Expert verdict
Sweet Sweeps shows a lot of promise. The design is bright, cheerful, and instantly recognizable; it’s one of the few sweepstakes casinos that actually feels unique. Although the sugary sweet aesthetic might not appeal to every player, I found it charming and very easy to use.
The game library is a clear highlight. It offers over 1,500 titles from 21 studios, giving you plenty of options. I was also impressed by the live casino, powered by Evolution and ICONIC 21; the streams are clear, dealers are professional, and there’s a decent variety of titles. You’ll also find a good selection of 25+ instant win games when you want a break from slots and tables.
Customer support was another plus. The live chat team was polite, quick to reply, and actually took the time to explain everything to me. I also appreciated how fiat and crypto are supported for banking, especially with USDC available for fast redemptions.
There are also a few areas where Sweet Sweeps could improve. For one, some of the promotions haven’t gone live yet, including the daily bonus, tournaments, and jackpots. It also doesn’t offer a VIP or loyalty program. So, promotions felt undeveloped overall to me.
The biggest issue that I had was the 2x wagering requirement. It’s double the standard that you’ll find at most sweepstakes casinos, like WOW Vegas, McLuck, or Fortune Coins. It might not seem like a massive difference, but it makes a big impact over time, especially if you’re a casual player.
State differences
Sweet Sweeps is legal in 45 states in the US. The restricted states are Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, and Nevada.
How Sweet Sweeps works
Sweet Sweeps allows you to play online games without spending real money. Because no purchase is required, the platform can legally offer its games across most US states where traditional online casinos aren’t allowed.
You use two separate currencies while playing. Gold Coins (GC) are purely for fun. You can earn them through promotions and buy them if you want more, but they don’t offer any value outside of the platform. Sweepstakes Coins (SC) can only be earned through bonuses. Once you’ve played them through twice and have collected a minimum of 60 SC, they can be redeemed for a real prize of $60.
Bonuses and loyalty at Sweet Sweeps
Once you join Sweet Sweeps, you can claim 7,500 GC and 2 SC for signing up and verifying your account through email. After this, you can complete quests to claim free GC and SC, such as playing a certain amount of SC on certain games.
There will be a daily login bonus available, but it hasn’t launched yet. Tournaments and jackpots are also set to join the platform soon.

There are a few other promos with free GC and SC. You can take advantage of the referral bonus; when someone you invite signs up and makes their first purchase, you’ll receive 50,000 GC and 5 SC. Every player also gets a birthday gift of 10,000 GC and 5 SC.
Plus, you can request 2 SC by mail; all you need to do is send a handwritten letter to Sweet Sweeps’ registered address.
When playing with SC, you can also unlock three “Sweet Spin Wheels.” Each wheel has different prizes that you can land on, including GC, SC, food vouchers, and a rare grand prize. On top of this, you can claim 15% back on net losses every day.
For your first purchase, you can choose between two packages:
- 150% bonus – Get 10,000 GC with 7.5 free SC for $4.99
- 200% bonus – Get 50,000 GC with 40 free SC for $19.99
Bonus rating
- Daily cashback
- Sweet Spin Wheels
- Unlaunched promotions
- No VIP program
The bonuses at Sweet Sweeps are decent, but not the best that I’ve come across. The sign-up offer is simple and easy enough to claim. The GC amount is on the lower side, especially when compared to competitors like Crown Coins (100,000 GC and 2 SC).
My biggest issue is that the daily bonus quest, tournaments, and jackpots still haven’t gone live. Until they do, I can’t consider it a proper benefit, especially since the platform has been around since July 2025. In particular, it’s a big disappointment that they don’t offer a daily bonus, as I consider this a standard feature at sweepstakes casinos.
What Sweet Sweeps does have is originality, with the birthday bonus, daily cashback, and Sweet Spins Wheels, which you don’t see everywhere. I liked how they’ve included other prizes (food vouchers) aside from sweeps bonuses for the wheels, too.
Overall, Sweet Sweeps puts some original spins on its promos, but it still has ground to make up before it rivals the best bonuses on the market.
Games available at Sweet Sweeps
At Sweet Sweeps, there is a library of over 1,500 games, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and instant-win titles. The bulk of the collection consists of slot titles. It’s packed with three-reels, Megaways, Hold and Wins, and Bonus Buys spread across countless themes.
Well-known hits like Wanted Dead Or A Wild and 3 Super Hot Chillies: Hold And Win are featured, alongside new launches, such as Paddy Star: Smash and Win and Mad Hit Mr. Coin. The only thing missing is a progressive jackpot category.

