This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.
Expert verdict
Overall, I liked Ace.com. This is a smaller sweeps casino with strong foundations in place, namely its strong security features and its approach to RG and customer support. For newcomers to the sweeps world, this could be a good starting point.
When you sign-up, you’re given the no purchase bonus of 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC. I’ll admit I was expecting more from the sign-up bonus, and more veteran players would be disappointed. Luckily, Ace.com also has a daily login bonus, and the friend referral bonus is a stand out feature too.
As for the games, I was hoping for more here too, but what’s available isn’t bad. 460+ high-quality slot games are on the table, which is a great option for greener players. If you’re interested in live casino games, however, this isn’t the one for you.
The payment options are basic, with just debit and credit options available and only debit cards being available for redemptions. There’s also a maximum daily redemption limit of $10,000.
Ace.com is a mixed bag, since there are some aspects it’s done really well, and others where other sweeps casinos are definitely doing it better. You can still have a positive sweepstakes experience here though, which is why I think this is a good choice for newer players.
State differences
Ace.com is available in 32 states, excluding Alabama, Connecticut, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Kentucky, Georgia, Maryland, Montana, Michigan, Louisiana, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Tennessee.
For players from Florida, the maximum amount that can be redeemed per spin or per play is $5,000.
How does Ace.com casino work?
There are two virtual coins at Ace.com. These are Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC).
The GC allow you to play for fun. You can acquire them through bonuses and purchasing packages, but you can’t redeem them for a prize. This is where SC come in. SC can’t be bought, but are sometimes included as a freebie in the GC packages. When you have enough SC, you can redeem them for a gift card or cash prize.
Bonuses and loyalty at Ace.com
After signing up at Ace.com, you’re awarded a no purchase bonus of 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC. You’ll also get your daily spin on the wheel for the daily login bonus. This awards between 600 and 1,500 GC and small amounts of SC. You can win between 0.20-0.40 SC with the daily login bonus.
For new players, there are four exclusive offers on your first four purchases:
- First purchase: get 50,000 GC and 25 SC for $9.99
- Second purchase: get 80,000 GC and 30 SC for $19.99
- Third purchase: get 125,000 GC and 50 SC for $39.99
- Fourth purchase: get 250,000 GC and 100 SC for $74.99

The sweeps casino also runs its own in-house progressive jackpot, with the GC Mini, GC Minor, GC Major, and GC Grand jackpots all running at the same time. There’s no maximum win limit for any of the jackpot tiers, and they all start with these minimum seed values:
- GC Mini jackpot = 10,000 GC
- GC Minor jackpot = 200,000 GC
- GC Major jackpot = 2,000,000 GC
- GC Grand jackpot = 200,000,000 GC
All players are automatically entered into the jackpot just by playing games at the sweeps casino. A fixed rate of 0.5% per game contributes to the four jackpots, which is taken from the GC balance each time they spin on a game round.
The GC RTP of the jackpot is 50%. It can randomly trigger at any point in a game round, and the players who have won will see a jackpot animation on screen, determining which jackpot tier they’ve won. There are no SC jackpots or SC equivalents.
With the friend referral bonus, you can claim 6,000 GC and three SC when your friend makes purchases over $9.99 with their verified account.
Bonus rating
- 3 SC with referral bonus
- 4 purchase packages
- Small sign-up bonus
- No VIP club
Ace.com has a pretty decent offering when it comes to bonuses. The friend referral bonus really stood out to me, because it’s so accessible. Not only is the reward pretty good with 3 SC, but your friend only needs to make a purchase of over $9.99, which means you could get your referral reward pretty quickly.
The sweeps casino also has four purchase package deals, which work out as good value for money. 50,000GC and 25SC for just $9.99 is great, and would really boost your balance.
The 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC with the sign-up bonus is disappointing. There are bigger sweeps casinos, like WOW Vegas, that award 5SC in the sign-up bonus, However, many sweeps casinos give much higher GC bonuses, like SpinQuest which awards 100,000GC and has a daily login bonus of 10,000GC and 1SC.
The four jackpots are a cool addition, and the 0.5% contribution per game is pretty good when you consider it’s used on all four jackpots. Automatic entry might be an issue for you, but it’s a small contribution to four high-value jackpots.
Games available at Ace.com
Ace.com has 460+ games available. These are all slot games, and 120 of them are Hold and Win games. There are 13 Megaways games and no mini games. The slots available cover popular themes like sweets, Ancient Egypt, fruit, animals, and Vikings.

