This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.

Expert verdict

LuckyRush sweeps casino makes a good offering as a sweepstakes casino, but there are definitely some areas that can be much better.

In terms of bonuses, the welcome bonus is nothing to write home about. 10,000 GC is fine, but 0.20 SC is pretty low compared to what’s available in the market. The friend referral bonus lacks transparency, too, and paying $5 for a daily bonus isn’t fair.

The game library has a good offering of 5,000+ games, including live games, fish tables, and some niche games. The inclusion of categories like live poker and progressive jackpots would complete it.

Customer support is available 24/7, and the live chat will be the most reliable option for you. The RG suite is also quite decent, although there could be the addition of a few more limit-setting tools.

LuckyRush is a good choice for players who play on mobile, since this site was designed to be a mobile-first sweeps casino. For players who value game variety, LuckyRush sweeps casino has plenty, although admittedly the bonuses could be much better.

State differences

LuckyRush is available in 30 states. It’s restricted in Georgia, Idaho, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Washington, Montana, Maryland, West Virginia, Missouri, Connecticut, California, and Arkansas.

How does LuckyRush.io casino work?

LuckyRush has two virtual coins: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweep Coins (SC). GCs are used as a token coin to play games for free. There’s no purchase required because you earn GCs through bonuses, like the welcome bonus and the daily login bonus. You also get more GCs by playing games.

If you need additional GCs, you can purchase them in coin packs. SCs, on the other hand, can’t be bought, but they are included in coin packs as freebies and are often awarded in free SC bonuses.

They can also be redeemed for prizes. This could be a cash prize or a gift card. Before requesting an SC redemption, all SC need to be played through at least once.

Bonuses and loyalty at LuckyRush

Newcomers at LuckyRush can claim the welcome bonus of 10,000 GC and 0.20 SC. This is awarded once they complete verification.

LuckyRush also has a daily free credits system, which awards 2 SC per day. The daily credit bonus is only available once you’ve made your daily purchase of $5.

LuckyRush has a friend referral bonus too. To be eligible to receive the bonus, your friend needs to complete 100/100 points on their account activity.  The activity is tracked and measured through different actions made on their account, like purchases, playing games, and participating in the mini-games that are posted on social media.

Once your friend has completed their account activity, you’ll be awarded a bonus of 30 SC. Once your friend completes another 100/100 points on their account activity, you’ll be awarded another bonus, but this amount is dependent on your VIP level. Bronze level players, for instance, get 1 SC. The highest level, which is Black Diamond, gets 5 SC.

Another way to receive SC is via the AMOE. This awards 2 SC and can be requested daily. There are also giveaways and competitions on social media, which award GCs and SCs, as many as 1,000 GCs and 1 SC.

The VIP program has eight tiers. Different levels of the VIP program award different awards, like a birthday bonus, rakeback, an increase in the friend referral bonus, exclusive giveaways, and a personal host.

LuckyRush has two first purchase offers. You can choose one of the following:

  • 50,000 GC + 50 SC for $20.00. This is 60% of the regular price, but it has to be bought within the first 24 hours of your account
  • 33,333 GC + 33 SC for $9.99. This is the standard one-time purchase

Bonus rating

66/100 Bonuses sound good on paper, but not in practice
  • Good value first purchase offers
  • 30 SC in friend referral bonus
  • Low-value welcome bonus
  • Daily credits system requires payment

LuckyRush has a lot of bonuses available, which initially would have awarded the sweeps casino lots of points in this section. Unfortunately, the terms and actual value of these bonuses aren’t what I’d hoped for.

A few things in particular stand out. For starters, the welcome bonus only awards 0.20 SC. The 10,000 GC is great and pretty on par with most sweeps casinos, but 0.20 SC is a letdown. LoneStar, for instance, awards new players with 100,000 GC and 2.5 SC, which shows how low the welcome bonus at LuckyRush really is.

The daily login bonus is also not great. 2 SC is cool, especially after that welcome bonus, but to have to pay $5 daily for it isn’t good. Any other casino awards the daily bonus as a free bonus just for logging in.

