JackpotRabbit launched in late 2024 as one of the many new sweepstakes casinos on the market. It offers a generous no-purchase bonus and a growing collection of over 700 games. It’s clear the team behind it is aiming high.

But is JackpotRabbit actually worth your time? I spent around three days testing the site, playing games, claiming bonuses, and talking to customer support, so you don’t have to. In this JackpotRabbit casino review, I’ll break down everything you need to know: the pros, the drawbacks, and what sets this site apart from the rest.

Expert verdict

While JackpotRabbit gets a few big things right, it’s still finding its footing. The no-purchase welcome bonus — 175,000 GC and 3 SC — is a nice starting point, especially compared to sites like Chumba (2 SC) or Fortune Coins (1 SC). I also appreciated the 900,000 GC and 25 SC referral deal, which is one of the better ongoing promos among sweepstakes casinos right now.

Meanwhile, it’s obvious this is a newer platform. The lack of table games and any live dealer options puts it behind platforms like WOW Vegas and McLuck. There are around 700 games, all slots. The game library starts to feel a bit one-note after a while. There’s room to diversify.

What impressed me most was the $24.99 promo package that gives 875,000 GC and 50 SC. That’s over double the value of standard bundles I usually come across. On top of that, redemptions are smooth and the live chat support is fast and helpful. It isn’t always the case with newer sites.

Now, about the growing pains. The mail-in bonus is only 1 SC, which doesn’t stack up to Stake.us or Mega Dice’s 5 SC deals. The lack of a mobile app and limited marketing communication is yet another drawback for me.

So, my bottom line here is that JackpotRabbit is a solid option if you’re hunting for a good SC bonus and clean design. But if you’re after deeper variety or long-term loyalty value, it’s not there yet. I’d say give it a try for the bonus — just know its limits.

Legal states

JackpotRabbit is available in 40 US states. The minimum age to play is 18, except in states where sweepstakes casinos require players to be 21. The following states are restricted: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Note that Florida residents are limited to a 5,000 SC maximum redemption request by state law.

How JackpotRabbit casino works

JackpotRabbit uses the same sweepstakes model you’ll find at other sweepstakes casinos, meaning you won’t play with real money. Instead, you use two virtual currencies: Game Coins and Super Coins.

Game Coins are for fun only. You can win more through gameplay, but they can’t be redeemed for cash or prizes. Super Coins are where the real value lies — they work like Sweeps Coins and can be used in promotional play mode. Winnings from Super Coins are redeemable, provided you meet the 1x playthrough and have either 25 eligible SC (for gift cards) or 100 eligible SC (for cash redemptions).

Super Coins can’t be bought directly. You’ll get them through promotions, mail-ins, referral bonuses, or as part of Game Coin packages. Once logged in, you can switch between Game Coin and Super Coin mode from the top-right corner of the screen.

Playing is completely optional — you can claim the welcome and daily bonuses and test the platform without ever making a purchase.

Bonuses at JackpotRabbit

JackpotRabbit’s no-purchase welcome bonus includes 175,000 Game Coins and 3 Super Coins, awarded once players verify both their email and phone number. The site initially advertises only 125,000 GC and 1 SC. After verifying your email, you receive an extra 25,000 GC and 1 SC. Phone number verification adds another 25,000 GC and 1 SC, bringing the total to 175,000 GC and 3 SC.

A boosted first purchase bundle is also available: for $24.99, users receive 875,000 GC and 50 SC, while a $49.99 bundle awards 2,000,000 GC and 100 SC. Both deals offer a 100% bonus over standard rates.

Ongoing promos include a daily login bonus of 0.20 SC, which unlocks 10 free spins on the seventh consecutive day. The referral program grants 500,000 GC and 20 SC to the referring player, while the friend receives 400,000 GC and 5 SC after completing KYC. Note that the friend also needs to purchase Game Coins packages worth $29.99 in total to qualify.

The Magic Hat promo applies to five consecutive purchases over $9.99 and awards a 100% match randomly. A Piggy Bank feature also accumulates SC during SC-mode gameplay, which can be redeemed later.

The mail-in bonus grants 1 SC per valid entry. However, according to the site’s How It Works page, the mail-in bonus is only available to players with a zero account balance. This limitation isn’t mentioned on the official mail-in entry page, though.

Bonus rating

74/100 Solid bonus offering but stingy ongoing promos
  • 900,000 GC and 25 SC referral bonus
  • 100% match on first-purchase bundles
  • Only 1 SC via mail-in
  • Daily login deal gives 0.20 SC
  • Other promos feel low-value

I think JackpotRabbit’s bonus setup is surprisingly generous, especially considering they don’t advertise the full no-purchase offer up front. Getting 175,000 GC and 3 SC after verification puts them on level footing with some of the biggest sweepstakes casinos. That’s already a strong reason to try the site.

