Expert verdict
If you’re looking for a fun sweepstakes experience that keeps things sweet and simple, Cazino is a good option for you. It has a lot going for it. 1,000+ games, a nice welcome bonus of 20,000 LC and 20 SC, along with a 21-level loyalty program that gives regular rewards. Cazino also prioritizes player well-being by having a good selection of RG tools.
That being said, nobody’s perfect, and with Cazino, there are some areas I found disappointing. Cazino has a 3x wagering requirement on SC before they can be redeemed as a prize. To meet the requirements, the SC can only be played through on one of the listed eligible slots. This is too high for a sweepstakes and well outside of the standard.
The lackluster customer support was one of these for me. Despite saying support is available 24/7, live chat with a bot is not the way to go. It’s also limited when it comes to payment methods, with just three available, and crypto isn’t included.
If you can overlook these aspects and want a straightforward in-and-out sweepstakes experience, Cazino is worth trying out.
State differences
Cazino is available in 41 states. The exceptions are Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, and Washington. These nine states are restricted and can’t access Cazino. For players in Florida, the maximum redemption value of a prize won on one spin or play round is $5,000.
How does Cazino casino work?
Cazino is another sweepstakes casino, meaning you can sign in and play games without needing to make a purchase. Games are played using Cazino’s virtual coins, of which there are two types: Lucky Coins (LC) and Sweepstake Coins (SC).
LC are acquired through the welcome bonus, promos, and through wins made while gaming. You can also purchase additional LC through the packages available in the Coin Store. These coins can’t be exchanged for real money and don’t hold any value outside of the casino.
SC can also be acquired through the welcome bonus and promos, and sometimes are included as a free bonus in the LC packages. More SC can’t be won when playing games with LC, but only when playing with SC. The biggest difference is that SC can be redeemed for cash and prizes.
Bonuses and loyalty at Cazino
Cazino’s welcome offer is displayed on its lobby page. Newcomers receive 20,000 LC and 20 free SC. Cazino states that on signing up, you get the first 10,000 free LC. Once you’ve completed your profile, you get more LC and SC.
Cazino has regular coin giveaways, like login bonuses and regular competitions. SC can also be awarded after completing verification.

With Cazino’s Level system, you can earn rewards with each rank. There are 21 levels and every player starts out on the Wood level. To move up to the next level, Stone, you need to earn 51 points. The number of points required to move up increases with each level, and one point is earned with every spin you play in the casino. With some levels, the criteria to level up include playing your favorite games or exploring new game types.
The different levels have different rewards, with the Wood level starting off at 1,000 LC and the final level, Master, awarding 250,000 LC. Certain levels will also have Surprise Special Offers, such as exclusive promotions and personalized gaming experiences.
Bonus rating
- Exciting loyalty program
- High SC welcome bonus
- No terms given for the welcome bonus
- Expected more regular bonuses
The Level system is the strongest aspect of the bonuses section. 21 levels give players something to work for and provide consistent and regular rewards. I also appreciated that the criteria to move up a level vary sometimes, to include new challenges, like exploring other game types.
Cazino states it does this to enhance the gaming experience and make players masters who have tried and tested its whole game portfolio. It’s not a bad thing, as through that you can discover new game types, and it breaks the monotony of playing the same games over and over again.
The rewards are also really good. Just joining the casino and starting on the Wood level awards you with 1,000 LC, which is a decent prize.
When it comes to Cazino’s welcome bonus, while it’s a good offer, there are a few points that bother me. First, although Cazino states that you receive the first 10,000 LC through signing up, this wasn’t the case for me. I received the 1,000 LC from the Level system, but not my welcome bonus.
To claim the welcome bonus, you need to complete your profile. This is fine, but I felt it was misleading of Cazino to state this on its How it works page. There aren’t any terms for the welcome bonus available either, which leaves things unclear. What is clear is that a promo code isn’t required, which is a positive.
I was also expecting more frequent bonuses to be available. Cazino does mention a daily log-in bonus, also available after completing your profile, but when you look at other sweepstakes casinos like Ding Ding Ding, you can see there’s a lot of room to add more.
Ding Ding Ding has 12 ongoing promos for its players, offering a consistent stream of virtual coins.
Games available at Cazino
Cazino has over 1,000 games available, provided by well-known and reputable software providers. Slots dominate the catalogue, with hundreds available, but Cazino also offers 14 live social games. This includes six roulette games, two sic bo games, a baccarat game, three card games, and two game shows.
Part of Cazino’s game offering includes 88 Hold and Win games, which can be found in their own category. 110 games fall under the Play Feature category, which allows players to buy free spins or to trigger the bonus game using LC.

