Expert verdict

On the surface, SweepLasVegas is a good sweeps casino. 2,400+ games definitely stand out in the crowd, with 22 software providers, and some interesting bonuses. There are a few areas I wasn’t so happy with, however.

From a bonuses perspective, the welcome bonus is lower than average, with just 1,000 GC and 2 SC. It’s quickly followed by the daily login bonus, though, which does have potential for some big winnings. There are also a few other free SC bonuses and the VIP program to help you along the way, so while the welcome bonus is limited, the rest is pretty good.

The game library offers loads of niche options. Plenty of niche games like keno, bingo, and scratch cards are available, which is great, but live games and jackpots don’t make the cut this time. The inclusion of one or both of these categories would massively boost SweepLasVegas’ already strong game offering.

The two areas that I feel need more work are support and payments. For support, players can only reach out via email, which doesn’t have a consistent response time. My second email remained unanswered, days later, which doesn’t give me much confidence.

The payment options offered are standard but also limited. The 100 SC minimum redemption requirement is also too high, which is made worse by players not having the alternative of a cheaper gift card redemption.

Overall, if you’re in it for the games, SweepLasVegas is a good choice for a sweeps casino. You won’t have any live games, but there’s a lot here to keep you occupied. With a few adjustments and a boosted welcome bonus, SweepLasVegas could have an all-around better offering for all kinds of players.

State differences

SweepLasVegas is restricted in Washington, Idaho, and Nevada. The terms also mention that the sweeps casino is restricted anywhere else that sweepstakes aren’t legal. While these states aren’t listed, they should include New Jersey, New York, Montana, Connecticut, and Michigan. Check out our US sweepstakes laws page to keep an eye on ongoing sweeps laws.

How does SweepLasVegas casino work?

SweepLasVegas has two virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GCs) and Sweeps Coins (SCs). The GCs are used to play games for free at the sweeps casino. You don’t need to purchase them since they’re awarded in bonuses and promotions. If you want some extra GCs, they can be purchased in coin packages.

SCs can’t be bought. They’re often included as a freebie in coin packages, but are also awarded in bonuses and promotions. SCs also have a monetary value, since they can be redeemed for cash prizes. The minimum redemption amount is 100 SC, which can be redeemed after being wagered at least once.

Bonuses and loyalty at SweepLasVegas

Newly registered players at SweepLasVegas can claim 1,000 GC and 2 SC after they’ve verified their email. You can also take a daily spin on the wheel to get additional free GC and SC. The daily wheel can award from 400K GC up to 1M GC and from 0.4 SC up to 100 SC.

SweepLasVegas also offers Faucet, which offers an instant GC refill bonus when your account hits zero. Another way to claim coins is through the friend referral bonus. Each time you refer a friend, you’ll get 10,000 GC and 10 SC once they purchase a coin package.

Another way to claim free SC is via the AMOE. Players can write in to request free SC every day, and each request is met with SC. SweepLasVegas also has a seven-tier VIP program. The seven tiers are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Diamond, and Pinnacle.

All players are automatically enrolled in the sweeps VIP program and gain VIP points by playing at the sweeps casino. With each level, players get an SC bonus plus rakeback.

SweepLasVegas also offers three first-purchase packages for players to choose one. Each package offers 50% savings. The three packages are:

  • 40K GC and 20 SC for $10
  • 10K GC and 50 SC for $25
  • 400K GC and 100 SC for $50

Bonus rating

74/100 Good selection of bonuses, low-value welcome bonus
  • Lucrative friend referral bonus
  • Unique Faucet promo
  • Low-value welcome bonus
  • No tournaments or social-media promos

I was disappointed with the welcome bonus at SweepLasVegas. Just 1,000 GC in the welcome bonus is surprisingly low. The 2 SC is a bit better and more than some sweeps casinos, but the GC is inexcusable.

LoneStar awards new players with 100,000 GC and 2.5 SC, which puts SweepLasVegas’ welcome bonus into sharp perspective. In fact, many sweeps casinos award 100,000 GC or more, so that 1,000 is looking pretty small.

SweepLasVegas does have a daily login bonus, with some high-value prizes. The potential for 1M GC and 100 SC sounds pretty good to me. Unfortunately, this daily login bonus does come in the daily wheel format, meaning it’s not a progressive bonus. It’s still good to see, especially on the back of the low–value welcome bonus.

