Expert verdict
SpinQuest has had a strong start on its journey, and while I think there are some areas that can’t be ignored, this sweeps casino still has a lot going for it.
When it comes to games and providers, 820+ games is good by sweeps standards, and SpinQuest is already working with some big names. I only hope that the sweeps casino continues to add more games and pushes to include games from other key providers, to really solidify its game library. As for bonuses, SpinQuest performs strongly. The 100,000 GC and 2 SC sign-up bonus is good, but I’m a bigger fan of the daily 10,000 GC and 1 SC.
The trouble with SpinQuest’s bonus SC is that they come with a 3x playthrough requirement. SC that are included in purchase packs with GC have the standard 1x playthrough requirement, but the 3x requirement on bonus SC is high and pretty unfair. Cash redemptions are the only option available, and while the redemption minimum is low at 50 SC, it’s going to take you a while to get there.
Other than that, there are other areas at SpinQuest that I’m happy with, like its 24/7 live chat support and its dedicated RG page, although there’s definitely space for more RG tools.
Overall, SpinQuest is on a good path, but I feel there are areas that it needs to reconsider and give more attention. Initially, I felt this sweeps casino was a good option for players who are new to the sweeps experience, but that 3x playthrough requirement isn’t very newbie friendly.
State differences
SpinQuest is available in 42 states, but is restricted in Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Washington, Nevada, New York, and Louisiana.
For players in Florida and New York, there’s a maximum redemption value of $5,000 on any one spin or play.
How does SpinQuest casino work?
SpinQuest has two virtual coins: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Both can be used to play games, but they don’t have the same rules.
GC are used to play games for fun. You can purchase them in a coin pack, but they can be awarded in promotions and giveaways, too. GC can’t be redeemed for prizes, which is where they’re different from SC.
SC can be used to play games and can be earned through SC promotions and giveaways. You can’t purchase them, but they’re often included as freebies in a GC pack. When you reach a minimum of 50 SC, you can redeem them for a cash prize.
Bonuses and loyalty at SpinQuest
When you sign up at SpinQuest, you receive 100,000 GC and 2 SC. This is a no-deposit bonus, and there’s no promo code required either. After that, you can claim the first purchase bonus, which is 300,000 GC and 30 free SC for $10. This coin pack is typically priced at $30.
SpinQuest also has a daily login bonus of 10,000 GC and one SC. If you want additional SC, you can write a mail-in request for 5 SC.

Bonus rating
- High-value daily login bonus
- 5 SC with mail-in request
- No VIP program
- Referral program is commission-based
I think there’s a lot to like with SpinQuest’s approach to bonuses. The sign-up bonus is great since 100,000 GC is more than enough to get you started. 2 SC isn’t the highest amount of SC I’ve seen with a sign-up bonus, with WOW Vegas awarding 5 SC. However, SpinQuest has an amazing daily login bonus that immediately follows the sign-up bonus.
After receiving your sign-up bonus, you’ll get 10,000 GC and 1 SC, so on your first day you’ll already have 3 SC. Plus, this is a daily bonus of 1 SC, which is the highest daily award of SC I’ve seen. Many casinos award just 0.2 SC or 0.5 SC in the daily bonus, so a whole 1 SC every day stands out. Besides that, 5 SC via mail-in request is impressive as the average is just 2 SC.
The friend referral bonus is a bit of a letdown, especially alongside all the other great bonuses at SpinQuest. It’s commission-based, which means there’s no fixed amount that you’ll receive and it’s entirely dependent on how often your friend uses the sweeps casino, and more importantly, how much they spend.
It creates a sense of obligation for the friend to spend money in the sweeps casino, so that you get your bonus, and ultimately there’s a chance you won’t be satisfied with what you receive anyway. I was also hoping to find a VIP program, but the live chat agent told me it’s not established yet.
Games available at SpinQuest
There are over 820 games at SpinQuest, which include slots, bonus buys, jackpots, minigames, table games, and live dealer games. Slots make up the largest proportion of the available games.
There are 10+ jackpots, but SpinQuest also has mini games like Plinko, crash games, and scratch cards.

There are 20+ live casino games, which includes live roulette, blackjack, and baccarat tables, along with live options for card games like Kick Off and Craps. There are also a few games shows. The live casino section is available 24/7, with high-quality streaming from a studio.
If you prefer RNG table games, there are five classic games. When it comes to exclusive games, you’ll find some original titles like SpinQuest Blackjack.

Games rating
- 820+ games
- 20+ live games
- Only 5 table games
- Few jackpots
There’s not much to dislike when it comes to games at SpinQuest. Although its game library is small when compared to other sweeps casinos, it covers almost every gametype, including a variety of live games.
Spree, for example, has 1,500+ games available, but it has only five live games. In SpinQuest’s collection of 820+ games, there are over 20 live game options. There are even some original games, which surprised me. Although SpinQuest Blackjack might be pretty similar to other live blackjack tables, I thought it was a nice inclusion.
Besides that, I was glad to see jackpots are included in SpinQuest’s game library, along with a few table games. The table games are a bit limited, but between that and the live games section, you should manage fine.
Software providers for SpinQuest
SpinQuest works with a small list of software providers, which includes some of the leading providers in the industry. Names like Pragmatic Play, ICONIC21, Hacksaw Gaming, NoLimit City, BGaming, and Evolution are part of the list. ICONIC21 is the live games provider for SpinQuest.

