Expert verdict
Lucky.me has a decent sweeps offering, with its cool mint green background and 750+ games. When I tested it, the sweeps casino fared pretty well overall.
When it came to bonuses, what really stood out were the lucrative Lucky Streak Bonus, a daily login bonus, and the friend referral bonus you can claim up to 10 times. Support is available 24/7, with a live chat and responsive email support. As for payments, there’s a good selection available for purchases, with most credit and debit cards accepted and even Apple Pay and Google Pay. That’s a pretty comfortable selection.
Where games are concerned, it’s got a decent library of 750+ games, which is mostly slots, mini games, and RNG blackjack games. There aren’t any live dealer games or progressive jackpots, so that might be a deal breaker for you. The welcome bonus was the most disappointing element, awarding just 5,000 GC and 1 SC, which is low in the market. Lucky.me is also inconsistent when it comes to gift card redemptions.
Overall, Lucky.me offers a decent sweeps experience, though it’s not without its issues. Hopefully, as the sweeps casino gains experience, it will iron out these issues to offer a more robust experience.
State differences
Lucky.me is restricted in 21 states, which are: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming.
How does Lucky.me work?
Lucky.me has two virtual coins: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). GCs are used to play for fun and cannot be redeemed for prizes. They’re awarded through bonuses; however, you can purchase additional coins if you want to.
SCs can’t be purchased directly, but are often included as a freebie in the GC purchase packs. You can get SCs through other bonuses, giveaways, or even through AMOE. When you’ve reached the minimum of 100 SC, you can request a redemption for a cash prize. Your SCs need to be played through 1x before requesting a redemption.
Bonuses and loyalty at Lucky.me
Lucky.me starts you off with a welcome bonus of 5,000 GC and 1 SC. This is credited automatically once you verify your phone number. The Lucky Streak Bonus is awarded during the first seven days after registration. This awards you with 35,000 GC and 4.1 SC for seven consecutive daily logins.
Plus, there are different missions you can perform each day to claim more coins, like changing your avatar. There’s also a daily login bonus, which awards 1,000 GC and 0.2 SC every day.

For extra SC, you can use the AMOE for 3 SC. Alternatively, you can spin the Lucky Wheel every week for the chance to win up to 10 SC. Lucky.me also has a friend referral bonus, which awards 10,000 GC and 5 SC for every friend that signs up with your link, and you can claim it up to 10 times.
Lucky.me has a VIP program, but there isn’t a lot of information on it. It has four levels, and to increase your level, you need to gain points by playing at the casino.
If you want to make a purchase during your first 24 hours at the sweeps casino, Lucky.me has a boosted pack worth $19.99, which awards 60,000 GC and 40 SC.
Bonus rating
- Lucrative Lucky Streak Bonus
- Good friend referral bonus
- Low-value welcome bonus
- Vague VIP program
All the sweeps bonuses at Lucky.me are good, except for the welcome bonus, which is just 5,000 GC and 1 SC. To compare, LoneStar awards new players with 100,000 GC and 2.5 SC.
At least Lucky.me quickly makes up for it with its Lucky Streak Bonus during the first week. 35,000 GC and 4.1 SC is a really nice boost, and after that, you can continue claiming a daily login bonus. This is a pretty innovative take on the daily login bonus, and I like the way it’s been done.
I also really like the friend referral bonus. 10,000 GC and 5 SC for every friend is a big deal, and claiming it up to ten times means a total of 100,000 GC and 50 SC.
What could be better is the VIP program. This is currently just four levels, and we don’t have any information around it. A solid VIP program should be structured with levels and the perks available at each level.
Games available at Lucky.me
Lucky.me has 750+ games available. This includes hundreds of slots, which include Megaways and Hold and Win games. The slot collection also boasts a number of cluster pays and bonus buy games.
The game library also houses a selection of blackjack RNG games. Lucky.me offers a small choice of crash games, and arcade games like Plinko and Mines. It also has some fish shooters available from KA Gaming.

Games rating
- 750+ games
- Nice slot variety
- No live games
- No jackpots
The lack of live games and progressive jackpots is the biggest hit to this game library. An increasing number of players are looking out for live games at sweeps casinos. Good Vibes, for example, has 12+ live games and 170+ jackpots in its collection of 1,600+ games.
Unfortunately, there’s also a lack of RNG table games. There’s more than just blackjack available on the market, so this is another area where Lucky.me is coming up short. For players who enjoy table games, Lucky.me isn’t the right choice.
For those who enjoy slots and other mini games like Plinko and Mines though, there’s a decent variety available to keep you entertained.

Software rating
- Works with BGaming and Relax Gaming
- 20 software providers
- Missing key providers like NetEnt
- No live games provider
20 software providers is a good number for a sweeps casino. Cazino, for instance, has just four providers.
Lucky.me also works with some quality providers, like Relax Gaming and Habanero, even if some other key providers like NetEnt are missing. What’s also missing is a live games provider, like ICONIC21. This can be found at almost any sweeps casino, so Lucky.me is missing the boat on this one.
Payment methods accepted at Lucky.me
Purchases at Lucky.me can be made using VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. When it comes to redemptions, only ACH bank transfers and VISA are available. Gift cards aren’t always available, but are mentioned in the Sweeps Policy. Cryptocurrencies aren’t available for payments.
Redemptions are made within three to five business days, but processing can take up to 30 days. First-time redemptions will only be processed if verification is complete. The minimum redemption amount is 100 SC after completing a 1x playthrough. When gift cards are available, the minimum redemption amount is 20 SC.
You can only make one request every 48 hours. The maximum redemption amount is $10,000 per request. For players in Florida, the maximum redemption per sweepstakes entry is $5,000.

