Expert verdict

Good Vibes had a strong offering out of the gate. Over 1,600 games, 20+ providers, cool bonuses, and three virtual coins.

The strongest aspects of this sweeps casino are done well. The welcome bonus is on par with the industry standard, and I liked the sound of the friend referral bonus. There isn’t a daily login bonus at the moment, which is a shame, but there are missions that offer you other ways to claim coins, Gems, and XP.

The game variety is a winning factor, with all the major categories covered, including live games. This is in part thanks to Good Vibes working with so many providers, although some key providers are missing.

A key area that really needs some work is Good Vibes’ approach to RG. The dedicated page doesn’t list the tools available, and there aren’t actually many tools available. It’s just self-exclusion, which you wouldn’t know about if you didn’t read the terms.

Customer support could also be improved. Email support is fine, but it’s not the most responsive form of communication, and live chats are becoming the standard among sweeps casinos.

All in all, Good Vibes is on the right track and is laying the foundations to be a strong sweeps casino option, but there are still some cracks in the road. If it improved its customer support, I’d recommend it for greener sweeps players.

State differences

Good Vibes is available in 34 states. That excludes Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Utah, and Washington.

Players from Florida have a maximum redemption value of $5,000.

How does Good Vibes casino work?

Good Vibes has three virtual currencies. These are Gold Coins (GC), Sweeps Coins (SC), and Gems. GCs are used to play games at the sweeps casino for free. They work like tokens and can be bought in purchase packs or claimed through bonuses and giveaways.

SCs are often included as freebies in purchase packs and are also available in bonuses and giveaways. You can also request them via mail-in requests. When you’ve reached a minimum of 100 SC, you can request a cash prize redemption at a 1-1 ration.

Gems are local currency at Good Vibes that can be used to unlock special features, like the Fortune Wheel. These can be found in GC purchase packs.

Bonuses and loyalty at Good Vibes

Newly registered players at Good Vibes get 100,000 GC and 2 SC. This no deposit bonus is activated when you sign up. At first you get the full amount of GC and 1 SC, and then receive the remaining 1 SC as 0.5 SC across two days.

The first purchase bonus is a 300,000 GC, 25 SC and 5 Gems pack, worth $9.99. A daily login bonus isn’t available yet, but you can request an additional 2 SC via AMOE.

Good Vibes also offers missions as an additional way for players to claim free SCs, Gems, and XP points for the VIP program.

The friend referral bonus credits you with 20 SC and 2 Gems. This will be awarded on the condition that your friend spends at least $19.98 on GC purchase packs, and you’ll need to have spent $9.99. You can refer up to 20 friends each month.

Good Vibes run giveaways on its social media from time to time, so make sure to check that out, too, for the chance to win some extra coins and Gems. There is a VIP program, but there isn’t a lot of information on it. It’s a tiered program that awards players different perks and benefits, but terms are scarce.

Bonus rating

76/100 Cool selection of bonuses
  • Good friend referral bonus
  • High GC welcome bonus
  • Only 2 SC in welcome bonus
  • No daily login bonus

Good Vibes does a decent job with bonuses. Its welcome bonus is offers a solid amount of GC that can gets you loads of spins on the games, however the 2 SC is quite low. I’m also not a big fan of how the 2 SC is spread out across 3 days rather than handed out all at once.

The friend referral bonus is worth talking about. It feels more accessible than a lot of the friend referrals I come across. There aren’t any GC awarded, but it’s 20 SC and 2 Gems. As long as your friend makes a purchase of $19.98, and you make yours of $9.99, you’ll get your reward. Although you both have to make a purchase, they’re not high requirements to meet. Plus, you can refer up to 20 friends per month, which could mean 400 SC.

Unfortunately, Good Vibes doesn’t currently have a daily login bonus, which is a shame. Daily login bonuses are a staple of sweeps casinos, so not having one is a big disappointment and puts Good Vibes far behind its competitors.

As for the third virtual currency, Gems, this is pretty unique in sweeps casinos. Although Good Vibes doesn’t give too much information on it yet, it sounds like it has potential. Unlocking additional features and bonuses through Gems adds an extra challenge or twist to the standard sweeps approach.

Games available at Good Vibes

There are over 1,600 games at Good Vibes. The majority of these are slots, with around 1,500 available, but there are also 170+ jackpots, 30+ table games, 12+ live games, and a handful of instant-win games. Good Vibes even has some bingo games.

The available slot categories include Megaways, Hold and Wins, and bonus buy games. The live game selection includes a few options for roulette, baccarat, Sic Bo, and blackjack.

The instant win games include some scratch cards and 40+ crash games. There are four bingo options.

Games rating

95/100 Good Vibes has its priorities right for games
  • 1,600+ games
  • 170+ jackpots
  • 12+ live games
  • No live poker games

The game library is naturally one of the make it or break it aspects of a sweeps casino. Good Vibes sees that and has made sure it has all the essentials covered: slots, jackpots, live games, table games, it’s all here.

The variety is great and makes it a well rounded casino experience, meaning players will have no trouble finding what they’re looking for.

The only thing that’s really missing is live sweeps poker options. These aren’t so easy to come by at sweeps casinos, but they’re a huge plus. There are RNG poker tables at Good Vibes at least, although if you need live dealer options, I’d suggest trying Global Poker.

Software providers for Good Vibes

Good Vibes works with 20+ software providers. This includes names like KA Gaming, ICONIC 21, BGaming, and 3Oaks Gaming. KA Gaming holds the lion’s share of the games, with over 300 available. ICONIC21 is Good Vibes’ live games provider.