The $24.99 and $49.99 bundles are another win. Both effectively double your value, which isn’t something I see every day. And I have to give credit for the 900,000 GC and 25 SC referral bonus — it’s a nice one.

Not everything hit the mark, though. The mail-in bonus is just 1 SC, which feels stingy next to platforms like Stake.us that offer 5 SC. Daily login bonus of 0.20 SC is also below average — sites like McLuck offer up to 1 SC daily. And while the Piggy Bank and Magic Hat sound fun on paper, the rewards felt minimal during testing.

Still, JackpotRabbit is off to a good start on the promo front — they just need to follow through with more meaningful daily offers.

JackpotRabbit’s games

JackpotRabbit currently features over 700 games, with new titles added regularly. More than 15 were introduced during the testing period. The platform’s catalog is almost entirely made up of slot games, with no table games, live dealers, or scratch cards available.

The only alternatives include 31 jackpot slots, 8 fishing games, and 18 instant win titles such as Plinko XY and Mighty Crash. There are no progressive jackpots.

Games are organized under categories like “New,” “Hot,” and “Jackpot,” but information such as RTP, theme, and software provider is not listed in the lobby. Instead, betting limits and maximum wins can be viewed after launching each title.

Game types

Games rating

71/100 Decent for slot-lovers, not much for anyone else
  • 700+ slot games available
  • Approx. 95–96% average RTP
  • 8 fishing and 18 arcade games
  • No table or live dealer games
  • No demo mode or game info upfront

I spent a lot of time exploring JackpotRabbit’s game lobby, and it’s clear that slots are the main event here. With over 700 titles, there’s no shortage of content, and I even saw new releases pop up while testing. That’s a good sign that the catalog is actively growing.

Still, the variety isn’t where it needs to be, even for a new sweepstakes casino. There are zero table games or live dealers. I found a few fish games and some decent instant wins, but that’s as far as it goes for non-slot options.

Honestly, after a while, the lobby starts to feel repetitive. That’s less variety than platforms like WOW Vegas (900+ games) or Fortune Coins, which also include table games and scratch cards.

The lack of game details is another letdown. I couldn’t see RTP or provider names until I opened the game. The average RTP sat at around 95.5% in the games I tried, and I liked the wide bet range — a few cents up to 50 SC.

BGaming carried most of the weight here, with standouts like Tile Master and Alice WonderLuck. If the site can bring in bigger-name providers and basic games like blackjack or roulette, it’ll be a much stronger contender.

Software providers at JackpotRabbit

JackpotRabbit’s game catalog includes titles from over 12 software providers, such as BGaming, NetGame, Booming Games, Evoplay, Betsoft, Slotmill, Slotopia, 1Spin4Win, Octoplay, TaDa Gaming, Mancala, and Novomatic.

While UTech Solutions LLC operates the platform and is a registered software company, there are no proprietary or bespoke games listed on the site at this time. All games appear to be provided by third-party developers.

Software rating

76/100 Some big names, just not enough
  • 12 game providers available
  • Games from BGaming, Evoplay, NetGame
  • No bespoke software
  • Lacks top-tier studios like Pragmatic

When I first checked the JackpotRabbit lobby, I wasn’t expecting much from its smaller list of providers. But I ended up spending way more time than planned on titles like Immortal Treasures by Slotopia and The Wild Wings of Phoenix Deluxe by Booming Games. They genuinely delivered smooth gameplay and graphics.

I do think the lack of big names like Pragmatic Play or Hacksaw limits the variety a bit, especially if you’re coming from more established sweeps sites. The number of providers is on the lower end compared to newer sites like High 5 or WOW Vegas, which feature over 15 each.

I was also curious whether UTech, being a software company, had any exclusive in-house titles, but nothing in the library seems to be proprietary.

Purchase methods at JackpotRabbit

JackpotRabbit offers 11 Game Coin bundles ranging from $4.99 to $499.99. The two standout packages are promotional: the $24.99 bundle includes 875,000 GC and 50 SC, and the $49.99 bundle includes 2,000,000 GC and 100 SC. Purchases can be made using major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, or ACH online banking.

Redemptions take 3–5 business days and are capped at 500 SC per day. All Super Coins carry a 1x playthrough requirement. These promotional bundles may not always be available.

79/100 Varied options but withdrawals too restricted
  • Bundles from $4.99 to $499.99
  • 25 SC minimum for gift card redemptions

  • No crypto options
  • 500 SC daily redemption limit
  • 100 SC minimum for cash redemptions

The $24.99 and $49.99 bundles are easily the highlights here. I rarely see that kind of SC value on a first purchase — especially not 50 SC for under $25. I redeemed winnings using ACH, and the process took three days, which was faster than I expected from a new site.

The lack of PayPal was a letdown, but not a dealbreaker for me. Still, I think the $100 minimum for cash redemptions could be tough for casual players.