There are also a few other bonuses, which make the overall bonus offering pretty decent. For instance, the friend referral bonus is actually really good. 10,000 GC and 10 SC for every friend is great. Your friends just need to make a purchase, but there isn’t a specific minimum purchase requirement.

Games available at SweepLasVegas

SweepLasVegas has 2,400+ games. This is made up of a selection of slots, shooters, RNG table games, crash games, scratch cards, and a few other mini games. There’s also bingo and keno.

There are 2,200+ slots at SweepLasVegas. This includes nine Megaways and 113 Hold and Win games. The collection showcases a variety of themes, including Ancient Greece and Egypt, history, mythology, animals, Vikings, jewels, and fruit.

SweepLasVegas has 82 fish shooting games, which include games like KA Fish Hunter. The game library has 20 crash games and 45 scratch cards. When it comes to bingo, you’ll find 35 options, and another seven for keno.

There aren’t any live dealer games, but SweepLasVegas does have RNG table games. This includes three baccarat games, 15 roulette games, 16 blackjack games, and 12 sweeps poker games. There are also two video poker games.

SweepLasVegas doesn’t offer any exclusive or original games.

Games rating

90/100 Almost the full package, but key options missing
  • 2,400+ games
  • Wide variety of niche games
  • No live games
  • No jackpots

With over 2,400 games and the variety that SweepLasVegas offers, the only flaw I could find is the lack of live games and jackpots available. Unfortunately, this is a pretty big con considering how popular these games modes are..

Good Vibes, for instance, has 12+ live games in its collection of 1,600+ games. It also has 170+ jackpots, whereas SweepLasVegas has 2,400+ games and no live games or jackpots.

Its games collection still has an impressive variety, even if it’s missing these two major game types. It’s not so much the number of slots that I was impressed with, but the number of mini games, scratch cards, keno, and even bingo games.

Plus, there are two options for video poker and 12 RNG poker tables. From my experience, finding poker games of any kind is rare in sweeps casinos, and so even if there aren’t live dealer poker tables, these 12 games are a win in my eyes.

Software providers for SweepLasVegas

SweepLasVegas works with 22 software providers. The sweeps casino works with names like 3Oaks Gaming, BetSoft, KA Gaming, and Playson. There aren’t any live game providers, and SweepLasVegas doesn’t have any bespoke software.

Software rating

87/100 A good list of popular names
  • Works with Betsoft and NetGaming
  • 22 software providers
  • Missing key providers like NetEnt
  • No live games provider

22 software providers at a sweeps casino is great. I’ve come across so many that have 12, or even just four, so seeing this wide variety at SweepLasVegas really impressed me.

I was pleased to find some familiar names on the list, too, like 3Oaks, BetSoft, and Playson. KA Gaming is a popular choice for fish tables, so it’s a good addition.

BetSoft and NetGaming are two key providers that SweepLasVegas works with, but there are plenty of others I was hoping to find, like NetEnt and Habanero. There also isn’t a live games provider, like ICONIC21.

Payment methods accepted at SweepLasVegas

Payments rating

72/100 Standard payment options
  • Popular cards represented
  • 100 SC minimum redemption
  • No gift card redemptions
  • Only 1 redemption option

Payments at SweepLasVegas should be easy enough, since the payment options are popular bank cards and a bank transfer for redemptions. It’s the standard offering, but it’s also a limited offering.

E-wallets, for example, are a popular payment method in the sweeps world, and they’re not currently accepted at SweepLasVegas. RichSweeps, for instance, accepts 16 payment methods. That includes the same three bank cards, but also e-wallets like Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo, and it even accepts five cryptocurrencies.

There are some other issues with redemptions, too. The 100 SC minimum is too high. Although it’s quite common among sweeps casinos, it’s still too high and there are casinos that have a much lower redemption minimum.

Hello Millions for instance, offers cash prize redemptions for just 50 SC. Alternatively, you can get gift card redemptions for 10 SC, which Sweep Las Vegas doesn’t offer.

Is SweepLasVegas safe?

SweepLasVegas is operated by Digital Entertainment Development LLC, a company based in Delaware. The site has 256-bit SSL encryption with RSA technology. SweepLasVegas doesn’t mention RNGs, but the sweeps casino works with reputable software providers.

There’s a dedicated RG page that details SweepLasVegas’ approach to responsible gambling. SweepLasVegas outlines its four principles for RG: transparency, control, support, and prevention. Players can also find tips to recognize problematic gambling behavior, and a list of external resources for professional help: the National Problem Gaming Helpline and the NPC.

