Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer in Ontario, Canada. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of the last update, but may be subject to change as the operator’s offer expands.
Expert verdict
Pinnacle has carved out a particular niche for itself by combining over 1,000 casino games from trusted providers with a full-featured sportsbook; something I have rarely found done this well in Ontario.
Unlike some other Ontario casinos that bombard me with pop-ups and endless promos, Pinnacle feels focused on the essentials: a solid game library, fast payments, and a sportsbook in one platform. When I want to jump from a round of slots to betting on a Leafs game, Pinnacle lets me do it without opening a new window or app.
Its live dealer lobby could be expanded, though it has the advantage of being powered by two live casino providers, unusual for Ontario. Players should also take note of the minimum withdrawal fee on all methods, so best to combine your winnings before cashing out.
If you’re someone who likes to mix casino and sports betting, or you simply want a good selection of games from top providers like Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming, Pinnacle is well worth a look.
Pinnacle’s games selection
The Pinnacle Casino games library has about 1,000 games, including more than 600 slots, 11 table games, and a live casino lobby with 37 streams.
On the slots side, players can find favourites like Wanted Dead or a Wild and RIP City. These sit alongside big-name titles like Immortal Romance II and Sugar Rush 1000. The slots lobby includes 15 Megaways releases too, which players can turn to for higher variance.

Games rating
- 1,000+ games
- Jackpots, Megaways, and crash titles
- High-stakes limits available at live tables
- Only 37 live dealer games
- No exclusive content
- Some niche games missing
I always find something that suits my mood, whether it’s a quick spin on Wanted Dead or a Wild or chasing a jackpot on Immortal Romance II. The slots library feels varied enough that I rarely repeat the same games unless I want to. 1,000+ games is slightly above the market average, though it doesn’t compare to the likes of Horseshoe Online Casino, which has double the number of games.
The live casino catalogue only has 37 options, but the tables there accept higher stakes than many Ontario sites (C$10,000 for blackjack, C$5,000 baccarat and roulette). Poker players can choose from two live tables. If I’m looking for a more impressive live selection, I’d turn to Betano instead, which offers over 420+ live tables.
Software providers at Pinnacle
Pinnacle sticks to a carefully chosen lineup of software providers. Trusted developers like Games Global, Pragmatic Play, and Relax Gaming are represented, while more niche providers like Red Rake Gaming round out the software for the 1,000+ titles in the games library. The live casino hosts 37 titles from Pragmatic Play and BetGames.

Software rating
- Two live software providers
- Large number of games
- No downloads required
- Only eight game providers
I liked that some of the top game providers are well-represented at Pinnacle, but it could do with a bit more variety. At only eight software providers, the selection is bound to be missing some popular picks. Somewhere between 15-20 providers would be more in line with what I’d expect to see at a well-rounded casino. If having a large selection of developers is important to you, I’d recommend playing at Betsafe, whose games are powered by a staggering 120 software providers.
But I seldom see an Ontario casino offering more than one live provider, so having two is definitely a strength. For comparison, Yukon Gold and High Flyer have no live tables at all.
Fast and reliable payments
Pinnacle Casino Ontario offers a range of popular payment methods, including Interac, Visa and Mastercard, Instadebit, and MuchBetter. Players can choose to deposit and withdraw with 13 payment methods, including cryptocurrency like Bitcoin and Litecoin.
Minimum deposits start at C$15 for methods like MuchBetter, Instadebit, and Bitcoin, with Payz and Instant Banking minimums on the higher end at C$50. If you’re using cryptocurrency Tether, you’ll need to deposit at least C$610 — but this also gives you the highest deposit and withdrawal limits at C$125,000 if you’re a high roller or if you win big.

Payments rating
- 13 payment methods
- Quick deposits and same-day withdrawals
- High max. withdrawals with Tether
- Min. C$5 withdrawal fee
- High min. withdrawals
I’ve used both Interac and Visa on Pinnacle, and deposits cleared without any delay. Withdrawals were also efficient. My visa payout reached my account on the same day, though exact times can vary depending on your bank. Interac took closer to 24 hours, but that’s still reasonable.
You won’t lack for payment methods with 13 options, though depending on which one you choose, they come with very different transaction limits and fees. Minimum withdrawals hover between C$10 to C$25 and up to C$610 (for Tether), which is slightly higher when considering other casinos like Conquestador have minimum withdrawals of C$20. For example, if you’re using Payz, you’ll need to build up a balance of C$50 first.
Another thing to be aware of is the minimum C$5 withdrawal fee (higher depending on the payment method). It isn’t a huge issue if you’re cashing out larger amounts, but it does make smaller, more frequent withdrawals less appealing. Instadebit is probably your best bet if your payout is less than C$20,000, as it has the lowest fee and lowest minimum withdrawal.

- Some negative reviews on Trustpilot
Is Pinnacle legit? From my own experience, yes. The AGCO and iGO licences guarantee that the casino is regulated in Ontario. Verification when I first joined was simple and gave me peace of mind that accounts are properly checked. Pinnacle does have a few negative reviews on Trustpilot, though these seem to primarily relate to confusion around withdrawal minimums on the sports betting site, rather than on the casino.
The site also prominently promotes Connex Ontario, which shows they take responsible gambling seriously. I’ve used the deposit and session limit tools, and they were easy to set up from my account page.
I was also impressed that Pinnacle has its own Responsible Gaming Team dedicated to helping players by monitoring those who might be experiencing gambling-related harm. For me, this is a mark of a safe online casino.
Customer support at Pinnacle
The main support channels are live chat and email, both available 24/7. Support is offered in English and Chinese, but not French. A help centre covers a broad range of topics such as payments, live betting, responsible gaming and security. There’s no support phone number currently listed.

- 24/7 live chat and email

- Knowledgeable agents with fast replies
- No phone support
- No French support
When I tested live chat with a withdrawal question, I was connected in under three minutes and got a clear, personal response without the usual copy-paste answers. Email was less reliable and my most recent message took more than a day to get a reply.
I appreciate that help is available 24/7, even late at night when I’ve needed it. The only thing missing for me is phone support, but chat has been good enough that I don’t miss it much.
FAQs are covered in a help centre that should address most players’ questions: it’s well-organized, comprehensive, and clearly accessible on the main page.
Usability and player experience
Pinnacle casino has a clean dark theme that feels aesthetically modern. As expected from an operator with a strong presence in sports betting, that’s the first option available in the top menu, and from there players can switch between casino and live casino.
Games are organized by categories like new, popular, and themed slots. Software providers are given prominent billing on each game, as well as having their own sticky section on the side and being a filter option within individual game categories.

Players can also find live casino games by what’s currently popular. The most common live game types have their own categories: roulette, blackjack, poker, Baccarat, and even game shows.

Usability rating
- Streamlined, clutter-free design
- Intuitive navigation categories
- No mobile app
- Game selections slow to load
For me, the clean design is one of Pinnacle’s biggest strengths. It feels like a site built by people who actually play. Switching between casino and sportsbook takes one click, and I’ve never lost my spot mid-session.
On mobile, the browser version works just as well. I’ve played RIP City on my phone while commuting and didn’t notice any lag. The site adjusts smoothly to different screen sizes, and menus stay consistent. The only area which could be optimized is in loading times when navigating between game categories. Especially when loading a large selection like slots, there was a noticeable delay of a few seconds before I could see all titles.
I loved that games are organized in such a software-centric way because it makes it easy to find old favourites, but also to discover new ones by my preferred provider.