Software rating
- Live games provider
- No download required
- No bespoke software
- Lacks key providers
SpinQuest works with some big names, like Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming, which I was pleased to see. Working with top providers means the games have been independently audited, guaranteeing fairness when it comes to their RNGs and RTPs.
Of course, there’s always room for other major providers to join the ranks, like Relax Gaming and NetEnt. Players look out for these key software providers because it means that not only will they find the most popular games in the industry, but it levels up the quality of SpinQuest’s offering.
Some players look out for bespoke software, as it means the sweeps casino has something unique to offer. SpinQuest doesn’t have any bespoke software, which may be disappointing for some, however I feel this sweeps casino is on the right track to building a strong game library.
It’s great to see ICONIC21 as SpinQuest’s live games provider. It’s becoming more popular among sweeps casinos since there’s a greater demand for it. There’s also a good selection of ICONIC21’s games, making it a substantial live casino games section.
Payment methods accepted at SpinQuest
SpinQuest accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and bank transfer for purchases. For redemptions, the options are debit cards and bank transfers. Cryptocurrencies aren’t accepted.
The maximum GC purchase is $1,000 per transaction and $5,000 per day. There’s a minimum requirement of 50 SC for cash prize redemptions. Gift cards aren’t available. Before requesting a sweeps payout, any SC needs to be played through.
If the SC is acquired through coin package purchases, there’s a 1x playthrough requirement, while if the SC is acquired through promotions or bonuses, there’s a 3x playthrough requirement. The playthrough is also calculated based on the total bets placed since different game types contribute differently.
With slots, 100% of the bet contributes to playthrough in a 1:1 ratio. With live games, digital table games, and SpinQuest in-house games, 20% of the bet contributes to playthrough.
You can also have a partial playthrough redemption. If you’d like to redeem a prize worth 50 SC or more, you don’t need to complete the playthrough requirement. Your playthrough just needs to have exceeded 50 SC.

Before making a redemption request, your account needs to be verified. SpinQuest can request additional verification for redemptions of $2,000 or more. This can include asking for copies of your identification documents, proof of address, such as a utility bill, and a source of wealth or source of funds documentation, like a payslip.
Your first redemption needs to be processed via ACH bank transfer. This is a one-time occurrence to help SpinQuest safely verify your payment method. After this is done, you can use instant debit redemptions.
For players in New York and Florida, the maximum redemption amount is $5,000 per spin or per play round. SpinQuest reserves the right to limit your prize redemption to $10,000 per day, or any other amount over any time that the sweeps casino deems fit.
The maximum debit card redemption amount is 500 SC, and it takes up to five minutes for the redemption to be processed. With bank transfers, the maximum is 5,000 SC, and this can take 1–3 days. Redemptions are processed Monday-Friday.
SpinQuest will only process one redemption request per player within a 24-hour period. You’ll receive your cash prize no more than 10 days after the redemption request.
Payments rating
- 50 SC minimum redemption
- Instant debit redemptions
- No gift card redemptions
- 3x playthrough on bonus SC
Instant debit redemptions are definitely a positive. The speed of redemptions can often make or break a sweeps casino experience, and SpinQuest prioritizes fast debit redemptions. Yeah, it’s true you’ve got to make a bank transfer for the very first redemption, but it’s just a security procedure.
Cash redemptions are always very attractive, and although I’d have liked to see gift card redemptions in there too, I’m impressed with the minimum redemption amount. Just 50 SC for a cash redemption is great. Almost every sweeps casino I’ve come across has a minimum of 100 SC. At SpinQuest, you can hit 50 SC relatively quickly, especially with its daily login bonus.
Now this is the catch. There’s a 3x wagering requirement on SC acquired through bonuses. This is far too high. It means you need to wager your sign-up bonus, login bonus, and any other promotional SC three times before you can redeem them. The industry average is 1x. Suddenly, that minimum of 50 SC sounds less likely.
Also, if you play anything other than slots, only 20% of the bet is contributing to the playthrough requirement, making it harder for non-slot players.
If this feels like a deal breaker for you, you might be happier trying Hello Millions. It’s got a minimum redemption of 50 SC for cash prizes, but also has gift cards, which just need 10 SC to be redeemed. Plus, there isn’t a 3x playthrough requirement.
Is SpinQuest safe?
SpinQuest has 256-bit encryption with ECDSA technology, which highlights that it prioritizes security.
While there’s no mention of an RNG, I asked the customer support team about it, and I was assured that all of the games are certified with RNGs. SpinQuest works with reputable software providers, ensuring that the games available are regularly audited by a recognized auditing body.
Verification is required after registration. This involves providing a copy of your identification document and proof of address.
SpinQuest has a dedicated responsible gambling section, which has three sub-pages: policy, self-exclusion, and review your habits.
The policy page explains SpinQuest’s approach to responsible gambling, which includes listing tips for playing safely and examples to help recognize when gambling is becoming problematic. It also breaks down some common misconceptions around gambling. GAA, the FCAA, and the NFCC are listed as professional sources of support.

