Expert verdict

Hello Millions has a lot of good points going for it and is overall a sweepstakes casino that’s worth checking out. However, there are some noticeable cons that you should be aware of before going in.

Starting with the good, Hello Millions has loads of great, ongoing promos: 10 in total, with them constantly being shifted and rotated so you always have something fresh and never need to spend a dime. This goes well with their huge library of 723 games, meaning you’ve got plenty of games with loads of free currency to play them.

The problem is Hello Millions’ somewhat disingenuous platform, which hides the fact that it’s a sweepstakes casino till after you’ve created an account. It’s an unnecessary move, and I wish Hello Millions didn’t try to trick people into thinking it was a purely social casino. This conflates with live chat only being available to paying players, pushing people to pay for something that’s free at other competitor sites.

Still, as long as you know what you’re getting into, Hello Millions has a good offering. Our Hello Millions review goes into further depth on the hidden terms, but if you’re just looking for a decent sweeps casino then you can give Hello Millions a try.

State differences

Thanks to being a sweeps casino, Hello Millions is available in 42 U.S. states. Hello Millions has however identified seven ‘prohibited territories’ where the site is not available. These states are Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington.

Residents in New York and Florida have a limit on the maximum amount of Sweeps Coins they can withdraw for prizes, which is limited to a prize value of $5,000 per spin or play round. Residents of other states are instead limited to a prize value of $10,000 per day.

No other state differences exist, with the rest of the site offering being the same across all available states.

How does Hello Millions social casino work?

Hello Millions is a play-for-fun sweepstakes casino that uses two types of virtual currency — Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Both types of coins can be earned through promotions, from paid packages, through mail-in requests, or won through casino games.

GC can only be used at Hello Millions, and has no value other than to serve as an entry fee for the casino games. SC can be redeemed for cash prizes, but only the SC won through gameplay.

Eligible SC can be redeemed at a value of 1SC to $1, for either gift cards or as a cash prize. Players can make one redemption request every 48 hours, and redemption can take up to 10 days to be processed.

Hello Millions welcome bonus — 15,000 GC + 2.5 SC

Newcomers to Hello Millions social casino benefit from a 15,000 GC and 2.5 SC no-purchase welcome bonus, that is immediately credited to you upon verification of your account. First-timers will also get 20 free SC spins on the Big Bass Bonanza slot.

Players will also get 150% extra GC and SC on the first purchase of the $9.99 payment package, and 33% extra GC and SC on the first purchase of the $74.99 payment package. This isn’t the only payment promo available, with the $49.99 payment package offering 10 free spins.

As for ongoing casino promos, there are three different jackpot races, a lucky draw, and a ‘spins and wins’ tournament to take advantage of. All of these operate the same way, with different slots being eligible for different promos. If you spin an eligible slot, you can choose to opt in to the relevant promo, and have a chance to be drawn for even more GC and SC wins.

Hello Millions also gives you a referral link that you can use to refer friends. If friends sign up from your referral link, you’ll get 30,000 GC and 15 SC if they make purchases valued over $30, and a further 100,000 GC and 50 SC if they make purchases valued over $500.

Finally, Hello Millions regularly posts social media competitions on their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok pages. Follow their pages and complete the competition to win some extra GC and SC.

Bonus rating

88/100 Great three-part welcome bonus with hidden terms
  • Five ongoing draws
  • Three-part welcome bonus
  • No VIP program
  • Sweeps terms hidden for non-account holders

The bonus offering at Hello Millions casino is excellent. With five ongoing jackpot races, free slot spins, payment promos, refer-a-friend, social media competitions, a daily login bonus, and the welcome bonus, this is by far one of the biggest bonus offerings I’ve ever seen.

For context, WOW Vegas, one of our highest-rated sweeps casinos, has seven ongoing promos which is nowhere close to the 10 ongoing promos found here.

So why then is Hello Millions rated lower than WOW Vegas for bonuses? To put it simply, the hidden terms leave a bad taste in my mouth. If you’re not an account holder, all the SC terms will be hidden, and most promos won’t even be visible at all. It’s a disingenuous tactic that spoils an otherwise great offering.

It also doesn’t help that Hello Millions doesn’t have a VIP program, a staple of most sweeps casinos. Still, once you have an account, the terms are all visible and the promos themselves are all great, so you should have a solid supply of GC and SC every day.

723 games available at Hello Millions

Hello Millions offers 723 different casino games, with more being added every week. This includes 705 slots, 14 jackpots, and four live social games.

Hello Millions also offers three exclusive games, with more exclusive GC games added for paying players. No free demos are offered for any of the games, though there are low minimum GC and SC entry fees of 70 and 0.2 respectively.

From the four live social games offered there are two roulette games, one blackjack game, and one baccarat game. They’re available to play 24/7, though have much higher entry fees. The roulette games have a minimum entry fee of 1,000 GC or 0.5 SC, and the blackjack and baccarat games have a minimum entry fee of 2,000 GC or 1 SC.

Games rating

91/100 Loads of games, though lacking in variation
  • Low minimum entry fees
  • Live social casino
  • No table games
  • No scratch cards, bingo, or keno

The games offering is massive, with over 700 games. Most sweepstake casinos, such as Sweeptastic casino, come in at the 600+ range.

Where Hello Millions falls a bit behind is in its variety. The previously mentioned Sweeptastic also has a variety of table games, as well as bingo and scratch cards, all of which Hello Millions is missing.

