- Daily login bonuses
- Accessible friend referral bonus
- Scratch cards available
- No live chat
- Redemption fees
- No SC in daily bonus
Expert verdict

Overall, Lucky Buddha is an average, reliable, no-fluff casino, stronger on slots and promotions if I am to pick two things about it. While the daily login bonus is awarding only 20,000 GC, the site makes up for it with the friend referral bonus of 25,000 GC + 5 SC for every friend who makes a purchase.
At 1,200 titles, Lucky Buddha’s sweeps games library can safely compete with most USA sweepstakes casinos coming out right now. They follow the same recipe: predominantly slots, a few tables and live games, and a pretty sweet choice of mini games, including scratch cards.
What I’d look out for at Lucky Buddha are the redemption fees. They vary between methods and they’re not the best.
All things considered, I’d still recommend Lucky Buddha. It’s a great choice of sweeps casino for players who like a stripped-back look, keeping the focus on the games.

For additional coins, players can also request 2 SC via the AMOE bonus. This can be claimed once a week by writing to the listed address. There’s also a friend referral bonus where players will be awarded 25,000 GC and 5 SC once their friends make their first purchase.

Every player starts on the Copper level of the VIP program. There are 10 tiers in total, with each one awarding an increased daily reload bonus, level-up bonuses, and a birthday gift. From the fourth tier, players also get monthly bonuses. The four highest levels also get VIP tournaments, access to the Wheel of Fortune, a VIP host, merchandise, and a custom VIP program. To reach the next level, players need to earn points by playing games.

Bonus rating
83/100 Standard selection of bonuses with some rewarding surprises
- Generous daily login bonus
- Structured and rewarding VIP program
- Just 2 SC with registration bonus
- No tournaments at the moment
What Lucky Buddha offers is a pretty standard selection of obonuses, but there are some standout features here that I really appreciated. For starters, I felt the friend referral bonus was pretty good, especially since you can get 5 SC per friend. That’s plenty more than the one-time registration bonus offers, so it’s a clear highlight for me.
The registration bonus is pretty much on par with other sweeps casinos, but those 2 SCs are always a little disappointing. At LoneStar, at least it’s 2.5 SC.
The login bonus actually took me by surprise. I got 20,000 GC every time I logged in. Pretty cool, and I went from having just 100,000 GC to 200,000 GC fast. The only downside? No SCs with the login bonus, which, after the low SCs in the registration bonus, is a bummer.
The VIP program is one of the best I’ve come across in a while. Ten tiers and it’s all laid out, with clear structure, which I love to see. Plus, plenty of extra bonuses to be had with it, like the birthday bonus and monthly bonuses, which I felt make up for the lack of SCs in other bonuses.
Games available at Lucky Buddha
Lucky Buddha offers 1,120+ games. The collection features slots, RNG table games, and live casino games. There’s also a handful of scratch cards, crash games, and mini games like Plinko, Dice, and Mines.
The slot library is packed with 1,000+ games. There are 13 Megaways games and another 10 Hold and Win games. There aren’t any progressive jackpot slots available, but there’s a decent selection of slot themes available. You’ll find Greek mythology, robots, Irish, animals, Ancient Egypt, and adventure themes, to mention a few.
In the slot section of the game library, you’ll also find the mini games, which include crash games like Aviatrix. There are nine Plinko games, 10 Dice games, four Mines games, one Keno game, one Video Bingo, one regular Bingo game, and 10 scratch cards.

There’s a small RNG table games section too. There are 68 games in total, which includes one Craps game, two baccarat games, 15 roulette games, and four poker games. There are also some card games like Top Trumps and three card rummy. RNG blackjack games aren’t currently available.
The live casino section has 15 games. This includes two live poker tables, four live blackjack tables, six live roulette tables, and one live baccarat table. There’s also one live Teen Patti game and one live Andar Bahar. Lucky Buddha doesn’t have any exclusive or branded games at this time.

Games rating
85/100 It’s all in the variety, not the quantity
- Solid range of slot themes
- Includes Keno, Plinko, Dice, and scratch cards
- Limited live games selection
- Smaller game library
Lucky Buddha is one of the smaller game libraries I’ve reviewed. When you see that the best sweeps casinos out there have game libraries with 4,000+ games (looking at SweepsRoyal sweeps casino), a library that doesn’t even hit 1.5k games falls short.
That being said, I’ve still scored Lucky Buddha really highly here, and that is down to the variety it was able to pack into its small library. There’s a wide variety of mini games, some of which I don’t even find at bigger casinos. It’s also got an RNG table games section, which, although it’s lacking blackjack games, is pretty good in my eyes. It does what it says on the tin.
The range of slot themes also really impressed me, and while we’re missing some true classics like Gates of Olympus and Immortal Romance, you’ll find slots here that should scratch that itch. A few more live games would have boosted Lucky Buddha’s game library a lot more in my eyes, since 15 games doesn’t leave live casino fans with many options.