There are also four RG tools available: session limits, spending limits, cooldown periods, and account closure. Session limits allow you to set time-based reminders for your gaming session, or even set auto-logouts when the pre-determined amount of time has elapsed.

Spending limits are voluntary caps on how much you can purchase at SweepLasVegas. A cooldown period will let you take a temporary break from playing at the sweeps casino, and account closure will deactivate your account on a temporary or permanent basis.

Safety rating

83/100 Good approach to safety and RG
  • Dedicated RG page
  • 4 RG tools available
  • RNGs not mentioned
  • Limited info on tools

From a safety aspect, SweepLasVegas has the basics covered, with 256-bit encryption. While it doesn’t specifically mention RNGs or fair play, SweepLasVegas works with reputable providers, so you can rest assured that the games offered are fair.

The RG approach is decent, too. I liked its dedicated RG page, it highlights the SweepLasVegas approach to RG clearly, especially with its four principles. There’s a lot of information on there, which is why the limited information offered on the tools available is a shame.

Four RG tools is great, it allows players to control their time and spending at the casino. There’s space to include wager limits, but these four tools are good enough. When you’ve got so many tools, though, you need to include a little more detail to explain how they work.

For instance, how long does a cooldown period last? How high is the spending cap? How regularly can I set up the spending limit? These are important pieces of information to have so that you can make the most of the tools available.

Reaching out to support at SweepLasVegas

You can reach out to support at SweepLasVegas by using their email address: [email protected]. When I tested out the email support, I initially received an answer within 30 minutes, which is a fast response time. My follow-up email remained unanswered after four days, which shows a lack of consistency.

SweepLasVegas also has an FAQs page, which provides a long list of questions and answers that cover registration, payments, bonuses, RG, technical issues, and security.

Support rating

69/100 Only email support is available
  • Email support available
  • Good FAQs
  • Unresponsive email
  • No live chat or phone support

I was disappointed with the support offering at SweepLasVegas. The lack of a live chat is a shame, but if the email support were decent, you could manage fine.

At first, when I received a response after 30 minutes, I was impressed. That’s pretty quick for email support, and it means you could get on fine. Unfortunately, my follow-up email was never answered, which shows a lack of consistency and makes it hard to calculate an average response time.

If you’re left waiting for 30 minutes or even a few hours, that’s one thing, but not hearing back for a few days is a problem. Especially if you have something urgent that you need assistance with. Hopefully, SweepLasVegas’ support team is faster on average, but my experience was very mixed.

Fortunately, there’s a very good FAQs page that provides a lot of essential questions and answers. The answers are long and detailed, too, which is nice to see. So often, FAQs are brief and create more questions than answers.

If you’re looking for a sweeps casino with a strong support offering, SplashCoins has a responsive live chat support and the average response time of its email support is just one hour.

The usability of SweepLasVegas’ platform

SweepLasVegas has a fun design. It leans into its Vegas theme and has a brightly colored site, with a background that changes color from orange to red to purple.

SweepLasVegas games lobby on mobile

Getting around is made easy by the sidebar menu on the left, which has shortcuts to major game categories like slots, roulette, bingo, poker, and crash games. There are also shortcuts for providers, buying coins, promotions, the friend referral bonus, and the Faucet.

The sidebar menu is also where you’ll find the search bar. This offers a simple search function that allows you to search for games by name.

The game library has the same filters that you’ll find in the sidebar menu. There aren’t any additional filters for slot themes or Megaways and Hold and Wins. These need to be found using the search bar.

SweepLasVegas doesn’t have a mobile app, but it runs smoothly on mobile browsers. The site adjusts well to smaller screens and touchscreen technology.

Usability rating

88/100 Playful design with clean UX
  • Works better on mobile
  • User-friendly navigation
  • No mobile app
  • Limited filters

From a design perspective, SweepLasVegas is definitely on the more playful side. It’s not the most refined design, but it’s bright and fun.

I found navigation quite easy, mainly thanks to the sidebar menu, although admittedly I kept forgetting where the search bar was. I don’t typically expect to find it in the sidebar menu, and if you collapse the menu, you won’t see the search bar. It all runs smoothly, so at least functionality isn’t an issue.

The lack of filters in the game library is the only real negative point here. There are filters for every type of game, but with 2,400+, we need to be able to search for slots by their themes and slot types, too.

I was surprised to find SweepLasVegas actually offers a slightly better mobile experience. It’s faster and smoother, too, which can only be a good thing, especially if you prefer to play on mobile.