The third bonus that I don’t really like is the referral bonus. There’s a lack of transparency around this one. Sure, you’ll get 30 SC the first time any friend you’ve referred completes 100/100 points on their account activity, but it’s not clear what each activity is worth. It also means it could take a long time until you see your 30 SC.

At SweepLasVegas, you’ll get 10,000 GC and 10 SC for every friend you refer. This is awarded once your friend makes a one-time purchase, and there’s no minimum specified.

Games available at LuckyRush

LuckyRush has 5,000+ games available. The game library includes slots, live dealer games, fish tables, scratch cards, instant win games, and mini games.

The slot collection includes several Megaways and Hold and Win games. There are also cascading reels. LuckyRush doesn’t have progressive jackpots, but there are jackpot slots.

The live dealer games include over 30 games, with live tables for baccarat, blackjack, and roulette. There’s also some Sic Bo, Top Card, and Andar Bahar. Poker isn’t available. There are 51+ fish tables and shooters, many of them provided by TaDa Gaming.

If you prefer instant win games, you’ll find 100+ titles, including Plinko, Wheel of Fortune games, and mines. There are also 110+ scratch card games. Bingo and Keno games are also available. There are 20+ bingo rooms, with games coming from providers like TaDa Gaming, Spinoro, and Mascot Gaming.

LuckyRush doesn’t offer any exclusive games, but besides playing the games available on its platform, you can also gain access to 20+ other partner platforms via LuckyRush.

Game types

Games rating

93/100 Good selection of 5,000+ games
  • 5,000+ games
  • Wide variety of niche games
  • No live poker games
  • No progressive jackpots

LuckyRush has a great choice of games, and 5,000+ on a sweeps casino is not a common occurrence. Plus, there’s a good variety of games, with slots, live games, mini-games, and much more available. A good stock of fish tables is also great to see, since these are popular at sweeps casinos.

There are just two areas that are disappointing here: the lack of progressive jackpots and the lack of live poker games. Including these two categories would complete LuckyRush’s competitive game library.

Software providers for LuckyRush

LuckyRush works with 40+ providers. Some of the familiar names on the list are Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, 3Oaks Gaming, Playson, and KA Gaming. There’s also ICONIC21, which is a popular provider at sweeps casinos for live dealer games.

90/100 Good list of 40+ providers
  • Works with KA Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming
  • 40+ software providers
  • Missing key providers like NetEnt
  • No bespoke software

To have 5,000+ games, you need to work with quite a list of providers, and LuckyRush has managed to partner with some good names.

3Oaks Gaming is a popular name at sweeps casinos, and Hacksaw Gaming provides several popular games. Plus, we can count on TaDa Gaming for fish tables, and I was glad to see ICONIC21 is the live games provider.

Some key providers are missing from the selection, like NetEnt, so hopefully these will be added to the list soon, to really solidify the games offering.

Payment methods accepted at LuckyRush

Payments rating

70/100 Standard payment options, with decent coin packages
  • Popular payment options available
  • Bitcoin is available
  • 100 SC redemption minimum
  • Missing popular crypto coins

LuckyRush is on the right track when it comes to payments. Traditional cards and e-wallets are available, with both Bitcoin and Lightning Bitcoin, too. There’s always room for more, though.

RichSweeps, for instance, accepts 16 payment methods. That includes bank cards and e-wallets like Apple Pay, PayPal, and Zelle, and even five sweeps cryptocurrencies.

Otherwise, payment processing is quite fast, which is a positive sign, and there’s the choice of cash prize redemptions or gift cards. The minimum redemption amount is high in both cases, with 100 SC for cash prizes and 50 SC for gift cards.

Is LuckyRush safe?

LuckyRush is owned by High Rollers of St. Lucie Inc., based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The site has 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA technology, showing the sweeps casino prioritizes security. There’s no reference to RNGs, but LuckyRush partners with reputable providers who are audited by independent third parties.

There’s a policy page dedicated to LuckyRush’s RG approach. The sweeps casino emphasizes the importance of playing responsibly and is committed to adhering to the International Social Games Association’s best practice principles.

LuckyRush offers tips on time management and managing purchases, while also referring to the Smart Mobile Gamers website for tools and advice. Players can also find some questions that can be used for self-assessment.