Games rating
- 460+ high-quality slots
- 120 Hold and Wins
- No live games
- No table games
460+ games from 31 providers is a good ratio, especially when all the games are high-quality games, with great graphics, colors, and themes.
Ace.com has a lot of Hold and Win games, which are always popular at sweeps casinos. I was holding out for more Megaways games, but 13 options is still good.
There are some big categories missing here though, primarily the live casino games and table games. Many players are looking for table games and live casino games when choosing a sweeps casino, and they’re increasingly becoming part of the standard package.
If you’re a fan of slots, Ace.com is a great choice, with Hold and Wins, Megaways, and cascading reels. If you’re looking for something with more variety, I’d suggest trying LuckyStake, which has 823 games, including 23 live games and 13 RNG table games.
Software providers for Ace.com
Ace.com works with 31 software providers. This includes providers like BetSoft, Kalamba Games, BGaming, and Habanero. 3 Oaks Gaming holds the largest share of games at the sweeps casino, with 69 titles available. Playson follows close behind with 53 games.

Software rating
- Works with key providers
- 31 software providers
- No bespoke software
- No live games provider
Not having any bespoke software isn’t that big a disadvantage to Ace.com, since it’s got so many software providers contributing to its game library. What is a big disadvantage, however, is the lack of a live games provider.
Live games at sweeps casinos are becoming the norm now, and many players will seek them out. For that reason, Ace.com is missing an important detail. Rich Sweeps, for instance, works with two live providers and is able to offer its players 70 live casino games.
On the other hand, the range of slots available is great, and that’s down to the 31 software providers Ace.com works with. I was also really pleased to find big names like 3Oaks Gaming, BGaming, BetSoft, and Habanero. It guarantees high-quality slots and many popular games.
Payment methods accepted at Ace.com
Ace.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, and Discover credit and debit cards for purchases. It doesn’t accept e-wallets or cryptocurrencies at this time. When it comes to redemptions, the available options are gift card redemptions and cash prize redemptions, which are processed using debit cards.
There’s a minimum requirement of 75 SC for cash prize redemptions, and these are processed within 3-5 days. For cash prizes, 1 SC holds the value of $1. Gift cards have a minimum redemption requirement of 10 SC and are processed instantly.
To make a redemption request, players need to have completed verification first, which can be done via your account dashboard.

Ace.com can only process one redemption request per player every 48 hours, and aims to process them as soon as possible. It can take up to 10 days to process cash prize redemptions, especially for larger payments over $2,500.
There’s a maximum redemption limit of $10,000 per day, but players who live in Florida have a maximum redemption limit of $5,000 per spin or per play round.
Payments rating
- Trusted payment methods
- 10,000 SC daily redemption limits
- Redemptions once every 48 hours
- No e-wallets or crypto
Considering how well Ace.com has been performing overall, I was a little let down by the payment options. Credit cards are the standard, don’t get me wrong, but many players nowadays are also looking for e-wallets because of their fast processing time and ease of use.
As for the redemption options, gift cards and cash prize redemptions are the industry standard and I was glad to find both of them available. The 10 SC minimum requirement for gift cards is great, as you’ll pick up 10 SC pretty quickly. The 75 SC for cash prizes, is a little high, although not the worst, as I’ve seen many sweeps casinos with a 100 SC minimum.
The minimum redemption requirement could always be lower, however. Hello Millions has a minimum redemption requirement of 50 SC, and still offers gift card redemptions for 10 SC.
Is Ace.com safe?
Ace.com has 256-bit encryption with RSA technology. On its About page, the sweeps casino explains the importance of fair play, and states that all its games work with audited RNGs.
You don’t need to verify your account to start playing, but you do need to verify it to make redemptions. You can do this via your account page, where you can upload your documents.
This involves submitting your proof of payment method, a government-issued photo ID, and your proof of address. Your proof of address is typically a document like a recent bank statement or utility bill.

