Baba casino review
This Baba sweepstakes casino review will take a closer look at how Baba casino works, its more than 300 games powered by leading software developers like Pragmatic Play. I’ll also take a closer look at aspects like Baba’s welcome bonus, payment methods, and customer support. Let’s get started.
- Four unique in-house slots
- Instant-access VIP program
- Simple, mobile-friendly design
- Small 300-game library
- Only 3 payment methods
- No live chat or phone support
Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.
Expert verdict
For a sweepstakes casino that launched in November 2024, Baba gets a lot of things right. For instance, the daily login bonus, rewarding you with up to 42,000 GC and 5.5 SC over seven days, is impressive by any standards. While the game lobby consists of just 300+ games, the availability of Pragmatic Play and RubyPlay slots is definitely a good start.
That said, Baba does have some pitfalls, too. Other sweepstakes brands, like Spinfinite, have a similar number of games in their lobbies but a longer list of well-known software developers, say just over a dozen.
Additionally, having just three payment methods is not great, so this is something they should really work on, especially adding speedy payment methods like cryptocurrency and e-wallets.
They could also work on implementing a live-chat facility or perhaps a direct phone line, so players can get swift responses and continue with their gameplay.
Overall, my opinion is that Baba sweepstakes casino is a decent option if you enjoy playing unique slots and live dealer games, as well as taking advantage of rewarding daily credits.
State differences
Baba is legal in 28 US states. That means if you reside in any of the following 22 states, you won’t be able to sign up: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia.
Residents in Florida are limited to a maximum redemption value of 5,000 SC due to state laws.
How does Baba casino work?
Baba Casino operates with two types of virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). They provide free GC and SC upon sign-up, and also through ongoing bonuses and promotions. GC purchases are optional, and usually come with free SC, as SC cannot be purchased.
You’re free to play games using either of these two virtual currencies, but keep in mind that GCs are non-redeemable, as they have no real-world value. SC, on the other hand, is redeemable, and one SC is equivalent to one US dollar.
When it comes to redeeming SC, you need to accumulate at least 50 for gift cards and play through it 1x, while you’ll need 100 SC to request a cash prize redemption. The same playthrough requirement applies to cash prizes.
Bonuses at Baba casino
After you complete Baba’s simple sign-up process, you receive 500,000 GC and two SC, and thereafter, you’re free to take advantage of Baba’s daily credits, which reward you with anywhere between 1,000 GC and 0.5 SC to 20,000 GC and two SC every day. So, over seven days, you can accumulate 42,000 GC plus 5.5 SC simply by logging in every day.
Baba has a VIP program that you are automatically enrolled in as soon as you sign up. As you move up the tiers in the VIP program, you’ll receive automatic perks, such as free coins and exclusive bonus offers.
Another way to get your hands on free SC is to send a mail-in request card for four free SC. As per Baba’s “Sweeps Rules,” these are the steps you need to follow:

Baba is currently offering a first-purchase bonus, which includes the following packages. Please note that with each GC purchase, you receive free SC as well:
- 1,200,000 GC + 30 SC for $24.99
- 3,600,000 GC + 60 SC for $49.99
- 10,800,000 GC + 121.20 SC for $99.99
I did not come across a referral bonus during this Baba Casino review.
Bonus rating
- Instant-access VIP program
- 42,000 GC + 5 SC daily credit over 7 days
- Only 2 SC with welcome offer
- No referral bonus
Baba Casino has one of the best daily bonuses I’ve seen from a new sweeps contender. McLuck, for example, has been around for approximately two years, and their daily longer login bonus credits you with 2,500 GC + 0.25 SC, which is a far cry from Baba’s up to 20,000 GC + 2 SC per day.
The mail-in request for four SC is also quite good for a new sweeps casino, considering other brands like RealPrize only offer one SC per handwritten mail-in request.
Baba’s 500,000 GC awarded at sign-up is pretty decent, but two SC is rather low compared to LuckyLand Slots’ 10 SC free upon registration.
The first-purchase deals are a nice touch; however, I think the brand could look at adding more SC to make the packages worthwhile. There are no referral bonuses, which means no way to obtain SC by referring family and friends. Hopefully, Baba will look at implementing one soon.
Overall, Baba offers a decent amount of bonuses and adequate value as well, considering they haven’t even been around for a complete year.
300+ games at Baba casino
Baba Casino has a 300-plus curated game roster, mainly comprising slots. Popular titles include Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus, Starburst, and Floating Dragon Megaways. I identified more than 10 jackpot titles here, like Diamond Explosion 7s. Sought-after Megaways titles include The Dog House Megaways and Mustang Gold Megaways.
Return to player (RTP) averages between 95% and 96%, and there’s a mix of low, medium, and high volatility titles. You can spin the reels with as little as 0.10 SC or 100 GC.

