Gold Machine casino review

Rhianna Padman Ads disclosure Checked byPaul P.

Gold Machine entered the sweepstakes market in September 2025, launched by Gold Machine LLC. The site has a gaming collection of over 700 titles from well-known providers, including slots, live dealer tables, and other games such as keno, bingo, scratch cards, and fishing games.

I spent two weeks testing the site for this Gold Machine Casino review, and you can read everything I found right here, including its standout features and areas for improvement.

Expert verdict

Gold Machine has only been around for a short period of time, and while I could tell it’s still finding its footing, I still had a good time on the platform.

The part that I enjoyed the most was the variety of games. The live dealer tables and the other categories, such as keno, bingo, scratch cards, and fishing games, really impressed me. Not every sweepstakes casino includes these options, so it provided a more well-rounded experience, far beyond just slots.

I also liked how clear the platform is about safety. The RG section is comprehensive rather than just providing a disclaimer, and the casino clearly outlines its security measures, which many competitors skim over. The live chat is accessible 24/7 and was quick and easy to use for any questions I had for this Gold Machine sweepstakes casino review.

That said, a lot of what you find on Gold Machine is very familiar. The design is sleek, but it doesn’t really have a theme or identity that makes it stand out. The promotions are the usual ones you see at most sweepstakes casinos, and the game providers are the same studios you can find everywhere else. Banking is also on the basic side, with no modern options like e-wallets or crypto.

My takeaway is that it is a solid place to play, but I’d like to see Gold Machine add an innovative feature or something to give it a stronger identity, so that it stands out from other sweepstakes casinos.

State differences

Gold Machine is legal in 39 US states. The excluded states are Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and Washington.

How Gold Machine casino works

Gold Machine is a sweepstakes casino, meaning everything is handled with virtual currency rather than real-money deposits. Because of this, it operates under sweepstakes rules instead of gambling regulations, allowing it to be accessible in most US states.

You’ll use two currencies on the site. Gold Coins (GC) are purely for gameplay, and you can choose to buy more if you run out of your free supply. They have no value outside the site.

Sweeps Coins (SC) can only be earned through promos, never purchased, but they can be redeemed for prizes. All bonus SC needs to be played through at least once before they’re eligible for redemption. After you’ve reached 100 SC, you can exchange them for a cash prize through bank transfer or debit card.

Bonuses and loyalty at Gold Machine

After signing up for Gold Machine, you can claim a welcome bonus of 100,000 GC and 1 SC. To receive it, you’ll need to verify your account through email and add your personal information to your profile.

Following this, if you decide to make a purchase, you will receive a special deal; for $9.97, you can get 30,000 GC and 20 SC. Gold Machine also offers a daily bonus of 10,000 GC and 0.20 SC. It’s a simple click-to-claim offer. There’s a “Spin the Wheel” bonus every day, too, where you have the chance to win a random amount of GC and SC.

You can earn up to 40,000 GC and 40 SC whenever a friend signs up using your link and makes a qualifying purchase. There’s also a monthly leaderboard, and every successful referral moves you up the ranks. The top three players receive additional SC and GC prizes. On top of this, you can get exclusive promos by opting into SMS and email messages. For the AMOE, you can send a request to Gold Machine’s registered address for 1 SC.

The loyalty program has nine tiers, starting at Copper. You move up by earning XP from playing with SC. Each tier comes with its own set of perks, like welcome rewards, weekly boosts, and small monthly bonuses.

Bonus rating

61/100 This Golden Machine rarely produces any Gold Coins
  • Daily click-to-claim and wheel bonuses
  • Referral leaderboard
  • 1 SC in mail-in request
  • 1 SC in welcome bonus

The welcome bonus at Gold Machine sits in the middle of what I usually see at sweepstakes casinos. It’s not the biggest offer out there, but it’s definitely not on the lower end either. For comparison, Gains gives you 100,000 GC and 2 SC, while SweetJungle only gives you 25,000 GC and 1 SC. So, the amount of SC is slightly on the lower side when stacked up against competitors.

I liked how accessible the first purchase offer was; $9.97 for 30,000 GC and 20 SC is a very reasonable offer, especially for casual players. The daily bonuses are solid, too. You have a click-to-claim offer and a Spin the Wheel bonus, which helps keep your balance topped up over time. Some sites, like SweetJungle, only offer a click-to-claim login bonus, which I find boring.

That said, all of these bonuses are ones I see at most sweepstakes casinos, and there isn’t really anything unique or creative. The only exception is the referral leaderboard. I don’t see that very often, and it adds a bit of competition to the usual referral system.

The mail-in request is on the lower side; you only get 1 SC. In comparison, you’ll receive 4 SC at SweepsRoyal and 2 SC at SweetSweeps. I also checked Gold Machine’s social media, and couldn’t find any giveaways, which I’m used to seeing at most sweepstakes casinos.

