LuckyStake review

LuckyStake was launched by Elevatetech Holding Ltd. in 2025. LuckyStake has a lot going for it, especially when compared with other, more established sweeps casino. 823 games, including 23 live games and 13 table games, isn’t a common combination. There’s also a progressive daily login bonus, and 50,000 GC plus 25 SC in the referral bonus.

I explored the ins and outs of this sweeps casino, and you’ll find it all in my LuckyStake review.

Expert verdict

The general takeaway I got while working on my LuckyStake sweeps review is that it sets a pretty good standard for new sweeps casinos.

It does a lot of things right. LuckyStake has all the bonuses you’d expect to find at a sweeps casino: a friend referral with 25 SC, a progressive daily login bonus, and a high-value first purchase. Plus, 2.5 SC with the signup bonus, although I’d have liked more than 7,500 GC.

I think the games library is the strongest aspect of this casino. Yeah, it’s just 823 games where other sweeps casinos have 1,000+, but the variety packed into LuckyStake’s game library is impressive. LuckyStake has a live games section, and not just five games but 23. There are also table games and a good selection of slots.

The biggest issue I found is in redemptions. LuckyStake currently only offers virtual card redemptions, which is a letdown. I hope cash redemptions and gift cards are included soon, as this can often be a deal-breaker in sweeps casinos. The minimum for a virtual card is also 100 SC, which is way too high.

If you’re fine with virtual card redemptions for the time being, then LuckyStake is worth giving a try if you’re new to the sweepstakes scene or are more of a casual player.

More experienced players will be looking for different redemption options and might even want certain key software providers, but if this is your first sweeps casino, LuckyStake has a great offering.

State differences

LuckyStake is available in 34 states, excluding Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia.

How does LuckyStake casino work?

You’ll find two virtual coins at LuckyStake sweeps casino. These are Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC). You can use both of these to play games, but they have different rules.

GC are used for fun. They hold no value outside of the sweeps casino and can’t be exchanged or redeemed for prizes. They can be claimed through bonuses, social media giveaways, or bought in coin purchase packs.

SC can be used to play games, but they can also be used to redeem prizes. At LuckyStake, the current redemption prize is a virtual payout card. SC are included as a freebie in coin packs, bonuses, and giveaways.

Bonuses and loyalty at LuckyStake

The sign-up bonus for new players at LuckyStake is 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC. No bonus code is required to claim it.

Once you’ve registered, you can benefit from the 150% bonus offer that’s available with your first purchase. For $9.99, you can get 50,000 GC and 25 SC. There’s also a progressive login bonus, which awards up to 7,500 GC and 2 SC over seven days. The login bonus resets on the seventh day.

The referral bonus awards 50,000 GC and 25 SC when your friend makes purchases over $100 with their verified account. Your friend needs to use your referral link to sign up and is not entitled to a reward themselves.

LuckyStake isn’t offering a VIP program at this time. On its social media, LuckyStake hosts giveaways, like its 4th of July Treasure Hunt.

Bonus rating

82/100 Limited sign-up bonus
  • 25 SC with referral bonus
  • Progressive daily login bonus
  • No VIP program
  • Limited GC on sign-up

I was hoping for a bit more from the sign-up bonus. It’s not that 7,500 GC isn’t good, but it’s not a lot for a sign-up bonus. Smiles Casino awards new players with 1,000,000 GC and 2.5 SC on signing up, and while one million is on the high end of the scale, other casinos award even 250,000 GC, like WOW Vegas.

The progressive daily login bonus is always something I like to see, everybody likes a little treat, and when it adds up to 7,500 GC and 2 SC at the end of the week, it’s quite rewarding.

The referral bonus of 50,000 GC and 25 SC is definitely enticing, especially those 25 SC. However, you’ll only get it after your friend makes purchases over $100, which is a lot. It means it could be some time before you get your reward.

Luckily, LuckyStake does host some fun-looking giveaways on its social media platforms, so there are other ways to boost your bankroll if your friend referral doesn’t come through.

Games available at LuckyStake

There are 823 games at LuckyStake. 746 of those are slots, and the rest are live games, table games, and crash games. The slots cover popular themes, like fruits, gems, animals, Irish, adventure, fantasy, and mythology. LuckyStake has 25 crash games, which include Plinko, Mines, and Bingo. There’s also a selection of exclusive games

There are 13 table games, which include RNG options for baccarat, blackjack, dice games, roulette, and poker. In the live casino section there are six live roulette tables and eight live blackjack tables. There’s also a game show section which includes a live baccarat game, Sic Bo games, and Top Card.

