This platform offers a library of over 500 games from eight software providers, covering live casino, slots, crash games, plinko, and dice. The site can be accessed on mobile and desktop using any browser, and you can enjoy a daily bonus, NetEnt games, and instant support via live chat. In this Wandando review, I take a closer look at how the site stacks up and whether it’s worth your time.

This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.

Expert verdict

Wandando keeps things very simple, and that’s both its strength and a limitation. After spending some time on the site, it feels like a platform that does the basics very well but doesn’t really go beyond that.

One of the things I liked most was the game quality. Most of the library comes from NetEnt, which I was glad to see since it’s one of the most well-respected providers around but isn’t very common at sweeps casinos. Their slots are familiar, well-made, and generally reliable, so it’s nice to be playing popular titles you already know.

I also liked that Wandando doesn’t limit itself to slots only. Being able to explore crash games, Plinko, and Dice helped keep things feeling a bit fresher and stopped the experience from becoming repetitive with just slots.

Another thing that worked well for me was how easy the site was to use. The design is clean, stripped back, and polished. I tested Wandando on both desktop and mobile, and the experience was equally smooth. Support was also positive. The 24/7 live chat allows you to talk with an agent instantly. The replies were quite short and to the point, but I did get clear answers every time.

That said, there is room for improvement. The game library is very small, and there are no table games or live dealer titles. Promotions are also limited. Besides the daily bonus and mail-in requests, there isn’t much else happening, which is frustrating, particularly for a sweepstakes casino where gaming relies on bonuses. Banking is also quite restricted, with only a small selection of payment and redemption methods available.

Wandando is reliable, easy to use, and fine for casual play, but it could benefit from more games, promotions, and banking methods. Since it’s a new casino, this may very well come in time. The foundations are certainty in place.

State differences

Wandando is legal in most US states. However, it is not accessible in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington State, and West Virginia.

How Wandando casino works

Wandando is a sweepstakes casino, which means you can play games without needing to spend real money. Because it involves free participation, the site is able to operate in most US states, including those where real-money online casinos aren’t allowed. It’s set up as a promotional sweepstakes platform rather than a traditional gambling site.

Gameplay works through two currencies. Gold Coins (GC) are used for standard play and are for entertainment only. You can earn them through promotions, like the daily bonus, but you can also buy more if you want to instantly boost your balance. They don’t have any value and can’t be redeemed for prizes.

Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are the coins that can be redeemed. These can’t be purchased directly and are only earned through bonuses. Once you’ve earned SC, they need to be played through at least once. After you’ve played through 100 SC, you can redeem them for a $100 prize, paid out through debit card or bank transfer.

Bonuses and loyalty at Wandando

New players receive a welcome bonus of 5,000 Gold Coins when they sign up. On top of this, you’ll get 5 free spins, with another 5 free spins credited once your account has been fully verified.

The free spins are available for certain games; you can see which games are eligible by checking their icons. After this, you can also collect a daily login bonus of 1,000 GC and 0.10 SC.

Besides this, Wandando also runs daily drawings, which you’re automatically entered into by playing games on the site. To qualify, you need to play at least 1 GC or SC for the chance to win a reward. Players can request 1 Sweeps Coin by sending a letter to Wandando’s registered address. At the moment, the site doesn’t offer social media giveaways, tournaments, referral bonuses, or a VIP or loyalty program.

Bonus rating

47/100 Bereft of most common sweeps promotions
  • Free spin promos
  • Daily drawings
  • Limited promotions
  • No SC in welcome bonus

The promotions at Wandando are pretty limited. When I signed up, I received 5,000 Gold Coins and 5 free spins, with another 5 free spins added after completing verification. I found that the starting bonus here doesn’t last very long. This is lower than what most sweepstakes casinos offer.

At many competitors, you’ll usually get a much larger GC balance and a couple of Sweeps Coins straight away. An example of an average offer that you might see is the 120,000 GC and 2 SC at Coinz. The only positive of the offer is that you don’t see free spins often, so at least that is something different.

After the welcome bonus, the main promotion is the daily bonus of 1,000 GC and 0.10 SC. This is fairly standard and similar to what sites like GameDayZone offer, but it doesn’t extend your playtime by much. I liked the daily drawings, which I haven’t seen at many other sweeps sites, but there’s no guarantee of receiving anything, so I don’t really count this as something you can rely on or actively work toward. The mail-in request is also lower than some competitors; in comparison, you get 4 SC at SweepsRoyal and 2 SC at SweetSweeps.

Besides that, there isn’t much else to sustain your gaming. There are no social media giveaways, tournaments, referral bonuses, or a VIP or loyalty program. Compared to most top rated sweepstakes casinos, where promotions play a major role in maintaining gameplay, Wandando offers very limited promotions. The daily bonus was the main way I could continue playing without making a purchase, and even that ran out fast.

