Expert verdict
WOW Vegas is an excellent sweepstakes casino with contests, tournaments, and authentic, casino-style gameplay. It offers 750+ games to play, powered by industry greats like Habanero, Pragmatic Play, and Booming Games. The only thing missing is some live casino and first-person table games.
The sign-up bonus package at WOW Vegas trumps most other social casinos, with a massive bundle of 1.5 million WOW Coins and 30 free Sweepstakes Coins for $9.99.
What I loved most about playing at WOW Vegas is the abundance of bonuses, contests, tournaments, and promotional offers of all kind. You’ll seldom find yourself short of WC and, at the time of writing, there are nine different events and promos to help your get your hands on free SC as well.
If you enjoy event-packed casino-style gameplay with heavy social elements, WOW Vegas will be right up your alley. To make the most of your experience, you’ll have to engage with social media, but there’s plenty of on-site fun to go around.
Overall, I’m happy to say that it’s worth discovering what happens in WOW Vegas!
State differences
Being a sweepstakes casino, WOW Vegas is available in nearly all US states. In fact, the only US states where WOW Vegas is not available are Washington, Michigan, Idaho, and Nevada.
WOW Vegas offers the same product no matter which state you’re playing in, so expect the same games and bonuses everywhere.
How does WOW Vegas social casino work?
WOW Vegas is a play-for-fun, sweeps cash casino designed for entertainment purposes only. You can play the games using WOW Coins (WC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC) without making purchases. You can purchase bundles using reputable payment methods such as Apple Pay and Mastercard if you wish.
You can also collect SC by participating in regular social-media contests or through daily login no-deposit bonuses. You may find occasional WOW Vegas promo codes in your inbox or on the Facebook or Instagram pages.
Once you’ve collected 100 SC in winnings, you are then eligible to redeem them for cash prizes. You can use one of WOW Vegas’ payment methods to redeem SC for cash at a rate of 1 SC:$1.
WOW Vegas bonuses
You’ll receive your first WOW Vegas casino free bonus as soon as you sign up — this includes 5,000 WC and 1 SC. You’ll enjoy two more parts to this sign-up package: 2,500 WC + 2SC and 1,000 WC + 3 SC. To claim them, you’ll need to click on the link in the emails you’ll receive in the following two days.
When you make your first purchase, you can qualify for the WOW Vegas welcome package: 1.5 million WOW coins and 30 free Sweepstakes coins.
As for other online casino bonuses on the WOW Vegas site, you’ll get a daily log-in bonus of 1 SC, and additional prizes when participating in social media contests and competitions.

There are no bonus codes for claiming the current bonuses, but if you’ve subscribed to communications, you may come across promo codes on the casino’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube) and in your inbox.
Keep any eye out for WOW Wednesday and Super Sunday, two weekly promotions that run on the WOW Vegas casino’s social media channels. You’ll be in with a chance to win 50 SC and 25 SC, respectively, when completing the tasks at hand, which usually involves adding something to the comments section.
Finally, WOW Vegas recently added the Star System, a VIP rewards program that upgrades your VIP level every 50 SC you play. There are six levels, with people on higher levels being able to benefit from discounts, higher daily rewards, tailored and monthly bonuses, and VIP customer support on WhatsApp.
Bonus rating
- Daily and weekly promotions
- Social media contests
- Progression-based VIP program
- Keeping track of all bonuses is overwhelming
- Rigid time frames for some prize pots
You’ll receive a three-day welcome package at WOW Vegas casino. Each day brings a free injection of WOW Coins and Sweepstakes Coins. You can also purchase a massive package of 1.5 million WOW Coins and 30 free Sweepstakes Coins for $9.99 (66% discount) as your paid welcome bonus.
After that, there are weekly Sweepstakes Coins promotions, social media contests, daily WC prize pots, and occasional WOW Vegas casino bonus codes in your inbox.
Something I don’t like about WOW Vegas casino, and social casinos in general, is that many of your WOW Coins are tied to daily log-ins. That means there’s a limit on your WOW Coin play, unless you choose to make purchases of further packages.
Additionally, the prize pots for many of the WOW-Coins promos are time gated. Wake Up & Win, for example, runs from 03:00-12:00; Lunchtime loot 12:00-15:00. Thematically it makes sense of course, but in practice time restrictions create FOMO.
As of late 2023, WOW Vegas has introduced a loyalty program — eliminating my only large complaint.

