Expert verdict
There are some positive aspects to SweepNext. It’s got an attractive interface, five promo packs, a good sign-up bonus, and of course, live games are always a big plus. Live games aren’t a given at sweeps, and 23 of them is great. I liked the way its five promo packs are catered to different player types, I think it’s a clever way to make purchase promos more accessible.
One of the biggest issues for me was the lack of customer support. SweepNext advertises 24/7 support, but the agent stopped answering me. The lack of accuracy from the support bot was also concerning, as it means it can give players incorrect information.
The lack of responsiveness also affects RG tools since they can only be set up through support. If your agent never answers you, you’ll never be able to set up a purchase limit or take a break. There’s also only two RG tools available and I would have liked to see more available, like gameplay and session limits.
There could be more clarity regarding redemption. The terms state that only virtual prepaid cards are available for redemptions, but cash prizes are listed as an option when you hit the redeem button. SweepNext is also limited to just two payment options, and neither of those is an e-wallet. Hopefully, this won’t always be the case, but for now, it’s not winning SweepNext any prizes.
I’d say SweepNext is a good sweeps casino for players who just want to focus on the games and enjoy a few promotion bundles along the way. If the finer details like support and redemptions rank high on your criteria when looking for a new sweeps casino, this isn’t for you.
State differences
SweepNext is available in 44 states, except for Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Washington. Players in Florida have a maximum redemption of $5,000 on any one spin or play. In all other states, the maximum redemption value is $60,000.
How does SweepNext casino work?
There are two types of coins at SweepNext: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). SC are awarded in the sign-up bonus, and can be acquired in other ways, like the daily log-in bonus, mail-in requests, and by playing with SCs in the sweeps casino to win more SCs. Your SCs can be redeemed for a prepaid card.
GCs are gained through your first purchase in SweepNext, daily log-in bonuses, and are won when playing games using GCs. These coins can’t be redeemed for prizes.
Bonuses and loyalty at SweepNext
New players at SweepNext are awarded a sign-up bonus of 30,000 GC and three SC, with no promo code required. These coins are immediately received upon registration, without finalizing your profile or verification.
After sign-up, you can purchase the welcome payment package. This will get you 300,000 GC and 30 SC for $9.99. The other two coin packages award 500,000 GC and 51 free SC for $39.99, and 1,000,000 GC and 102 free SC for $74.99.
There are some other promotions you can purchase at SweepNext. The Power Player Bundle is aimed at players who log in daily and will grant you 200,000 GC and 20.5 SC for $19.99. The Starter Boost Deal is ideal for newer players and awards 120,000 GC and 12 SC for $11.99. The Mega Value Pack has the best value per coin and is targeted at high-rollers, with 2,000,000 GC and 204 SC for $199.99.

Players can also refer a friend to unlock perks. When friends use the referral link, players can earn up to 600,000 GC and 60 SC with each referral, and there’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
At SweepNext, players can also claim daily log-in bonuses that will award randomized values of GC or SC and get a daily spin on the mega wheel for the chance to win GC and SC. SweepNext mentions a VIP system in its About Us section, but doesn’t go into detail.
Bonus rating
- High GC welcome bonus
- Good range of promos
- Only 3 SC with welcome bonus
- VIP club unclear
The part I liked the most from SweepNext’s promotions is that each promo is catered towards a specific type of player. Newbies, daily grinders, high-rollers – there’s a promo which is valued according to different needs and budgets. It’s cool and puts the player first. Each of the promos also offers pretty good value for money.
The sign-up bonus is good, too, but not the best I’ve seen. 30,000 GC is a good starting point, but those three SC are disappointing. Cazino, for instance, awards 20,000 LC and 20 free SC at registration. You can boost your initial SC with 30 SC from the welcome bonus, and the price is reasonable, but if you’d rather not make a purchase, that doesn’t really work.
I was also surprised to find that there isn’t any information on the VIP program available. The only mention of a VIP program I found was in the about us section, which mentions it’s designed to reward loyal players. More transparency around how the system works, or showing the goals required to increase your rank, would be beneficial for players to understand where they stand.
Games available at SweepNext
There’s a total of 500+ games at SweepNext, which are a combination of slots, table games, and live games. The slots take the largest share, with 490+ slots available. There are 10+ table games, courtesy of Platipus, and 23 live games thanks to ICONIC21.

Game types
Games rating
- Large variety of slots
- 23 live games
- No Megaways
- No jackpots
SweepNext has a good number of games available and is pretty on par with most sweeps casinos. What I liked was that while there are just 487 games available, SweepNext is still able to curate a variety for its players.
There are hundreds of slots, with most of the popular themes covered, so you’ll be pretty occupied with the options available. I liked that there were quite a few mini games too, and Hold and Wins are always a hit.
What is missing from the slots offering is jackpots and Megaways. These are two big categories that players look for, so it’s a shame not to see them. If jackpots are a game type you look for, you might want to try McLuck.
SweepNext wins points for having live games, and a good number of them, too. Live games aren’t always a given with sweeps casinos, so it was great to see them available here. Poker isn’t available, though, so poker fans might be disappointed.
Software providers for SweepNext
SweepNext has partnered with nine software providers. This includes popular names like Spinomenal, 1Spin4Win, and Gamzix. Platipus supplies the largest portion of the games, with 119 games currently on offer at SweepNext.