Games available at Wandando sweeps casino

Wandando has just over 500 games, with most of the library being made up of slots, a handful of specialty games and live casino. There are no table games or fish games. Slots cover a mix of formats, including jackpots and Megaways, and different themes. A few of the most popular titles are Starburst Galaxy, Thor Hammer Strike, 333 Boom Banks, and Mythic Wolf. You can also find a couple of crash games, Plinko, and Dice.

Games rating

70/100 Decent slots, good variety
  • Good selection of jackpot slots
  • Crash games, plinko, dice
  • No table games
  • No fish games

Wandando’s game library is medium-sized for a sweepstakes casino. It has just over 500 titles, which puts it a bit behind many competitors. Many top competitors offer over 1,000 games, like High5 Casino and Sportzino, and even newer sites like Playtana have launched with over 1,600 titles.

For me, seeing a library this small is always disappointing, especially if I’m looking for something I can stick with long-term. That said, the game variety itself is solid. I came across familiar and well-known titles, and everything I played ran smoothly. One thing that I particularly liked was the selection of jackpot games, as some sweepstakes sites don’t offer them.

Another issue is that the library is very slot-heavy. While there is some variety, it’s on the limited side. I came across a handful of non-slot titles, like crash games, dice, and Plinko. These were great to break up my slot sessions with a bit of fast-paced fun, but it would be great to have even more.

Many competitors, such as Spindoo and Spinfinite, focus solely on slots, which is a positive for Wandando. But I would have liked to see other classic games, like table games or fish games. The start is good, let’s hope Wandando adds more options to their list.

Software providers for Wandando

The library has titles from four software providers: NetEnt, M2Play, TinyRex Games, Evolution, NoLimit City, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming and Kahzuu. The most recognizable name is NetEnt, so you can find classic titles from it, while Evolution is the main live casino provider. The crash games, Plinko, and dice are from Hacksaw Gaming and TinyRex Games. There are no exclusive or in-house games.

Software rating

70/100 Too few providers when compared to competitors
  • Familiar games from NetEnt and Evolution
  • Lesser-known studio Kahzuu
  • No exclusive or in-house games
  • Few software providers

Wandando’s game library is supplied by eight software providers. Given the small size of the overall collection, this is roughly what I expected. It’s similar to platforms like SweepsJungle, which have a library of a similar size from the same number of studios. In most cases, when a sweepstakes casino has around 500 games, you see a small number of providers. There are exceptions like GameDayZone, where you’ll find 20 providers.

I was glad to see NetEnt, Evolution and Hacksaw Gaming in the mix. They are some of those providers I already know and trust, so having these games available was reassuring. They are also not very widely available at sweeps casinos in general, more commonly found at real money casinos.

M2Play and Kahzuu are much smaller names, although M2play does copy a lot of Microgaming’s original software. They add a bit of variety beyond the standard slot lineup. I also spent some time on the TinyRexGames titles and found them surprisingly enjoyable. You tend to see the same type of crash games, plinko, and dice across sweepstakes casinos, but these versions aren’t ones I’ve come across regularly.

Payment methods accepted at Wandando casino

If you choose to purchase Gold Coins, you can use Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Before purchasing a package, you must provide personal information, including your name, date of birth, and address. The packages start from $4.99 for 5,000 GC up to $299.99 for 750,000 GC.

After meeting the playthrough, Sweeps Coins are redeemable. A minimum of 100 SC is needed for a cash prize. You can choose to redeem to a debit card or bank transfer. Debit card redemptions are the quicker option, typically taking a couple of days, whereas bank transfers usually take a bit longer, at around three to five business days.

Payments rating

54/100 Lacks popular payment methods like e-wallets
  • Apple Pay accepted on mobile
  • 1x playthrough requirement on SC
  • Limited payment methods
  • No gift card redemptions

During my Wandando sweepstakes casino review, I went through both the purchase and redemption processes, and it was straightforward. On desktop, I could buy packages using Visa or Mastercard while on mobile I could use Apple Pay, which made things quicker.

Sweepstakes casinos don’t usually offer a huge range of banking options, but Wandando still feels quite limited. A lot of competitors now give players more choice, whether that’s e-wallets at WOW Vegas or crypto at Stake.us. Other newer platforms like Sweet Sweeps casino support both fiat and crypto, so Wandando does feel behind in that respect.

Buying GC is simple. You select a package, enter basic personal details, and then complete the payment. The process will be familiar to anyone who’s made an online purchase before.
The redemption process is similar: simple but limited. Once you reach the minimum of 100 SC, you can request a cash prize through bank transfer or debit card.

There are no gift card redemptions, which is a bit disappointing as gift cards often come with lower minimums at sites like Coinz or Big Shot Games. On the plus side, having debit card redemptions is useful, as not all platforms offer it. My debit card redemption took two days, while a bank transfer took closer to four.

Another positive is that there’s only a 1x playthrough requirement on SC. That’s where Wandando has an advantage over crypto sweepstakes sites, which usually come with higher wagering requirements. For example, Sweet Sweeps has 2x playthrough, while it is 3x at Sheesh.

Is Wandando safe?

Wandando is owned and operated by Wandando Inc., a company registered in Wyoming. The platform works with recognised game providers like NetEnt, whose games use RNGs to make sure results are random and fair.