Among the categories, there’s also Megaways, which includes seven games, and Cascading games, which includes 30 games. Many of the games can be found in more than one category. Cazino also has a few mini games, like Plinko, and crash games like Aviamasters. There are even six scratchcard games.
Cazino doesn’t have a dedicated table games section, and popular games like poker and blackjack are missing from the live social games section. Demos aren’t available for any of the games.
Game types
Games rating
- 1,000+ games available
- 14 live games
- No live blackjack
- No jackpots
Cazino receives points for having a live games section. This isn’t so common among sweepstakes, so this is a plus for players who look out for live games. Cazino’s live games selection is impressive by sweepstakes standards, with 14 games available. Those 14 are mostly roulette and card games, but it’s still a strong number of live games with high-quality streaming.
The addition of more game shows would be great, but I’d rather see popular games like poker and blackjack added. Cazino doesn’t have a table games section where players could play RNG versions of these games, so there aren’t any options for fans of poker and blackjack.
Aside from the live games section, Cazino also has a super slots offering, with hundreds available. The slot themes are very same-y, so there is a lack of variety when it comes to themes and mechanics. It’s a lot of Egyptian, fruit, leprechaun, and animal themes, so players might find that excitement dries up a little.
There are a lot of Hold and Win slots, however, which is great to see as these bring a lot more to slots since they usually have more dynamic bonus features. Megaways are also great because they mix things up.
The jackpots category is totally missing from Cazino, which will disappoint some players. If you’re a player who enjoys jackpots, WOW Vegas has a dedicated jackpots section within its game library.
Software providers for Cazino
Cazino has four software providers available. These are 3Oaks Gaming, BGaming, 1spin4win, and ICONIC21. ICONIC21 is the provider for the live social games section of the casino, while the other providers cover the slots. BGaming holds the biggest share, with 140 games available. Cazino doesn’t currently have any bespoke software or original games.

Available software
Software rating
- ICONIC21 providing live games
- Works with well-known providers
- No download required
- Certain popular providers missing
- Only four providers listed
I was a bit disappointed with Cazino’s software options. Considering there are so few providers listed, Cazino still manages to have a good game library, so that is a point in its favor. Having just four software providers, however, explains the lack of variety in its selection of games.
It’s also encouraging to see ICONIC21 providing the live games section, when many competitors don’t offer that. 3Oaks, BGaming, and 1spin4win are all reputable and popular providers, too. Cazino doesn’t have any bespoke software, which tends to be popular with sweepstakes, but the good news is that you can play the games available directly on the site without the need to download.
Unfortunately, certain key providers aren’t on the list. Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming are two examples that I was hoping to find, but they don’t form part of Cazino’s offering, which is a shame, as these are found at many other popular sweepstakes.
HelloMillions is an alternative option for a sweepstake casino which has Pragmatic Play games and also has a live games section, so you won’t need to compromise.
Payment methods accepted at Cazino
When it comes to payment methods, Cazino has stuck to the classics. You can use Mastercard, VISA, or bank transfer. All three methods are available for purchases, while only bank transfers can be used for prize redemption. The sweeps casino doesn’t currently accept cryptocurrency.

Maximum purchase | Rotates |
Average purchase time | Instant |
Prize redemption | Available |
Minimum prize redemption | 100 SC |
Average prize-redemption time | 48-72 hours |
If you want to redeem a prize, you can use your SC. Cazino requires you to make a minimum redemption request of 100 SC to process a redemption. Redemption requests can be submitted at any time, as long as verification has been completed first.
Cazino’s team will process the request during normal business hours. Bank Transfer ACH payments to your bank account typically take around 1–3 business days. Cazino also states in its terms that it may take up to 30 days to process the payment of any redeemed prizes, as delays can arise during the verification process.
The maximum redemption value of a prize won on one spin or play round in Florida is $5,000. The daily limit of any player’s redemption of prizes is $9,900. There is a 3x playthrough requirement on SC, which need to be played on one of the listed Eligible Games.
Payments rating
- Reputable payment methods
- No cryptocurrencies
- No PayPal or e-wallets
- 3x playthrough requirement
This is another area of Cazino that I feel needs work. I was pleased to see reputable payment methods like VISA and Mastercard, and bank Ttansfers are the standard for redemptions, but that’s all there is. Cazino doesn’t support any e-wallets. There isn’t even PayPal. The lack of cryptocurrencies is also a shame, as it’s becoming much more popular among sweepstakes casinos to make payments through crypto.
The minimum redemption request of 100 SC is pretty steep in my opinion, as it means it could be a while till you can claim anything at all. It’s not uncommon, but there are casinos that require a minimum of 50 SC.
The 3x wagering requirement, however, is not only too high for a sweepstakes casino, but it’s unreasonable. It’s only available to play on a select list of games, which is limiting and frustrating, and above all, risks leaving you with nothing. Most sweepstakes only have a 1x wagering requirement.
A sweepstakes casino with a lower wagering requirement is Crown Coins, which has a wagering requirement of 1x and a minimum redemption value of 50 SC.
Is Cazino safe?
Cazino has an SSL 256-bit certificate for an encrypted connection, keeping data secure. Its platform is also hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform and uses many of Microsoft’s security tools.
You can start playing without verification, however, you’ll need to complete verification if you want to get more coins or redeem any coins. If verification cannot be completed, Cazino reserves the right to restrict or deactivate your account. The documents required for verification include, but aren’t limited to: photo ID, a utility bill that matches the address registered on your account, and a source of wealth or funds documentation.

