Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.
Expert verdict
Punt.com may not be one of the best sweepstakes casinos on the market, but it has a lot of good points that make it worth checking out.
Its regular giveaways, game challenges, and an hourly 0.1 SC promo ensure you’ll have a steady stream of currency to play its 410+ games. It also boasts six live dealers and some fun exclusive games. You can play comfortably knowing that Punt.com’s 256-bit SSL with ECDSA technology is keeping you safe.
It’s not flawless though. Terms can be hard to find, especially for bonuses, and the library lacks variety with no jackpots and few table games. The platform desperately needs an update, as currently the filters just flat-out don’t work.
Regardless, I think Punt.com is a casino worth visiting, so feel free to head on over and try out their games.
State differences
Punt.com is available in 45 US states. The other five states are considered “Excluded Territories” and residents from those states cannot access Punt.com’s site. These five excluded territories are Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington.
The game offering and betting features are the same regardless of which eligible state you reside in. However, residents of New York and Florida are limited to a maximum redemption of 5,000 SC.
How does Punt.com casino work?
Punt.com uses two virtual currencies on its site: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Both can be gained through coin packages, casino promos, and won through gameplay.
GC is only used as an entry fee for Punt.com’s games. It has no value outside of Punt.com’s site, and cannot be used anywhere else.
SC that has been won through gameplay can be redeemed for cash prizes, at a value of one SC to one US dollar. The minimum SC to be eligible to redeem for prizes is 100 SC.
Punt.com casino bonuses — 10,000 GC + 2 SC
Newcomers to Punt.com receive 10,000 GC and two SC upon account verification. Please note that this verification also includes the KYC process, which is done after the account is created. If you see that you have not received anything, it simply means you need to finish the verification.
You’ll also be able to start claiming your hourly credits. Punt.com gives you 0.1 SC for every hour you are logged on. To claim the hourly credits, simply head to your wallet and go to the ‘Hourly Bonus’ tab.

Newcomers are automatically entered into the Punt VIP program, at the copper rank. There are six ranks: copper, bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond, with platinum and diamond being split into five and two levels respectively. While each rank gives you a level-up bonus and exclusive benefits, no terms define what these bonuses and benefits are.
Punt.com also has regular challenges and giveaways. Challenges grant GC and SC for completing a game-related challenge, such as being the first to hit 12,000x on the Candy Blitz slot with a minimum 10 GC play. Giveaways can simply be signed up for, with a chance to win even more GC and SC.
Finally, Punt.com has regular competitions such as tic tac toe on its social media platforms: Instagram, Telegram, and Twitter. Completing these grants you more GC and SC. No Punt.com promo codes are required for these are any other bonuses.
Bonus rating
- Regular game challenges
- High-value welcome bonus
- No refer-a-friend bonus
- Unclear terms
Punt.com’s promos are generally decent and keep a solid stream of currency coming in. The problem is, there aren’t a lot of them and a lot of the terms are missing.
Look at the VIP program for instance. On paper, six ranks all giving a level-up bonus sounds great, but there’s no info on what this level-up bonus is. Not to mention, I’d expect higher ranks to be awarded more benefits. Zula for instance gives its Diamond-tiered VIPs birthday, weekly, and monthly bonuses, to name just a few of the perks it provides.
This trend of few promos and no info is present across all of Punt.com. There’s no refer-a-friend promo, only one giveaway with no terms on how it works, and the daily promo is replaced by an hourly promo that, unless you’re logged in for 24 hours, will grant less in the long run.
This all being said, there are good promos here. The challenges are great fun and the welcome bonus is very large. So it’s not a bad offering of casino bonuses overall.
410+ Punt.com sweepstakes games
Punt.com has 410+ casino games available. These include 400+ slots, six live dealers, three blackjack tables, three roulette tables, one dice game, and one limbo game. There are also two Punt.com original games, Later Gator and Clover Cross.

Games rating
- Six live dealers
- Exclusive games
- No demos available
- Few table games
Punt.com sweepstakes casino is in the middle of the road when it comes to game libraries. It’s got fewer games than Ding Ding Ding with its library of 950+, but far exceeds other casinos like Golden Hearts Games with just 50+ titles.
Punt.com does try to stand out with its six live dealers and eight tables games, which is admirable. However, it’s not quite up to the level of some of its competitors, with the previously mentioned Ding Ding Ding having 18 table games, nine live dealers, and also 25 jackpots, a game type that’s completely missing at Punt.com.
Honestly, this whole section is less about Punt.com being bad and more about most competitors being better. You’ll have a good time with the games here, but I’d be lying if I said there weren’t better, more varied libraries out there.
Six software providers of Punt.com
Punt.com has six software providers: Pragmatic Play, BGaming, TrueLab, Red Tiger Gaming, BETER Live, and Punt.com’s bespoke software. Most slots are provided by Pragmatic Play, while BETER Live provides all of the live dealer games.

