QuestPlay makes a good first impression with its landing page, thanks to its high-quality visuals. The fantasy adventure theme really works and makes the sweeps casino more engaging, but under the surface, there are areas that need work.

QuestPlay sweeps casino has plenty of regular SC bonuses. VIP club, daily lootboxes, daily wheel spin, and friend referral bonus are all good, although there needs to be more information on the friend referral bonus. In the games department, 2,000+ games, especially after launch, is impressive for a sweeps casino. The variety is good, with slots, table games, and mini games all available. 

Payments are decent, but lacking options for e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, and even gift cards. The biggest issue I find, however, lies in customer support. After a week, I still hadn’t heard back from QuestPlay’s customer support, both via email and on the live chat. Hopefully this is an area that’s still being developed.

All in all, QuestPlay still has some work to do. It’s got a lot of the key elements nailed down, with only minor improvements to be made, but some other areas need a lot more attention to bring it to a level where it can compete with other sweeps casinos on the market.

How does QuestPlay work?

QuestPlay uses two virtual coins: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC). GCs are used only for entertainment. They can’t be redeemed or cashed for prizes or money, but you can use them to play games at the casino. Newcomers at QuestPlay get a welcome bonus of 100,000 GC and 1 SC. This is awarded as soon as you make your account.

The usability of QuestPlay’s platform

QuestPlay has a clean design with a cool fantasy adventure theme. The graphics are high quality, which makes the site look more inviting. It’s a sleek and modern design, which goes hand in hand with the site’s clean UX.

Navigation was simple, but some links are still missing from the footer, and certain game filters are missing. For example, you can find roulette games via the sidebar menu, but the roulette filter is missing from the game library, while all the other table games have a filter you can click on. There is a searchbar which offers a simple search function, although results don’t always come up in the searchbar.

Usability facts

I was also locked out of my account, with no way of getting back in. The login screen told me to contact support.

QuestPlay doesn’t have a casino app you can download, but it runs well in mobile browsers like Safari and Chrome.