Games rating

85/100 Under 900 games but packing variety
  • 23 live games
  • 740+ slots
  • Limited game shows
  • No live poker tables

823 is not the biggest game offering I’ve come across. Cazino, for instance, has over 1,000 games. Despite that, LuckyStake has a strong variety in its game offering, which Cazino lacks. The combination of slots, live games, crash games, and table games covers all areas and guarantees a game for every player.

Having not just a few, but 23 live games, alongside 13 RNG table games, is not a combination I come across often in sweeps casinos, as the operators often choose one or the other. This gives players a good selection and the freedom to play with a live dealer or solo.

I found it a bit strange that the baccarat game and Sic Bo games are under game shows and not live social games, but I’m glad they’re available.

There aren’t any live poker games available, which is quite common among sweeps casinos. Fortunately, there are options for RNG poker. If you’re a fan of live poker, Global Poker is a good option.

Software providers for LuckyStake

LuckyStake works with 21 software providers. This includes known providers like Relax Gaming, 1Spin4Win, and Microgaming. Platipus and Rubyplay provide the largest shares of the games, with 117 games each.

86/100 Good providers list curates a quality game offering
  • Works with well-known providers
  • Live games provider available
  • No bespoke software
  • Pragmatic Play missing

The providers list is decent. It’s got Relax Gaming, Microgaming, and Playson, to name a few on the list. These are great names to have around since their games are popular and there’s quality guaranteed.

I was disappointed to see key providers like Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming didn’t make the list, and I hope they’ll be included later down the line. There isn’t any bespoke software, but the list of providers creates enough variety that I don’t think it’s necessary.

LuckyStake also has ICONIC21 as its live games provider, guaranteeing high-quality live dealer games. Many players look out for live dealer games in sweeps casinos, so this is a sweet offering.

If Pragmatic Play games are a deal breaker for you, try Hello Millions. Its game library has slots from Pragmatic Play as well as a live games section, so you don’t need to compromise.

Payment methods accepted at LuckyStake

LuckyStake accepts VISA and Mastercard credit and debit cards for purchases. It also accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay. For redemptions, there’s currently one redemption method available, virtual payout cards. These are sent via email.

Cash prize redemptions and gift card redemptions aren’t available at this time. LuckyStake doesn’t accept cryptocurrencies either.

A minimum of 100 SC is required for redemptions. These 100 SC need to be played through the casino at least once before requesting a redemption. Redemption approvals typically take a few hours but can take up to 24 hours.

When you receive the virtual card via email, it will have your virtual card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV. You won’t receive a physical card, but you can add the virtual card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or use the details directly for purchases.

LuckyStake has eight coin packages available for purchase. The smallest package costs $1.99 and awards 4,000 GC. The most expensive package costs $999.99. This awards 2,000,000 GC and 1,040 free SC.

Payments rating

68/100 Disappointing redemptions
  • Ma max redemption
  • Mix of cards and e-wallets
  • Only virtual payout cards for redemptions
  • 100 SC min redemption

LuckyStake could be doing better when it comes to redemptions. While customer support told me they’re working to add other redemption methods in the future, what’s available right now is virtual payout cards. They’re not a popular prize, and the fact that you need a minimum of 100 SC to redeem a virtual card is also not doing it for me.

It’s a high minimum at any sweeps casino, for any payment method. Typically, sweeps casinos require a minimum of 100 SC for cash redemptions, but for virtual cards, it’s disappointing.

I’m happier with what’s available for purchases. Debit and credit cards are standard and always a good option, but e-wallets are faster and becoming the preferred method for purchases.

Is LuckyStake safe?

LuckyStake has 256-bit encryption with ECDSA technology. In its FAQs, LuckyStake mentions that its online casino games are RNG-operated.

For security reasons and as part of AML procedures, all accounts need to be verified after registration. You need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID, your passport, or your driving licence. LuckyStake will also need a selfie. For proof of address, you’ll need to provide a utility bill, a phone bill, or a bank statement. This can’t be more than 90 days old.

LuckyStake has a dedicated RG page. On it, players can find tips for how to play responsibly and what to look out for to recognize problematic gaming behavior. LuckyStake also lists NPR and GAA as additional resources players can turn to.

When it comes to tools, players can set GC purchase limits to help manage their daily purchases. This is done by contacting customer support or using the contact form. I couldn’t find the contact form, and when I asked support about it, the agent needed to check with the internal team.

For players who need to take time away from the sweeps casino, self-exclusion is available. There are two forms of self-exclusion and both of these can be set up by contacting customer support with “Self-Exclusion Request” in the subject line. The contact form is also listed as an option, but since I couldn’t find it, I’d suggest using the email support.