All games can be played directly on SweepNext’s website, so don’t worry about downloading the software. As for bespoke software, SweepNext doesn’t currently offer this, nor does it offer any exclusive games.
What you will find, though, is a live casino section. These games are provided by ICONIC21.

Software rating
- Live games provider
- No download required
- Key popular providers are missing
- No bespoke software
Just nine providers might seem like a small amount, but SweepNext makes up for it with the variety of games available. To compare, SpeedSweeps has 11 providers but zero live games providers.
Which is why I was pleased to find ICONIC21 on the list, with 23 of its games available. This means that SweepNext players can enjoy high-quality streams of live games. What I also liked was that even though there was a good live games selection, this wasn’t chosen at the cost of also having table games.
Some key software providers, like Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming, are missing from Sweepnext’s list. These are popular providers that players look out for because they’re known for their high-quality games, so it’s a shame they weren’t part of the line-up.
Purchase methods accepted at SweepNext
SweepNext has two payment methods: VISA and Mastercard. These are used for purchases or when you need to redeem your cash prize.
When it comes to available prizes, players can choose to redeem their SC for a cash prize, which requires a minimum of 100 SC, or to be emailed a prepaid payout card, which requires a minimum of 50 SC. The virtual prepaid payout card can be used online or in-store, and can be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
Although both these options are shown when you navigate to the redemptions section, SweepNext has written all over its terms and conditions that all prizes are currently being redeemed as prepaid payout cards. This was also confirmed by support as being the only available redemption method.

SweepNext reserves the right to charge processing fees, and it takes around a few hours to process redemption requests. All SC must be played through the sweeps casino at least once before requesting a redemption.
The maximum redemption value in Florida that has been won on any one spin or play is $5,000. Any prize with a value over $5,000 will be reduced to a maximum value of $5,000. In all other states, the maximum redemption value for a prize won on any one spin or play is $60,000.
SweepNext can also choose to limit the value of players’ prize redemptions to either $5,000 per day or any amount the sweeps casino considers necessary to satisfy the regulatory obligations.
Payments rating
- Reputable payment methods
- Quick redemptions
- Only prepaid cards available
- Limited payment methods
Payments were confusing, which I didn’t expect considering there are only two payment methods. VISA and Mastercard are reputable payment methods, but it’s a limited selection. Chanced, for example, offers 10 payment options, including cryptocurrency.
What was a little vague, however, was the redemption prizes available. The sweeps terms include the full details for a cash redemption, which would have a high minimum of 100 SC, and for a gift card redemption, which would require 50 SC. It feels like a let down to have those terms immediately followed by a statement that says these two methods aren’t available after all.
When I clicked on the redeem button to see what’s available, cash prizes were an available option, which was confusing because of the lack of consistency. This singular redemptions method is also limiting for players who’d prefer a cash redemption.
Is SweepNext safe?
SweepNext has ECDSA 256-bit SSL encryption, keeping your information secure. You need to verify your account after registration to be able to request redemptions. This includes photo identification, like your passport or government-issued ID, and proof of address, like a utility bill.
SweepNext reserves the right to run verification checks at any time. All requested documents need to be provided within 10 days, or SweepNext will deactivate or restrict your account.

On the dedicated RG page, you’ll find tips on what safe gameplay looks like, how to recognize when your gameplay is becoming an issue, and how do you handle it if that’s the case. SweepNext has also listed Computer Gaming Addicts Anonymous as an external support resource that can offer professional guidance.
SweepNext also has two RG tools that players can use to stay in control of their gaming. The first is implementing daily purchase limits on GC, which can help manage spending. The daily limits are set up by submitting a request through the contact form or by reaching out to the team via email.
If a time-out is needed, the self-exclusion options can be used to restrict access to your account. During this time, players can’t participate in competitions or claim prizes, and daily log-in bonuses are suspended. This is also set up via email or contact form.
There are two types of self-exclusion. The first is ‘Take a Break’, which is a temporary break from SweepNext for a period of seven, 14, or 30 days. The alternative, self-exclusion, is a more permanent break, starting with a period of six months, but it can be extended further or indefinitely.
Safety rating
- RG tools available
- Dedicated safety page
- Only 2 tools available
- Doesn’t mention RNG
Safety-wise, SweepNext has the standard security features in place, although it doesn’t mention using RNG with its games. As the listed providers are reliable, they’ll all be audited games, however, I would have appreciated SweepNext stating its provably fair.
From an RG standpoint, the tools are good but limited. Daily purchase limits are good and necessary, though other sweepstakes casinos offer weekly and monthly limits alongside that. It’s also the only limit available.
The self-exclusion features are fine, and it’s always good to have an option between a basic break and something more permanent. The biggest issue I see is being able to set up these tools. The RG page made repeated reference to the contact form, but I wasn’t able to find this anywhere.
That means you’d have to rely on the customer support team to set up the RG tools for you, and unfortunately, I didn’t have the most positive experience there. If the agent never answers you, they’re unable to provide you with the immediate help you need, which is pretty important when you’re requesting to set up an RG feature.
Reaching out to support at SweepNext
There are two ways to reach out to support at SweepNext. These are via the live chat widget or via email at [email protected]. SweepNext does mention a contact form on its RG page, however, this doesn’t seem to be available.