Games rating
- 756 slot games
- Free-play demos available
- Drops and Wins on select slots
- No table games
- No keno, bingo, or scratch-offs
I’m rather pleased with the WOW Vegas casino game selection — 756 is an impressive number for a social casino. These include slot machines and RNG (random number generator) games with slot-like gameplay.
There are various themes within the WOW Vegas casino slots lobby. You’ll find a search bar at the top, but you’ll also see several categories to filter the games by.
My only complaint is the lack of demo games. You’ll need to spend your WC to test the games. You also need to be signed in, meaning you won’t be able to try out the WOW Vegas casino site before settling on your favorite slots.
Still, that’s just industry practice among social casinos; demos are a much bigger deal when it comes to real-money sites. In fact, compared to other social casinos, WOW Vegas can be pretty lenient — all the slots are available from minute one, while some other sites make you unlock them.
The recent (late 2023) removal of first-person table games was also a slight disappointment (granted, there were only seven), but the WOW Vegas team wowed me yet again with an extraordinary addition of over 400 new titles to the slots portfolio instead.

Software rating
- Greater diversity than competition
- Bespoke software
- Backed by industry’s best
- No bespoke software
Only eight software providers, may seem like a little compared to real-money casinos, but for a social-sweepstakes casino that’s definitely something to write home about.
With names like Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Booming Games at the helm, you can rest assured that the production quality is up to par, and the diversity of themes, genres, and features rivals the best.
These partnerships with the industry’s leading suppliers packed a few pleasant surprises for me. WOW Vegas offers several casino must-haves: prize drops and software-integrated jackpot play. I’d say “sign me up”, but that’s done and dusted long ago.
I’m pleased with the selection overall, WOW Vegas has knocked it out of the park in terms of software, second only to BetRivers.NET (and only because you’ll find live providers and table-games software at the latter).
WOW Vegas casino payments
WOW Vegas casino is not a real-money site, meaning you won’t need to part with any cash to play the games. However, if you run out and wish to top up, you can purchase bundles of WC from the store. You can use reputable payment methods such as Skrill, Trustly, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Mastercard, and Visa.

Payments rating
- Reputable payment methods
- Payment FAQs
- Prize redemption available
- Limited info for unregistered players
- Prizes obtainable only via Skrill and Trustly
I’m happy with the payment options available at WOW Vegas casino. Although you won’t be obliged to part with any money, you can purchase bundles of WOW Coins if you want to top up.
These bundles range from $0.49 to $99.99, making it easy on anyone’s budget, and cover all major payment providers (which beats many social casinos by default). My only wish would be to see PayPal and Google Pay, with the former added as an option for prize redemptions.
Each bundle comes with free SC — you can use these on any game. Once you have at least 100 SC in winnings, you can redeem them for cash prizes, which I think is pretty cool. The exchange rate is 1:1, meaning you’ll get $1 for every SC you redeem.
You’ll need to verify your identity before being able to purchase WOW Coins and redeem Sweepstakes Coins, which adds to the legitimacy of WOW Vegas casino.
Big thumbs up from my end!
Is WOW Vegas safe?
WOW Vegas is a safe social casino operated by WOW Entertainment Limited. WOW Vegas protects its casino players through SSL encryption and verification processes. These add to the responsible gaming protocols (such as self-exclusion) that WOW Vegas casino has in place.
The games have an RNG (Random Number Generator) within them that ensures fairness and randomness with the results.
Safety and other key company facts

