DimeSweeps casino review
DimeSweeps was launched by WW Funcrafters JWA LLC in November 2025, making it the fourth sweeps casino from the operator of that year. It comes with a similar, strong offering: 3,000+ games, with 81 of those being live games. There are great weekly promotions like coin boosts and coin back, and support is fast, with live chat available 24/7.

Expert verdict
WW Funcrafters JWA LLC knows how to deliver a great sweeps casino. DimeSweeps is built on the same foundations as its sister casinos, which means thousands of games, quality software providers, weekly promotions, and comfortable payment options.
DimeSweeps has 3,000+ games, which is a hard number to argue with. That also includes live games, provided by two of the key live games providers in the industry. Throw in several strong bonuses like a 4 SC AMOE and you’ll have plenty of currency to try out the games available.
There’s not a lot that’s seriously wrong with DimeSweeps, but there are some small areas that could be improved. The addition of gift cards is always welcome, especially when the minimum redemption is 100 SC. What’s also missing are additional game filters that let you jump straight to your favorite games.
All in all, DimeSweeps has one of the strongest sweeps offerings on the market. It’s got everything essential covered, and then some more, making it a good choice for both greener and experienced players.
State differences
DimeSweeps is available in 36 states, which excludes Nevada, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Washington, Idaho, New York, Virginia, California, and New Jersey. The site is also unavailable for players in the Virgin Islands.
How does DimeSweeps work?
DimeSweeps has two virtual coins. These are Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstake Coins (SC). Both can be used in the sweeps casino, but they operate differently.
GCs are used like tokens to play games for free. There’s no need to purchase them because they’re typically awarded in bonuses, giveaways, and other promotions. You can buy them in purchase packs if you want to, though.
SCs can’t be purchased. They’re often included as a freebie in purchase packs and come as part of bonuses, giveaways, and promotions. You can, however, redeem your SCs for a cash prize. Your SCs need to be played through slots at least once to convert them to RSCs, which you can then redeem for a cash prize. The minimum redemption amount is 100 SC.
Bonuses and loyalty at DimeSweeps
New players at DimeSweeps are given a welcome bonus of 50,000 GC and 1 SC. This is awarded on signing up, so you can start playing without making any purchases. There’s also a daily wheel spin for further GC and SC.
Players can also get a bonus of up to 200% on their first purchase. There are three purchase packages to choose one:
- $9.99: Get 30 SC + 10,000 GC
- $24.99: Get 50 SC + 25,000 GC
- $49.99: Get 65 SC + 50,000 GC

DimeSweeps has weekly promotions like coin boosts and coinback that players can claim. There’s the Tuesday 10% coin boost, Thursday 15% coin boost, and the 20% coin boost on Sunday.
With each of these you need to make a purchase on the day of the promotion and you’ll receive the extra coins to boost the value of your package. The three coin promotions award up to 10 extra SC each. The Friday coinback promotion will award you with up to 15% coinback of your gameplay in SC.
If you made a purchase but didn’t have any wins on your spins, you can contact the customer support team for the Unlucky Bonus. The support team will review your account and give you a special boost.
There’s also the friend referral bonus. Send your referral link to a friend, and you’ll receive weekly commission based on their gameplay. For additional coins, you can check out DimeSweeps’ social media accounts for giveaways and coin drops. The AMOE is also available. This will award verified players 4 SC per mail in entry.
Lastly, there’s the VIP club. This is done via the Telegram channel. With your VIP manager, you’ll get custom promotions, secret bonus drops, priority support, enhanced coinbacks, and VIP events. To join, you need to contact DimeSweeps’ customer support and ask to apply for VIP access.
Bonus rating
- Weekly package boosts
- High GC welcome bonus
- Choice of three welcome packs
- Only 1 SC given with welcome bonus
DimeSweeps is on par with its sister casinos, SpeedSweeps, Rich Sweeps, and SweepsRoyal, when it comes to bonuses. There are attractive weekly promotions alongside what you typically expect to find at a sweeps casino: friend referrals, AMOE, and VIP club.
The three coin boosts and the coinback promotions are the highlights of the bonus section for DimeSweeps. They’re a unique bonus format only found at WW Funcrafters JWA LLC sweeps casinos, and they can make quite an impact on your purchases.
The welcome bonus is the same as the other three sweeps casinos, too, and for that reason, it’s equally positive and disappointing. In short: 50,000 GC is great, 1 SC isn’t. With a minimum redemption value of 100 SC, it will take you a long time to get there without buying any purchase packs, and even then.
As a comparison, Ace.com awards new players with 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC.
Games available at DimeSweeps
DimeSweeps has over 3,000 games available in its casino. Its collection includes slots, table games, fish games, a live casino section, and some mini games.
The slots make up the largest share of the games, with 2,800+ and counting. DimeSweeps’ slot collection includes popular games like Wanted Dead or A Wild, Gonzo’s Quest, and Super Strike. The main filters for slots are buffalo slots, joker slots, and sweet slots.
There are 102 Hold and Win slots and 33 Megaways games. As for table games, there are eight available, which include RNG options for roulette, baccarat, blackjack, MahJong, and poker. There’s also a Video Poker game.
The fish games filter has 30 games. Many of these come from the popular software developer KA Gaming, with games like KA Fish Hunter, King Octopus, and Deep Fishing.

