Expert verdict

Rolla sweepstakes casino has a solid mix of almost 1,800 slots with fair RTPs averaging 96%-97% and low spin costs starting at 0.01 SC or 1 GC. They run on 30 software providers, including six big names like Pragmatic Play. Payments are quick and easy with bank transfers, cards, Apple Pay, and Skrill, though the 2.9% fee and slow redemptions hold it back a bit.

Security feels very safe thanks to 256-bit SSL, clear terms, and strong, responsible gaming tools from MW Services. Support is friendly and always on via live chat and email, but the AI chatbot start-up and no phone or FAQ can slow you down. The site is user-friendly and loads fast on desktop and mobile, though a search filter and a mobile app would make finding games even simpler.

Overall, Rolla is a dependable sweepstakes site for slots fans, but it could add more game types and faster redemptions to keep players happy.

State differences

Rolla casino is available in 43 states. If you’re based in Idaho, Michigan, Connecticut, Montana, Nevada, Washington, or New York, you won’t be able to sign up or engage on the platform, as these states are considered restricted territories. Additionally, when signing up, you need to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

How does Rolla casino work?

Rolla Casino operates using two types of virtual currencies, which are Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Both GC and SC are awarded to you after creating an account at Rolla. Gold Coins do not have real monetary value and, therefore, can only be used to play games.

Rolla casino is always free to play; however, they do give you the option to purchase GC if you feel the need to. With most GC packages, you’ll receive a complimentary amount of SC.

SC cannot be purchased in any form; the only way to get your hands on it is to claim bonuses and promotions or by referring family and friends to Rolla and receiving the referral bonus, awarded in SC.

Some other ways to obtain SC at Rolla include participating in leaderboard races like the Rock N’ Rolla contest, spinning the Reels on certain slots that contain special game triggers that randomly award SC during play, and unlocking them via Rolla’s VIP rewards.

At Rolla, one SC is equivalent to one USD. For cash prize redemptions, you need to obtain 100 SC and play them through 1x. If you’re going for a gift card redemption, you’ll need to accumulate and play through 50 SC.

Rolla casino bonuses

Immediately after signing up to Rolla Casino, you’ll receive their welcome offer. The welcome promotion spans over 30 days, and you can claim 250,000 GC and 1 SC every single day. That works out to 7.5 million GC and 30 SC over a 30-day period.

Rolla doesn’t have a standard daily login bonus but you may participate in the Wake Up and Win 10,000,000 GC prize drop. It’s available 7 days a week from 3 AM to midday PST. Simply log in to Rolla, play any game and you could win big with just one GC Coin spin.

Likewise, to get your daily dose of free SC, you can take part in the Reel Quest challenge by playing slots in SC mode. If you hit your goal, you’ll get your hands on some free SC. The slot switches daily, so check back each morning for a new game.

You’ll also have access to a number of other promotions, like the Rock N’ Rolla leaderboard races, where you can win your share of GC and SC. You can also engage in the referral program and receive up to 100 SC for each friend who signs up and plays.

The High Roller VIP program also allows you to climb the tiers and includes faster withdrawals and exclusive bonuses only available to VIP members. The weekly loss rollback entitles you to a partial refund of GC and SC losses every week.

Lastly, if you’d like to receive free SC, you can do so by using the mail-in SC bonus. These are the steps you need to follow:

  • Carefully input your unique username, making sure it matches your profile for verification purposes.
  • Enter the email address associated with your account, and double-check for accuracy to avoid any delays.
  • Complete the security captcha challenge; this is essential to safeguard the system and confirm the authenticity of your request.
  • Send a handwritten request on a postcard to Rolla casino’s headquarters, and you’ll receive three SC for free after doing so.

There are several purchase discounts available on the ā€œBuy Coinsā€ tab, with the most popular one being 1,250,000 GC + 25 SC for $9.99.

Bonus rating

98/100 Strong bonus mix, slow SC drip
  • Great GC rewards in the welcome offer
  • Multiple ways to obtain currencies
  • High Rolla VIP program
  • Slow 1SC per day accrual

30-day welcome coins is definitely the best part of their bonuses, it gives you a steady supply of GC each and every day, so logging into the site every day ensures that you have enough virtual currency to play with. This puts Rolla on par with other sweep sites like Fortune Coins, known to offer 30-day welcome bonuses like these.

The daily challenges for GC and SC are a clever twist that makes logging in feel more like a mini-game than a chore. Instead of a set GC gift each day, you’ve got a real chance to grab a share of 10 M GC or earn SC by hitting your Reel Quest goals; that’s more exciting, especially if you like a bit of competition.

That said, some players just want a sure-thing bonus without the extra steps, so they might miss the old ā€œclick and collectā€ daily bonus. Also, the time window for the Prize Drop (3 AM- noon PST) could be tricky for folks in different time zones.