License | N/A |
RNG auditors | N/A |
SSL encryption | 256-Bit |
Legal age | 18 |
Company behind | WOW Entertainment Limited |
You’ll need to complete the verification process at WOW Vegas casino to purchase a bundle. Real-money sites do this to comply with gambling regulations, and social casinos like WOW Vegas are no different.
To do this, you’ll need to submit a photo ID (such as your driver’s license) when prompted to do so on the purchasing page. The system needs about 20 seconds to validate your document, after which it will be deleted from the system, and you can proceed with your purchase.
Safety rating
- 256-bit SSL encryption technology
- Identity verification necessary
- Importance to responsible gaming
- No RNG seals visible
- Some irresponsible practices
Whether claiming a bonus, making a purchase or just exploring, WOW Vegas casino offers a secure experience. The first security feature is high-tech encryption technology that keeps your data safe at WOW Vegas.
It’s challenging to find the RNG seals, but considering that credible software providers power the games at WOW Vegas casino, it’s safe to say that the outcomes of the slots are random, based on certified Random Number Generators. I was able to verify this through supplier sites.
The verification process was swift and in line with standard KYC practices. I had no issues submitting the required documents, and my request was approved within a few minutes.
Finally, there’s the responsible social gaming section. Like any online casino, WOW Vegas is meant for entertainment purposes only. If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, the site offers plenty of assistance to help you get back on track, including self-exclusion options.
The only significant drawback I found is that WOW Vegas’ promotional strategy doesn’t align with the responsible-gambling messaging. I would like to see fewer time-gated events, especially during business hours, which inadvertently are too pushy and encourage frequent play.
Similarly, the Spending Controls panel spells out how to set all restrictions to “No limit” as the very first thing on the page under the guise of resetting the limits (which came with its own issues). That’s not what the tool is for!
What kind of support does WOW Vegas have?
You’ll have FAQs and a ticketing system customer service options at WOW Vegas casino. You’ll also be able to speak to an agent via the WOW Vegas casino Facebook and Instagram apps. The social casino is also on YouTube, Twitter, and Tik Tok.

On-page support | FAQs and Help Center |
You can contact the customer support team at WOW Vegas by creating a support ticket. However, it is strongly recommended that you check the FAQs beforehand — you’ll even be asked to confirm that you have read them before opening a ticket.
WOW Vegas casino offers around-the-clock customer service. However, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive a reply to your support ticket.
Support rating
- On-page support available
- Detailed FAQs
- Support through social media
- No phone support
- 24-hour responses
While there’s no live chat (sadly), WOW Vegas’s support team is rather proactive on social media channels. I was able to get swift support with a contest-related query, and equally prompt responses to general questions.
That said, the on-page FAQs and Help Center are actually quite comprehensive, and you will likely find the answers you need without needing to place a ticket.
You’ll find the FAQs in the page’s menu and footer — they mostly relate to payments and the verification process. Opening a support ticket means declaring you have read the FAQs, which makes sense even though it can be annoying.
WOW Vegas casino claims to have 24/7 customer service available to deal with support tickets, but without a live chat this claim can hardly be verified on my end.
I’ve seen better when it comes to customer support, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Considering that this is a play-for-fun casino, I’ll take what I can get!
Usability — the WOW Vegas casino-style experience rated
Navigation around WOW Vegas casino is intuitive. The bright colors of the banners and slots stand out against the black background. You’ll find everything you need in the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of the screen and the page’s footer.

There is no WOW Vegas casino app. However, the site is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile, provided you use an updated browser. You will have access to the full catalog of WOW Vegas casino slots and games on all devices.

The lobby is divided into different categories, such as Megaways, Classics, and New Games. You’ll also see a category for recently played games, making it easier for you to go back to games you like. If you know the name of the WOW Vegas casino slot you’re looking for, you can type it into the search bar.
Usability rating
- Optimized for phones and tablets
- Recently played games visible
- Basic filtering system
From selecting a game to using the site’s bonus codes at WOW Vegas casino, I had very few issues. Everything is neatly laid out for you to find, and the menu is straightforward enough.
When it comes to mobile, you won’t even notice you’re navigating WOW Vegas via a browser and not through a casino app. The site is optimized for smaller devices with responsive design, so you’ll have a smooth experience.
I’d say that WOW Vegas casino could do with a bit of improvement in terms of the filtering system, but other than that, it’s almost perfect!
One disappointing usability hiccup I’ve encountered was when setting limits on my account via Spending Controls. This was the only unintuitive aspect of the UX.
The current limits remained unchanged, pending limits showed up as “No limit” or “No pending limit”, despite me setting new ones. After about 10 minutes my “Current Purchase Limit” changed to “New Purchase Limit” (with the old limits though), and the Pending Purchase Limit updated two of the three settings. I’ve changed all three and, hours into writing this review, have yet to see them properly updated.
This leads me to deduce that the function is not fully operational. I’ll be keeping a close eye on it, but in the meantime — that’s a few docked points.