When it comes to RG tools, LuckyRush has session reminders, daily purchase limits, self-limitation, and self-exclusion. Session reminders will track your playtime and alert you when you need to take a break. Daily purchase limits allow you to limit in-game purchases. This is set up through your account settings or by contacting support.

Self-limitation is used to request temporary restrictions on access to games or purchases, but it’s not specified how long this is available for. For a more serious break, self-exclusion allows you to request temporary suspensions for a specific period.

The period isn’t specified, but you can also opt for indefinite suspension, which requires a written request for reactivation. You can also choose to permanently delete your account if you need to. Self-exclusion is set up via your account settings or by reaching out to customer support.

Safety rating

85/100 Good RG suite and standard security
  • Dedicated RG policy page
  • 4 RG tools available
  • RNGs not mentioned
  • 256-bit SSL with ECDSA

LuckyRush is on par with most sweeps casinos when it comes to security. 256-bit encryption is solid, although I wish there were some reference to RNGs. Yeah, it’s true, the software providers LuckyRush works with are reputable and will work with independent auditors, but it’s always good to see RNGs mentioned.

As for RG, the offering is pretty standard. Self-exclusion and self-limitation are important, although there should be more clarity around how long self-limitation is available for. Session reminders are a useful tool, but I think there needs to be more limit-setting tools.

Daily purchase limits are essential to help players curb their spending, but there are other tools that can be introduced alongside this, too, for instance, bet limits and loss limits.

Reaching out to support at LuckyRush

Support at LuckyRush is available via email, live chat, or telephone. Customer support is available 24/7, but the live chat is the most responsive option. To open the live chat widget, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Start Chat”. From my experience, the agents were quick to respond and provided good, clear guidelines.

The quality of responses from email support also makes it a decent choice, but it takes much longer. I didn’t get a response for 15 hours, in which time the live chat had already solved my query around payments.

When I tried to reach out to the phone support, I was told the number isn’t available. Phone support is based in Florida.

LuckyRush has a small FAQs section when you initially open the live chat widget. You can also find the FAQs page when you scroll down on the login page. The FAQs provide information on gameplay, bonuses, redemptions, and more.

Support rating

85/100  24/7 live chat is the most reliable
  • Quick live chat support
  • FAQs section available
  • Unresponsive phone support
  • Email support takes long

24/7 support is a great attraction at any sweeps casino, and LuckyRush earns points for its highly responsive live chat feature. The agents gave me pretty decent responses, and it’s the quick response time that solidified it as a reliable form of customer support.

The email support response was good but the 15 hour wait time just makes it not worth it. I can get the same answer from the live chat in five minutes. Unfortunately, the phone support never answered me. Each time I called, I was told the number wasn’t available. For those players who prefer to use phone support, this might be a frustrating reality.

The usability of LuckyRush’s platform

LuckyRush has a welcoming design, with vibrant colors and smooth edges. There are lots of images in both 2D and 3D that make the site pop, and finding information on the site is straightforward since the site has a clean UX.

Finding what you want is best done through the search bar, which offers a simple search function. The filters available for the different games is a bit limited, so for games like bingo and keno, you have to use the search bar. Slots are listed collectively under one filter, too.

LuckyRush.io mobile web page

LuckyRush doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app or web app, but runs smoothly in mobile browser. It’s easily scrollable, and the buttons are easy to see and click.

When using the site in desktop mode, however, the site is the same as the mobile version. This means the website is constantly in portrait mode, even on desktop browser. The site functions well, but it is narrow on a landscape browser.

Usability rating

70/100 Cool design with neat UX
  • Better on mobile
  • User-friendly navigation
  • No mobile app
  • Mobile version used on desktop

The biggest issue with usability at LuckyRush, is that it’s clearly geared for mobile use. To the point where even if you access it on desktop, you’ll be seeing it in portrait, which is pretty frustrating. It detracts from the cool design and branding, and even the UX.

It’s very easy to navigate the site since the site has such a clean design, but big points are lost by only having a mobile version.

Another criticism is the live chat widget. To find it, you need to scroll to the very bottom of the site and press “Start Chat”. This makes it a bit of a hunt to find it, but then the chat box opens nice and big on the right of the screen.