When it comes to RG, Cazino has several tools available to help you set limits and control your gaming responsibly. Players can set purchase and play limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to limit the number of virtual coins they purchase and play during the chosen period.
Time limits are also available, so that players can limit the time spent logged into Cazino each day, regardless of whether the player is in a game or not. Activity check reminders can be set up, too. It doesn’t impose a limit but lets the player know how long they’ve been playing.
If a break is needed, timeouts and self-exclusion are available. Timeouts offer short breaks for a chosen period and prevent players from playing or making purchases. Self-exclusion is more long-term and is available for a minimum of 6 months, up to 5 years, or even indefinitely. Cazino also lists a series of self-assessment questions to help players recognize their gaming behaviors and provides links to external resources that can assist.
To access or activate these tools, players need to reach out to Cazino’s customer support via email, and the changes will be implemented on the account.
Safety rating
- Variety of RG tools available
- Dedicated player safety page
- RNG/fairness not mentioned
- Have to contact support to use RG tools
Cazino’s RG tools are what earn it the most points in this area. Cazino offers a great choice of RG tools for its players, offering not just one limiting option, but three. This means you can feel in control of the time and coins you spend at Cazino. Activity check reminders are also really useful to have because they can ground players in the moment.
The choice between self-exclusion and timeouts was also good to see, as it gives players the freedom to decide how much space they need from the casino. It’s not an all-or-nothing approach.
The only downside to the RG tools is that you have to contact customer support via email to activate them. Considering after one week I still hadn’t heard back from support via email, I’m not sure their team can respond in time to help players use these tools when they need them.
When it comes to technical safety, Cazino has SSL 256-bit encryption, which is pretty standard. That being said, Cazino also states on its Privacy Policy page that it cannot guarantee that your personal information won’t be intercepted by third parties, which didn’t sit right with me.
Reaching out to support at Cazino
Cazino offers 24/7 support via the live chat widget on their site. This connects you to a bot that provides brief answers to common questions, which you choose from a list provided. It’s also possible to reach out to support via email, and the help center includes a comprehensive FAQs section.

Support rating
- 24/7 support
- Organized FAQs
- Live chat is with a bot
- No phone support
- No response via email
Cazino’s customer support was one of the most frustrating aspects of this sweeps casino for me. There are three support methods available, but they come with many disclaimers.
The live chat is available 24/7, which is a plus, however it’s not operated by an agent. I tried to use it at different times and always interacted with a bot that provides scripted answers. The answers provided are also basic at best. You also can’t ask any question you want, there are set topics and questions that you can ask.
You can type your questions into the chat, but the bot continues to ask you to make a selection. There’s also no trigger word for a human agent to take over.
The email support is also lacking. I emailed support, and after seven days, I still had no answer. I did receive an answer through the contact form within a few hours, but the support team didn’t answer my question.
I reached out to ask how the welcome bonus works, but the agent told me to check out the coin packages available. It wasn’t a helpful answer because it didn’t provide any detail and didn’t focus on what I’d asked for directly.
The FAQs are structured and organized by category, so you might find more guidance there. They don’t cover everything, but they’re a good option
The usability of Cazino’s platform
Cazino keeps things simple with a clean design. The main color is a deep blue, with lighter shades of blue being used for buttons and the side menu. There are also red accents for important features, like the Get Coins button and the coin balance.
The straightforward design goes hand in hand with Cazino’s UX, which is naturally intuitive. All the major buttons are big, so they’re clearly visible, and anything else can be found below in the footer. Everything you need can be seen on first glance at the Cazino site, with the Welcome Offer displayed clearly at the top of the page, instructions for how the casino works just next to it, and below that, buttons to the level system.

Navigating the games is easy. Games are displayed in the lobby, which is the site’s homepage. You can use the search bar to look for a specific title, but you can also go through the different categories to find what you want.

When it comes to mobile, Cazino doesn’t have a mobile app that you can download but the site works well on mobile browser. The site is responsive to smaller screens, is fast, and has incorporated touchscreen technology, meaning everything is easily scrollable.
Usability rating
- 1-2s loading time
- Glitch-fre
- Terms are easy to find
- No mobile app
I have very few complaints when it comes to Cazino’s usability. The site is clean, even if the design is a little basic, and it loads quickly. The same can be said when using it in mobile browser, too. It’s responsive to a smaller screen size and adopts touchscreen capabilities well.
The lack of a mobile app might be a let down for some players, but with the way it runs in mobile browser, it shouldn’t be an issue.
Getting around and finding important elements, such as the terms and player safety page, is easy. That’s the benefit of keeping the design simple: it allows for a user-intuitive UX. What’s lacking is a bonus terms page, as the terms of Cazino’s bonuses aren’t even listed in its Terms of Use or Sweepstakes Rules.
If not having an app is a deal breaker for you, then try Pulsz. Its app is arguably the best on the sweepstakes market at the moment.