I came across four live dealer titles, which are Gravity Blackjack, Live European Roulette, Live Blackjack, and Live Baccarat. Baba sweepstakes casino does not have a selection of table games, niche games, or arcade games, so as it stands, you’ll have access to slots and a small selection of live dealer games.
Game types
Games rating
- Small but curated slots library
- Exclusive in-house slot titles
- Strong jackpot and Megaways selection
- Only 4 live dealer games
- No table or niche game options
Baba’s gaming lobby, consisting of just over 300 games, consists of well-chosen titles, but still seems quite limited, considering newer sweepstakes casinos like SpeedSweeps, launched in March 2025, kick off with 1,500 games.
I like the fact that, for a new sweeps brand, they’ve already got four exclusive titles for players to try out. RTPs on slots are quite good, sitting between 95% and 96%, and the choice of low to high-volatility slots just adds more flexibility to your gameplay.
Overall, while there’s a small selection of live dealer games and a lack of niche gaming options, with a nice selection of jackpots and Megaways, plus low minimum entry spins, I feel Baba is off to a good start.
Software providers for Baba casino
Baba Casino has five software developers, which are Spinomenal, Pragmatic Play, RubyPlay, ICONIC21, and Baba Entertainment. One of the top software developers is Pragmatic Play, sought after not just by sweeps casinos, but real-money online casinos as well.
RubyPlay is another software developer that stands out and is known for its diverse range of themes, as well as special features like interactive bonus rounds.

Software rating
- Pragmatic Play on board
- Advanced mechanics like Megaways
- Bespoke software
- Only 5 providers
- Missing major names like NetEnt, Playtech
Baba’s collection of software developers is small, but they do make use of top studios like Pragmatic Play, RubyPlay, and Spinomenal, which ensures games are of the highest quality and run smoothly.
The fact that they have four in-house titles that you won’t find anywhere else adds to their appeal. That said, there are only five developers in total, plus no niche or arcade games, so the overall choice is much smaller than on many other sweep brands, like SpeedSweeps, offering 40 software providers in total.
Overall, if you’re looking for a tight, reliable mix of quality slots as well as a few live table games, then Baba is a good choice; however, if you want a huge gaming library with lots of table game options as well as niche games, then playing on Baba may feel limited.
Baba casino’s payment options
Baba sweepstakes casino offers three payment methods, which are VISA, MasterCard, and bank transfer. When making purchases, you’re free to do so using VISA and MasterCard.
When it comes to redeeming SC in the form of cash prizes, bank transfer is the only available option. You’ll need to accumulate 100 SC, and meet the 1x playthrough requirement to qualify for redemption.
Cash prize redemptions take anywhere between three to ten business days to reflect. That said, according to support, if your ID is already verified, then this brings the redemption time down to five days.
If you prefer gift card redemptions, you’ll need to accumulate 50 SC, play them through 1x, and wait anywhere between one to three business days for your gift card to arrive.

Average purchase time | Instant |

Minimum prize redemption | 50 SC (gift cards) 100 SC (cash) |
Average prize-redemption time | 3–10 days |
Some other points to note are that Baba imposes a limit of one redemption request per day, and each redemption is capped at 10,000 SC, which is equivalent to $10,000.
So, in the event your cash prize is larger than that amount, you must redeem your winnings in 10,000-SC increments, as long as it doesn’t exceed the monthly cap of 100,000 SC. Baba doesn’t currently offer e-wallets or cryptocurrencies that you can use for purchases or redemptions.
Payments rating
- Bank transfer for cash redemptions
- 1–3 days for gift-card redemptions
- 100,000 SC monthly redemption cap
- No e-wallet or crypto support
- 3–10 day processing times for cash redemptions
Here’s what Baba casino gets right in the payments department. They offer reliable and long-standing payment options, like VISA, MasterCard, and bank transfer, which are used every day, and there aren’t any hidden fees when using these options.
Now that I’ve got that out of the way, the not-so-good thing about Baba’s payments is that they only offer three payment options. The available payment methods are not only extremely limited, but there’s not even a single e-wallet option available for speedy redemptions.
Sweeps brands like WOW Vegas offer e-wallets like Trustly and Skrill, plus Apple and Google Pay to speed up cash redemptions. What’s more, cryptocurrency options allow you to receive your cash prize redemptions faster and also anonymously. While Baba Casino offers zero cryptocurrency options, long-standing brands like Stake.us offer more than 20 cryptos, including popular options like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin.
The lack of the above-mentioned speedy payment methods means redemptions take longer than they should. While support says that ID-verified accounts reduce waiting time to around five days, it’s still on the longer side compared to Stake.us, which offers almost instant cash prize redemptions via crypto.
Is Baba casino safe?
Baba is owned and operated by Baba Entertainment, which launched in 2016. The company develops mobile games and also operates the Baba Wild Slots social casino, which is available for download on iOS and Android devices.
Baba Entertainment launched Baba Casino in November 2024 and is owned by Arin Ben Aharon and Alon Shimony. The fact that this information is disclosed is a positive sign.
Baba doesn’t have an iGaming license, and since it is a sweepstakes casino, it doesn’t need one. That said, Baba is legal in 28 US states, and to do this, it needs to comply with US sweepstakes laws.