Ace.com has dedicated RG page called Player Trust and Safety Controls. The page explains the importance of playing safely, and gives tips that help recognize when a gaming habit has become problematic. There are also four external professional support organizations listed: Smart Mobile Gamers, NPR, Smart Social Gamers, and Gaming Addicts Anonymous.
The RG page is also where you’ll find information on the available safety tools and where you can set them up. There are GC Spend Limits, Session Limits, Time-out, and Self-exclusion.
GC Spend Limits are set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. They’re designed to help curb your spending. The limiter is set in USD. Session Limits will control how long you play for each session. Once the daily session limit has been reached, you’ll be logged out until the next day. The session limit options one, three, six, nine, and 12 hours.
You can choose Time-outs and Self-exclusion when you need a break. A Time-out prevents you from making purchases and playing games, although you can still see your account and make redemption requests. A Time-out can last from as little as one day, up to 30 days.
Self-exclusion is more permanent. It lasts from one month up to one year, and it prevents access to your account, meaning you can’t even log in or request a redemption.
Ace.com defines itself as a social casino to non-members, and has no references to sweepstakes or SC before signing up.
Safety rating
- 4 RG tools available
- Dedicated player safety page
- Transparent about RNGs
- Hides sweepstakes from non-members
From a security perspective, Ace.com has invested in 256-bit SSL encryption, which keeps your data safe. The sweeps casino is also transparent about fairness in its games. Typically, if it’s mentioned at all, any reference to RNGs is often hidden in an FAQs section, but here, Ace.com has given it a dedicated section on the About page.
I do need to comment on the approach to non-members. From the outside, Ace.com describes itself as a social casino, and while a lot of the casino is visible when you’re not logged in, all references to sweepstakes and SC just aren’t there. They appear after you’ve signed up.
Considering the sweeps casino is so transparent elsewhere, this aspect feels a bit misleading, especially if you’re not familiar with the world of sweeps and social casinos.
As for RG, the dedicated page is clear and informative, and it’s also the place where you can set up the RG tools. I appreciate being able to get my information and set up my RG tools in the same place. It’s practical and means there aren’t any obstacles stopping players from prioritizing their safety.
The tools available are also pretty good. There was room for an additional limiter, like wager limits. A tool like that helps you to prioritize sticking to your budget.
Naturally, it’s always great to see Time-outs and Self-exclusion, as these are both essential tools and they need to be found together. If I really wanted to nitpick, I could say that Self-exclusion could have more options, instead of a maximum of one year. There are sweeps casinos that offer self-exclusion for five years.
Golden Hearts Games is a sweeps casino that’s gone a step further than that. While it has a full suite of RG tools, it’s also got a partnership with Birches Health, giving players a direct support line.
Reaching out to support at Ace.com
If you want to reach out to support, you can contact them using the ticket system or via email. Support is available 24/7, even though there isn’t a live chat system available. If you need to contact support with a payment query, you can make a phone call to +1 (424) 414-2416.
Both the ticket system and email support have a fast response time. Both times I used the ticket system, I received a response in around five minutes. With email, it was closer to 10–15 minutes. The responses I received were also detailed and informative.

Support rating
- Fast response time
- 4 support methods available
- No 24/7 live chat support
- Phone for payment inquiries only
Despite not having a live chat, Ace.com performs strongly when it comes to support, and as a result it indicates that the sweeps casino values its customers and supports them where they call for it.
My general rule of thumb is that if you don’t have a live chat, you need to have a very responsive email team, and Ace.com has this. Honestly, getting a response in five minutes via email is really impressive. Even more so when that response is detailed, clear, and gives me exactly what I was looking for. This applies to both email support and using the ticket system.
The response time of the ticket system does seem to be faster overall, but we’re talking minutes not hours here.
On top of that, there are the FAQs, which are clean, organized, and again, helpful. It’s so easy to just pull together five basic FAQs and write one-liner answers, so when a casino hasn’t done that, it stands out.
If the live chat is your preferred way of getting in touch with support, you’ll be happy with Rich Sweeps. Its live chat agents are quick to answer and happy to give plenty of detail.
The usability of Ace.com’s platform
Ace.com has a warm and welcoming design. It’s got an easy-to-read font, on a blue background, with some quirky cartoon Uncle Sam imagery. Beyond the design, the UX is cleanly mapped out, making navigation intuitive.
The sidebar menu on the left-hand side has shortcuts to major pages like your account, transaction history, the RG page, the refer a friend bonus, and different slot types.

I experienced some glitchiness when it came to the different slot types shortcuts in the sidebar menu. The full list of shortcuts available is: popular games, Hold and Win, classic, Megaways, cascading reels, slots, play the feature, and exclusive GC games.
On some pages, when I clicked the drop-down button to reveal these shortcuts, half of them had disappeared. When I tested the website on Safari, this didn’t happen, but it happened repeatedly on Google Chrome.

When I was browsing games by provider, I also noticed some of the games were missing when I went to the provider page. If you want to search for a specific game, you can use the search bar to search by game or provider.
If you click on a game, Ace.com will show you the important details before starting. This includes the minimum spin and maximum spin values for both GC and SC, the current GC jackpot value, and the slot’s volatility. It also lists the game’s features, such as the provider, the tags it falls under, and the theme.
Ace.com has a web app that you can install for quick access to the casino, but I wasn’t able to do this on any browser. You can use the sweeps casino in mobile browser, though, and you’ll have a smooth experience, with all the games available.
Usability rating
- Game information is accessible
- User-friendly navigation
- Some glitches on desktop site
- Couldn’t install the PWA
I like Ace.com’s design. I find it welcoming and it makes navigation easier, along with the user-friendly UX. I found the site very intuitive and found where I needed to go quickly.
The glitches are a little frustrating, as slot types just kept disappearing from the drop down menu, which added an obstacle for jumping to major game types like Megaways. Not being able to test out the web app was also annoying, but at least the casino works in mobile browser, so if you need to play on the go, you shouldn’t have any issues.
I really appreciated the information page that displays all you need to know about the slot before starting it. It’s transparent and arms the player with everything they need to know before starting a game, especially when you need to decide if you’re playing with GC or SC.