By comparison, WOW Vegas and High 5 Casino let you redeem gift cards with just 5 SC, while platforms such as McLuck and Pulsz typically set lower thresholds for cash redemptions, ranging from 25 to 50 SC. JackpotRabbit’s 100 SC minimum puts it at the higher end of the spectrum, which might be a hurdle for casual players.

On the bright side, I didn’t run into any weird bonus restrictions — the 1x playthrough was all that was required, and that felt fair.

Is JackpotRabbit safe?

JackpotRabbit is operated by UTech Solutions LLC. As a sweeps casino in the US, JackpotRabbit doesn’t require a gambling license, as it operates under federal sweepstakes laws.

All games are developed by known providers and are RNG-tested for fairness. The site uses 256-bit SSL encryption and requires KYC verification for redemptions.

While there are no visible Responsible Gaming (RG) tools on the site, customer support confirmed that players can request deposit limits, self-exclusion, and account closure manually. The platform launched in 2024 and has an 18+ age requirement (or 21+ in some states).

Safety rating

70/100 Ticks off the basics but far too lacking in RG tools
  • Transparent operator info available
  • SSL encryption and KYC verification
  • RNG-tested games by known providers
  • No visible RG tools
  • Still too new for reputation

JackpotRabbit ticks the main boxes when it comes to legitimacy. I looked into the operator — UTech Solutions LLC — and found that they’re registered in both Wyoming and Idaho, with clear sweepstakes compliance under US federal laws.

It’s their first casino, so naturally, there isn’t a long track record to go on, but the transparency around the company and address gave me a decent first impression.

That said, I always like to see what’s happening behind the marketing. So I went straight to live chat to ask about responsible gaming tools — and while there’s no visible RG section on the site, the rep confirmed I could set daily spending limits, take a break, or request full account closure.

I’d definitely prefer to see these tools offered in the user dashboard, but at least the functionality is there if you ask. Between that and the fact that all games come from RNG-tested providers, JackpotRabbit seems to be taking player safety seriously — even if it still has some growing to do.

Customer support at JackpotRabbit

JackpotRabbit offers live chat and email support, with no phone or FAQ options currently available. The live chat is accessible via the chat icon on the bottom right of the website and is available 24/7.

Support begins with a chatbot, but users can reach a real human agent by selecting “I am facing game issues” followed by “Other questions.” Response times are quick — during our tests, a live agent joined the chat within 2 minutes.

82/100 Responsive live chat makes up for lack of options
  • Live chat connects in 2 minutes
  • Support agents are helpful and fast
  • Email support also available
  • No FAQ section
  • No phone support option

The live chat support at JackpotRabbit was one of the more pleasant surprises I encountered. I’ve tested quite a few sweepstakes sites, and too often the chat is either slow or not particularly helpful. Here, I was chatting with a real person — not just a bot — in under two minutes. That’s rare.

I do think they could make it easier to bypass the chatbot. Unless you click the “right” path of support topics, you won’t reach a human. Once I figured out the trick (“game issues” → “other questions”), everything flowed smoothly. My agent even handled curveball questions like a pro.

That said, the absence of an FAQ page is a miss. It feels like parts of the site are still under construction, and a searchable knowledge base would really fill the gap. Still, when you’ve got a live agent ready to help within moments, you’re already ahead of the curve.

Usability of JackpotRabbit’s platform

JackpotRabbit does not offer a mobile app. The site can be accessed via mobile browsers and includes the full selection of over 700 games, promotions, and tournaments. The layout includes a black background with yellow and white text, with the main menu positioned on the right-hand side.

JackpotRabbit mobile screenshots

Games are categorized under New, Jackpot, and Fishing, and can be filtered by software provider. A “Favorites” section allows users to save preferred games.

The website lacks an FAQ page and a dedicated RG section. The promotions page provides limited explanatory text, and the advertised no-purchase bonus currently lists 125,000 GC and 1 SC instead of the full 175,000 GC and 3 SC.

Usability rating

76/100 Easy-to-use platform that needs attention to detail
  • Full suite of games on mobile
  • Favorites and provider filters
  • Well-optimized mobile layout
  • No dedicated mobile app
  • Some sections lack polish

JackpotRabbit’s site design really clicked with me. It’s clean and simple, but not boring. I liked how easy it was to navigate —everything from the game library to promos and settings is exactly where you’d expect it.

The black-and-yellow color scheme looks sharp, and the whole thing feels modern without trying too hard. I tested the mobile site across multiple devices and didn’t run into any issues. Pages loaded fast, and games ran smoothly.

I liked being able to save games to my “Favorites” list with a single tap—that kind of quality-of-life detail shows care. The provider filter was another welcome touch I don’t see often at other sweepstakes casinos.

That said, some corners of the site still feel unfinished. For example, the promotion page doesn’t explain deals in detail, and some of the bonus info is just plain wrong (it still says 125,000 GC and 1 SC instead of the actual 175,000 GC and 3 SC, as you can see in the screenshot). There’s also no mobile app or FAQ section yet. A little cleanup would take the experience from solid to excellent.