The promotions for existing players, as well as the High Rolla VIP program, offer additional SC, which is always something to look forward to. I like the fact that they offer a partial refund on weekly GC and SC losses, which helps keep some of your bankroll intact.

That said, accruing one SC per day as part of the welcome offer means it will take you an entire month before you accumulate at least 30 SC. If you don’t mind pacing yourself, then it works; however, if you’re after bigger SC bonuses, this one will leave you lacking.

The classic mail-in bonus is always nice to see, and the 3 SC for a mail-in request is pretty decent as well. Overall, Rolla has a solid mix of bonuses for a newcomer.

Rolla casino game selection

At the time of my Rolla sweepstakes casino review, I came across a total of 1,786 casino-style games, all of which are slot titles. I did find approximately 29 Megaways, as well as some Hold and Win and Hold and Spin titles.

Rolla Casino also has a low spins category, which resembles that of its sister site, WOW Vegas. These slots have low minimum entry points, so you can spin the reels with as little as 0.01 SC or 1 GC. Giga Match is one of those titles provided by RubyPlay and requires just one GC to enter while boasting a maximum win of 18,153x.

The sweep site does not offer table games, live games, or any niche gaming options at this time. That said, RTPs on slots are solid; with most slots giving you between 96% to 97% return.

Game types

Games rating

87/100 Great collection of slots, but that’s about it
  •  Very low entry spin costs
  • Huge slot library
  • No table or live games
  • No niche games

While the game collection at Rolla consists of slots only, it’s nice to see solid RTPs and a huge number of titles with low-cost spins as well. This makes it fair and attractive for players of all levels.

That said, the fact that there are no table games, a live casino section, or niche gaming options could prove to be disappointing for anyone who likes a variety beyond slots. If you’re after more than just slots, GummyPlay has tons of slots plus live blackjack, roulette, and baccarat tables; while you’ll also find niche picks like Bingo and Plinko in your gaming sessions.

It would be in the brand’s best interest to start adding some other casino-style games to its gaming library to keep not just slots lovers happy, but table game enthusiasts too.

Software at Rolla casino

Rolla Casino has a total of 30 software developers powering its gaming library, with the majority of these being smaller or newer providers. There isn’t any in-house or bespoke software available.

Software rating

95/100 Many developers, few top-tier ones
  • 30 providers available
  • Regular additions like Pragmatic Play
  • No in-house software
  • No live software

With 30 software developers, Rolla’s software mix is pretty good, even if most are from smaller studios. You’ll get a decent variety of slots, some new and others well-known.

The lack of in-house or bespoke games means that there’s nothing exclusive about the gaming library, and everything’s quite plain. However, the recent addition of Pragmatic Play to the software pool is a good sign, and perhaps Rolla will soon have some live-dealer titles, and maybe even a full live-casino suite.

Overall, this is not so bad for the sweeps site, but considering they’re powered by WOW Vegas’s parent company, you would expect them to bring in the wow factor. That said, you’ll still never feel short on slots, but just don’t expect anything that stands out.

Rolla casino’s payment options

The sweepstakes casino offers five reliable payment options. When it comes to purchasing GC, you’re free to use online banking, credit, and debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club International, as well as Skrill and Apple Pay.

In most cases, purchases are instant. When making a purchase, there’s a 2.9% processing fee that’s added to each transaction (capped at $10 maximum). This fee helps cover third-party payment processing costs, and will be displayed during checkout.

When it’s time to request a cash prize redemption, you’ll need at least 100 SC played through 1x. You can either use Trustly or Skrill. Cash prize redemptions take between one to five business days to process if it’s your first redemption request; subsequent redemptions are anywhere between one to three business days.

You need at least 50 redeemable SC for gift card redemptions, and each SC must be played 1x to unlock before you can make your request. Gift cards are delivered electronically via email through Prizeout’s network. No fees on gift-card requests, and they are processed within 3 business days.

Withdrawal methods

Payments rating

80/100 Reliable payments, slow redemptions
  • Trusted payment methods
  • Instant deposit times
  • 2.9% processing fee
  • Withdrawals take days

Rolla deserves credit for offering fast, easy, and secure payment methods. The casino’s options provide more than enough ways to transfer money in seconds, especially with the addition of Apple Pay and Skrill.

That said, the fact that they charge a 2.9% fee on purchases is not so great; additionally, first-time cash prize withdrawals can take up to five days, which is on the slower side, while subsequent redemptions still take up to three days.

Overall, Rolla offers some solid options for purchases and redemptions; however, their 1–5 business-day wait for gift cards and cash prizes feels slow compared to LuckyLand Slots, where withdrawals often land in your account within about 31 hours after the first ID check. If you value speedy payouts, LuckyLand’s faster turnaround sets a higher bar for Rolla to aim for.

Is Rolla casino safe?

Rolla casino is owned and operated by MW Services, which is the parent company of WOW Vegas. The site also implements 256-bit SSL encryption, which ensures that your personal and financial data is protected.

