Expert verdict
Coinz does most things well, although it just doesn’t have that one feature or area that sets it apart from top sweepstakes casinos. It’s consistent, reliable, and easy to use, just not that memorable. What I liked was the promos. The daily quests, hourly races, and weekly prize drops were among the site’s more exciting features.
The game library is on the smaller side for a sweepstakes site, but I was at least pleased to see live dealer games available, even if the selection is small. The mix of providers was decent enough, with well-known studios and lesser-known developers. Everything that I tested was high-quality and polished, which I like to see.
Banking was a weak spot. The lack of variety really showed; there’s no crypto or e-wallets, and the only cash redemption method is bank transfer, which is the slowest payment method. On the other hand, the security side of things looked fine, with standard protections in place.
Support was also a mixed experience. The agents were helpful and responded quickly when the live chat wasn’t available. The issue is that it isn’t available 24/7, which is the norm I’m used to seeing at competitors.

The promotions at Coinz casino struck a good middle ground. The welcome bonus is simple to claim and roughly on par with what most sweepstakes casinos give new players.
The daily login bonus grows over time, and it brings a mix of GC and SC coins, to keep everyone satisfied.
The fact that there is no VIP or some sort of loyalty reward program, loses the casino points. Most sites, and here I name just two – SweepsRoyal or Sweep Las Vegas, let you rank up automatically from sign up.

Coinz offers a solid catalogue overall. With over 1,000 games, there’s enough here to keep you busy for a while. During my Coinz casino review period, I found that it covers the basics well enough, but I can imagine that if you’re committing to the site for the long term, you might want as many titles as possible.

Support at Coinz generally worked well when I could reach someone. The live chat agents are quick and clear in their responses, and I didn’t have any issues getting the information that I required. The first time I needed help, I clicked the live chat and was instantly connected to an agent. He answered all of my questions patiently, and there was no lapse in professionalism.
The issue is that the live chat is only available during business hours. I’m used to seeing 24/7 live chat at many sweepstakes casinos, like SpinBlitz or Funrize, so having set times feels a bit more restrictive than I’d like.
