Sweepico casino review
Sweepico offers several bonuses, including daily rewards and playback credits, along with a VIP program that’s split into 10 tiers. In this review, I’ll walk you through everything this sweepstakes casino has and help you decide if it’s actually worth your time.
- Decent sign-up bonus
- Trustworthy payment options
- Reputable software developers
- No FAQ section
- Only 4 payment methods
- No Sweeps Rules page
Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.
Expert verdict
Sweepico performs well in many areas for a new sweepstakes casino platform. The site is easy to use and offers six jackpot titles, while you’re rewarded with 125,000 GC plus 2 SC after signing up. There are a lot of other bonuses, such as the referral bonus, daily credits and playback, not to mention a VIP program consisting of 10 tiers.
That said, Sweepico has areas that need work. The game lobby only consists of slots and lacks variety. So, if you ever feel like taking a break from spinning the reels, there aren’t any table games, live dealer games, or niche titles available here.
There are also no e-wallets offered, nor will you find Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cryptocurrency options here. Bank transfer redemptions can take up to 10 days. Support would benefit from an FAQ page, and the site should clearly display a dedicated Sweepstakes Rules page for better transparency.
So, while Sweepico is a good option for players who want to claim a decent welcome offer and other ongoing bonuses, there’s very little you can do here aside from spinning the reels.
State differences
If you live in one of these restricted US states, you won’t be able to create an account at Sweepico: California, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Tennessee, West Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.
However, players in the remaining 34 states who are at least 18 years old can sign up, claim the bonus, and start playing casino-style games right away.
How does the Sweepico sweepstakes casino work?
This is a sweepstakes casino, so no deposit is required. When you sign up, the platform uses two types of virtual currency. The first is Gold Coins, also called GC. These are used to play games on the site, but they cannot be redeemed for prizes.
The second is Sweeps Coins, known as SC. These are given when you register and as part of ongoing SC bonuses. SC can be redeemed for cash prizes once you collect at least 100 SC, and you need to play through your SC once before requesting a redemption.
The site clearly states that no purchase is necessary. Although it’s a free-to-play platform, you have the option to buy GC and receive complimentary SC with any package.
Sweepico bonuses
After signing up, you receive 125,000 GC and 2 SC. Once your email is verified, an extra 10,000 GC is added, bringing your total to 135,000 GC and 2 SC. Sweepico also rewards daily logins. These free credits are spread over a seven-day streak, where you can get 1.90 SC and 15 free spins by logging in for seven days in a row.
The Daily Playback feature offers automatic cashback of up to 5% on GC and SC. This is calculated over a 24-hour cycle and is based on your net coin losses. In other words, if you win more coins than you lose, then no cashback is given for that day.
You can also obtain bonuses by referring friends or family members. In fact, both you and your referral receive GC and SC. When someone signs up using your link and completes a GC purchase of at least $29.99, you get 500,000 GC and 20 SC, while your friend gets 400,000 GC and 5 SC.
Sweepico offers a VIP program known as VIP Customs. When you sign up, you are automatically placed into the first of 10 VIP levels. The entry level is Rookie, and the highest level is Legend.
You earn VIP points as you play games in the lobby. The more you play, the more points you collect, and the faster you move up the VIP tiers. Perks such as exclusive promotions, personal VIP support, birthday rewards, and other ongoing benefits await.
If you want to purchase GC packages, you’re free to do so. Here are the first-purchase offers I found during my Sweepico casino review:
- 450,000 GC + 10 SC for $2.99
- 1,050,000 GC + 60 SC for $29.99
- 2,000,000 GC + 100 SC for $49.99

Sweepico occasionally runs social media promotions that reward players with free GC and SC, although these are not always active. I also didn’t see any tournaments here or weekly promos
Finally, Sweepico offers a mail-in bonus or alternative method of entry (AMOE), where you receive 1 SC free. Simply send a handwritten request to:

Bonus rating
68/100 Multiple bonuses and a solid VIP program
- Well-sized welcome offer
- Daily credits and cashback
- No tournaments or challenges
- No bonus drops
Sweepico does okay in the bonus department due to its welcome offer, daily rewards, the Daily Playback bonus, and its 10-tier VIP program. That said, the bonuses still fall short, since there aren’t any tournaments, challenges, or many social media giveaways.
Other sweepstakes casinos, such as WOW Vegas, offer all of the above, plus extras like regular promotional events, competitions, and bonus drops.
Overall, Sweepico will do if you’re looking for simple bonuses. However, to compete with top US sweepstakes casinos, the brand will need to improve its bonus variety and quality over time.
Sweepico game selection
Sweepico offers more than 1,100 games, and the lobby is made up of slots only. There are around six jackpots alongside the other slots. One of the more popular games here is Midas Hand of Fortune, while Big Catch 1000 stands out as a popular jackpot slot.

You can play any of the games in Sweepico’s lobby using GC under the Play for Fun mode. During my review, I did not find fixed minimum or maximum bet amounts on the games I tested, including Big Catch 1000. Instead, the games use a play level system. The minimum play level starts at 20, while the maximum goes up to 10,000, depending on the title.
This means your GC or SC spend is based on the level you choose, rather than a set coin amount per spin. There aren’t any table or live dealer options, nor did I come across any niche games during my Sweepico review.
Games rating
85/100 Large slot library, limited variety
- 1,000+ slot titles
- Includes 6 jackpot slots
- Slots only library
- No niche game types
Over 1,000 slots for a new sweepstakes casino is strong, but the lack of game variety is what holds Sweepico back. Competing sites like Chumba Casino offer a variety of games in their lobby, including slots, bingo, scratch cards, instant win titles, and table game options. So, to compete properly, Sweepico needs to offer a broader range of games instead of focusing only on slots.
Software at Sweepico
Sweepico’s lobby is powered by 13 software providers which are: AvatarUX, Slotmill, Swintt, Booming Games, Evoplay, JILI, Penguin King, ICONIC21, 1Spin4Win, NetGame, Betsoft, BGaming, Mancala Gaming. Some of the more popular studios here include Swintt, Slotmill, and Booming Games.

The developers that contribute the most games are BGaming, NetGame, BetSoft, and 1Spin4Win, with each of these providers supplying more than 100 titles. Most of the slots in the lobby have an average RTP ranging between 95.21% and 96.02%. Sweepico does not have in-house software at this time.
Software rating
92/100 Over a dozen studios, no exclusive software
- 13 software studios
- Well-known developers
- Decent RTPs
- No exclusive software
Right now, Sweepico does not offer much variety in its games, since there are no live dealer titles, table games, or niche options. So, even though the platform scored high for software, it still falls short of a perfect score.
If Sweepico were to add in-house or exclusive software, as well as a few live dealer studios, it would not only improve the score but also give players more variety and access to unique games compared to what is currently available.
For example, sweepstakes sites like Jackpota Casino stand out by offering live dealer studios. Adding similar features would help Sweepico compete more strongly with these established brands.
Sweepico payment options
Sweepico offers four payment methods, which are Visa, MasterCard, Push2Card, and bank transfer. Of these above-mentioned options, you can make GC purchases using Visa and MasterCard. However, when it comes to redemptions, you can only redeem cash prizes via Push2Card and ACH bank transfer.
Payment facts