Still, if it’s slots you want, then Hello Millions is the place for you. It’s also nice to see live social games, which is quite rare in the sweeps casino scene. Add in the fact that lots of games have game-specific bonuses tied to them and some are exclusive to the site, and you end up with one truly impressive game library.

Hello Millions’ 18 casino software providers

Hello Millions has 18 different software providers on its platform. These include big-name providers such as NetEnt and Pragmatic Play, smaller providers such as Slotmill and Swintt, and one live software provider BETER Live.

Software rating

100/100 A perfect offering
  • Bespoke and live software
  • Feature-rich software
  • No download required
  • None

I think the name Hello Millions might refer to their software providers, cause the list is neverending! Sportzino casino comes close at 12 providers, but even then that’s only two-thirds of Hello Millions and Sportzino has no live providers.

The software is feature-rich and runs great, which is no surprise when you see big names like NetEnt backing Hello Millions up. This also means popular slot games such as Gates of Olympus are also available on the site.

Honestly, I don’t have a single negative thing to say here. Well done to Hello Millions on this one, they really picked well especially since software providers are not cheap.

Four transaction methods at Hello Millions

There are four transaction methods at Hello Millions. Two methods, VISA and Mastercard, can be used for purchases. For cash prize redemptions, players can use four methods — VISA, Mastercard, bank transfer, and gift cards. Purchases are processed instantly, while redemptions can take between 4-10 days to be processed.

Payments rating

70/100 Very few options available
  • Low minimum limits
  • No operator fees
  • No e-wallets
  • Long redemption times

Only four payment methods is not great for a social casino, especially when you consider only two of them are available for purchases.

High 5 Casino has six payment methods, all of which are available for purchases and redemptions. The large number isn’t just for show — it shows that popular payment providers trust you and adds a layer of safety.

It also gives your players a bit of choice in how to handle their cash. If you’re a VISA or Mastercard holder then you’re sorted, but everyone else is stuck. This especially sucks when there are games and support features exclusive to paying customers, so Hello Millions should be making payments easier for the player.

Hello Millions’ safety features

Hello Millions is a safe sweeps casino that protects your information through 256-bit SSL with RSA encryption. Before playing players will need to confirm their email, in order to further protect their account.

Safety rating

70/100 A safe but disingenuous casino
  • SSL encryption
  • Hidden sweeps terms
  • Few RG tools
  • No two-factor authentification

We’re a long way from Golden Hearts Games‘ impressive safety offering, which had elliptic-curve cryptography, two-factor authentication, and its own RG platform. Hello Millions has none of these things on display.

To be fair, Hello Millions is safe, with a strong 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your information safe. It also has some RG tools like purchase limits and self-exclusion, though tools like gameplay limits are missing.

What rubs me the wrong way is the attempt to hide sweeps information from non-account holders. People just browsing the site are given the impression that this is a social, play-for-fun casino, only to find a whole sweeps section upon creating an account. This is, at best, a disingenuous portrayal of Hello Million’s site that needs to be remedied immediately.

Customer support at Hello Millions

Hello Millions social casino offers 24/7 customer support through its email support team. There is also live chat and phone support, though live chat is only for paying customers and phone support is only for payment inquiries.

Those who wish to solve the problem by themselves can use the FAQ and help center accessible by clicking the ‘Help’ button on the left sidebar menu, or by clicking ‘Customer Support’ on the site’s footer.

Email support took a while to get a response, just over 2 hours. Responses though were clear and detailed with all the information clearly laid out.

Support rating

82/100 Plenty of options, with with plenty of caveats
  • 24/7 support
  • Clear and detailed answers
  • Live chat only for paying players
  • Phone only for payment inquiries

I have mixed feelings about the support systems present at Hello Millions casino. On the one hand, it’s nice to have so many available, but on the other hand most of these options have a BUT attached to them.

You can use live chat BUT it’s for paying players only. You can use phone support BUT it’s for payment inquiries only. You can use emails BUT the answers will take a long time to arrive.

It’s too many caveats to what should otherwise be an impressive offering. A lot of sites, like Luckyland Slots, don’t even have live or phone support, so this should be a slam dunk for Hello Millions. I do hope they can at least get faster email responses in the future.

Hello Millions’ sweeps platform

Hello Millions features a white, red, and yellow color scheme that’s clear, highlights all the buttons, and is easy to understand. Its exhaustive filtering system lets you filter by game type, features, and providers. You can also use the search bar to jump to the slot you want, and you can favorite slots to find them more easily later.

Hello Millions homepage on two mobile devices

There is no Hello Millions app, though the site does work through the mobile browser with all the games available. Hello Millions casino runs fast with no glitches on both desktop and mobile.

All of Hello Millions tabs and information concerning its sweeps rules are hidden from non-account holders who are browsing the site. This includes sweeps information on the promos page, or how the sweeps rules work in the footer. To access these terms, you’ll need to create an account with the site.

Usability rating

75/100 A good if flawed platform
  • Exhaustive filtering options
  • Favorite tab for slots
  • Hidden terms
  • No mobile app

I sound like a broken record at this point, but the hidden sweeps terms do bother me quite a lot. I’ve made sure to lay out all the sweeps terms in this Hello Millions casino review, but all of this should have been available on the site from the start.

The good news is that the platform itself is genuinely great. The bright red does get a bit jarring sometimes, but it helps to highlight all the different filters and tabs. You’ll need it; there’s a ton of filters to go through, which helps get you right to the games you want to play.

There’s sadly no mobile app, but Hello Millions runs well on mobile browsers so I wouldn’t worry too much about it. All of the games are available as well, so you can have fun playing on the go.