Software rating
88/100 A short and sweet list of names
- Works with BetSoft and BGaming
- Works with 14 providers
- No bespoke software
- Only one live provider
You might think that 14 software providers isn’t that many, but when you consider that Cazino sweeps, for example, has just four, it doesn’t sound so bad. Sure, the more extablished DimeSweeps works with 34 providers, but you have to start somewhere and I always believe it’s about what you do with what you’ve got.
There are two key providers on this list that I look out for: BetSoft and BGaming. Seeing names like these means I know I’ll find quality games. Lucky Buddha’s also working with 3Oaks, which has become a foundational provider for sweeps casinos, and Kalamba, another leading provider. More points in my book.
What’s really missing is an additional live provider, because right now there’s just Jacktop Live Casino, which isn’t really known. Some ICONIC21 games would really bump up the live offering.
Payment methods accepted at Lucky Buddha
Purchases can be made at Lucky Buddha using credit cards. After selecting the coins package you want to buy, you’ll be prompted to enter your credit card details.
For redemptions, there are more options. You can use Instant Pay, which works with Mastercard and VISA debit cards. Additionally, there’s same day and next day bank deposits, real time payments, PayPal, and Venmo.
When making a redemption, watch out for the fee. This is different for each payment option and it can shift between requests. For next day bank deposits, for instance, it’s around $1.64-$1.65 and for instant pay it’s $4.80-$4.81.
The minimum redemption amount is 100 SC and there’s a 1x playthrough requirement that needs to be met before you can redeem your SCs. On average, redemptions are approved within 1-3 business days.
You also need to have verified your account by completing KYC before you can make redemptions. If you don’t meet the verification requirements within 30 days, your request can be cancelled.

Payments rating
75/100 Heavy on bank transfers, needs more e-wallets
- Accessible bank transfers
- Good discounts on coin packages
- Only one purchase option
- Limited e-wallets and no crypto
If you prefer to make your redemptions with bank transfers, there are a lot of options here. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such a variety of bank transfer or bank deposit options at a sweeps casino, so kudos to Lucky Buddha for that.
However, I really wanted to see more e-wallets. PayPal and Venmo are great and definitely facilitate easier payments, but I would have liked to have Skrill, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as options, too. To really sweeten the deal, some cryptocurrencies, like at SpeedSweeps, would really make a difference.
I also would have liked to have more choice when it comes to making purchases. You can only use credit cards, which is unusual. Typically, sweeps casinos offer lots of purchase options, and just one redemption option. Fortunately, the coin packages are really good, and there are some great offers which piqued my interest.
Is Lucky Buddha safe?
Lucky Buddha is operated by Windstorm Tech LLC. The website has 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA. There aren’t any references to RNGs on the website, but the casino works with reputable software providers where the games are audited by independent third parties.
The dedicated RG page gives basic tips for enjoyable gameplay, along with a short list to help identify unsafe gaming behavior. It also lists Smart Social Gamers, GAA, and the phone number for the National Council on Problem Gambling.

There’s a short selection of tools that players can use to help stay within their means while using the casino. Spending limits are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis for GCs. These are set up by contacting the team.
It’s also possible to take a break from Lucky Buddha. This option is available for seven, 14, or 30 days. Players can also use self-exclusion, which starts at a minimum of six months. Refunds, redemptions, and coin transfers aren’t possible during a self-exclusion period. Breaks and self-exclusion are set up by emailing customer support, with “Self Exclusion Request” as the subject.

Safety rating
73/100 RG page is limited in detail and tools
- Dedicated RG page
- Good encryption level
- Limited RG tools
- Website doesn’t mention RNGs
Lucky Buddha is losing big points for not having an official reference or mention of RNGs on its website. I did come across an AI-generated social media post on Lucky Buddha’s Facebook page. It vaguely talked about the chance element with RNGs, but it’s not enough for me. It needs to be written on the casino’s website.
Fortunately, Lucky Buddha has good encryption and a decent RG page. The tips and gameplay criteria are brief, but they’re there and they will help. I was glad to see that some tools are available, but there’s plenty of room for more limit-setting tools, like wager and loss limits. Self-exclusion is great, as always, but there’s a lot of opportunity to create as secure a space as possible for players.
Coin Wizard, for instance, works with Birches Health to provide players with a reliable RG platform they can utilize.

Support & community rating
66/100 No live chat and slow email replies
- Email and contact form available
- Good selection of FAQs
- Email support takes long
- No live chat support
It’s a shame to give Lucky Buddha a lower-than-average score for support, but there’s no live chat or phone support available, and unfortunately the wait time between emails is over 24 hours. The same time frame applies to ticket requests via the contact form.
If you’re not going to offer live chat, at least work on having a speedy email response time. When I tested CrazyCoins, some of my emails were answered within an hour. That being said, live chats are more and more common at sweeps casinos, and they’re a much more efficient way of offering players support.
Luckily, the FAQs page is a great resource. It’s got good categories, decent questions, detailed answers, and it covers more than just the basics.
The usability of Lucky Buddha’s platform
Lucky Buddha has a simple design, keeping things straightforward and clean. There’s some subtle Buddha-focused imagery on a gray background. The sidebar menu contains main short cuts to the slots, table games, and live casino games. There are also shortcuts for bonus buy, Megaways, crash games, new and popular games.

The rest of the sidebar menu lists shortcuts for buying coins, redemptions, the how to play feature, promotions, VIP, and the contact us page.
The game lobby has filters for favorites, recently played, all games, slots, table games, bonus buys, Megaways, crash games, popular and new. A search bar is available to search for games by name, and you can filter games according to provider to see what’s available.

Lucky Buddha doesn’t have a casino app or a web app, but the website is responsive to smaller screens and runs smoothly in mobile browsers.
Usability rating
90/100 Simple, easy, accessible
- Mobile friendly
- Easy to navigate
- No casino app
- Limited game filters
Lucky Buddha keeps its design really basic, and that’s not a bad thing. Some sweeps casinos are too busy, so if you prefer a cleaner look, Lucky Buddha is it. The main focus at this casino is the games available. It also translates really well on mobile, even if there isn’t a casino app or a web app.
What could be improved is the number of game filters. A few more to separate things better would really help, although what’s available isn’t bad at all. I also loved being able to see the number of games per provider and to filter games according to provider – always a big win for me.