Their privacy policy explains that the platform uses standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect player data. Personal information is stored in password-protected databases within a Virtual Private Cloud. It also states that no system is completely risk-free, but explains that any data breach would be dealt with quickly and that affected users would be informed.

There’s also a dedicated Responsible Play page, which outlines signs of problematic play and includes links to external support organisations. You can set limits on purchases and play time, request cool-off periods, or self-exclude by contacting support. Two-factor authentication isn’t available.

Safety rating

72/100 Relatively safe site to be on
  • US-registered company
  • Clear privacy policy
  • Control tool available
  • Brief Responsible Gaming page

When it comes to safety, Wandando seems trustworthy. The fact that it’s operated by a Wyoming-registered company gives it a baseline level of credibility, especially compared to sweepstakes sites that are run by offshore operators with little publicly available information. I also liked seeing how much of the collection is from NetEnt, as titles from top software providers usually tell me the games are fair and properly tested.

When I checked the privacy policy, it covered the main points I looked for. It confirms that standard security measures, such as SSL encryption, are in place and that personal information is stored securely. I looked myself and found the platform uses 256-bit encryption. Some sites, like GameDayZone, are vague about their security measures, so it’s good to see that Wandando is transparent and reassuring.

The Responsible Play page was also clear. No comments there.
Overall, Wandando doesn’t have the most comprehensive page I’ve seen, but it does cover the essentials. I was also happy with the available control tools. I was able to set purchase limits under my account, which is great for managing my play.

Reaching out to support at Wandando

Support is available through live chat and email. The live chat is available 24/7 and can be opened by clicking the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the site. You just enter your name and email address, and you’re connected to an agent straight away.

Support rating

70/100 Not bad, but lacking a detailed help center
  • 24/7 live chat
  • Fast replies through email
  • Agents are a bit blunt
  • No social media support

During my Wandando sweepstakes casino review, I was pretty happy with my support experience. Live chat is the most convenient way of reaching out. Every time I clicked the chat icon, I was connected to an agent almost instantly. That puts it ahead of sites like Playtana, where I’ve had to sit in a queue for quite a while before reaching someone.

The agents were quick to respond and answered my questions clearly, but I did find the tone a little blunt. They seemed to want to end the conversation every time I asked a question. It wasn’t unfriendly, but it didn’t feel particularly warm either. That said, I’d still take direct responses over slow or unavailable support. Some platforms, like MegaFrenzy, don’t offer live chat at all, while others, such as Spindoo, restrict it unless you’ve made a purchase.

Another positive is that live chat is available 24/7, as some sites restrict it to business hours. I also tested email support and received a reply in around four hours, which is faster than average for this channel. There’s no phone line, but that’s standard across most sweepstakes sites. Before reaching out, I looked at the FAQ section and found it useful, so it’s worth checking there before contacting support directly.

The usability of Wandando casino’s platform

Wandando has a clean, modern design with a white-and-purple color scheme. Across the top of the site, you’ll find quick links to the home page, games lobby, your account, and the Coin Store. Here as well, your GC and SC balances are easy to check by clicking the icon. There’s also a collapsible menu on the left-hand side where you can move between sections and claim your daily bonus.

Wandando mobile portrait screenshot

The game lobby has several categories, such as Recommended, Popular, Featured, New Releases, Trending titles, and a Top Ten section. You can also browse by provider or by game type, including jackpot, arcade-style, and fantasy-themed slots. There is also a search bar if you’re looking for a specific title. All of the technical stuff, such as the terms of service, sweepstakes rules, privacy policy, responsible play, and FAQ, is at the bottom of the site.

Usability rating

70/100 Usable site that’s easy to navigate
  • Clean, modern look
  • Easy to navigate
  • Accessible through any browser
  • Overlapping game categories

Wandando has a very clean, stripped-back look. The design is minimal and modern, and in one sense, I do think that works. It keeps the focus on the games and makes the site feel light and easy to use, which some players will appreciate. At the same time, it doesn’t really give Wandando much of a personality. With so many sweepstakes casinos using a similar design, it doesn’t stand out. When I think back to platforms that stick in my mind, like HelloMilions or SweetSweeps, it’s usually because they’ve done something a bit different visually.

Using the site, though, the experience itself was straightforward. Everything is laid out exactly where you expect it to be, and navigation feels intuitive from the start. The game lobby is organised well enough for the size of the library. There’s a bit of overlap between some of the categories – Featured, Trending and Popular all seemed the same to me. If the game selection were bigger, the organisation would need to improve, but for now, the categories do the job, and I found it easy to explore and find something to play.

I also tested it on my phone, and the mobile performance was smooth throughout. The site adjusts well to smaller screens, games loaded quickly, and I didn’t notice any difference in quality compared to desktop. There’s no dedicated app, but that’s fairly standard for sweepstakes casinos. Only a couple of sites like Funrize and Crown Coins, offer apps for their platforms, but it didn’t make much difference to me at Wandando, because the site works well from any browser.
