none on redemptions, and a 24/7 ticket form with replies promised within 48 hours. In my test, a payments ticket got a human reply in just under eight hours. The payment phone line differs between the footer, +1 (719) 624-7938, and the Terms, +1 (424) 842-2442.

A chat bubble appeared only when I opened checkout, run by the McLuck AI Assistant. It replied instantly and listed the redemption options, but it said Apple Pay is available while my checkout showed no wallets, then claimed McLuck operates in Canada, which the Terms rule out. It never offered a human, only the 424 phone number.
Support & community rating
82/100 A chatbot that doesn’t always get it right
- Human ticket reply in 8 hours
- 24/7 payment phone line
- Two different phone numbers
- AI chat never reached a human
The bot handles basic facts, but it contradicted the checkout, got McLuck’s own coverage wrong, and looped on payout times, so I wouldn’t say I was impressed.
RealPrize has no live chat at all, so McLuck at least gives buyers a chat window. But a window with no person behind it is a step back from McLuck’s old human chat for VIPs. For a real answer, I’d skip the bot and use the ticket form, which gets a person on the case within a working day.
McLuck mobile app and site usability
On desktop, the left sidebar holds your balances, game shelves, promotions, and safety controls, while top tabs switch game types. Search accepts studio names, and the footer adds theme and volatility filters.

McLuck has an iOS app rated 4.7 and an Android app rated 3.7, with over a million downloads, and it’s listed alongside our other picks for sweepstakes casino apps. On my iPhone 17 Pro, the mobile site ran smoothly, with fast-loading games and a bottom bar holding balances, Get Coins, search, and notifications.
How McLuck casino works
Gold Coins are for fun and never redeemable. Sweepstakes Coins come free with promotions and purchases, and you pick which coin to play with before you spin. Redeemable SC convert at 1 SC to $1, and you can request 4 free SC by mailing a handwritten card to McLuck’s PO box, though crediting can take up to three months.
Usability rating
93/100 Apps on both stores, finally
- iOS and Android apps
- Bottom bar built for one hand
- Install and SMS prompts
- Pop-up stack on every visit
The mobile site was the smoothest part of my test, with everything from desktop in a layout that works one-handed. Crown Coins only offers an iOS app, leaving Android players in the browser. McLuck covers both stores, which is rarer than you’d think, and I commend them on it.
Some nagging prompts aside, this is one of the more polished mobile setups I’ve used.