When it comes to safety and security, Baba does not have the standard 256-bit SSL encryption for websites; however, they do have a SHA-384 security measure, which works like a signature or digital fingerprint, so that your data is still protected, thus any information you transfer, such as card numbers or passwords, cannot be edited or tampered with in any way.
Baba doesn’t display Responsible Gaming (RG) seals in their website footer, but they do have an entire page dedicated to RG. Some options available include how to identify problem gambling, how to seek help, complete with resources that you can look up and contact.
There are self-exclusion options like “Take a Break,” which allows you to exclude yourself from the site for anywhere between seven to 30 days. The other self-exclusion option, on the other hand, starts from six months, and that duration can be extended even longer.
While I came across mentions of Know Your Customer (KYC), I did not find a two-factor authentication (2FA) measure in place.
Safety rating
- Strong SHA-384 encryption
- Dedicated RG page
- Missing RG seals footer
- 2FA not available
Baba’s parent company has been around since 2016, and that definitely adds points. This sweep site has legal documents present with the automatic opt-out tools available, and licensed game providers, which is always appreciated. That said, the in-house provider, Baba Entertainment, requires RNG proof, and existing reviews on Trustpilot are outdated.
While there’s no SSL encryption, the SHA-384 encryption adds to its credibility, and so do the KYC checks; however, Baba doesn’t guarantee to implement a time and spending-limit request immediately, and their terms simply state that it takes “a reasonable amount of time.” Additionally, Baba has no industry awards or audit seals, which are all necessary trust symbols.
They could definitely take a page out of Chumba Casino’s book, as this brand contains certified RNG and audit logos in the footer and a dedicated page. Chumba also has two-factor authentication, is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, and is BBB-accredited.
Overall, if they could add the missing seals and trust symbols, and also update their reviews, most especially negative ones, this would definitely bump up the score for safety and transparency.
Customer support at Baba casino
If you have questions or queries, you can reach out to Baba’s support team via their email address at [email protected]; aside from that, there is a contact form that you can complete and wait for a support agent to reply. They also have a basic FAQ page that answers commonly asked questions.

During my Baba sweepstakes casino review, I found no live-chat facility and no direct phone contact for the support team. According to the site, email support is available 24/7. While you can connect with them on social media, you cannot use this as a support channel.
Support rating
- Simple contact form for questions
- Basic FAQ page covers common issues
- No live chat on site
- No phone support option
Baba has two contact options as it stands, which are email and a contact form; that said, while these options are supposed to be available 24/7, it doesn’t work that way on Baba. I sent two emails to customer support on different days, and I waited on average between two to six hours to get a reply from a support agent.
While they do have an FAQ page, it only answers the most basic questions, and if you have a more complex query, there is no other way to get a resolution aside from reaching out to support.
The fact that there’s no live chat or direct phone line is disappointing, considering sweeps brands like Crown Coins offer all of the above options.
In a nutshell, I don’t think that Baba’s support is bad, but I also don’t think it’s great; it’s fine if you don’t mind waiting for answers, but it’s definitely not good if you need fast help.
Baba casino’s usability
Baba casino has bright, bold visuals, and immediately after logging on to the site, you’re greeted with stacks of GC and SC chips. Additionally, colorful characters on either side of the screen, like the gold miner and Santa, lend a playful vibe.

Navigating the site is also quite easy, with the Join Now and Log In buttons clearly located at the top right corner of the screen. Due to the simple design, getting around the site is easy enough, but there aren’t any clear filters or advanced sorting options for the content available.
Baba does not have a downloadable mobile app for iOS or Android at this point. That said, the sweepstakes side translates well on mobile browsers, and what you see is simply a smaller, more compact version of the desktop site.

Baba has a simple and intuitive site design, which makes it easy to navigate. It’s also optimized to fit any screen, since it works well on both desktops and mobile browsers, even though there aren’t any downloadable mobile apps.
Baba also needs to add some clear categories and filters to the game lobby. Even though the game section is small, having clear categories and proper search bars or filters would definitely save time and make things even simpler.
