The problem is a new player can’t get to it at all. It’s a VIP perk unlocking at 25 Stars, so the people most likely to have questions, the ones who just signed up and don’t understand the platform yet, are the ones left with a contact form.
Under 24 hours for an email reply isn’t bad, and it beats Pulsz, who have no chat at all and can take two days.