| Number of payment methods | 4 |
| Popular payment | VISA |

| Maximum purchase | $499.99 |
| Average purchase time | Instant |
| Prize redemption | Available |
| Minimum prize redemption | 100 SC |
| Average prize-redemption time | 3+ days |
In order to redeem cash prizes, you’ll need to accumulate at least 100 SC and play it through 1x. When redeeming cash using Push2Card, you’ll need to wait up to three days to receive it. If you prefer using the bank transfer option for redemptions, you’ll need to wait up to 10 days to receive yours.
Payments rating
74/100 Reliable payment options, limited modern methods
- Visa and MasterCard supported
- Push2Card for redemptions
- No e-wallets
- Slow bank transfers
I like the fact that Sweepico offers Visa and MasterCard for GC purchases, since this is used on a daily basis. I especially enjoy the fact that they’ve added Push2Card to their redemption options.
If you haven’t heard about the Push2Card payment method before, basically, it’s similar to a cash-out method that forwards your funds to your card instead of to your bank account. Ultimately, this makes the transaction quicker. However, while it’s better than bank transfers, it’s still slower than e-wallets.
So, I would love to see them add some e-wallets, such as Skrill and PayPal, or at least Apple or Google Pay, to the list. While the bank transfer option is definitely reliable and trustworthy, waiting up to 10 days to receive a redemption is slow by anyone’s standards.
While Crown Coins Casino offers e-wallets such as Skrill and other modern payment options like Apple Pay, Rich Sweeps Casino offers the same, including seven different cryptocurrencies. Sweepico could definitely learn a thing or two from these platforms.
Is Sweepico safe?
Sweepico is owned by UTech Solutions LLC, which is headquartered in Wyoming, US. It runs multiple sweep casinos like: Mr. Goodwin, JackpotRabbit, VegasWay, Scarlet Sands, SweepShark, Playtana, and FireSevens. They also make use of RNG, or random number generators, so games are tested for fairness. You’ll need to be 18 years old in order to sign up with this casino.
Sweepico also conducts KYC, or Know Your Customer checks, prior to approving redemptions, and they make use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) security encryption. These security measures keep both your personal and financial information safe from third parties and hackers.

While they do not have any responsible gaming (RG) seals on their website, they do offer RG tools. You can also make use of these RG tools directly from your Sweepico account profile.
Firstly, you can set session limits for anywhere between 10 and 60 minutes. You can also implement daily, weekly, and monthly GC purchase limits. If you feel like taking a cooling-off period or even opting for a temporary self-exclusion, that’s also available for a period of 1 to 30 days at a time.
Safety rating
78/100 Security measures available, no “Sweeps Rules” page
- SSL and HTTPS security
- Strong RG tools
- No fairness seals
- Missing “Sweeps Rules” page
Sweepico does make use of lots of player protection tools and strong encryption measures as well. So, even though there are no visible fairness seals or RG seals on their site, it doesn’t necessarily mean that Sweepico is not safe.
However, what did raise questions is the fact that I could not come across a Sweepstakes Rules page on their website footer. Every sweepstakes casino needs to contain this specific page, since without it, there’s no way for players to understand exactly how the site works.
So overall, while there aren’t red flags pointing in the direction of Sweepico being illegitimate, they need to look at adding the Sweepstakes Rules page immediately.

When accessing the live chat, it takes 30 minutes for an agent to respond, in my experience. When sending an email request, you can wait up to four hours for a response. During my review, I could not find a Help Center or FAQ page on the site.
Support rating
71/100 2 support options, no FAQ page
- Live chat available
- No FAQ page
- No phone support
- Slow live chat replies
While Sweepico does offer two support options, which are live chat and email, it lacks an FAQ page. Basically, this means that players have no way of looking up frequently asked questions and getting answers, but instead, they will have to reach out to support for every question and query.
So adding an FAQ page is always appreciated. That said, they could do one better and add a direct phone line like Funrize casino so players can get answers swiftly.
Usability
Sweepico has a vibrant user interface, which is colourful, to say the least. The site is set against a black background, and the rest of the bright colours stand out. However, the site is still easy on the eyes. The layout is also quite modern, allowing you to navigate the main menu quickly and easily.

Game categories are all visible at the top, and you’ll also find some bright, eye-catching banners scrolling across the top of the screen, mostly advertising the bonuses available. Games load within seconds after you click, and you can search for games by provider or by punching in the game title.

Usability rating
95/100 Games load fast, but no mobile app
- Fast game loading
- Easy navigation
- Strong mobile play
- No mobile app
Sweepico is very easy to use on both desktop and mobile. The layout is modern, games load fast, and finding titles is simple, whether searching by providers or game title. The only real downside is the lack of a native mobile app. Aside from that, the site is great for beginners.