Software rating
- Bespoke software
- No download required
- Few providers
- Some popular providers missing
Punt.com is very much going for quality over quantity. Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger Gaming, BGaming, and BETER Live are some of the biggest names in the industry, and investing in bespoke software always yields better performance in the long run.
It’s just hard to deny that a library of six providers is a little small. The lack of variety mentioned in the games section reflects this, as a provider like Evoplay could have boosted the games library with more table games, scratch cards, and even bingo.
Punt.com is still new though, and providers are expensive. It makes sense to start with a few providers in the beginning, and Punt.com has picked well, with some of the biggest names providing the best games on their site.
Punt.com’s seven transaction methods
Punt.com has seven transaction methods. Five methods can be used for purchases: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum. The other two transaction methods, bank transfer and ACH transfer, can be used for redemptions.

Payments rating
- Cryptocurrency available
- All popular cards available
- $5 minimum purchase
- Only 2 redemption options
I’m very happy with the large number of purchase options to choose from. All of the popular cards are available, as well as several cryptocurrency options.
It’s a shame there isn’t a unified transaction option for purchases and redemptions that could have made everything a bit smoother. An e-wallet like Skrill would have come in real handy here, and increased the redemption options a bit.
Still, seven transaction methods are nothing to scoff at. If Punt.com adds in e-wallet transactions and a lower minimum purchase option of $1 then they’d easily have better payment options than their competitors.
Is Punt.com casino safe?
Punt.com uses 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA technology to keep your private data safe, as well as two-factor authentication (TFA) to keep prying eyes out of your account. Punt.com also forces you to verify your identity before handing out the welcome bonus.

Safety rating
- Elliptic-curve cryptography
- Can set session limits
- Some RG limiters missing
- Lacks info on setting limits
Punt.com sweeps casino’s safety is top-notch. Few other sweeps casinos match Punt.com, and only RealPrize can claim to be better.
The 256-bit SSL with ECDSA technology is practically impossible to break, especially since it’s stronger than the RSA variant. The TFA adds an extra layer of security, and I like how the site forces you to verify your identity before you get the welcome bonus, which helps keep underage gamblers off the site.
I do wish some RG limiters were present, such as time and gameplay limiters. RealPrize was able to include them, so I don’t see why Punt.com can’t. Otherwise, Punt.com’s RG section is great and you’ll be able to find everything you’ll need on their RG page.
24/7 customer support at Punt.com
Punt.com casino offers four customer support options: live chat, email, phone, and an FAQ and help center. All of the support methods, except live chat, operate 24/7. Phone support however is for payment issues only.
Live chat technically operates 24/7, but human agents are only available at limited times with AI bots answering the remaining times. There is no information on what particular times the human agents are available, and the AI bots simply defer you to the FAQ questions.

Answers came in quickly, usually under a minute, and were clear and detailed with rarely any need for a follow-up. The FAQ is also fairly extensive, with most issues having clear answers in the FAQ (though promo terms are left somewhat vague.)
Support rating
- 24/7 support
- All support options available
- Live chat isn’t 24/7
- Phone for payments only
Talk about an excellent support team. The answers were quick, detailed, and excellent, with the team eager to assist me with any problem I had.
It’s a shame that the live chat isn’t 24/7, though they do make up for it by having the bots defer to the exhaustive FAQ. Several bonus terms are unfortunately vague or left out of the FAQ, but every other topic is covered extensively.
I know it’s common for sweeps casinos to have phone numbers for payment issues only, with Pulsz and Chanced doing it as well, but I do wish this wasn’t the case. Phone support can be really helpful, and it’s a shame to relegate it to only one type of issue.
Punt.com sweeps casino’s usability
Punt.com uses a lime green color scheme with white lettering, which brings out the buttons and filters and helps you navigate the site. The letters and buttons are small though, and can be a bit difficult to read on desktop monitors.
There is no Punt.com mobile app, but the site is available on all mobile web browsers. All of the casino’s games are available to play on mobile phones.
Usability facts

Mobile games availability | Full suite |
Ease of navigation | Good |
Game filters | Not functional |
Search function | Basic |
Loading speed | 3 seconds |
UX and UI rating | Good |

The site loads in at around 3 seconds, with no glitches. The site features basic filters and a basic search bar, though it is important to note that the filters are currently bringing up incorrect games. The search bar is a good alternative, though it only searches for games and cannot search for providers.
Usability rating
- 3s loading
- Glitch-free site
- Broken filters
- Basic search
Punt.com’s site is fine. It’s mostly functional (except those filters), and loads pretty quickly with no noticeable glitches.
I have to be honest, I’m not a big fan of the lime green color scheme. It’s not as easily visible as Zula’s blue-on-white color scheme, and it just kind of makes the site look like a knock-off Matrix film.
The color issue is arguably subjective to my tastes, but what’s not subjective is those broken filters. They flat-out don’t work, period. The ‘Punt Originals’ filter leaves out most of the original games, and the ‘Live Dealers’ filter is full of normal table games and The Dog House slot for some reason.
Punt.com’s site issues aren’t small, and it doesn’t help that the search bar is fairly basic and cannot search for providers. Hopefully, a fix is in the works to sort these issues out.