Besides this, the policy page is where SpinQuest lists the RG tools. This includes access control tools, which are taking a break, self-exclusion, and permanent closure.
The taking a break tool lets you pause your account for a temporary period, starting with 24 hours up to 60 days. You can only withdraw funds from your account during this period.
Self-exclusion is available for players who need a more serious break, but you can still withdraw funds from your account during this time. Self-exclusion starts at 6 months, and can be increased to one year, two years, five years, or even permanently. After that, you can permanently close your account and withdraw any remaining funds.
Additionally, you can check your purchase and redemption history at any time to review your transactions of the last six months. This is available from the “My Account” menu.
The self-exclusion page explains the self-exclusion policy, which summarizes the core points from the policy page. The review your habits page includes questions you can ask yourself regarding your finances, relationships, and personal feelings, to help identify if your gambling habits are becoming a problem.

- Detailed RG page
- ECDSA 256-bit encryption
- No limit-setting tools
From a technical standpoint, SpinQuest is ticking the right boxes and prioritizing security. It invests in 256-bit ECDSA encryption, and its games all work with RNGs. Plus, it follows through with the standard verification requirements.
From an RG perspective, I was impressed with the dedicated RG page, and its sub-pages. It’s clear, it’s transparent, it’s informative. SpinQuest’s RG page highlights the importance of having a strong approach to RG and educates players on how to protect themselves.
Which is why I felt it was a shame that the only RG tools available are different forms of self-exclusion. Don’t get me wrong, those are essential, and SpinQuest has well-established time periods to go from taking a break to full self-exclusion.
However, taking a break from the sweeps casino should be the last resort. Before that, using limit-setting tools can help players stay in control of their gaming habits. Including purchase limits, wager limits, and even session limits, is super beneficial.
Chanced, for instance, has a cooling off period and self-exclusion available, while also having purchase amount, play amount, and gameplay limits. Another sweeps casino that’s a step up in terms of RG is Golden Hearts Games, which has a partnership with Birches Health.
Reaching out to support at SpinQuest
There are three ways to get help at SpinQuest. These are live chat, email support, and the help center.
Live chat and email support are available 24/7. From my experience, both of these were highly responsive. The live chat agents respond in under a minute, and I received replies from email support after about 15 minutes. Both responses were to the point and gave me useful answers.

The help center can be found in the live chat widget. This contains a few FAQs, such as how can I redeem my rewards, and what are gold coins and sweepscoins. Each question has detailed answers.
Support rating
- 24/7 live chat support
- 3 support methods available
- Room for more FAQs
- No phone support
I was pretty impressed with SpinQuest’s support. Although three types of support don’t sound like much, it’s the efficiency of those three methods that makes them so impressive.
24/7 live chat is rare at sweeps casinos, so I was happy to find it at SpinQuest. It’s available even to non-members, too. The responses are instant, and they gave me the clarity I was looking for, so you know you can rely on the support agents.
It’s the same with the email support, too. It’s often the case that I reach out to email support and never get a response back from them, like with LoneStar, but with SpinQuest, I had an answer in 15 minutes. It’s a high standard for a sweeps casino. I know phone support isn’t available, but when you’ve got lightning-fast live chat, do you really need phone support?
The only area I was expecting more from was the FAQs. The answers provided are great. They’re detailed and well-structured, but there are only about four FAQs hidden in the live chat widget, which is limited. Other casinos have a long list of FAQs, which makes them a useful source of information for new players. LuckyStake is a great example of a detailed and organized FAQs section.
The usability of SpinQuest’s platform
SpinQuest has a clean design. It keeps things simple with an all-black background and some blue accents. As for the UX, it’s standard and user-intuitive, with the sidebar menu on the left of the site, showing shortcuts to major pages, like promotions, redemptions, live support, and the RG page.

In the lobby, you can browse games by their providers or game type, and there’s a search bar too.

If you want to use the sweeps casino on mobile, there isn’t an app available but that won’t be an issue. SpinQuest is fully responsive and adapts well to mobile browsers, with some adjustments. The sidebar menu is moved to the bottom of the screen, which makes it easier to access on a mobile device.
Usability rating
- Runs smoothly on mobile
- Clean design and navigation
- No mobile app
- Basic filters
Like many great sweeps casinos, SpinQuest has a design that’s easy on the eyes. It’s cool and inviting, without taking away the focus from its games.
What’s more important than a cool design, however, is functional UX. Luckily, SpinQuest has that down, too. Navigation is easy, thanks to the handy sidebar menu, and hunting for games is made simple with the filters at the top of the game lobby.
There isn’t a dedicated casino app, but I don’t think you need it. SpinQuest adjusts perfectly to smaller screens, so if you need to play on the move, the sweeps casino will keep up just fine.