Take a break is one type of self-exclusion. This lets you close your account temporarily. It’s available for seven days, 14 days, or 30 days. Your account will automatically reopen after the break period has ended.

For players who need a longer break, you can block your account with self-exclusion. This starts with a minimum of six months, after which you can request to reactivate your account. You can also close your account after the period ends.

Safety rating

83/100 Standard security and RG tools available
  • 3 RG tools available
  • ECDSA 256-bit encryption
  • Contact form can’t be used for RG
  • Room for more limit settings

Although I’d always like to see more RG tools, these three tools are good to have. Purchase limits can help control spending, especially when it’s a daily limit. Other limit settings can be included, such as session reminders and session limits. Smiles Casino is a good example of a sweeps casino that has these tools.

The self-exclusion tools are set up well too. The take a break has good parameters which naturally lead into the six-month minimum for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion also gives the player the option to extend it or close the account, which gives them more power to control their gambling.

The only issue I see, is that the contact form is listed as a way of setting up these measures, and it can’t be found. Perhaps it was an oversight, or a feature that used to exist. Fortunately, the email support is reliable and can be used to set up self-exclusion, but RG pages need to be clear about their instructions.

Reaching out to support at LuckyStake

You can reach support by using the 24/7 live chat, or else via email. Phone support isn’t available. A contact form is mentioned on the EG page, but I couldn’t find it and support initiated an internal query to learn more about it.

Live chat is available even to non-members, and you can get a response in under a minute. From my experience, the agents were helpful and provided clear instructions to help with any queries.

The email response is a little longer, but it’s still a reliable form of support. I received a response from email support in 20 minutes, and the support agent gave me the same level of detail as I received via the live chat.

LuckyStake has a categorized FAQs section which is found under the Help Center. The questions cover account, purchases, verification, technical concerns, social gaming, promotions, and live casino. Each question comes with a detailed answer.

Support rating

88/100 Quick and reliable support
  • 24/7 support
  • Good FAQs section
  • Contact form can’t be found
  • No phone support

While phone support isn’t available, and the contact form is a mystery, the good thing is that the live chat and the email support are very reliable, so you won’t need other options. It’s only frustrating because the contact form is listed as an option on the RG page but then it can’t be found and so can misdirect players.

20 minutes is one of the fastest waiting times I’ve experienced for email support, as some email support teams never answer. The live chat is also instant, which makes it really reassuring to use.

The FAQs are strong too. The categories cover the most important areas and each one has plenty of questions with well-written answers. If you need to get support at LuckyStake, reassuringly, it’s quite straightforward and accessible.

If phone support is your preferred way of getting help, Crown Coins has all of the above plus a phone number you can call.

The usability of LuckyStake’s platform

LuckyStake offers players a smooth user experience, thanks to clean UX and fast loading times. On the left-hand side there’s a menu which has links for major pages like the lobby, social games, social live games, player safety, and the Help Center. It also has the buttons for its social media pages.

LuckyStake has a subtle superhero theme, with some high-quality superhero images in the banners showcasing bonuses, and the LuckyStake logo is styled in a comic-book font.

LuckyStake homepage on two mobile devices

The lobby has filters for popular games, new and exclusive, slots, social live games, themes, crash games, table games, and providers. Clicking the social live games filter reveals the games broken down into further categories, and the same applies for the games listed under the themes filter.

There’s a search bar at the top of the site which allows you to search by games, providers, and categories. When you click on the providers tab in the search bar, this brings up the list of providers. If you click on the categories tab eight options are available: new games, slots, live games, blackjack, roulette, game shows, crash games, and table games.

Usability rating

90/100 Clean, fun design with better UX
  • Clean US
  • Fast loading time
  • No mobile app
  • Doesn’t work on Safari

The only disappointment I found with LuckyStake’s usability was that it doesn’t work on Safari. I tried multiple times and it never loaded, so for Apple users, you’ll need to rely on Google Chrome, where fortunately it runs smoothly.

There isn’t a mobile app either, but most sweeps casinos don’t have one, and the site adjusts well to the mobile browser, so you don’t need to compromise your experience.

Although LuckyStake keeps it simple, the design is pretty cool. It feels like a comic book, bringing something fresh to sweeps casinos, which are typically designed with casino images or slot characters.

Plus, LuckyStake has managed to have a cool design without compromising intuitive UX. Getting around is easy because the navigation paths are clear and the site loads really quickly, so there’s no delay.