Games available at Gold Machine

Gold Machine has a mid-sized library of just over 700 games, covering slots, live dealers, keno, bingo, scratch cards, and fishing games. Most of the collection is made up of slots, with a wide variety to choose from, including Megaways, Hold and Wins, and Bonus Buys. The most popular titles on the site are Le Bandit, Hyena Heist, Take Olympus, and Fireball Inferno Tiki.

Besides slots, there’s a lineup of 22 live dealer tables, offering variants of blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, as well as Top Card, Crash Live, Teen Patti, Sic Bo, and The Kickoff. The library also has a selection of other types of games, such as keno, bingo, scratch cards, and fishing games.

Games rating

67/100 Great library but lacks tables
  • Excellent variety of games
  • 22 live tables
  • No RNG table games
  • No exclusive games

The gaming collection sits comfortably in the middle of the market. It’s not as big as Sweeps, which has over 3,000 games, but it’s also nowhere near as small as SweepsJungle, which only offers around 150 titles. I spent most of my time on the slots since they make up the bulk of the library, but I ended up branching out quite a bit because of how much variety there is.

The live dealer section was better than I expected, too. I could jump into a table easily, and everything ran smoothly. It’s not the biggest live sweepstake casino I’ve played on, but it has every game you’d want.

What really surprised me, though, was the selection of other games, with keno, bingo, scratch cards, and fishing games. You might find one or two of these types of games at different sites, but usually not this much variety. Plus, a lot of sweepstakes casinos, like Spindoo or Spinfinite, focus entirely on slots, so it was refreshing to see this kind of lineup.

The only thing missing is standard RNG table games. If they added a few options, it would round out the library. You can find these at the top competitors like Stake.us or WOW Vegas. Still, even with a smaller library overall, the variety is impressive, and it felt like there was always something different to try when I wanted a break from slots.

Software rating

65/100 Decent but could be better
  • 18 software providers
  • Iconic 21 live tables
  • No Evolution live games
  • No bespoke software

Gold Machine has a decent variety of software providers, and it’s pretty good for a library of this size. In comparison, Gains has over 1,000 games from 18 providers, so Gold Machine’s lineup isn’t far off that at all. I always like seeing a good variety of studios because you can enjoy the different gameplay styles. Each provider has its own feel, which keeps things from getting repetitive.

Most of the lineup here is made up of familiar developers, which isn’t a bad thing. It means you get reliable, well-known titles you can count on. There are only a couple of lesser-known names, but I’d like there to be more, as I enjoy playing fresh games.

The live casino is powered by Iconic21, which is the standard provider for sweepstakes sites. You won’t find much variety from competitors, as most platforms use them, but the tables themselves are good quality and enjoyable.

Payment methods accepted at Gold Machine

At Gold Machine, Gold Coins (GC) can be purchased using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. There are seven bundles available, ranging from $9.99 for 10,000 GC to $499.99 for 500,000 GC. Every package includes a small amount of free SC.

There is also a Coin Wallet feature, which is like a vault, where you can move any GC or SC you don’t want to touch while you’re playing.

Once your Sweeps Coins (SC) have been played at least once, they can be redeemed. 1 SC has the same value as $1. You’ll need at least 100 SC to request a cash prize, and you can choose either a bank transfer or a card redemption. Bank transfers are free and usually arrive in 3 to 5 days after approval. Card redemptions have a small processing fee but are much quicker, often approved within a couple of hours. You can only make two redemptions per day.

Before making your first purchase, you’ll need to complete KYC. You’ll also be asked to upload a government ID and proof of address.

Payments rating

57/100 Lacking in transaction options
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay for mobile
  • Interesting Coin Wallet feature
  • No gift card redemptions
  • Only fiat supported

Banking at Gold Machine is straightforward, but it definitely feels somewhat limited and doesn’t offer the same flexibility or variety you get at other sites. Casinos like Sweet Sweeps or Gains support both fiat and crypto, and offering this kind of range caters to more players.

Redemptions are also restrictive. Gold Machine only offers cash prizes; I normally prefer having the gift card option because it’s usually more accessible. For example, at Big Shot Games, you only need 10 SC to redeem a gift card, which is far easier than collecting 100 SC every time.

One thing I did like was the Coin Wallet. It keeps everything organised and lets you move GC or SC out of the way when you don’t want to use them. It also helps that you’re not forced to redeem constantly, since redemptions are capped each day, and the wallet makes it easier to manage what you’re playing with.

I also appreciated that the playthrough requirement is just 1x. It makes the whole redemption process a lot easier. Some sites make this harder, for example, SweetSweeps sets it at 2x, and Gains pushes it further to 3x.

My card redemption was quicker than what I usually see at sweepstakes casinos, even though it actually took a little longer than what Gold Machine states. Mine was still processed within a few hours, but it was my first card redemption on the site, so that may have slowed it down. Bank transfers are always the slowest method, with the usual three to five-day processing time.

Is Gold Machine safe?

Gold Machine is owned by Gold Machine LLC., a company registered in Delaware. The site works with trusted studios, whose titles use RNG technology to ensure fair outcomes. These RNGs are checked by independent auditors.