Software rating

85/100 Strong range of software providers
  • Works with big names like Betsoft
  • ICONIC21 live games
  • No bespoke software
  • Missing key providers like NetEnt

Generally, things are very positive when it comes to software providers at Good Vibes. Around 20 software providers, and many of them are reputable names like 3Oaks Gaming. There’s also a live games provider, which is always a big plus since this is becoming more and more in demand.

However, Good Vibes is lacking some major key providers, like NetEnt and Hacksaw Gaming. It’s important to include big names like these as soon as possible, because these are software providers that players look out for.

It also means that the quality of games will be even better, since these providers are known for developing good games, with fun mechanics, and high-quality visuals.

Payment methods accepted at Good Vibes

Good Vibes has six payment options available. This includes VISA, Mastercard, and Amex credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and online banking. These are all available for purchases, except for online banking, which is the only option for redemptions.

Redemptions take around 5–7 business days. There’s a 1x playthrough requirement that needs to be met before requesting a withdrawal, and there’s a 100 SC minimum redemption value.

The highest value package available costs $499.99, which credits 9,375,000 GC, 625 SC, and 100 Gems.

Payments rating

85/100 Decent choice of payment options but long redemption times
  • Popular cards represented
  • E-wallets available
  • 100 Sc minimum redemption
  • No gift card redemptions

When it comes to making purchases, Good Vibes has a decent range of options. Three popular credit and debit cards options, and two e–wallets. There’s definitely room for more e-wallets, like Venmo or Skrill, but having Apple Pay and Google Pay is a good start since players will likely use one or the other.

Redemptions are not as good. You can only use online banking, which while standard, takes time. 5–7 business days in Good Vibes’ case, which is very long when compared to other sweeps casinos.

Jackpota has an average payout rate of four days. It also offers gift card redemptions, which Good Vibes doesn’t have. Instead, it’s just cash redemptions for a minimum of 100 SC, which is too high.

At Jackpota, it’s a minimum of 10 SC for gift cards, and 75 SC for cash prize redemptions. Hello Millions will even do cash prize redemptions for 50 SC.

Is Good Vibes safe?

Good Vibes sweeps casino has 256-bit encryption with RSA technology. Its games are all based on audited RNGs, and this is mentioned by the sweeps casino on its landing page before signing in and in its FAQs.

There’s a dedicated RG page, however, it doesn’t include any reference to RG tools such as purchase limits or taking a break. Self-exclusion is mentioned as being available at your request in the terms, but there are no additional details like how long it lasts, or how you can set it up.

Safety rating

70/100 More attention needs to be given to RG
  • Dedicated RG page
  • Self-exclusion available
  • No RG tools listed on RG page
  • Limited RG tools available

RG is an area that I take very seriously. Unfortunately, Good Vibes clearly does not take RG as seriously as I do. The sweeps casino wins points for its various references to having RNG audited games, but it’s fallen short when it comes to RG.

There is an RG page, but it’s limited. There aren’t any RG tools listed on the page, which can give players the impression there aren’t any tools available. Instead, a brief mention of self-exclusion, with no specific details, is hidden in the terms. There also aren’t any professional resources mentioned either.

Golden Hearts Games is an example of a sweeps casino that’s gone beyond the bare minimum. It has a full suite of RG tools for players to use, and it has a partnership with Birches Health, meaning players get a direct support line.

Reaching out to support at Good Vibes

Support is available 24/7 at Good Vibes. Players can send an email to [email protected], which can be found in the terms. The response time is around two hours, and I found the responses satisfactory.

There isn’t phone support or a live chat available, but there’s an FAQs section. This covers questions on areas like creating an account, games, GC, legalities and security, and technical issues.

Support rating

75/100 Decent email support, but nothing more
  • Responsive 24/7 email support
  • Good FAQs
  • 1 way of contacting support
  • No live chat support

It’s a little disappointing that the only support method available is email. When I’m playing at a sweeps casino, email support isn’t naturally what I go for when there’s a choice of support methods, as it tends to have a slower response time.

Which is why I was surprised to get an answer within an hour from Good Vibes. It’s a decent wait time, although if you have something more urgent, even that might be too long for you.

The responses were ok, although some additional detail is always beneficial. The FAQs are useful, even if the answers are very brief, they point you in the right direction.

Overall, I think more can be done when it comes to support at Good Vibes. Yes, it’s available, and yes, my experience wasn’t negative, but it wasn’t out of this world. SpeedSweeps, for instance, offers great customer support.

It has 24/7 live chat, which is available even to non-members, and the agents are fast, detail oriented, and helpful. There’s also email support, a ticketing system, and FAQs. There isn’t phone support, so I’d turn to Stake.us if I needed that.

The usability of Good Vibes’ platform

Good Vibes has a decent design. Its dominant color is light blue, with fun touches of yellow. It’s also got cute toy-like characters that make it feel more welcoming.

Good Vibes homepage on a mobile device

As for the UX, Good Vibes keeps its site clean, which makes navigation easier. It also has a good choice of filters to help you find the games you’re looking for. You can search by basic game types and then get more specific with sub-categories.

You can even filter by popularity and date added. Failing that, you can rely on the search bar, which offers the standard search bar options of searching by game and provider.

While there isn’t a mobile app, Good Vibes is optimized for mobile browsers, so you can take the sweeps casino with you on the go, without compromising on your experience.

Usability rating

90/100 Big focus on UX makes for a positive sweeps experience
  • Works well on mobile
  • User-friendly navigation
  • Advanced filtering system
  • No mobile app

The most impressive feature in Good Vibes’ UX is its filtering system. Being able to filter games by type, sub-category, and then even by popularity and date, really helps to narrow down the search. With over 1,600 games, it’s needed.

There isn’t a mobile app, sure, but most sweeps casinos don’t have that. Plus, Good Vibes makes up for it by offering a fully responsive site, so you won’t notice the difference when playing in a mobile browser.