Games are RNG tested, and I noticed several Know Your Customer (KYC) checkpoints across the platform, during my Rolla casino sweepstakes review, and more especially when requesting redemptions.

Once you’re logged in, you can also access your gaming and transaction history, allowing you to keep track of your activities as well as the amount of money you’re spending on GC purchases.

While I did not come across any trust seals or responsible gambling seals, I did find several responsible gaming (RG) tools on the site, including daily, weekly, and monthly purchase limiters.

The brand has a dedicated RG page that gives you tips and resources on how to play responsibly and get help when you need it. You can also request a cooling-off or self-exclusion period by reaching out to the support team.

Safety rating

95/100 Strong security measures and KYC
  • Terms easy to find and clear
  • Strong RG tools and resources
  • 256-bit SSL and KYC checks
  • No visible fairness seals

Rolla casino really does cover most of the basics here. Its terms and conditions are clear, and the fact that it’s owned by MW Services, which is the same parent company behind WOW Vegas, automatically adds trust to the brand.

It’s good to see RG tools here as well, not to mention the KYC checks and 256-bit SSL encryption, which simply adds additional layers of security.

That said, Rolla should add a fairness seal or two, similar to Golden Heart Games’ deal with Birches Health, which is a step beyond the basic cool-off options most sweeps casinos offer. This will boost confidence and reach more players. Overall, Rolla’s safety setup is decent for a sweepstakes casino.

Customer support

There are three ways to reach a support agent at Rolla casino. This includes live chat, email, as well as the public onsite chat facility. When accessing the live chat function, you’re first greeted by a chatbot and if you’re still not getting the answers you need, you can request to chat to an agent.

I didn’t come across a direct phone line, an FAQ section, or even a help center for that matter. The brand is, however, active on Facebook and Instagram, and once you connect with them, you can send through your questions and queries and receive a reply shortly thereafter.

According to the support team, responses don’t take more than two hours. This is true when accessing the public onsite chat, as you can receive a reply within seconds from fellow Rolla casino members, if not from a support agent.

Support rating

78/100 Support available, but response times need work
  • Live chat available
  • Clear, helpful answers
  • Only chat and email
  • 12+ hour response times

With Rolla’s live chat and email options, they do offer more than one way to reach support, which is good. However, when accessing the live chat feature, you are first greeted by an AI chatbot, and only if you don’t receive responses after ten minutes or so do you have the option of requesting to chat directly with a support agent.

While support advertises responses in under two hours, my experience was a bit different. I received a response to my query asking if any table games are available after more than twelve hours. I posted the next question, and it’s been six hours already, and still no response.

That said, it’s good that they have a public chat where you can get responses from other players as well as agents. However, many players would prefer a help center or at least an FAQ section, so they can get answers to frequently asked questions without having to reach out to support.

Overall, it’s good that they have more than one support option, however adding a direct phone line or just a simple FAQ page would make the entire experience even better.

Rolla casino’s user interface

The sweepstakes casino has a black-and-red theme, with all of the essential tabs and sections located on the left-hand pane, as well as the website header.

Immediately after logging into your Rolla casino account, you’ll find that the current promotions appear just below the website header, and this includes the Rolla Riches four-tier jackpots.

Rolla casino homepage screenshots

You can access your profile on the left-hand pane, and when you need support, simply click on the customer help tab, also on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, to take you through to the live chat pop-up.

All 30 software providers are listed on the homepage; by simply clicking on ā€œView All,ā€ you can access the entire list and click on the desired developer to see all of the games powered by them. There isn’t a search bar for games, so you cannot search by title, and you have to scroll through the entire list until you find the title you’re looking for.

When you come across the title you’d like to play, simply click on ā€œPlay Nowā€; you then have access to important information like the max multiplier, minimum and maximum entries per spin, and volatility.

The site has quite a simple layout, and you won’t find any flashy banners distracting you from heading straight over to the games lobby and starting your gaming sessions.

Rolla does not have dedicated or downloadable apps right now, but you can still access the casino directly on your Android or iOS mobile browser.

Usability rating

78/100 Simple and streamlined layout, but no mobile app
  • Can filter games by provider
  • No flashy banners
  • No search bar for games
  • No native app

I’ve tried dozens of sweepstakes casinos over the years, and I can honestly say that using the Rolla site is as easy as can be, Signing up on the site takes a matter of minutes, and you can claim your bonus immediately after registering an account.

All aspects of the site load fast, whether you’re playing on a desktop or mobile browser. This allows you to get straight into the games without toggling back and forth looking for links or waiting for your screen to load.

That said, the lack of a search bar for games is something that they could improve on, considering you can filter games by software developer.

Lastly, while I understand that Rolla casino is a fairly new sweepstakes casino, the sooner they look into implementing a dedicated mobile app, the sooner they can access players who are interested in simply tapping on an icon on their phone and playing.

Overall, they do deserve credit for the simple and easy-to-use desktop and mobile site.