The privacy policy explains that they use encryption, access controls, and secure storage to protect personal data, along with regular security audits to keep their systems up to standard. Two-factor authentication is also available on the platform.

Before you can redeem any prizes, you’ll need to complete the KYC process. This includes uploading a valid ID and proof of address. There is a RG document that addresses common misconceptions, provides tips for safe gameplay, and explains problem gameplay. As well as this, the control tools include timed breaks, self-exclusion, and account closure.

Safety rating

87/100 Great for privacy, less so for RG
  • Detailed RG page
  • Two-factor authentication available
  • No limit control tools
  • No company history

I was impressed when it came to the safety at Gold Machine. First off, it is owned by a US-registered company, which gives it a bit more local assurance than offshore operators. The only issue is that there isn’t much company history to find, and it doesn’t have any sister sites.

In terms of games, it works with trusted software providers, which reassures me that the games are fair and random. When I checked, I found that the site uses 256-bit encryption, which is the industry standard.

I was happy to find that the platform supports two-factor authentication. Many sweepstakes casinos don’t offer this, like Sweet Sweeps or Spindoo. The privacy policy is also more detailed than usual. It actually states their security measures clearly, rather than giving the vague statements I’ve seen on other platforms, such as Sheesh or Big Shot Games.

Their RG page is more comprehensive than normal, too. There’s a lot of information, including misconceptions, tips, and signs, and it’s useful if you need advice. The only things missing are certain control tools. You can take a break or self-exclude, but there aren’t any limits that can be set on wagers, deposits, or losses.

Reaching out to support at Gold Machine

Gold Machine’s support team can be reached by live chat or email. The chat button is at the bottom of the screen, and you can open it whenever you need help. There’s no chatbot, and you’ll immediately be connected to an agent. Email is the slower option, as responses usually take hours.

Support rating

71/100 Great live chat but limited alternative options
  • 24/7 live chat
  • Live chat available to all players
  • Slow replies through email
  • No FAQ page or help centre

Using the live chat was easy and quick during my Gold Machine sweeps casino review. Every time I used it, I was connected to an agent right away. Most of the time, they responded quickly and answered all my questions without any problems.

Still, a few times, it was hard to get clear, detailed answers. Some agents seemed unsure or hesitant about certain things, and I had to ask the same question a few times to get a proper response. It felt like they didn’t have all the information, which made some chats longer than they needed to be.

Still, I was just happy that there was a live chat. Some sites, like Sheesh or Spinfinite, don’t even have one, while others, like Jackpota, only allow you to use it after making a purchase. I tested email support as well, but the reply times were inconsistent. One email came back within a few hours; another didn’t arrive until several hours later.

I did notice that there isn’t a proper help centre or FAQ section. It means that even for basic questions, you end up having to use the live chat, which is frustrating. Most sweepstakes casinos include at least a simple FAQ page.

The usability of Gold Machine’s platform

Gold Machine has a modern black-and-gold design with a luxury feel. The left side of the screen has a fixed menu where you can see your redeemable SC, loyalty tier, and the main sections of the site. Along the top, you’ll find the search bar, game categories, your GC and SC balances, and links to the “Redeem” and “Get Coins” pages. The live chat button is always in the bottom-right corner, so it’s always easy to reach.

Gold Machine mobile homepage and lobby

Inside the games lobby, you can browse through categories, use the search bar, or filter games by provider and type. There are categories for seasons, what’s popular, and different types of games. If you open the full list of games, you can sort by provider or category.

Gold Machine doesn’t have an app, but the website works smoothly on iOS and Android browsers. The layout shifts to a smaller version on mobile, with a collapsible menu in the top-right corner. All the same features, games, and pages from the desktop version are available on mobile, so nothing is missing when you switch devices.

Usability rating

71/100 Great usability but lacks unique visuals
  • Easy navigation
  • Good mobile performance
  • No dedicated app
  • Doesn’t stand out

Gold Machine has a sleek, modern look. It’s very clean and neutral, so I imagine most players would be fine with the design. Personally, I tend to enjoy platforms with a stronger theme or personality. It helps sweepstakes casinos stand out from one another because many of them can feel quite similar.

Navigation was smooth the whole time I was testing it. Everything is exactly where you expect it to be. The fixed sidebar makes it easy to change between features, and all the important sections are at the top. The lobby was also simple to explore. With over 700 games, it sits in that comfortable middle ground where you have plenty of choice, but you’re not scrolling endlessly.

I liked being able to switch between categories, providers, and specific game types, as it actually helped me find the right games. On sites like SweepsJungle, you only get a few broad categories.

When I used the platform on my phone, the browser version worked well. The games loaded quickly and looked the same as on desktop; there was no change in quality. I really enjoyed how convenient it was to be able to open the site and play right away without installing anything. The only recommendation I have is to stick with Wi-Fi, as the gameplay feels more stable.