Games rating
- 3,000+ games available
- 81 live casino games
- No exclusive games
- Only 8 table games
DimeSweeps has over 3,000 games, which is pretty above average when it comes to sweeps casinos. Spree has half of that, and WOW Vegas has just over 1,000.
What’s great is the variety available, too. DimeSweeps has a nice selection of slot games, with Megaways and Hold and Wins both widely available, along with other games like mini games and fish tables.
So far, so good. In general, there’s very little to fault DimeSweeps on, except for the lack of exclusive games and the limited number of RNG table games. With just eight table games, there isn’t much choice. Fortunately, the live casino section has 81 games, offering a lot more variety that even includes a poker table.
Software providers for DimeSweeps
DimeSweeps works with 34 software providers. This includes providers like Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, and 3 Oaks Gaming. There’s also KA Gaming, which provides the fish tables.
Thanks to partnering with NetEnt, players can enjoy popular series like the Starburst slot series and Jack Hammer. Hacksaw Games has the largest share of the games, with 173 of its catalogue currently available.

Software rating
- 34 providers
- Two live games providers
- Works with key providers like NetEnt
- No bespoke software
DimeSweeps is almost faultless when it comes to software providers. There’s always room for more, but what’s available here is good. 34 providers at a sweeps casino is excellent, especially when it allows for so much variety, like we can see at DimeSweeps.
I was also happy to find two live games providers. ICONIC21 is popular at sweeps casinos, but working with Evolution means DimeSweeps can provide its players with a great range of game shows.
Yeah there isn’t any bespoke software, though there’s enough going on here that you won’t really need it.

Only cash prize redemptions are available at DimeSweeps. You can use Visa and Mastercard debit cards, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers. Debit card redemptions take up to 24 hours, cryptocurrencies are instant, while bank transfers can take 3-7 days. DimeSweeps can take up to 10 days for processing, and cash prizes of $600 or more can take longer.
To redeem your SCs, you need to have played them through the sweeps casino at least once to convert them into RSCs. Playthrough only applies to slots. The minimum redemption amount is 100 SC, and your account needs to be fully verified before requesting a redemption.
DimeSweeps has 10 coin packages available. The smallest pack costs $5.99 and credits your balance with 6,000 GC and 6 free SC. The largest pack is worth $999.99. This will credit you with 1 million GC and 1,000 free SC.
There’s also the option to purchase a custom package. Enter how many SC you’d like to get, and the calculator will tell you the respective number of GC you’ll get with it. At the bottom, you’ll find the price for your custom package.

Payments rating
- $999 package for high rollers
- 20 cryptocurrencies available
- Option for a customizable coin package
- Playthrough only applies to slots
I have few complaints with the payment offer, though the redemption limit is one of them. 100 SC is high, and when the welcome bonus only gives you 1 SC, you can see how far you have to go before you can redeem anything. Hello Millions, for comparison, has a redemption minimum of just 50 SC, which is much more accessible.
I’m also not a big fan of playthrough requirements being tied only to slots. I understand lowering the wagering contribution for certain table and live games, but cutting them out altogether feels unnecessarily harsh.
Otherwise, DimeSweeps has a strong choice of payment options. There’s room for a few more e-wallets, but what’s available should serve any player just fine. Plus, the array of cryptocurrencies is pretty attractive and blows most sweeps casinos out of the water, with 20 cryptocurrencies currently accepted.
Is DimeSweeps safe?
DimeSweeps is owned by WW Funcrafters JWA LLC, a reputable gaming company that already has three other sweeps casinos: SpeedSweeps, Rich Sweeps, and SweepsRoyal.
The sweeps casino has 256-bit encryption with RSA technology. In the FAQs, DimeSweeps explained that spins are calculated based on a provably fair model. DimeSweeps works with reputable game providers, which are independently audited.