Payments rating
- Popular cards represented
- E-wallets are available
- Gift cards aren’t always available
- Only VISA for card redemptions
When it comes to payments, you should be able to find a method that works for you. A variety of cards and e-wallets are accepted, helping to make transfers more streamlined. What’s disappointing is the lack of available methods for redemptions.
For cash redemptions, it’s ACH bank transfers, which are known not to be the fastest method. As for gift cards, these aren’t always available, which is frustrating, as it’s good to have at least one other alternative.
Is Lucky.me safe?
Lucky.me was launched in July 2025 by Lucky Me Ventures LLC. The site has 256-bit SSL encryption with RSA technology. While Lucky.me partners with reputable software providers that will work with independent third-party auditors, there’s no reference to RNGs on the site.
There’s a page dedicated to RG, which emphasizes the importance of safe gameplay and what that should look like. It also lists Smart Social Gamers, NPR, and GAA as professional resources players can turn to.
Lucky.me offers players the option to set limits by contacting customer support via email or live chat. The RG page doesn’t define what limits are being set.

Self-exclusion is also available, allowing players to limit their access to Lucky.me’s services. You also won’t be permitted to win any prizes during this time if you try to enter any competitions. Daily login and daily login rewards also aren’t permitted.
Self-exclusion is available for a minimum of six months, but it can extend for as long as you need it to. Once your self-exclusion period has ended, you’ll need to email support to request access. Customer support might ask some questions to make sure it’s the right move for you, and your account will be subject to a seven-day waiting period before being re-opened.
If you need a shorter break, there’s the option to take a break for a period of seven, 14, or 30 days. Access to your account is limited during this time. Once it’s finished, you’ll automatically regain access to your account.

Safety rating
- Dedicated RG page
- 3 RG tools available
- RNGs not mentioned
- Limited information on the tools
I had to dock some points here because while Lucky.me has a good RG that offers tips to play safely, good resources, and even lists its tools, there’s not enough information on its tools.
Specifically, the limit-setting tools. It’s not defined what’s being limited, whether it’s bets, purchases, or gaming sessions, only that you can contact support to set it up. It could even be referring to self-exclusion and taking a break, but as those are fully defined sections of their own, I don’t think it’s the case.
If players are going to use the tools, they need to know what the tools are in the first place. Otherwise, the self-exclusion and take a break tools sound solid, and I liked how extensive the self-exclusion reactivation process is.
Reaching out to support at Lucky.me
Support is available 24/7 at Lucky.me via the live chat widget and email. The live chat option is the most reliable, as agents respond in under a minute. I tested out the live chat function a few times, and was often given a competent and helpful agent. There were a few instances where the live chat was disconnected and was never reconnected. I would lose my whole chat each time and have to start again.

Email support can take longer, with an average response time of up to 12 hours. When I tested out email support, I received an answer within an hour. The response was clear and direct, providing adequate information. There’s also a comprehensive FAQs section which covers questions about Lucky.me, coins and payments, promotions, games, redemptions, and RG.
Support rating
- 24/7 support
- Detailed FAQs
- Live chat disconnects
- No phone support
This section’s a bit weird. While support is fast and is available 24/7, I was frustrated by how often I kept getting disconnected from the live chat and losing my whole history. Starting over again is boring and repetitive and takes more time than necessary.
At least when I was able to keep talking to the agent, the answers I received were decent, even from email support. I was surprised to see email support got back to me in an hour. It’s super fast and it’s better than most sweeps casinos.
The FAQs section is pretty good, too. It covers those essential questions you want answers to, so it’s a good reference point.
If the live chat glitch is an issue for you, I recommend trying SplashCoins. It has responsive live chat support, and similarly, the average response time of its email support is just one hour.
The usability of Lucky.me’s platform
Overall, Lucky.me has a clean design, with green and white branding, and an image of a woman inspired by Uncle Sam in the main banner. It’s simple and easy on the eyes. The green color is soothing, and the site is comfortable to read.
Navigation is also very smooth since the UX is user-intuitive. Accessing areas like the game lobby, promos, and support is easily done thanks to handy shortcuts.

The game lobby would benefit from some additional filters, as it currently only has broad categories. Having additional slot filters would make a difference in this case. The search bar offers a simple search function and will help you find any games that don’t fall under obvious filters.

There isn’t a dedicated app, which is confirmed by Lucky.me in its FAQS, but the site has been designed to be responsive across devices, so transitioning to a smaller screen shouldn’t be an issue.
Usability rating
- Clean design
- User-friendly navigation
- No mobile app
- Limited game filters
So what’s good here is that the site transfers well to mobile devices, without compromising the design or the experience. The design itself is pretty cool. I really liked the green color that’s used; it’s soothing and inviting.
Navigation was pretty straightforward, too, which is always a big plus.
It would be even better if the game lobby had more game filters. Although the library doesn’t have that many games when compared to other sweeps casinos, having broad filters still makes it harder to find exactly what you’re looking for.
You wouldn’t know the mini games are even there without using the search bar, which also means you’re likely to miss out on some of the potential games available.