When using the live chat feature, the initial conversation starts with a bot that produces answers based on your input. When it reaches a point where it feels you need more assistance, it offers to connect you to a human agent. You can also request a human agent yourself at any time.
SweepNext also has an FAQs section, which is categorized into the following groups: security and access, coins and games, alternative method of entry, redemptions, verification and support, responsible gaming, and data and privacy.
Support rating
- Live chat available
- Decent FAQs
- No phone support
- Live chat agent disappeared
This was frustrating. So from the outside, SweepNext looks like it has great support. It’s available 24/7, and a little banner saying “we’re available every day” sits at the top of the live chat. The bot I spoke with at first was helpful, and I almost mistook it for a human agent because the responses were so natural, even if a bit scripted.
That being said, the bot wasn’t accurate. I asked whether GC are included in the sign-up bonus, and it told me that only SC are included in the bonus. I was pretty surprised when I then made an account and was awarded 30,000 GC.
Inaccuracies aside, I appreciated when the bot was able to identify where it could no longer help me. I was put through to an agent after about 10 minutes. What was worse was when the agent totally disappeared.
I asked the agent about redemptions, and the agent responded that they’d check. After a few minutes, a long explanation paraphrasing what I’d already read in the terms was sent by the agent. After I asked for further clarification, the agent never came back or ended the conversation. I continued to message the chat, trying to prompt the system to help me.
I’m not sure if this is a glitch or a common occurrence, but I was disappointed with the service. I tried the email support, but they got in touch after 19 hours of waiting for an answer. At least the answer they provided gave some clarity.
I’d recommend Stake.us casino for customer support. You can speak to a support agent on the phone, meaning they won’t leave you hanging. Alternatively, SpeedSweeps has an impressive live chat system, with highly responsive and helpful agents.
The usability of SweepNext’s platform
SweepNext’s design is based around a dark blue background, with cartoon characters based on popular slot themes, like Zeus, Cleopatra, and a leprechaun. It’s comfortable and playful, without distracting you from the main focus.
The sweeps casino also has a clean UX, with a main menu available on the left to navigate to the main pages. In the footer, there are links to all the remaining pages and a button to open the live chat widget.

From the lobby, players can search for a game, but they can also browse by provider, recently played, favorites, or if it’s new. The games displayed in the lobby are also listed in the following categories: For You, Classics, Trending, New Games, Hold and Win, and Animals.

When it comes to mobile use, SweepNext doesn’t have a downloadable app available, but the sweeps casino adjusts fine to smaller screens. Everything is easily scrollable, facilitating simple navigation, and the site is just as fast as you’ll find it on desktop.
There’s a quick menu at the bottom of the page for easy access to the lobby, promotions, your inbox, and the search feature. You can also access the side menu through a button at the top of the page.
Usability rating
- Works well with small screens
- Clean navigation
- Small glitches when finding games
- Limited filters
Overall, SweepNext has a pretty standard design and layout. It’s functional, but also has some cute details. The cartoon-like versions of popular slot theme characters is a nice touch that gives the sweeps casino some personality and makes it more inviting.
I found navigation simple and managed to find my way around in a couple of minutes. There is an area I found a little glitchy when it came to searching for games. If you click on the providers tab from the lobby, you’re taken to the providers page. If you select a provider, you’ll see its list of available games. If I want to go back, however, I’ll be returned to the lobby and not the page of providers.
For someone interested in browsing what’s available, it gets very frustrating. Fortunately, this doesn’t happen when you browse by category. If I click on the animals category to see those games, then click back, I’m taken back to the list of categories. Other than that, navigation is fine, and with 487 games available, it’s pretty easy to see the full catalog.
As I said, there’s no mobile app, but those aren’t common among sweeps casinos. If you need to play on the go, the mobile browser version will meet all your needs. If you feel you need a more catered mobile experience, you might want to try Pulsz. Its sweepstake app is one of the best, and only, available ones on the sweeps market.