There’s a dedicated RG page, which has tips for playing safely and debunks common gambling myths. The GAA, FCAA, and NFCC are all listed as professional external resources that players can reach out to for help, and there’s a link to a self-assessment test by Game Quitters.
DimeSweeps has five RG tools. You can set them up via your account settings or by contacting support. These are purchase and wager limits, take a break, self-exclusion, and permanent closure. Purchase and wager limits can be set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. They’re available to help you limit your purchases and how much you spend during gaming sessions.
Taking a break, self-exclusion, and permanent closure are the options you can use when you need a break from the sweeps casino. Taking a break and self-exclusion can be set for a designated period of time, although DimeSweeps’ RG page doesn’t say how long that is.
The FAQs have a section dedicated to self-exclusion. The first questions explain what responsible gambling is and what problematic gambling looks like. The last question explains how self-exclusion works.
After you’ve sent an email requesting self-exclusion, you’ll have a 24-hour cooling-off period. Afterwards, you’ll be informed of the self-exclusion options: one week, one month, six months, and permanent.

Safety rating
- 5 RG tools available
- FAQs section dedicated to self-exclusion
- No specified time limits for taking a break
- No 2FA available
When it comes to technical specs, DimeSweeps does a fine job for its players. Top encryption and games are based on provably fair models.
The main focus of this section is always RG, and DimeSweeps is ticking the right boxes there, too. In fact, there’s very little to fault when it comes to RG. Five tools are available, which include purchase and wager limits. You can always add session and loss limits, but purchase and wager limits are a good combination to help control spending.
The tools available for taking time away from the sweeps casino are great, too. The only issue I can see, however, is that the time limits for taking a break aren’t specified. There’s some slight confusion there for me, since in the FAQs it says that self-exclusion is available for a minimum of one week.
Typically, the take a break option is used before resorting to self-exclusion, and usually offers players a break for one day, one week, one month, maybe up to three months. Here, there’s a small crossover, so it’s not clear why you’d use the take a break tool.
Reaching out to support at DimeSweeps
The DimeSweeps’ customer support team can be contacted via email, by submitting a ticket, or using the live chat widget. Live chat is available 24/7. Initially, you’ll speak with the chatbot, which answers questions like an extended FAQs section, but you can request to speak with a human agent at any time.
The live chat agents answer instantly, providing clear answers. This service is also available to non-members.

To reach out via email, players can contact [email protected]. Email support is available from Monday to Friday, but response times are quick. When testing out the service, I got a response in nine minutes. The ticketing system is only open to players with an account, but it produces similar response times to email support.
The FAQs page has seven categories: getting started, collecting SC, SC, general, account, technical problems, and self-exclusion. Each section has several questions with detailed answers.
Support rating
- 24/7 live chat support
- Four support methods available
- Fast and reliable
- No phone support
DimeSweeps has a great customer support team. The key element that stands out is how quickly they respond to you. Nine minutes for email support is probably the fastest I’ve ever experienced.
The live chat is a more instant experience if you want to minimize that delay between your questions and their answers, and the team is on live chat 24/7, while email support isn’t available on weekends.
What is missing from the customer support lineup is a phone line that players can call. If you need to speak with a customer support agent on the phone, I recommend using Stake.us as your sweeps casino of choice. It’s known for having reliable phone support.
The usability of DimeSweeps’ platform
DimeSweeps has a neutral but welcoming design. The background is indigo, with blue tones used for accents and gold for key buttons. The imagery is simple, classic casino imagery.
The clean design makes the site easier to read and understand, plus the navigation is very user-intuitive. On the left-hand side, there are several useful shortcuts for promotions, game types, and the RG page.

The game lobby is well structured, too. You can use the search bar to search for games by name or by using keywords like “Megaways”. There are game filters for the most popular game types, but there could be more to break down the different varieties of slots, Hold and Wins, and Megaways.

| Mobile games availability | Full suite |
| Ease of navigation | Intuitive |
| Game filters | Limited |

| Loading speed | 2 seconds |

There’s no casino app, but the site is designed to be responsive to smaller screens. Scrolling is smooth, and the design hasn’t been compromised to fit smaller screen dimensions.
Usability rating
- Mobile friendly
- User intuitive navigation
- Minor typos on the site
- Limited game filters
DimeSweeps has great UX, which facilitates getting around the sweeps casino easily, and you’ll get comfortable very quickly. There are some minor typos, like in the FAQs there’s the URL for SweepsRoyal instead of DimeSweeps, but these won’t interfere with your experience at the sweeps casino.
The bigger issue I see is the lack of game filters. The search bar works really well to help you find specific games or game types, but having a clickable button to jump to Live Dealer Roulette, for example, would be much faster.
Other than that, I like DimeSweeps’ design, too. It’s very similar to the previous WW Funcrafters JWA LLC sweeps casinos, but it’s still got its own identity. The design is clean and approachable, without being too detailed, fussy, or boring. Basically, it’s in that nice middle ground of simple and friendly.