For the live casino, there are just under 30 titles. You’ll find classic games like roulette, baccarat, and blackjack, as well as more unique titles like Bac Bo and Fan Tan. There aren’t many game show options, with only Evolution’s Crazy Time available.
If you prefer to play non-live table games, Sweet Sweeps offers titles from Evolution’s First Person series with Sic Bo, Hilo, Blackjack, Video Poker, Top Card, and more. These RNG versions replicate the same gameplay as their live counterparts, just without having to join a live table.
Rounding things off, there are over 25 instant-win games. You can play Coins, Boxes, Plinko, and a few crash titles.

Games rating
- Familiar and new titles

- Lack of variety in table games
- Few live game shows
The game lineup at Sweet Sweeps is very strong for a new sweepstakes casino. It’s off to a great start, with over 1,500 titles, especially given that even top competitors like WOW Vegas or Stake.us max out at around 2,000 games.
The live casino is similar to what I’ve seen at other sweepstakes casinos. At McLuck, for example, you can play at around 20 tables. There are many sweepstakes casinos, like Spinfinite, that don’t even offer live dealer games. In that sense, Sweet Sweeps does better than most, even if it doesn’t seem like a lot of titles compared to a real-money casino.
If I had to be critical, I’d like it if there were more RNG table games rather than just Evolution’s First Person series. These titles look great and play well, but because they’re designed to mirror the live versions, the selection feels a bit repetitive. Adding games from a few other studios would bump it up a few points.
Overall, the game collection at Sweet Sweeps packs a punch, with a huge selection and plenty of variety, but players hoping for exclusive titles or jackpots will have to look elsewhere.
Software providers for Sweet Sweeps
At Sweet Sweeps, the library is powered by 21 studios. Big names like Booming Games, Hacksaw Gaming, and Relax Gaming offer familiar hits, while newer providers like Reel Riot and Shady Lady add a fresh mix of titles. The biggest contributors to the collection are EvoPlay (240), BGaming (189), Relax Gaming (132), and Hacksaw Gaming (119).

Evolution and ICONIC21 power the live casino. Most of the instant win games are from BGaming or Hacksaw. There aren’t any in-house or exclusive games, but there are plenty of new titles I saw that were released this year.

Software rating
- Mix of big and lesser-known providers
- Live games from Evolution and ICONIC 21
- No exclusive games
- Some big providers missing
Sweet Sweeps collaborates with an impressive mix of 21 studios. With around 1,500 games on offer, that number of providers gives you a healthy balance of different styles. The selection isn’t just limited to familiar names. Smaller providers, like Reel Riot and Shady Lady, also offer games here, adding more variety to the mix.
The live casino particularly impressed me. Evolution and ICONIC21 are the most recognized providers in the sweepstakes industry for live gaming, known for high-quality production, reliable streaming, and engaging titles.
I tested out a few of the titles, including a particularly fun session with the Lightning variants. I was consistently happy with the stream’s stability and the professionalism of the dealers.
The only criticism I have is that there aren’t any exclusive games. When I played at WOW Vegas recently, I really enjoyed exploring their lineup of in-house games; it offers a completely unique experience you won’t find anywhere else.
Payment methods accepted at Sweet Sweeps
You can buy GC using either traditional payment methods or cryptocurrencies. Players who prefer fiat options can pay with Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay from their phone.
If you’d rather use crypto, the platform supports USDC. You can choose from 8 GC packages, starting at $1.99 for 4,000 GC and going up to $499.99 for 1,500,000 GC.
To redeem a prize, you need to collect at least 60 SC and must play through each SC twice before being eligible for a redemption. Once you’ve done this, there are three options to choose from: debit card, bank transfer, or USDC.

USDC redemptions are typically handled the fastest, often being completed within a few hours. Redemptions sent to debit cards are usually processed in less than a day, while bank transfers may require two or three business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
Before redeeming any prizes, you’ll need to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify your identity. This includes submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie.

Payments rating
- Fiat and crypto banking
- 60 Sc min redemption
- 2x wagering requirement
- Only USDC for crypto
Banking at Sweet Sweeps strikes a good balance of simplicity and flexibility. You can buy GC with debit cards, mobile payment services, or USDC. It’s not the widest range of options I’ve seen, but for a new site, it’s a solid start – especially since it offers both crypto and fiat options. Top competitors, like McLuck or Crown Coins, only allow you to use fiat.
The redemption process is straightforward but could be improved. The playthrough on bonus SC is 2x, while most sweepstakes casinos, like WOW Vegas or HelloMillions, only have a 1x wagering requirement. The higher the wagering requirement, the more difficult it is to redeem your SC.
Once I did manage to clear my SC, I liked how I had three options to redeem prizes. The fact that one of them is USDC is a big benefit, as crypto-redemptions are the fastest. When I tried it out, it took only a few hours to be sent to my wallet.
Still, I’d like to see a few more crypto options added, since most crypto-sweepstakes casinos offer Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other options. There also aren’t gift card redemptions, which are common at other sweepstakes casinos like JackpotRabbit and Ace.com.
Is Sweet Sweeps safe?
Sweet Sweeps is owned and operated by Inimitable Solutions, based in Gibraltar. It works with reputable software providers whose games run on certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. All of their games are tested and verified by independent agencies.
The platform’s privacy policy states that information is kept secure and used only for verification, payments, and compliance. Sweet Sweeps uses ECDSA security technology, and the privacy policy confirms that data protection and transaction security are priorities.

There’s currently no two-factor authentication available for accounts. But there is a “Player Safety” page that covers responsible gaming. Players can set daily spending limits on GC, take breaks, or self-exclude for any period from one day to indefinitely. It also covers warning signs and links to support organizations.
Safety rating
- Built on AWS and Cloudflare
- RNG-verified games
- No 2FA
- Non-US-based company
From what I found, Sweet Sweeps seems to be a trustworthy site. It’s owned by a Gibraltar-based company, a jurisdiction known for having many iGaming operators. That said, it doesn’t offer the same level of assurance as a US-based company or those with a big portfolio of other well-known sweepstakes casinos.
When I looked for technical details about the site’s security through my browser, I was impressed to find that ECDSA technology was used, which is one of the safest encryption technologies around. In the past, I’ve noticed that more complex encryption can sometimes impact the overall speed of the site, but this wasn’t my experience with Sweet Sweeps at all.
I was surprised this wasn’t promoted more in the privacy policy, so I reached out to customer support to ask about other security details. They told me the platform is hosted on AWS and Cloudflare, both well-known providers in the industry. They also told me that there’s no two-factor authentication for accounts, although they said it’s something they plan to add in the future.
Overall, the Player Safety page is quite detailed. It has all the basic information you need if you ever require assistance with problem gaming. Although it’s not as comprehensive as sites like RealPrize, some sweepstakes casinos don’t even offer a dedicated page.
Reaching out to support at Sweet Sweeps
You can contact Sweet Sweeps customer support via live chat or email. The live chat is available around the clock and can be found under the FAQ section or the help centre. For some reason, it isn’t a hovering icon that’s always visible like you’d usually see at most other sites.

When you click on it, you simply type in your message. First, a chatbot will reply to your questions, and if that doesn’t solve it, you’ll be connected to an agent. If you prefer, you can also email them, but they may take a few hours to reply. There’s no phone number, so it’s not possible to directly speak to a rep.
Support rating
- 24/7 live chat
- Friendly and helpful agents
- No phone support
- Help tools are separated
Getting in touch with the support at Sweet Sweeps was fast and hassle-free. I found that the easiest way to receive assistance was through the live chat. Whenever I had a question, I’d simply send off a message. There were times when there was a queue, but it never took more than a couple of minutes to connect with an agent.
Every agent I spoke with was polite and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions, and it never felt like they were trying to end the conversation, unlike on other platforms I’ve used. Some sweepstakes casinos, like Gains, don’t offer live chat support. Having access to real-time help makes a big difference, especially when you run into an issue that requires immediate attention.
For common questions, I found that the FAQ, help centre, or chatbot covered them. But it would be better if this were consolidated in one area, so you don’t have to dig through each one.
I also tested out their email channel. It took them 4 hours to respond, and they didn’t fully answer my question. So, I ended up just using the live chat in the end, as it is quicker and generally more reliable for getting the information I needed.
The usability of Sweet Sweeps’ platform
Sweet Sweeps has a soft, cutesy look that is immediately memorable with pastel colours, rounded icons, and cartoon-style graphics. The overall layout is practical and well-organized, making it easy to get around.

On the left-hand side, there’s a fixed menu with all of the site’s main features. Your GC and SC balances are shown at the top beside the “Store” button for quick access. The lobby itself is also laid out clearly. You can browse by game type, provider, new, or popular. There’s also a search bar at the top to look for specific titles.

Usability rating
- Charming design and simple layout
- Fully optimized for mobile
- No dedicated app
- Limited browsing options
The design at Sweet Sweeps is one of the more distinctive ones I’ve come across. It’s bright, cute, and has a kind of charm that helps it stand out in a space where most sweepstakes casinos tend to look fairly similar. That said, I could see how the style might not be for everyone; some players might prefer a cleaner, more neutral look.
What stood out to me was how simple it was to get the hang of. There’s no learning curve; everything is laid out logically, and you can tell the usability has been prioritized over flashy features. It’s definitely a platform that I’d recommend to beginners.
That said, I would say that the organization of the games lobby could be improved somewhat. There are over 1,500 games on the site, and I still felt like I was missing out because there are only a few categories. I’d prefer specific filters by theme or other features, so I don’t have to scroll endlessly in the hopes of finding a title that seems like a good fit.
The site performed just as well on mobile as on desktop. I tested it on both iPhone and Android, and it worked perfectly. The sidebar collapses when you’re not using it, keeping the interface uncluttered on smaller screens. Games loaded quickly with no lagging, even when streaming live dealer tables.
